Cake Balls Gone Missing

Cake Balls Gone Missing

May 17, 2011  |  baking, Uncategorized  |  Share

So about those cake balls…Maybe I shouldn’t leave the cake in the fridge without a note or they might be gone. Maybe someone ate them thinking I was finished with them? Without dipping them in chocolate? Yeah, Maybe not.

BUT I did have the awesome opportunity to make cookie cheesecake bars.

Yes. All that goodness in one little frozen square, who knew.

ATTENTION: This is hardly homemade, but the folks at work didn’t seem to mind :)

First off…put your apron on and if you don’t have one let me know because I would find no greater joy than buying you one. even with your favorite color.

So, Arriba!

Get 2 rolls of cookie dough OR a big one like I did- whatever suits your fancy.

USE:

2 boxes of cream cheese

1 cup of sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

Beat it together.

Next, lay out cookie dough (half of a HUGE roll or one complete roll)
Then Add the Cheesecake on top, and put another layer on top

Walah. Cook for 30 minutes at 350 Degrees.
Freeze it and cut it into tiny tiny tiny pieces so you won’t eat it all.
Trust me. And my Sugar Pudge. That might have been too much..
Go make some! You can do it, I have faith in you.
