Best Baking Bags Oven Small

👤I don't usually write reviews unless they are good, but this one might raise the bar for that. This is the best thing I've ever gotten for my kitchen. The babies are easy to clean in the sink. Is apple pie filling spilling over? The jam filling spilled on the baked goods. teriyaki sauce? It is washed away in hot water. I've never had to do anything like that, but I did have to run a cloth over a few bits of pie filling. I use them for everything. I bake on these, it's so easy to wash my pans. I use them to keep the work stations clean. These and the giant one I got a few weeks ago have made it easier to clean up. These bad boys feel sturdy and will last a long time. They look nice, which is a nice touch. It was worth every penny.

👤I have tried many different silpats for Macarons before but these are the best and most affordable. The quality is unaffected by the price. I ordered two of these. Highly recommended for bakeries to home bakers.

👤It is durable. It is too large. It doesn't fit on a standard cookie sheet, which makes the baking mat float up and cause an even bake. You would have to buy a larger cookie sheet.

The circle guides on the mat are not painted on like on cheaper mats, and they look very durable. The novice or professional baker will not be disappointed by these.

👤The pork chops my mom made were very easy to clean because of the Silicon mat. I was cutting up cinnamon roll dough with a knife on another mat and the knife never made a mark or cut into the mat. The mats are thick enough to hold up, but flexible enough to roll up and store. The circles made my cookies more uniform. 👤I was considering buying two more, but I think this was the bigger one. I am happy I chose this one. My 9x13's fit well. I used this for the first time on Easter Sunday. There are two sections for the ham and mashed potatoes. When I arrived at my daughter's house, my food was hot and my casserole dishes fit perfectly. It was in the carrier for about 90 minutes, so that might not be the best test of time. It was a good start. I probably won't need to keep anything cold or hot for long. This product was recommended by me.

👤I have never heard of people using pot holders to handle a dish when removing it from a carrier. The dishes were placed in the carrier from the oven. They were so hot that I was worried about melting the insulated interior of the carrier. I wondered if anyone would want to eat in the heat when I took the carrier to the outdoor event. The dishes were warm when I pulled them out. It was just warm. I used to wrap my hot casseroles in a thick towel and put them in an insulated shopping bag, but I was excited to have an actual carrier. My wrapped towel in an insulated bag method kept it warmer than this carrier. It was easier to carry my hot Pyrex inside the carrier than it was to carry it outside, but it was not the heat retaining wonder I'd read about. I don't regret the purchase as I'm sure I will use it to transport food that I may then rewarm at my arrival, and it wasn't expensive, but it sadly lacks the heat retaining properties for which it was purchased. If you're transporting food a short distance or taking something cold to heat it at your destination, I think it works well.

👤I bought this as a present for our friend who was celebrating her birthday. It is well made and lasts a long time. I think it will last for a long time. I like that it has two separate areas for your dishes. There is a bonus pocket where you could put condiments. I like the color. Other brands had strange colors or color combinations. I also bought a couple of Pyrex dishes with lids. I thought it would work best for stacking items in the carrier. I bought a hot/cold pack to go inside. The hot/cold pack kicks it up a notch when the carrier keeps things cold. I would recommend this carrier to anyone. My friend is very happy with it. Anyone who sees it stops and asks her where she got it. Great purchase!

👤The quality is good, but the description is incorrect. If you use the Pyrex lids for the casserole dishes, they don't fit in the carrier. If you can't use the lid because the carrier won't hold the dish, what is the point of having a carrier? Don't buy this product if you like to use a corresponding lid.

👤These are substandard products according to others. After using 350 for making English muffins, both of mine have become useless. The last batches stuck badly, and the silicone appears to have been transferred to the high-end baking pans. Attached are photos. These mats were only used for a short time before they deteriorated and ruined a baking project.

👤The baking mats are great. The quality is excellent and the price is good. I use them for everything in the oven. You name it, it's from oven pizzas. I love that they help protect my baking sheets by helping food slide off the non stick surface. It is also very convenient to just wipe them clean or put them in the top shelf of the dishwasher. You can cut off 1/3 of the paper towel roll to use as a holder, and just roll up the mats and slip inside the ring for easy storage of the mats in a drawer. I highly recommend them. We use these mats almost daily and I have had them for almost a year. They look brand new. I have not had any issues with mats becoming worn or staining. I use them to cook most items at up to 450 degrees but have not had any issues with them so far. I drape them over my cups in the top rack of the dishwasher and then when dry roll them up and slip a napkin ring or rings cut from and empty paper towel roll into a drawer so they fit easily into a drawer. These things are fantastic and have paid for themselves many times over in the superior non stick surface, ease of clean up and the cost of parchment paper and or aluminum foil I used prior to discovering them.

👤I spoke with an Amazon customer service representative and was told that they would escalate the issue to have it addressed and possibly amend the product review. I am surprised that they didn't offer a refund on the product, but I think the most important thing is to see if they address the fire and safety issue at its root. There is an update on 11/11/18. One reviewer stated that these are not good for use above 400 degrees F. The mat was smoking when I opened the oven after putting it in the oven. This was the mat itself, no oils or anything applied to it. I changed my review to one star and will be requesting a refund from Amazon. This is a danger. I've been trying to reduce my carbon footprint so I was looking for an eco-friendly alternative to aluminum foil to line my baking sheets. The mats were the ticket. They fit perfectly on my baking trays. These are even better than aluminum foil because I don't have to use oil to make them non-stick! I can cook even better. I will recommend this to my friends.

👤This product has been used by me for a long time. It is amazing. I can now get a great price and have it delivered. I use chicken thighs, garlic cloves, onion, and a bag of mini carrots for the recipe on the back of the envelope. It's very easy to prepare into the oven and then clean up after dinner. Chicken and veggies are delicious. I add 1/2 bag of mini carrots to the roasting bag for a lemon tarragon chicken variation. 2 cans of cream of celery soup, 1/2 cup lemon juice, and a small amount of tarragon should be mixed together. Put over chicken. It is possible to make a chicken that goes well over rice or noodles. One of the simplest ways to use this product. Chicken in a bag is consistently good.

👤Just put a small amount of flour in the bag, pour seasoning packet in the bag, shake up chicken in the bag to spread seasoning, stuff your potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, etc. It's very delicious every time! Life should be simple and healthy. Bon appétit!

Adding pearl onions, tiny potatoes, baby carrots, peas, and garlic to an already great base is just some of what I do. We use thigh's the most. A whole meal can be put in the bag. 👤I have used cake decorating kits before and this is worse. The bag was dirty. The stuff was dusty even though I washed it out before use. You felt the build up of dirt on the bag that you were supposed to fill. The pieces are the same size and shape, but different in shape. The bag that came in the packaging was the only one that squeezed out. It's difficult and it's mush, like I have to squeeze it. This item is garbage and does not work. This is a simple item, how does it not work?

👤I bought this product on November 23 to use it to make a chocolate pumpkin bread dessert for Thanksgiving. I washed it before use and put the chocolate topping in the bag, but the seam broke after I used it for the first time, so I went to wash it out by hand. I had it for ten minutes. It is possible for Amazon prime members to return it and get their money back. The product was poorly made and had no directions. Not for me.

👤Great tasting baked potatoes. The best way to clean the potato wel is to let it fully dry before cooking. Each pouch holds 3x of a slightly larger than palm sized potato, 2x palm and finger length potatoes or 8 little round potatoes. This kit allows me to quickly make enough potatoes for a family dinner. My daughter likes this meal so much that she gives it 5 stars for dinner.

I've made baked potatoes, heated all kinds of tortillas, and kept the food warm. My daughter has learned that they can't stay in the microwave for long.

They are worth their weight in gold. They keep your baking pans and sheets from sticking to each other. Continue after me. If you have these nifty little baking sheets, you can get off a pan with chocolate or cheese. Sometimes the huge rolls are hard to size to your pan. I always end up with a sheet that is too big or too small, and I thought I would have to live with it. I ordered them on Subscribe&Save. I was not sure if I would use them that much, but I am more than halfway through the first box. You just put it on your pan or sheet and pop it in the oven, it's all you have to do. I like not having to clean my pans. I ordered precut circles for cake pans because I love parchment so much. I have the baking sheets as well, but they are in storage, so I probably won't use them again, because they are slimy after you wash them, and they oxidize quickly. Use them and toss them. I wish I'd known about them sooner.

Not nearly as annoying as rolled parchment, but still a disappointment for someone who's been using fully flat sheets for at least a decade. The Reynolds paper is thicker and more grease resistant than the last pack of parchment I bought. I baked two pans of cookies with different types of paper.

The cookies are positioned on one side of the crease and the other side on the other side. The gridlines are easier to see. I've gone through several boxes and found no effect on the cookies. The performance of the sheets is something to watch. I stopped making the oatmeal raisin cookie recipe because they stuck to the cookie sheet so badly, even though I used different cookie sheets and how much I greased it. I tried to use these and they were not good. You don't need a spatula to slide the cookies. You can use the same sheet three times. I bought the brand they had at the local market because I ran out and needed some. They were not as good as these. One reviewer wrote that they were too small. I have nice sheets of cookies. These fit perfectly. Measure your cookie sheet and compare it to the dimensions on the box.

👤We ran out of turkey bags and did not have time to go to the store to get them. I read reviews on Amazon for various bags. The bags are just as long as other bags. The turkey was cooked in one of these bags. No fuss, no mess! I would recommend that cooking instructions be included for using these bags in the oven. I decided to cook with the bags instead of using the 1 TBSP of flour because I didn't know if they required the small slit to be made in the bag. The turkey was perfect. It's juicy... There are lots of turkeys with no hassle. I didn't have to check the internal temp with a thermometer to make sure the turkey was cooked thoroughly, because the turkey timer popped up for the first time in the last 3-4 years. I'm not sure if the bag had an effect on the turkey timer, but the past 8 turkeys I've cooked, the timer hasn't popped up, which is odd since they had always popped up for me before. I want to raise my own turkeys, and these bags can take them from freezer to oven. I plan to purchase these bags again.

👤I needed something to cook large meats sous vide that wouldn't fit in my vacuum or zip lock bags. The bags have worked well. I'm going to start a ten pound brisket tomorrow. I can dip the bag of meat in boiling water for a few seconds to kill any lactic acidbacteria then drop it in the water bath. Air can escape out the top with water displacement. I will use these to carry my sous vide equipment from here on out.

👤After starting a bread baking hobby, thanks to Covid! I needed more oven bags to proof my loaves. I was locked indoors and Amazon would deliver them in two days. Woohoo! I got them, and they are very heavy duty, and I have used them many times to proof my bread in. I cook a couple of spiral sliced hams a year, and I do them in oven bags, and I know they will be perfect. They are very strong. I think they could be a great replacement for the other oven bags at the grocery store. I've used these bags to harvest my garden's produce and they've stood up well in the fridge.

👤I use these as a replacement for the Reynold's oven bags. I find that they leak when I use one again. I double bag them to make sure the outbag is not opening an inner bag hole. The value is taken in half.

👤If you bribe your turkeys, you need this! We scrubbed out the cooler every Thanksgiving and Christmas. The cooler bit the dust. These are lifesavers. Put a bag in, dumped turkey, brine, and tied it up, then iced it down. I just threw away the scrub that was needed for Christmas. I didn't give food a taste. It did what we needed it to do.

👤We're all on partial lockdown and needed a little pickmeup, so I ordered these to make zucchini bread for my friends. They are perfect! Nice looking and sturdy. My friends don't have to worry about returning a pan because they look great. A loaf of bread is not a loaf of bread.

👤These are very easy to use. These make baking very easy, I bake bread for my neighbors and friends. I spray them first with butter and bake them at the suggested temp. If you use Betty Crocker or Pillsbury you can fill 2 of these pans with 1 box of banana bread and 1 box of blue berry muffin mix. I baked mine all at 375 degrees for 45 minutes and they came out perfect. It's nice to bake in a bag or box and have your gift ready to go. It's not possible to wash the bread pans constantly. I highly recommend them. I would love to see a holiday pattern offered.

👤I made several kinds of quick bread to give away for Christmas and these came in handy. The recipe went a long way because I was able to divide it. The recipients were very happy with their gifts. I wish they came in different prints but other than they are sturdy, no need to grease the pan or flour it, just like a cupcake liner, you can dump you dough in them and they will bake, not sticking! These were delivered well.

👤I have tried other paper products, but this one is better. I have found paper loaf vessels on Amazon, but it is not as sturdy or large as this one. I baked banana bread for someone and it was perfect. Sorry, but don't have a photo at the moment. The dimensions are great. It is close to your standard metal loaf pan. Please have them in stock because I will be ordering more.

A month. The package envelope was gray. I expected a box like the gallon freezer bag box or something after opening it. Not my main gripe, but already squashing my expectations. I took one out. It was a dollar store. Some of their ballons are thicker. I'm not sure what they are made of because there is nothing on the box that says "BPA free" or " directions". Hmm. It says for turkey, chicken and poultry. If you use it for meat, what will happen? I'm not sure if I want to risk a holiday dinner. The bags that I know of feel like 3mm thick vapor barrier or contractor bags, not paper thin. How could this not melt in the open with a turkey? I will have to cook the meat. I will update, but I'd take the side of caution and go with the reviewers who said it was very thin and cheap. The back states that for turkey, chicken, poultry, oven, microwave use, and not on grill or BBQ, do not exceed 200 C ( 362 F).

👤The cheapest price per bag was the one that was the largest and not wanting to buy enough for the next 100 years. It works well, it keeps the oven cleaner, and it makes cheaper cuts of meat moist and tender. I like being able to cut up a few potatoes, carrots, and spices and cook them in the oven in less than an hour, because I will have a delicious meal.

👤Needed this to cook a meal. The meat was put in a bag. I added a bit of flour to the bag before putting the meat in it. I made sure that the inside of the bag was coated with four. I made sure the bag didn't stick to the meat. I recommend you remove the top rack from the oven and place the lower rack above the heating element. You don't want the bag to get burned on the top rack if it rises big. My pork shoulder was very tender. It fell off the bone. It was in the oven for 3.5 hours. I did not follow the instructions to cut a whole in the bag. My meat did not come out as tender as I would have liked.

👤I have been looking for this size bag for a long time and I was only able to find the large and extra large Reynolds cooking bags in the grocery store. I have used them 3 times and they have worked great. The meat in the bag is very tender and easy to clean up.
