They were unable to find information on the purchase. I gave a copy of the order screen to the other items I ordered at the same time. I never heard another word after that. It took more than a month for that to happen. In my last email, I said that I would not send another request for the order information if I had the picture of the order page with me. I provided pictures of the damage. There was no offer to make it right or to ask what would make me happy. I would be happy to accept a replacement for the large bowl, but only if it was a dog water bowl. I conclude that the seller did not care, because I was never asked. Other customers may not complain. The bowls that are usable are cute and the fit of the lids is secure, I like the way they fit together. I had a bad experience with this vendor. That is not something I usually experience on Amazon. The Amazon guarantee did not cover this.

👤I bought these bowls thinking they would be air tight and spill proof. The lids can be placed on top of the bowls if they fit the bowls. They're made from cheaper plastic. I mostly use them for cooking sauces, but one that I use over and over again has a lot of scratches on the inside of the blender, but it's to be expected. It doesn't seem like there are any actual injuries out of the bowl, which would be a concern. I would buy again. I think $50 is a little pricey, but it's not completely ridiculous and you won't be disappointed with what you spend it on.

I have some thoughts after using these for awhile. I like the fact that the lids seal and allow you to stack in the fridge, whereas stretch wrap without lids would not. The bowls are so closely nested together that it's almost impossible to separate them from each other, because of the non-slip action of the silicone bottom. My solution was to separate the alternate sizes and store them in my cabinets. If you have the room to store like this, the alternating sizes in each stack makes it easier to grab a bowl out of the stack.

👤The mixing bowls in this set are nice. They seem to be of high quality steel. It has a high sheen finish. It is a nice touch to add a silicone coating to the base. When I stored flatbread dough in one of the prep bowls, I noticed that it had a grayish tint to it. I didn't want to store anything acidic in them. My flatbread has some lemon juice in it. The plastic lids have a red color. It is red. I would like the lids to fit a little tighter on the tiny prep bowls. The bowls are a perfect size for a single serving in a lunch box. I wouldn't recommend using them for that. I wouldn't put these in the dishwasher on the top rack. I wash them by hand to avoid wear and tear. I do the same thing for every plastic lid I own. I don't put plastic in the dishwasher.

👤Very nice bowls. But. .the They don't fit well. You put the lid on, turn around and come back, and the lid popped up on the other side. Push on the center to create a vacuum. .lid pops up again! I really love the bowls, so I'm sick about this. I ordered some Silicone lids to see if they will work, otherwise, I will have to return the bowls.

👤There is a big difference between the sizes in this set. The biggest is a 7 quart and the size before that is a 3.5 quart, so there should be at least a 5 or 6 quart set. It is difficult to wash off the stains.

👤It's not hard to clean a bowl of food, but you can't protect it. The lid won't close. I thought I was not applying enough pressure. Not true. I thought my husband was closing it wrong. I tried different things. There was food in it and no food in it. It doesn't close. I have to buy another set.

👤I got two of the same size. I went to wash them. I got a yellow lid and no yellow bowl, but there was supposed to be one of each color. Not bad items. I wish I had one of the sizes that are used often. I wouldn't send a gift knowing what I received.

If you find black deposits, use your nail and it will come off. The polishing product they use is shown. We'll see when they're done if they need another cleaning. The up side... Knocking down one star is difficult, but after that it will be easy to maintain. Had they read more closely, some of the poor reviews could have been taken care of. It is what I expected.
