Best Baking Brush for Decorating

👤For a first time user, I was very pleased. Simple, easy and affordable for decorating cookies. Delivery was quick and there was enough time to decorate more cookies.

👤I don't think purchasing this airbrush is a good idea. I bought one on July 20 and it wouldn't work any more. I use air brushes daily and have a lot of experience with them. The compressor would still run even though the gun stopped working. I thought I would try it again because of the price. I bought another one. There are the same issues with a gun. It lasted less than a month.

The machine was perfect for the bill. It takes practice and time to get used to it. I think I'm on to it now. I am still getting used to the spray, but it takes more practice to get a light spray. The colors seem decent. Make sure to mix them. The size, ease of use, and ease of cleaning are what I love the most. The rubber hose is long. I'm thinking of shortening it a little. In one picture, I used a stencil to make the pumpkin look like it was baked and in another, I used pie cookies to make it look like it was baked. The second time I used the silver and colors from a different manufacturer to play around with a different effect.

It's easier to frost the cake and decorate it if you really think about it. The bags that this kit comes with are completely clean. I have to let them soak in the soapy water because of the grease left over from the frosting. I let them soak after turning them inside out. The kit is easy to use and clean and is great for beginners. They looked like an actual cake at times, even though they used the tools on styrofoam.

👤I love this brush. It does everything right. It makes a noise. The counter is tilted so that it doesn't have sauce on it. It is easy to clean. My dog enjoys this chewing brush, so I'm ordering 3 more. He takes it out of the dishwasher when I'm not looking. An improvised tool made by attaching a piece of paper towel to a chopstick works better than this piece of garbage.

The head kept falling off when you tried to use it and you had to scoop sauce onto the brush before it dripped off and hit the brush. There were lots of slaps and flapping. The no sauce on the brush problem is solved by middle baffles that catch and hold the sauce in the brush so you can work with it. The brush part is able to move the sauce where you want it to go. I didn't have to do that. The screw inside the pink end piece needs to be tightened. The spring gives zero kickback when it loosens. If this has happened, don't give up on it. I almost felt like I had to have this cake done today.
