I have recently purchased the milk chocolate variety and have enjoyed both the semi-sweet and white chocolate flavors. The flavor of these little gems is amazing. If you want to make a dipping sauce for strawberries or for a delicious drinking chocolate, add 1/2 cup of milk chocolate and 1/2 cup of cacao powder to a small sauce pan and cook for a few minutes. Add espresso or milk chocolate callets to make it a mocha, or blend the two flavors to make a mocha. You will find yourself trying to not eat them by the handful.

The location is relevant in that we are still experiencing daily temperatures in the 98-102F range and the package was on its way from the west coast for a few days and spent most of today on the truck for local delivery. This was in a retail style bag. There are lots of instructions on the bag. It is not the clear plastic bag shown in earlier reviews. I have no doubt that cooling packs helped, but by the time the package got to me, there were 2, they were inside a thermal bubble wrap that was well taped along with the product. There was enough condensation inside the thermal bag to make a puddle. The condensation didn't get inside the bag. July 2020 is the best date on the bag. This is fine for about 10 months. If you can't finish this in 10 months, you're not right. Some of the chips melted together because of the heat. Most of the hunks that were 1/3 cup in size didn't break up with a little pressure after the product cooled down. There was no choice but to put the ones that didn't break down in the sampling cup next to the keyboard. Most of the chips were stuck to a sister chip. Those pairs are not in danger. For now. The taste and coloration seem to have not been affected by the slight deformation. The chips are softer than a grocery store semisweet chocolate chip. A very smooth consistency. The chips are a little under a half inch in diameter and have a smooth dome top, but are not a point. If you think of a dress shirt button, you'll be close to the size.

The crown's top part is damaged so the details of the mold are not displayed. The mold in the second photo is filled with Silicone, so I am not able to use it. The bigger mold with the various designs is nice to look at but impractical to use since they are so small and I wanted to use a single design for my decoration but it would take too long using these little molds to make the amount I needed. I can't use any of these molds and I am very disappointed with this purchase.

I put tylose powder in my fondant, pushed it in the mold, and then stuck it in the fridge for about five minutes. I let the mold slide out on its own after flipping it inside. It wouldn't lose its shape. I added more petals to some of the roses. Very happy with how it turned out!
👤I decided the best way to remove excess was to put it in and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes. You can trim them with a razor knife after they pop out. It takes several tries to learn how to turn it inside out. They had many nice things to say.

👤The caramel is amazing. I bought two blocks to dip apples. The correct amount was based on other reviews. I had a little left after dipping all 54 apples. If you don't have a candy thermometer, you should buy one. I found mine at the supermarket. It's important to keep your temperature in the correct range. You can use 2 saucepans, but I used a double boiler. After dipping each apple in hot water, I wiped the wax off and then refrigerated them for at least an hour. A cold apple will work best with hot caramel. I put the apples on the table covered in paper and they set in a few minutes.

👤This is what I've been looking for since the hobby shop in my area stopped selling a similar product. This caramel love is easy to use. It is easy to cut and/or melted to use as you please. The caramel tastes good at the time and a month later. It has the taste of caramel. If you plan on making lots of treats and stuff, you should not have to unwrap individual pieces from packages. It stays fresh. Able to use some if there's leftover caramel. It's easy to store. When I opened the loaf up a few months later, the other half of caramel was just as good as when I first opened it. The product tastes good, it is easy to use, and you don't have to wait for a wedding to unwrap a few small pieces of carmel!

You are on a page that looks like a NETGEAR page, but there is no new info on the extenders or a support chat. I am amused and surprised at how bad this support is, but not suspicious, until shady tech calls. He tries to trick me into giving him access to my computer by pretending to be a legit tech company. Is that true? He tried to defend his actions after I confronted him. The origin of this transaction was the NETGEAR Quick Start Booklet, so I was not on my guard. I am pretty sure lots of people get hooked on this and see The Sept 2018 1 star review telling the same story. NETGEAR is not a legit tech company as they do not know this is happening. Amazon is responsible for some things. Do you want to avoid NETGEAR products? I tried a number of ways to get in contact with someone at NETGEAR, but it was not possible. I went in circles for over an hour. If you still want to buy NETGEAR, read the 6-14-19 review by Chu, 9-23-18 by Miller, 6-11-19 Monteith, 2-21-19 Hughes or 10-5-18 with 'Beware' in title. One person says that SCAM tech support left them with a non-functional PC.
👤The 2.4g channel has stopped working on all devices after about 9 months of light use. After 90 days, they want you to pay for support, so they only offer complimentary support on this product. I found several posts with the same problem after researching this issue online. The settings are correct after a factory reset and a firmware update. A paid subscription is required to get a return authorization number, which can only be obtained through technical support. This doesn't seem right. I would not buy this product, but I will definitely consider other manufacturers for future purchases.

👤Callebaut callets are hard to find in stores, so I usually go to Amazon. I've found that the quality of the product varies greatly from seller to seller. I bought 3 bags of Callebaut 90.2 Callets from three different vendors, and compared them, because I was tired of being unpleasantly surprised by every other delivery. I received 3 different chocolates. The worst contribution was made by Cacaoholic. The flavor and consistency of the chips were terrible. Highly acidic and bitter. I tried making a ganache with them, hoping the cream would mellow the flavor. They made a mess. I can't say enough bad things about them. They will go into the garbage once I'm done with this review. I don't exaggerate when I say that Hershey's makes better chocolate at this price point. World Wide Chocolates was second. I've had them send me chips before, but no idea why. The Callebaut callets were slightly brittle and a little more acidic than actual Callebaut callets, but they were very tasty. There was less insult to injury because they still robbed me. The only vendor who sent me Callebaut callets was Divine Specialties. There was a "night and day" difference in texture. I'm not a chocolate expert, but this doesn't mean I can't do it. You will know the difference if you have two taste buds. These callets are great in everything you put them in. They will ruin you for all other chocolate calls. It is definitely worth the money. I've included a sampling of the products inside the three bags I received. They're both visually different, but the real difference is their quality. Cacaoholic is a business intent on robbing and poisoning you, so avoid their products at all costs. World Wide Chocolates wants to steal from you. There is only one quality dark chocolate callets from Divine Specialties.

Cocoa, cocoa butter, and sugar are the only things in true coveture. I was very disappointed when I received this chocolate for a Catering event I am hosting and it had separation from the milk fats in the molds. If I had not spent $50 on 4 lbs I would not be so upset. Don't but from the distributor.

You can make this bitter chocolate a real treat by using the cookie as a base.

It will take a while to get through the expired date. The multi-pack was the only thing available. I have to remember to increase the sweetener when I use it for baking because I have been using 80-90% chocolate bars until now. I can't think of anything else to say in a review of 100% cacao bars.

I make chocolate pudding by breaking up a small square of ghiradelli. I mix the hot milk with non gmo cornstarch, less then a quarter cup of raw sugar, and a egg yolk and then add to the pudding mixture on the stove. I stir until it's thick. I put a cookie on the bottom of the two dishes. I mix my chocolate with hot pudding. You can make all four chocolate. I would add 4 squares to the pudding mixture. They make a healthy snack with only ingredients and small amounts of sugar. All natural, and no ingredients I can't pronounce! . Hope you enjoy! They don't use the dutching process for these two products. Lindt uses the dutching process for the 90% bar. The process takes a lot of the flavonoids out of the chocolate, which is bad for the health of the chocolate. I have heard bad things about the soya lecithin they use, but it may be a rumor or over-dramatization of its effect. If you want the health benefits of eating this chocolate, stick with the 70% or 85% bar. Lindt bars are some of the cheaper quality bars on the market, and they taste great. They are not gourmet chocolate bars, but they are quite good, and they also preserve most of the health benefits.
👤Lindt replaced it's world-class French-made Lindt 70% from US markets with New Hampshire-made 70%, which tastes like crayons. Since many of us have had to sneak into Canada to get the real thing, maybe some Americans like eating crayons. Lindt also swapped out French Lindt 85% for US Lindt 85% which tastes like crayons. There is an update. Lindt's crayon factory in New Hampshire makes Lindt 78 not-so-proudly. Lindt 78 seems to have survived the transition, as they seem to have kept the same recipe. Will update again. Lindt is a product made in France. It is very good chocolate and not nearly as lovely as Lindt 70%. It's more of a gentle French 85, which is better than US-made crayons. Lindt 78 is a good substitute for sneaking into Canada. You will be hit with a $60 international shipping fee if you order real French Lindt 70 from Amazon-Canada. I'm bitter. I did not eat crayons in kindergarten. Lindt is against gastronomy. Wait until they find out that Americans have access to real chocolate again, and that New Hampshire crayon factory will make counterfeit Lindt 78 as well.

I wanted to cry because I've been buying it for a long time and I wanted it to be a good choice. Lindt won't be on my shopping list again. Green & Black's dark chocolate is 85% cacao. I know I'll be getting the benefits I wanted from my dark chocolate because it's not processed with alkali.
