Best Baking Chocolate Semi Sweet

👤I should have known better, but I was on an ordering spree and didn't think about it. If you live in a warm state, these mini chips won't survive the trip to Florida. They melted in a giant blob. These wee are not left out in the sun or in a hot mailbox. They were delivered to my front door. I opened the bag and found a blob of chocolate. I'm giving them a neutral rating since the chips are probably as good as everyone says when they're not all melted together. The seller needs to warn people about shipping to warm climates. 20% of the reviews are from people who received melted chocolate. 20%! If the seller had a warning in the listing, many of the negative reviews would have been prevented.

It's not bad; it's fine. It's not the same product we've been getting for the money, but I use it to make mochas. Disappointed.

👤I discovered this at a coffee shop I worked at in 2003 and again in 2004. I discovered it again at a coffee shop that makes amazing iced mochas, after years of not tasting it. I found out that they use Ghirardelli. The mochas are amazing. I recently discovered that I can buy this in 10lb boxes on Amazon, which I'm doing now since it lasts longer than the 48oz can. I make hot chocolate or chocolate milk for my kids whenever I throw this in coffee because they love it. I have to follow the method the coffee shops use, which is to blend this into cold drinks using a blender, or it doesn't mix well. It's delicious when you have foamy chocolate milk. It's a good thing.

👤This is great if you like hot chocolate. More flavor than what you get in the store. It isn't possible to get hot chocolate that isn't in pre-measured pouches in our stores. You can make it stronger if you want. Milk is better than water. The Godiva dark chocolate mix is for serious chocoholics. You can combine them if you are in between. Amazon also carries the Godiva.

If you want hot cocoa mix, save a few bucks and get Swiss miss, if you want chocolate milk, get nesquick or something. I don't understand the product. It is gross. I would like to give it zero stars.

The 6 pack was less than 6 bags in the grocery store, which was the only reason I purchased it.

👤If Life Baking Chocolate is shipped properly, you will enjoy it. I received 12 bags of chocolate in two different boxes that said they were from Walmart. When I opened the boxes, the chocolate in the bags had melted and solidified, making the chocolate not tasty and not chips. The company's customer service is lacking. I was told that if I removed my negative review, they would give me a full refund and send me a new box. That was great. The negative review was removed. I have not heard from the company in more than two weeks. Don't buy from Top Notch or Enjoy Life.

I developed this recipe for myself after a lot of experimenting with ways to avoid using sugar and still have cookies taste sweet. I have included pictures of the cookies I baked and the dough I made in a food processor. These chocolate chips will be purchased again. The cookies should be in the oven at 325 degrees. If you prefer, mix these dry ingredients together well or sift them together. A small amount of stevia. Baking powder is used for baking. Sea salt is used in a food processor. 1/2 cup coconut oil, 1/2 cup vanilla extract, 1/2 cup maple syrup, and 60 grams of pitted dates are included in the food processor. There is a Place the mixture in a bowl after removing it from the food processor. I use my toaster oven because it's easier to deal with and uses less electricity than my regular-sized oven. I preheat my oven to 325 degrees. I use a melon-ball scoop to measure out balls of cookie dough from a baking sheet that is small enough for a toast. I press the balls. I bake the cookies on the rack on the top level. The cookies have a moist texture. The recipe makes about 44 cookies.

It is a great chocolate for dipping. I have used it to make chocolate dipped madeleines, dark chocolate eggnog truffles, and dark chocolate peppermint bark. I don't recommend this for baking as it is couverture chocolate, which means it contains a higher percentage of cocoa butter relative to other ingredients, and is ground to a fine texture than eating chocolate. Couverture chocolate is the ideal chocolate for making ganache for chocolates and other fine chocolates. Callebaut's Belgian Dark Couverture Chocolate Semisweet Callets are the best for dipping and tempering. A+

The price of the pecans I purchased has doubled since I bought them. Unless this price goes back down, I will not purchase them again, and would not recommend anyone else to purchase them. They were only $4.78 for an 8 ounce bag when I bought them. I like the taste of Hershey's milk chocolate more than the prepared Chocolate Pecans. There is a song called "YUMMY."
