👤These have been useful, not just for what I bought them. I found these cooling racks on Amazon. I realized I could use them in the oven for roasting vegetables. When I roasted them on a sheet pan, they tasted a bit watery, but now they are firm and delicious using these racks. They fit perfectly in my half sheet pans.

Even if my storage options aren't great, I still give the product 5 stars since they are great, even if I don't like the design of the rack.

Small food items do not fall through when air frying, because the heat is allowed to circulate around the food. I use a lined cookie sheet on a lower shelf to catch any crumbs or oils from the food being air fried. There are so many other features that I like about this cooling rack in my Anova oven. 1) It's made of a steel that won't rust, so there shouldn't be a problem with it. There are two more It's easy to clean. You can use a brush on both sides if you soak it for a few minutes in warm, soapy water. The rack has food in it. There are 3 more It is surprisingly heavy. Many of the other cooling rack are flimsy. There are four It has cross bars with feet at both ends to increase strength and stability. The rack can be used to protect the counter from heat. There are five The cooling rack is larger than the cookie sheets I have, but it fits over them. This works well in my conventional oven. It works well as a cooling rack for my baked goods. 👤This rack is perfect for my quarter sheet pan. You don't know how many racks I've purchased trying to find one that fits. I cook my bacon in the oven. The finished product is flatter and less shrinking. The wires are only one way in most racks. Nothing happens through this one. If you soak it in hot soapy water, it will be easy to clean it up. Use a scrubby sponge or stiff brush to clean the rack. If you can see which way the wires run, rub the scrubby/brush in the same direction, flip it over and clean the other side. I use the same brush on my pan. I don't put my cookware in the dishwasher because they stay looking new and last longer.

The concept is good, a 3-tier expanding cooling rack that collapses to make it compact for storage while providing 3 distinct surface areas for cooling cookies and the like. The item seems to be loved by others here. I'm not enthusiastic about it. It can be difficult to make the locking tabs under the top and bottom rack line up with the bars, but maybe I didn't spend enough time using it to get used to it. It's a little tedious to clean but I could probably get used to it and just deal with it. I had to return the item for a more serious reason. I washed it once before I used it, then washed it again after I used it, and I am already seeing signs of rust. I'm returning it because I want the thing to last and it's already not looking like a promising expectation. I don't know what metal rack-type products are like today, particularly ones that are inevitably going to get wet at some point, either through washing or according to its function, they all seem to rust in relatively short order. This one is not different from the crowd in that regard. If these companies are going to charge fifteen dollars for a metal rack, they need to step up their game in making durable products.

I have been using this almost everyday for about two months now, and it has never warped in or out of the oven. The highest temperature I have used it at was 450 F. Very strong. The wire rack is sturdy and can fit inside the pan no matter the temperature. It will scratch. - It will be hard to keep it sparkling. It has brown grease spots. The pan's edges are brown, but I use tin foil in the bottom to catch the juices. It is almost pointless to try and keep it clean, even though there must be a way to get those stains out. I am satisfied with how it performs in cooking my food. Which has been great! In regards to cleaning, I put the wire rack upside down in the pan and pour soapy water in it so that it will soak for at least 30 minutes. I take the wire rack into the sink and use a brush to clean it up, not a sponge or rubber. If you use a sponge scrubber, you can catch it on the edge of the rack and tear it. The brush will reach more areas than the sponge. If you don't care about your pan looking pretty, I would recommend you to get a new one. Good luck!

I didn't have a lot of doubts about the quality, but more of the size I was concerned about, but it fits about a pound and a half of thick cut bacon on here with no problem, and the rack holes are perfect for the bacon not to fall through! 👤I really wanted to use this product. I was washing for the second time. I washed it when I received it, but didn't use it until I was ready to use it. I wiped the paper towel on the soap I used. The video shows something coming off the tray as I was drying the sheet. I don't think it's food safe to me. I threw away the package I was stuck with.

I kept it because I needed it to entertain my guests the next day. After the very first use, there were a lot of spots of discoloration that appeared after cleaning.

👤When I picked it up, I was surprised by its heft. It felt heavy so I got a magnet and verified it was aluminum. I think the heft is due to two things. The pan itself is a heavy gage aluminum with a nice robust beaded edge, and within the rolled edge bead my magnet detected what could be a heavy steel wire. A steel wire inside the edge is likely to help stiffen the pan. I'm very pleased with this pan so far. I'll adjust the review once I get used to it.

My friends 3 young people were treated to a delicious traditional Marranitos cookie from these gems. The quarter sheet size is more versatile than my sheet pans. I didn't bake them in the Breville Smart Oven Pro, but one of them fits perfectly. I might get a few more of this pan.

The picture shows a spot where the plating had been removed. I believe the rack had some small scratches on the wires when I received it. The rust spots are small now, but I would expect more after use. I wonder if it is made of materials that are safe for food contact. There is a layer of copper between the steel of the wires and the outer plating. The product is rated 1 star because of false advertising. I would give it 4 stars if the rack were made of steel. I like the close wire spacing and it fits my half sheet pan very nicely. The support wires were bent out of shape when I got it. It's not clear if that was due to manufacturing tolerances or shipping. I was able to do it myself.
