Best Baking Cups for Oven

👤I got these for cooking in my Ninja Foodi and an instapot. For example, I put some Brussels sprout with some pepper and cheese in a couple of ramekins and air fried them, they turned out great, easy to remove and clean after.

👤I wanted to make chocolate lava cakes. It was received quickly. The packing was topnotch. The product is classic and quality. It is possible to be versatile. I will find many uses for them.

👤The quality of these ramekins is what speaks about them. They were just what we needed since as we prepare meals, they perform well, serving dishes, containers to hold ingredients, sources to chill left overs, to site just a few uses. We ordered these because we found 2 that were not enough. The fit of the star is not as good as I would want, so they can slide or wobble when handled, which is a problem since they do stack as shown in the picture. We are pleased with the product.

👤These are barely 4 ounces and the description says they're 6 ounces. Cleaning will be difficult because they are rough and unfinished on the bottom. The worst thing is that there is no mention of microwave, oven, freezer or dishwasher safe on the ramekins. This is probably the first thing I've bought on Amazon that I'm not happy with. I don't recommend.

👤I was looking for something that was perfect and these were it. I needed some 5 or 6 ounce ramekins to bake creme caramel/flan in and these fit the bill. They were packaged securely and there was nothing broken when they arrived. I can't wait to bake more things with them.

👤This was perfect for a snack that I make several times a week. I eat the ingredients in the bowl after cooking. Clean up is a piece of cake, just soap and water. I need to think of other uses for the rest of the bowls. The quality of the ceramic is better than I expected, and that's a good thing.

👤The old Teflon coated aluminum thing I used for decades has been replaced by the non-stick muffin and cupcake pan. The weight was the first thing I noticed. This is a serious piece of cookware that weighs at least twice as much as my old muffin pan. It feels great handling it. The slick surface is next. When you peel off the advertising stickers, you get your first taste of this surface. Normally, you would have to use a knife or a blow up device to get these stickers off, but they peeled off without tearing. I give a quick mist of Pam to the muffins when they fall out because I don't want them to be buttered or sprayed. It is amazing! The muffin cups have more batter in them than my old muffin tin. I'm giving the Wilton Premium Non-Stick Muffin Pan a big, fat five stars.

👤The muffins turned out great, just like the product claims. Very strong. I was a bit heavy to lift with one hand. I used cupcake liners, but for the little browns on top, there was no need to clean them.

There are recipes underneath the stickers that come on it. Carefully peel them off. The pan was hurt when people yanked them off. If you are at risk of impatience, take them off. 2. Baking cups are a good way to keep your pans nice. 3. If you don't use all the spaces when you bake, be sure to fill the empty spaces with water before you put it in the oven. My mom taught me that it protects the empty compartments during baking. Baking is good!

👤I poured hot caramel into the cups and two of them started cracking. The cups were all fine. If it's "oven safe", there shouldn't be a problem. The portion is good.

It's easy to clean. Everyone enjoyed the souffle. It arrived without a scratch. I promised my sister I would buy her a set.

👤I would like to rate the ramekin 2.5 out of 5. My experience was not good. On June 5, I broke on the dishes that I received on May 26. I cracked one of the ramekins when I was pouring caramel. I am making flan for a birthday tomorrow. I am currently baking with a cracked ramekin. I am trying to be positive because it is not all bad. The packaging was thought out. The colors are fun. I was surprised it was not as durable as I had thought.

👤I have only used one of them, but I was very pleased with it. They perform well and are attractive. I didn't spray with oil, but my frittata didn't stick at all. The bowl was clean and the baking was even. I use Sponge Daddy sponges frequently and the bowl diameter is perfect for cleaning them. It's a good size for a frittata. I placed my order when the description noted that colors were in the process of changing, and I received a more orange/coral one than the one shown in the picture.

👤You can now purchase individual cakes and brownies from companies like Ghirardelli. The ability to make individual portions of dessert is helpful for empty nesters. It allows us to enjoy a dessert that is fresh from the oven. These cups are large enough to hold these desserts. The pastels are well packaged and are pretty. I am very happy with this purchase.

👤I use them to plan. They didn't crack or be damaged when I poured hot caramel. I use them in the oven at 300F. The only thing that I would like to see improved is the instruction that says that it is safe to use. It's not a big deal that they have lids included.

I use it to make pancakes fluffier. If you are whipping the egg whites to add air to the pancake dough, it has to be cooled first.

👤These things look great! The issues I had were mostly user errors. The muffin and cupcake bottoms seem cleaner in appearance and taste when baked in metal pans. I had some issues, which are the CONS: - I filled up the mini muffin one before transferring to a rigid baking sheet. I didn't realize how floppy these things are. Before filling them, place the baking sheet blackened with these Mormons. I sprayed them with cooking spray. Maybe you don't need to. I only made half a tray of mini muffins because I sprayed the whole thing. The ones that were empty were stained after multiple attempts at cleaning. They still function well.

👤Egg pucks are a scramble in a cupcake tin. I did not use oil or spray the cups before pouring the egg mixure and scramble filling. The ridgers had no testicles. They were puffed out of the cups and slipped out for me. I'm buying more for Christmas.

👤These are the way to go. It's much easier to use traditional metal pans. They cook more evenly. I had to make cupcakes that didn't have liners.

👤I just got my set and love it. I understand that people don't like them but they are made out of Silicone. It's true! They are not going to be strong. I put a tray under it. 👤You just have to be careful about how you do it after baking and the angle you do it at, because muffins pop out of cup just like it says. I did it yesterday and a few of my mini muffins started to fall apart. It's because of the awkwardness of pushing out the cup shape. It's not easy to put the oven in because it needs something flat underneath to carry it. Muffins taste normal after being put in the dishwasher to get the smell out.

👤The porcelain glaze was evenly applied for a smooth finish. The packaging was over the top and the clay work was very consistent. These are the dishes you're looking for. The box and foam insert can be used to bring wine bottles home. There was no clunking and clanking.

👤The four things that most people notice about the large amount of ramekins on Amazon are 1) they are white, 2) they are grey, 3) they are not black and 4) they are not purple. There are two more The standard 8 oz size is not interchangeable with the 6 oz size. These are great for small desserts and soufflés, but be sure to get the 6 oz size, they are kind of stackable. They do not nest neatly into each other, but you can pile them together for storage. The box was a little worse for wear, but the ramekins were all fine. If you need a set of classic white 6 oz. ramekins, these will suffice.

👤These are perfect! I wanted to make my favorite dessert, creme brlée, so these worked great, and the dessert came out great. I want to make creme brlée for my large family get-togethers so I am buying another set. I love them.

👤They arrive well padded with each fitting into their own hole in a sheet of styrofoam and covered with another layer. Box is a great place to store them. The recipe I was going to follow called for 6 ounces of creme brulee and I bought these to make it. Others wanted 8. I was indecisive about which size to get, but ended up going with these. They're fine. Even when the top edges are blasted with a torch and the bottom is chilled to 40 degrees, the heat is still good. It is easy to clean. No one complains. I wish I had found some shallow ovals for the creme brulee as I am not used to having that deep of custard. You have more room to cook the sugar on top and the custard is not as deep. You get the right mix of the two in each bite. These are the perfect size for baking.

👤I am looking for a muffin cup that is 100% food grade silicone and also easy to clean, since some products end up getting food caked in the ridges and are impossible to clean. I used these for egg cups and there was no sticking at all, and the little bit that did stick easily washed off. Can't beat the price. They are slightly smaller than a standard muffin cup size, but not enough to deter me from using them. Very happy with the purchase!

👤I bought these to help sort my kids' lunchboxes into smaller sections. The material is flexible and thin and can fit into a lot of different containers. If one gets lost or torn, they are less precious and easier to let go.

The finished product slides out of the cups after just a little oil spray. I baked the same in the air fryer, but the oven had a better turnout. Excellent for two people, these pans are easy to store. Clean-up is easy.

👤I have been making baked oatmeal. They are easy to clean. 1/2 cup old fashioned oats, dash of salt, chia seeds, cinnamon, and a dash of vanilla extract are included in the baked oatmeal recipe. Place plant milk in the cover. I like frozen wild fruits. Place a spoon in the bottom of the dish. Top with frozen fruit. The oven is at a very high degree of temperature. When it is done, top it with maple or vanilla yogurt. Maple syrup or honey can be used. If you add sweetened yogurt, it will be sweeter. That is it! Enjoy!

👤The perfect size for one person is these. My wife and I made six dishes for a dinner with friends and they all liked the size of the dishes. The dishes were clean as well.

I have ordered other products from the Panificio line of disposable baking molds. The batter rised and oil got between the patterned paper and the nonstick layer, leaving a grease spot. It's possible to get seep through if you're not careful. It still looks attractive.

👤I put my cakes in the liners after they are baked to make them look nicer. I get a lot of praise for the presentation. The reason I didn't give the seller 5 stars was because they put a few smaller ones in with my order. I toss my cakes away since they don't fit in the smaller ones, so I can't use them. I think they don't have enough to fulfill the order. I will return them or find another distributor the next time. Please don't send me the smaller liners. They are useless to me.

👤You should have a ruler for shopping online. There are many reviews about the side of these. They are good as a muffin top cup and the size is listed. The size indicated was exactly what these were. You may have more than one when you take them apart. I put them all in a casserole because they need to support the pan. If you gift treats, these are very nice. I will order them. These are a time saver for me because I only have one pan that does 6 at a time.
