Best Baking Cups Reusable

👤It's great for making egg muffins. I used traditional paper cups, but they came out perfect. I will never go back to paper cups again after ordering two packs of these. It's worth it.

👤I had to come back after these were a great idea. The capacity for holding a muffin or cupcake in a standard muffin tin is greatly reduced by the small base of the Silicon cup. If I were you, I would guess that you would either have too much batter for a recipe or they would exceed the tin.

👤I wanted to make crisp Parmesans. I have seen many recipes that tell you to use a drop of Parmesan on the paper to bake. When I did this, I got crisps in all shapes, except nice and round, and lots of little burnt bits. I ruined the cupcake pan I tried because I used increasing force to counter increasing sticking. The paper cupcake cups were stuck to the paper. I tried them. The picture shows that I can fit all 24 on one long baking sheet, which decreases the number of baking rounds. When baked, you can see how nicely rounded they are. They don't stick at all, but they can fall out of the cup with a little tap. They are easy to clean. I don't know how long they will hold up, but they seem sturdy.

👤I bought these replacements for the muffin cups I bought at ikea. The ones I had were easy to clean. These are hard to clean. I have to scrub them thoroughly after I flip them inside out. It would be simpler to scrub the muffin tin. I wouldn't buy them again.

👤I bought these a year or so ago, and have been using them almost weekly for muffins - I loved the convenience and fun colors. They have a smell when baking and have a soapy taste. I was reading a cookbook over the weekend and it said that you can use Silicone baking cups, but be sure to choose 100% Silicone products, other products not only are less effective but also tend to smell. It's a bad word! I noticed that the "food grade Silicone" was not the same as " 100% food grade Silicone" when I looked at my order. There are other things in there. The discussions around the pinch test weren't in the reviews back then. I've ordered different ones that say they are 100% silicone because these will be going in the trash. I wonder what I've been eating for the past year. If you haven't bought them yet, why risk it?

👤I used these for making homemade lotion bars. The bars looked nice with the crinkled edges. A friend gave me a recipe for Body Butter Bars, which are made with cocoa butter and virgin coconut oil. Combine ingredients in a heat resistant jar or measuring cup and melt in a pan filled with a couple of inches of water on low/medium heat. Remove the molds when the melted lotion is set until hardened. They smell like coconut, honey and chocolate when rubbed on the skin.

👤I bought these for the non stick properties and was disappointed. You can see that even muffins leave a mess that needs to be cleaned. I wanted them to be able to cook eggs in the oven. They were super-stick, not non-stick. It took me 15 minutes to clean the cups after they had been in the water for an hour. If I had made a regular muffin tin and soaked it for an hour, it would only take me 5 minutes to clean them, so why would I ever use them? The ridges on the muffin tin make it easier to clean. I don't understand the rave reviews. These are bright and colorful, but I use a muffin tin because it is more eco-friendly and less frustrating.

All in great value, but not in the way I was expecting.

👤I put these in a bento box. I was looking for the same but in a longer shape, and this works fine with the standard muffin-shaped silicone liners. These only come up to half the height of a muffin liner, so they don't work well for bento boxes.

The cupcakes were difficult to remove from the mold and I never got them clean. I washed and soaked again. I put them in the trash can. I bought a box cake from the store and it didn't come right off, so I have to clean each of the crevices of the liner. I will buy the muffin pans with no crevices. I don't recommend this product.

👤I didn't want bright rainbow colors. I did not want a bunch of different colors. I would prefer to have all white, clear, or cream colored. Nobody is selling what I want. These fit perfectly inside the muffin pan. I use a standard baking pan. I wish they were not so ridged as it would make it easier to clean them. There are bits of extra silicone stuck to the edges. It won't affect function but it's not pretty. I will be picking it up. It's really sad. I know about the first world problems.

👤I'm 73. I never considered Silicone cupcake liners. There was a time when 1/3 of the muffin or cupcake was stuck in the paper liner. Everything pops out and nothing sticks to the Silicone Cupcake Liners. Cleanup takes time. This product and vendor are recommended by me. Shipping was on time. The package arrived well. The vendor had a good follow up. Buy them!

👤I bought these because I had to wash the pans because my muffins would leak juice through the paper liners and they were hard to clean and show wear. I thought this was the answer. You need to wash and dry these before you use them. If you don't want to store baked goods in freezer in these liners, you have to remove each item after baking. You have to wash and dry the baked goods after use. I had to use a dish brush to clean them faster because the baked item left the same amount of product on them as it did on paper cup liners. I think it's quicker to clean the pans that don't have ridges. If you want to save trees by not using paper liners, you may have a good reason, depending on how safe they are to make. I don't think they were a good idea. It wasn't for me. The quality of the item is very good, but the practicality is not very good.

👤These did not pass the test. Silicone will not turn white when pinched, according to science. This is a cheap hat that has cheap materials to fill in the expensive silicone. Don't buy. I threw my stuff away. The company lied.

👤I figured out that putting dice in the dishwasher works well, since they are not the easiest to clean. These are great for making muffins or cupcakes and then removing the wrapper to freeze. I would highly consider alternatives because of how hard they are to clean. I try not to use plastic in food storage or things that get heated, but I am working towards that. I will still use them, but maybe they are better to put paints in for kids, to line car cup holders, to put kids snacks in... I will look into making use for them in more diverse ways!

👤The air fryer had perfect egg cups. One egg with some egg white, a dash of olive oil, a tiny bit of Colby cheese, and some bacon bits. Air fry for 7 minutes. They pop out without being sprayed. Great!

It states that they pass the "pinch test" It was a waste of time and money. Even though they are extremely thin, they turn white when pinched. They are all made of light pastels and may be made to cover up the fact that they contain fillers. If you buy them and pinch them together, you will see that they turn white immediately. They contain unsafe substances. I don't recommend it.

👤I use these as snack cups for my kids and baked muffins and mini quiches in them. The kids love getting a few on their plate to separate their food and add some fun to dinner. Unlike others I have tried, they come off of baked food easily and wash well. The colors are fun. I am happy to have found some work that is better than I had hoped for.

👤I liked the fact that I could make corn muffins and not have the muffin stuck to the paper cups. You get to eat more of my corn muffins because they don't stick in these. They work. I just filled out the directions on the box and put them on a baking sheet for the required amount of time. It's easy to clean.

👤The grooves are hard to clean. They give you the brush because of that. They can't be eaten if you frost them. The solution is to frost them, but use a spoon to lift one side so they come out easily. I like them because it's hard to bake something when you don't have cupcake papers. It's good to have them on hand. It takes some experience to clean them because they are hard to clean. If you hold the cupcake holder in one hand and then vigorously brush the brush back and forth in soapy water, the clean is much easier.

👤These are the molds that I love. I've used them for desserts. They work well for cupcakes. I tried a few batches of cupcakes with the molds in a cupcake tin and one with the molds on a cookie sheet. The cookie sheet method did cause the bottoms to cook faster leaving a burnt bottom, so I would recommend using the cupcake tin with these molds. I think I'll need to use cooking spray to get the cupcakes out of the mold, but they aren't too bad. I wouldn't do it again because they worked well for jello. My son had to eat them out of the mold. This was a great purchase.

She is in kindergarten and the colors are fun. The thickness between each liner is inconsistent, and these are super thin. As I was checking each one individually, I realized that it was not a good thickness and that I had to touch the other side. Most of them are very thin. If I were to bake with them, there is no stability to keep the square or rectangle shapes without bowing because the food will push down and fold the walls over. It will do for now, for $10, a great deal. My daughter will be able to play with these when I buy a thicker, more reliable version.

👤Silicone baking cups is my first use and it proves to be a good choice. I got a 36pack of 3 shapes cupcakes, each with 6 vibrant colors. I wash them by hand. The next day, trying to bake to throw them on a muffin tin and not grease, they come out easily, all muffins hold the shape well. You can allow them to cool down a minute before they are removed. I washed the leftover pieces in the muffin liner and put them in the dishwasher. If a user guide can be attached, then it will be better for the first user like me.

👤I am happy with the liners as I had been using paper liners and they were bad for sticking when the muffins were still hot. They were in good shape. I thought they were small. The ones that are rectangular tend to bow at the long side, so not really square if that matters to you. I bake all shapes on a baking sheet because I don't have a different shape metal muffin pans. I soaked the liners with water after the muffins popped. I rubbed my thumbs on the inside and the minimal food matter rubbed off. I put them on a towel lined counter and turned them upside down. It was dry after outside. I let the few drops of water in each air dry. I don't like towel drying for sanitary reasons. I suggest you dry them before stacking them up. Common sense is used for all kitchen items. I really liked the sense of humor in your emails.

👤They look like they are in the pictures. The oils do not show through as advertised. I would suggest baking them in cupcake paper and putting them in cups. The oil takes away from the cupcake you've spent a lot of time on.

They're sturdy enough to be used as a muffin tin, just line them up on a cookie sheet. Good to leave. Don't place your pan too low in the oven because you have to be careful about burning the bottoms. They're nice. I wouldn't go out of my way to purchase them again or to use them more often. The butterfly and tulip cupcakes lose their shapes. I think they would be better served in candy, chocolates, or other foods that keep the shape more defined.

The fat bombs popped out for me once frozen, but the jello seems to have a stronger hold, but comes out fine if eaten straight from mold, or by carefully going around the outside with a butter knife. They are easy to wash by hand, but have not used the dishwasher yet. The treats are sturdy enough to not need a muffin pan. What I was looking for!

If I were to bake with these, I would have to use different speeds as the cups are not consistent in thickness.
