I can't give my new SWEEJAR baking dishes 5 stars because the handles required a lot of elbow grease to get white again after just a single use. The handle grips have ridges, but you can't see them in the photo. These dishes are hard to clean because of the ridges. The grips should be smooth like the rest of the dish. The inside of the dish is very easy to clean after soaking it in hot sudsy water. Unless you want the same ugly brown stains as my glass baking dishes, there is no way to clean the handles.
