I bought them because they are made of steel. My roasting pans were made of aluminum. I did not want to use aluminum because I was aware that it could lead to Alzheimer's disease. The pans are sturdy and have nice handles. I like the fact that there are different types of racks. I like how easy these are to clean. Despite a lot of use, they have not lost their shine. They are reasonably priced.

You pay for what you get. It is shiny.

👤This is a great purchase for me. It is not All-Clad, but I got two roasters for $27. The large roaster does a great job and it washes well. The small roaster is useful to have around. The handles are the reason for 4 stars. It can be difficult to grab the roaster from the sides of the oven mitt because the handles fold down. It works better for storage. I recommend these roasters to my husband and I because we can reach for them all the time. If you need to put one on an outdoor grill, you don't have to think twice. One of the roasters came without a rack, but Amazon immediately sent a new set. Customer service is great.

👤These pans are pretty good. I would buy them again for the price. I have some complaints. They are thinner than the pictures show. When empty, the ones I have are a little rocky, but once you add oven heat, they flatten out. You can serve from the pan. The side handles are the biggest complaint I have. Great idea. It would be a huge improvement if they were designed correctly. It is nearly impossible to grab them while wearing an oven mitt because they are too flush to the surface. If you want to remove the handle from the pan, you should use the newer heat gloves with some sort of rubber. Most people have standard gloves. Would I buy again? Yes, for the price.

👤I have been making baked oatmeal. They are easy to clean. 1/2 cup old fashioned oats, dash of salt, chia seeds, cinnamon, and a dash of vanilla extract are included in the baked oatmeal recipe. Place plant milk in the cover. I like frozen wild fruits. Place a spoon in the bottom of the dish. Top with frozen fruit. The oven is at a very high degree of temperature. When it is done, top it with maple or vanilla yogurt. Maple syrup or honey can be used. If you add sweetened yogurt, it will be sweeter. That is it! Enjoy!

If you can get it on, it will protect your food, but you will starve to death before you can get it off. The dish is very nice and heavy duty. I hope that lid works. 👤Pyrex was sold to the Chinese and I have heard horror stories about it. I want a glass baking dish that is strong and heat resistant. It has large handles for safe handling. The two sizes come in one package.

👤I used 5 months to write this review. They have good quality glass at a reasonable price. They are made in the USA. These are really good value for money. I highly recommend. Their packing is the worst. My pan was damaged because of the packaging. It wasn't that big and sharp. I did not return it. Yes. If they want to survive in the competitive Industry, they need to improve their packing. I would have rated it 5 stars. I am giving 4 stars because of that bad packaging. It's a good experience apart from that.

👤There are two different sizes of casserole dishes. Both of them have a blue print. Both will look great on your table. The casserole size is larger. I was surprised by the small dish, but realized it was a self or one serving. If you want to serve it in a small dish, you can put a regular serving in the large dish. They are hand wash and I will do either machine wash or hand wash. Your choice. These casserole dishes are the kind of dishes I like to use when I bring food to an event. 👤I use pyrex cookwear. I enjoy cooking with glass. I put the casserole dish in the oven and then put the meet on the hot glass to see it. Instead of going into the oven, it shattered apart all over the kitchen: glass all over the floor and all over the counter. I don't need this kind of quality. It worked well for general baking if temperatures rise and fall gradually, but it doesn't do as well as my other pyrex. I don't know if it's really pyrex.

Both dishes were filled with sauce and cooked pasta, topped with mozzarella, and placed into the oven to melt the cheese without the cover. The dishes were in for less than a minute when we heard a loud boom and saw steam coming from the oven. We opened the oven and found that the dish had exploded, sending glass shards and baked tortellini all over the oven, top to bottom, and glass shards landed in the other Pyrex dish. My Pyrex baking dish has been used weekly for over twenty years without incident. I think this was not a case of thermal shock. The Pyrex dish should have suffered injuries if it had been misuse on my end. I called World Kitchen and was told that they were sending me a replacement for a dish that they believed was not up to par.

Nonstick pans are easy to clean. If you want to cut something but also store it in the pan with the lid, lift the bake out of the pan with the parchment, cut it up, and then lift it up by the paper sides to put it back in. These will last a long time if you keep them away. A quick search on the internet will show you the best way to bake. They are non stick. They are not Silicone. If you want to have a smooth clean up, you should switch to food-safe quality silicone. The pans stack nicely for transport in my thermal bags, and the lids keep my stuff from getting old after almost a week. I will be buying more of these for my friends this year because they are superb quality.

👤These pans are very nice. Sturdy, well made, with nice covers. The outside dimensions are actually 10 1/2 x 9 7/8. I own a Panasonic flashxpress and the largest pan that fits in it is 9 1/2 x 9 1/2. I should have realized that the flange was too large. I am purchasing an 8 x 8 to make sure the pan fits, and will not return, since they are very nice, and I'll use them in my regular oven.
