The concept is good, a 3-tier expanding cooling rack that collapses to make it compact for storage while providing 3 distinct surface areas for cooling cookies and the like. The item seems to be loved by others here. I'm not enthusiastic about it. It can be difficult to make the locking tabs under the top and bottom rack line up with the bars, but maybe I didn't spend enough time using it to get used to it. It's a little tedious to clean but I could probably get used to it and just deal with it. I had to return the item for a more serious reason. I washed it once before I used it, then washed it again after I used it, and I am already seeing signs of rust. I'm returning it because I want the thing to last and it's already not looking like a promising expectation. I don't know what metal rack-type products are like today, particularly ones that are inevitably going to get wet at some point, either through washing or according to its function, they all seem to rust in relatively short order. This one is not different from the crowd in that regard. If these companies are going to charge fifteen dollars for a metal rack, they need to step up their game in making durable products.

The sandwich buns, loaves of bread, and general counter cluttered needs to be better organized. This solution is perfect. Between the shelves is a small area. The loaves of bread have room to spare. 👤The rack is large. One flaw makes this versatile, great. It has enough space to dry large pots. There is a row of plates that work well for large and medium size plates. The attachment to dry cutting boards and the wooden one being supported up in the air are two features that are rarely found in the others. If only for two glasses, the wine glass attachment is a fine addition. The section to dry spoons, knives, and the like is where one can hang many other things. It isn't high enough. I was fortunate that I didn't get rid of the old one and that I was able to adapt it to the new one. The alternative is better than the different color. I would say that I am very satisfied with the item after 10 days. Thanks to the flexibility offered by the Amazon platform, I was able to figure it out, even though the one sent to me had no instructions. It comes with plastic claps to secure mugs and short glasses that don't stay in place.

👤The dish rack is large and heavy. Everything in my sink is in it. The material is strong. The tall walls keep the water in. The funnel plug in the bottom controls the water to trickle into small space and then go back into the sink. It is 2 inches wide, so much nicer than the rack that flows out the entire edge and soaks the counter. I like that it has all the files. It gives you enough space and height to hang fragile glasses, inserts to hold knifes and side trays that catch water, and sponges. It has a nice look. I used to use the cheap plastic one, but it's much nicer now.

We don't have enough room for everything so we put some objects on kitchen towels to dry. The front legs are folded up and the rear legs are extended to gain pitch. I expected all parts to be heavier gauge materials. The wire is not as good as my qualitystainless steel cabinet shelf racks, and the small black side trays feel flimsy, although they work. I think the design failure is that the cap with knife slots sits delicately on top of the cup. The flatware compartment is too shallow to hold anything upright and the photos in the ad seem a little deceptive there. Silly marketing hype about " doesn't leave fingerprints" is what the woopie is about. How much actual handling do you get? If it didn't have a water spot, that would be something to brag about. To keep the rack looking fresh and clean, I have to disassemble once a week and thoroughly wipe it down. I summary, it has good features and is a good keeper if I don't remember how much I spent on it. I agree with the reviewers that it's overpriced. My cost was $75. The price has come down a lot.

The rubber caps on the ripped feet fell off. What? I had to tape them back on because I didn't want to hear the metal hitting the counter. I contacted Amazon who sent me a new rack. The rack was damaged as well. I salvaged parts from the first damaged order to make a complete rack. I had to put the rack in a dish rack to dry after one of the end caps broke. I wouldn't buy it. They blamed Amazon when I told them of the issues. After fixing the damaged rack, it broke again. Spend your money on something else.

The rubber feet that keep it from sliding or marking up counters fall off every time I move the rack, and one was split on the side so it fell off even easier than the others. It's not a suggestion for baked-on food to wash with hot water, mild soap and gentle sponge. The small print on the package says "not dishwasher safe." "Made from globallysourced commercial grade and heavy gauge aluminized steel" is a small print on the package. The family may reside and do business in the USA, but they get these baking racks from China, because USA Pan is a Bundy family company which has manufactured high quality bakeware and provided jobs in the USA for over 50 years. The baking rack is made in the USA. It's not okay for a baking rack to be sold in the USA as a USA family product. It was very misleading.

I think the small grids will be a chore to clean after use. It's not steel, it's aluminum, and it has a grey tint from the beginning. It's better to use aluminum in the oven as it conducts heat more evenly than steel. I'm keeping it because of that. I was disappointed when it arrived, but I think it will serve its purpose.

I can't imagine it holding up to heavy usage. It is a lot lighter than other racks I have purchased.

I bought this rack based on positive comments about it from a friend. This thing can be used to beat a man to death. It's heavy, solidly built, won't bend or deform from abnormal use, and does it's job with attitude and an over engineered style. I bought one because I didn't know what I was doing. I'm buying three more because you have to have four. I don't mind. It made my girls happy and satisfied my manly definition of a solid tool. I did well.

👤I ordered this cooling rack because it was easy to clean and it was made of STAINLESS STEEL. The supporting framework is made of steel. The wire mesh on top is not real steel. It's hard to wash because of the rough coating on the wire mesh. I used the rack today and it works well, the baked goods seem to get stuck to the wire mesh.

Is it possible that Amazon shipping caused this? The rack was thrown in the Amazon box so who really knows, but there are no obvious signs of damage. It doesn't seem like a shipping problem. Storage problem? Maybe. I am leery now. I am not worried that a heavy cast iron skillet will fall off, but what if the dish soap was a bowl of soup? It might be light enough to be a problem. It was suggested by a youtuber that focuses on Sous Vide. He uses it to hold vacuum sealed bags with food in the water bath. This has held up well under water and has been used for baking. This rack is for the price. When you bake something on it, spray some cooking spray on it and it will clean up.

👤I bought a wire baking rack for canning. It fits inside a pot that can hold canning jars and allow them to sit close to the bottom. The chromed steel wire can hold a lot of weight. The wires are parallel and not in a cross-hatch which would keep jars from being tilted.

I bought the stackable version of the pan sized ones because I liked them so much. I don't understand why anyone would make anything other than the same material as the STAINLESS STEEL. The other ones break. It is a grid pattern so things don't fall through the gaps and I like that. I don't feel like it's going to warp or bend when I'm scrubbing it like my old one, because the grid construction makes it much sturdier. It's very easy to clean. The first rack was purchased years ago at a party sale, but this one is just larger to fit all of the cookies from the extra large sheet of cookies on it. It was nice to have both this last baking session. This rack can be used for both baking in the oven and inside the baking pans I already have. Double duty. If you get two, they are all in the same order. I might have to get another PC and put it in the bottom of the refrigerator as an extra shelf. When one is on the carnivore diet and one or more are cutting a 20 pound slab of meat for a few days to a week, it helps.
