Best Baking Drying Rack Stackable

👤I bought 2 of these to make jerky for a camp chef pellet smoker. They stack easily with and without the legs extended. I prefer it with the legs collapsing as I can stack all four rack on top of each other and save more space. I can use the pellet smoker and the round rack dehydrator at the same time to make smoked jerky. The taste of the pellet smoker is different to a standard dehydrator and is a welcome addition. The standard round rack dehydrator does not fit these racks, but they could be used in a horizontal dehydrator. It's great for the pellet smoker because it leaves enough room to cook other meats. That's a "WIN-WIN!"

👤I like the cooling rack but they don't seem to last long. I've only used them for cookie cooking and have had some issues. Can't imagine they would last long. They are larger than most cooling racks. They use space efficiently. I would give 5 stars to both of these things because they are so big. It is expensive. Compared to other racks. The material they are made from is weak and makes them bend easily. One corner wouldn't touch the counter because of the changes out of the box. Some bowed in the middle and others were depressed. The coating is coming off after 2x use. I only use them to cool cookies so no gunk builds up on them. I only washed my hands in the sink. The coating is peeling off on one of them. The feet don't line up nicely with the squares. The feet on the top one fit into the grooves of the bottom one on my other cooling rack. The trays are always out of line because the racks don't align properly. It's not a big deal. It does waste some space.

👤I bought two sets of cooling racks. They don't stack. The legs don't fit into the slots for stacking because they are bent in different directions. They are all wobbly. I need them for the holidays. My husband has worked on them to make them stack, but they won't fit in. I like that they are grid style, but I am disappointed that they are not more elegant.

👤The legs on these stands don't lock into place, so unless you are very careful they can collapse back down on one side or the other, leaving your baked good to slide off. I have taken to not putting the legs up. They were cheap and serve their purpose. I can cool an entire batches of cookies with two of them, but they only hold one round cake. Unless you push them together, they aren't big enough to cool a large sheet cake.

👤The product is a great idea, but flawed in design. When twisting the hooks into the slot on one shelf, they broke, and it took some doing. I bought the 7 shelf system so I didn't have to worry about the others. I put my pans on the shelf but they slid forward from the weight. The shelf is not strong enough to hold pans. I use the shelf by putting a pan lid on it, but it's not ideal.

👤It takes up a lot of space. It is the best use of space because I enjoy cooking again and I don't want to dig for the right pans and lids. The assembly was easy and the location was easy to change. You will have to build up some strength, but slowly. I mean very little. I found it to be very sturdy, but you have to put the lightest pans on the top. It seems like a no-brainer. I wish I had rearranged my kitchen space a long time ago.

The other one required no assembly and was a bit less expensive. I am happy with this purchase. I was able to layer my pans in one compartment after removing one of the dividers. I paid more for this one. I like it because it is sturdy and the dividers are interchangeable, which makes the compartments more flexible for each kitchen's needs. Nothing slides out when it is not tipping over. I am dealing with the competitor's holder. This was a better purchase than the lower priced one and I am more satisfied with this one.

I bought this rack based on positive comments about it from a friend. This thing can be used to beat a man to death. It's heavy, solidly built, won't bend or deform from abnormal use, and does it's job with attitude and an over engineered style. I bought one because I didn't know what I was doing. I'm buying three more because you have to have four. I don't mind. It made my girls happy and satisfied my manly definition of a solid tool. I did well.

👤I ordered this cooling rack because it was easy to clean and it was made of STAINLESS STEEL. The supporting framework is made of steel. The wire mesh on top is not real steel. It's hard to wash because of the rough coating on the wire mesh. I used the rack today and it works well, the baked goods seem to get stuck to the wire mesh.

👤It seems like a sturdy rack. It is warped in the center. I put a bottle of soap on the rack. Imagine my shock when the bottle fell onto the floor. It is the strangest thing I have ever seen. It took me a while to understand the problem. The center of the rack is higher than the edges. It is almost like it has been warped. A metal rack warped? Is it possible that Amazon shipping caused this? The rack was thrown in the Amazon box so who really knows, but there are no obvious signs of damage. It doesn't seem like a shipping problem. Storage problem? Maybe. I am leery now. I am not worried that a heavy cast iron skillet will fall off, but what if the dish soap was a bowl of soup? It might be light enough to be a problem. I only bought one rack as a trial. I am unlikely to buy more of these so my research is incomplete. It's the same thing. The owner of the Ultra Cuisine brand sent me a nice note apologizing for the problem along with a replacement rack. Thank you much! The replacement rack is very nice. I would buy another one like this. Rosemary took the time to make this right and my review was bumped to four stars. Excellent customer service is still a thing.

👤We've tried a lot of different racks in the past, even after seeing reviews that suggested they might not be good for baking, only cooling. I was very happy to find this one that can do both. It was suggested by a youtuber that focuses on Sous Vide. He uses it to hold vacuum sealed bags with food in the water bath. This has held up well under water and has been used for baking. This rack is for the price. When you bake something on it, spray some cooking spray on it and it will clean up.

I wanted more air flow around the food for consistent cooking and so I put a cooling rack in a cookie sheet and put one of the ovens in the oven. I noticed that the cooling rack in the oven had bars that were in one direction, but food could fall through it. The cooling rack is 17 x 11 and has cross bars that fit in my Anova oven as a shelf. Small food items do not fall through when air frying, because the heat is allowed to circulate around the food. I use a lined cookie sheet on a lower shelf to catch any crumbs or oils from the food being air fried. There are so many other features that I like about this cooling rack in my Anova oven. 1) It's made of a steel that won't rust, so there shouldn't be a problem with it. There are two more It's easy to clean. You can use a brush on both sides if you soak it for a few minutes in warm, soapy water. The rack has food in it. There are 3 more It is surprisingly heavy. Many of the other cooling rack are flimsy. There are four It has cross bars with feet at both ends to increase strength and stability. The rack can be used to protect the counter from heat. There are five The cooling rack is larger than the cookie sheets I have, but it fits over them. This works well in my conventional oven. It works well as a cooling rack for my baked goods. I'm very happy with the cooling rack and I'm happy it fits my A nova oven. I hope my review helped you, and I recommend this cooling rack to everyone. I will update my review if my opinion changes.

👤This rack is perfect for my quarter sheet pan. You don't know how many racks I've purchased trying to find one that fits. I cook my bacon in the oven. The finished product is flatter and less shrinking. The wires are only one way in most racks. Nothing happens through this one. If you soak it in hot soapy water, it will be easy to clean it up. Use a scrubby sponge or stiff brush to clean the rack. If you can see which way the wires run, rub the scrubby/brush in the same direction, flip it over and clean the other side. I use the same brush on my pan. I don't put my cookware in the dishwasher because they stay looking new and last longer.

👤They seem to be making them differently. There are no double wires that run through it. It's now very hot! These are very bad with them. Place a loaf of banana bread on top of a pumpkin roll and they bow in the middle, the legs spread out and the rack collapses. All 3 are the same. It's horrible for wilton. Don't waste your money if you don't use them. It's great for baking. They're so handy that I have 4 sets left.

They stack easily and securely so you can be confident that your baked goods won't fall. I was able to store the cookies in a freezer bag after a few minutes of cooling. I was able to refill the rack several times, leaving enough time between trays for the cookies to cool and be bags. Every time, the cookies were released. I put the racks in the sink for a quick clean up after baking. It is very easy to clean and dry. I'll be making a few loaves of bread tomorrow. I am confident that the racks will be useful again. I bought the mixer and it's been the best investment I've made. If you are looking for a good quality cooling rack, you will be happy with this purchase.

👤This cooking rack is gorgeous. My husband bought it as a Christmas gift. He gave me it early. It is easy to assemble and it is very durable. It was great having space for all of the pies. I used to own the Wilton brand, but I threw it out when I used this one. There is a huge difference between the two. The Betty Crocker one is better than the other one. This cooling rack is recommended by me. It will last a long time. I want to buy another one because I like it so much. More cooling rack means more goodies.

I use the ones from wilton with less space in the middle that are stackable andremovable without hassle. 👤I bought this to hold my baking sheets of cookies as I take them out of the oven so the cookies can cool before I put them on a plate, in a box, etc. After putting the cookie sheet on the top two rack, I was concerned that it wasn't built well enough to hold up to how I planned to use it. You have to wait for the cookies to cool a bit before you transfer them to this rack, but by that time they are cooled enough to not need a cooling rack. It would be one more thing to clean.

I found a way to assemble this difficult item after a lot of research. I was not the only one who experienced this and luckily there were some kind souls who posted the instructions on how to assemble this item. I have a local baking store that sells better cooling racks that are easy to assemble, sturdy, and have clear cut instructions. The shelving is not strong because it was warped upon receipt. I'm disappointed that my off brand baking racks are not as good as they could be. Absolutely disappointment.

👤I had an old chrome steel cooling rack that was starting to break at the welds and I needed to replace it. I am very happy with the quality of this rack. I bought the stackable version of the pan sized ones because I liked them so much. I don't understand why anyone would make anything other than the same material as the STAINLESS STEEL. The other ones break. It is a grid pattern so things don't fall through the gaps and I like that. I don't feel like it's going to warp or bend when I'm scrubbing it like my old one, because the grid construction makes it much sturdier. It's very easy to clean. It was worth the extra cost for something that works well and is going to last a long time.

When counter space is tight, larger can be an issue, and these ended up working out just fine. I love how easy they are to stack and fold away. I liked the height of these legs. The shorter the rack, the more room I had to move or position cookies once another rack was stacked on top of it, which was a good feature for me. 👤I don't make small batches of cookies. I make them for people. The first rack was purchased years ago at a party sale, but this one is just larger to fit all of the cookies from the extra large sheet of cookies on it. It was nice to have both this last baking session. This rack can be used for both baking in the oven and inside the baking pans I already have. Double duty. If you get two, they are all in the same order. I might have to get another PC and put it in the bottom of the refrigerator as an extra shelf. When one is on the carnivore diet and one or more are cutting a 20 pound slab of meat for a few days to a week, it helps.

👤I used it 5 times and it works great. The legs are very stable and never collapsed on me even with a full rack of meat on top and bottom. I plan to use it to bake chicken strips on low temp and I'm certain it will work. It's hard to clean because the wires are so close together and there's a lot of them, so you need a cleaning system like a soak tub and big brush to not be frustrated. I think it's worth the money.

👤The wires came out after just one use of the rack. What? This is a very dangerous hazard. One of the side screws came loose and can easily scratch counter tops. It isn't easy to open and close it. It takes some muscling and maneuvering to get it in place. It is easy to lose the pieces that hold the rack in the correct height. I wish it would have worked, but it seems like a failed product to me. I will return it.

👤I found this cooling rack at the perfect time for the holiday. This baby is going to be put to the real test this week because Thanksgiving is this week. We are going to use it for pies and anything else we make, however I have already used it to cool a few dozen cookies. It has a lot of space with 4 full size racks. The space in between each rack can be adjusted. It is very easy to set up and take down, and folds up nicely to store away. This is a must have for a baker. I have considered using it as a drying rack because I am a crafter. I think it would work well. This is a great item to have on hand.
