1. OliveNation Strawberry Extract Ounce

OliveNation Strawberry Extract Ounce

If you like fresh strawberries, you will love their strawberry extract. Adding it to your desserts will intensify the strawberry flavor. It can be used to give a boost to the flavor of your strawberry jams and preserves. strawberry extract is sugar free.

Brand: Olivenation

👤I bought this product because my favorite smelling skin care product contained strawberry extract. I was under the impression that I would receive a bottle of beautiful berry goodness, replicating the incredible strawberry smell I wanted to incorporate into my other products. I was mistaken. When I opened this bottle, I smelled the smell. Similar to rotten fruit sitting outside in the summer. It was horrible. The taste was just like the smell. I bought strawberry extract at a cheap price. If you want high quality products that are fragrant, aromatic and palatable, make sure you spend the extra money and choose a different brand. This is where it belongs. In the TRASH!

👤I've used this in cupcakes, frosting, pancakes, and smoothies, and so far it's provided fresh, intense strawberry flavor in each item. It seems to have only the sweet flavor of strawberries with no tartness, so be sure to either reduce your sweetener or add a little acid to balance it out.

👤The label on the bottle says to cook or bake. The marketing in the description of this product claims otherwise. The label clearly says don't use it in smoothies or ice cream that won't be heated. I wanted to use it in a smoothie. The vendor told me not to believe the bottle label but to trust the marketing claims. The person who answered the phone made it sound like they didn't understand what they were talking about. "To cook" means "to cook by the use of heat, as by boiling, baking, or roasting; to subject (anything) to the application of heat" according to Dictionary.com. It's concerning that a company making food products sold in the USA either does not understand elementary school English words or is lying to sell a product.

👤The true sweetness of Strawberries can not be found in an extract. I can't say for certain if the alcohol used in the extraction process has an unpleasant taste. It just doesn't taste right. If you used an amount like that, it would not do anything. Still too weak, double up. You get a strawberry like taste, but not without the unpleasant taste. I won't buy this product again.

👤The strawberry and banana extract labels look the same. There is no photo of a strawberry like this one on Amazon. I made strawberry bread instead of banana bread. The bottles should look like the ones on Amazon. I'm not very fond of the flavor. The banana extract is great.

👤The strawberry extractives, alcohol, water, and natural flavors are listed in the description. The picture shows that they did not list glycerin. Some people don't want to use glycerin, which is a natural flavor.

👤The item was well packaged and arrived in a timely manner. It was wrapped in bubble wrap. The bottle had a good seal. The smell was great and the taste was even better. This extract is amazing. The all natural extract from Olive nation is great. I don't like artificial extracts. A little of the strawberry extract can be used. I add a small amount to my shakes. You could add this to a lot of things, including milk, baked goods, shakes, all kinds of drinks, and frosting. Highly recommend this product! It was very delicious.

2. Amoretti Premium Floral Lavender Blossom

Amoretti Premium Floral Lavender Blossom

It's ideal for coffee, tea, soda, seltzer, iced tea, cocktails, and more. It is made with natural flavor. It is made in Southern California. 3.5 serves per bottle. 50ml bottles are perfect for travel.

Brand: Amoretti

👤There are no food colorings in these. It is difficult to find good syrups without food coloring or dyes. They are also made in California. The orange and rose are in perfect alignment. The rose is very strong. You'll be fine if you use sparingly. The lavender is good, but my favorite is Sonoma Syrup Co.'s. The lavender has "violet" added to it, which makes it less lavender-like. If you want a true lavender syrup, go with Sonoma Syrup Co.'s. It doesn't have the violet added, and it's also without any dye or food coloring.

👤When I saw this set, I thought it would allow me to make these drinks at home, since I've had lavender lemonade and rose tea in the past. I was not happy with the finish. This is a strong scent, but it is almost a liqueur. I was disappointed with the consistency and bitter taste of the lavender syrup when I added it to lemonade. It was separated from my drink. When I stirred the mixture, I got a taste of the bitter syrup.

👤It's disgusting. I drank half of the coffee and had to throw out the rest. It was just mediocre at first, but as I drank more, it became worse and tasted like soap. The soapy flavor sticks around for a long time. The product made me feel sick about an hour later. They added a little syrup and took essential oils. I feel like I'm drinking less than half a spoon, so I'm not sure how the bottle recommends a spoon per drink.

👤Reviewers said how strong it was, so I bought it. It had almost no flavor when mixed into a drink. I would rather pay more for the one that has food coloring in it, it would match the quality of the product. It could be used on toast but not a drink. The violet lavender had the most flavor, while the rose and orange blossom were lacking. It would be cheaper to buy a bottle of rose water or orange blossom water and add your own sugar that is non gmo and not processed than to purchase this syrup.

👤I bought the lavender mints because I wanted to try the same flavor of syrup in my lemonade. I tried all three because you never know. I smelled them when I opened them. The lavender, and rose smelled good and I thought they should be. The orange blossom was bitter. I tasted each one in a glass of lemonade and the rose was my favorite. The lavender was floral and quite similar to what I expected. The back end was a little bitter, but it mellowed out quickly and left me with a nice lavender taste in my mouth. I got the impression that I was breathing lavender, which was not the worst thing. The orange flower was the one that I disliked the most. It was bitter and tasted like flowers. I don't know if that is how it tastes, but I didn't care for it. The rose was delightful. It took a little more of the syrup than I would have thought to flavor it to my liking, but I could be wrong because I had a sample bottle with no pump, so what I used might be more or less than a full pump of a regular bottle. The flavor was strong enough without overpowering and light so you could build to suit your taste preferences. I swear my breath smelled like perfume and it tasted like a rose. The lemonade tasted great and the balance made it refreshing. There was no bitter taste and it went down well. You won't like this if you don't like the smell of roses. The taste reminded me of the smell of rose petals after being bruised or crushed. I ordered a full size bottle immediately after I liked it so much. I am thinking about ordering the lavender, but I think I will retest the sample size before buying a full bottle. The orange will be thrown away. I liked the price because I was able to try 3 different flavors without committing to a large bottle, and it introduced me to a new flavor that I would not have tried otherwise. If you're interested in trying new flavors, you might find something you like. Try it in different things, you may find that you like it in one thing, but not the other.

3. Rodelle Organic Bakers Extract Ounce

Rodelle Organic Bakers Extract Ounce

All natural and organic alternatives are certified by the USDA. Use in any recipe that calls for it. A blend of natural flavors such as chocolate, caramel, cream and oak. Kosher andGluten Free are certified.

Brand: Rodelle

👤I like to bake. The majority of desserts require extract. It's expensive to have the extract of iva. It is not as good as imitation vanilla extract. I can't tell the difference between this stuff and pure vanilla extract. If you don't want to pay $8 for 2oz of pure extract but also don't want a 4oz bottle, try this stuff. It also smells good.

👤I thought I was buying a fake extract. I didn't know it was a different extract with a cocoa flavor. The product tastes good in what I've used it for, but not when I'm making cupcakes or buttercream. I think it was my fault for not realizing it was not what I thought it was.

👤This is a cheaper alternative to pure vanilla extract. I only use it in recipes that have chocolate in them because you can smell the chocolate flavor in it. The end result was that you couldn't tell the difference between this extract and pure vanilla, for the recipes I've used it in.

👤I haven't tried this yet. I'm not sure if I want to try it. It appears that a lot of the extract has spilled out over the bottle. There is no evidence of a spill in the shipping box. I can tell you that this means the spill happened before shipping. I wonder if I have been sold a previous return that should not have been sold at full price.

👤This is an amazing alternative to store-bought chocolate. I'll never use plain vanilla again. It smells amazing, tastes amazing, and doesn't add color. So good!

👤Rodelle's Baker's Extract is a staple in my cupboard, and I am an avid baker. I can't stand the taste of the imitation junk in the grocery store. Rodelle's tastes ten times better than the imitation stuff and works out to cost the same. Make sure you shake it because the cocoa settles in the bottom. I don't measure this anymore because it's too good to limit it to 1 percent in my cookies.

👤The bottle I received had an orange lid taped on, but no inner seal. I asked if they had a different bottle. I am not sure if this has been tampered with.

👤I can't afford it, but we need it if we bake. I have tried this brand and it seems to work. The price is decent for now.

4. Watkins Food Coloring

Watkins Food Coloring

Derived from pure vegetable juices and spices.

Brand: Watkins

👤I bought these thinking they were natural, but after reading someone else's review, I realize they are not. I'm not sure how they can put 100% natural on the label. I could have bought the coloring at the store and gotten a better result. I used it to color the cake batter. The package doesn't say not to use in baking. The batter was vibrant and beautiful when I mixed it with the colors. The cake layers were baked in the oven. By the time the layers were done cooking, the colors were gone. The emerald green layer looked like a fuzzy mold. I don't recommend buying these. I will never do that again. They are not natural.

👤I have tried many natural food dyes to accommodate my customers. I liked these because they are less expensive than other brands and the colors work great in natural dyes. These are not made with 100% natural vegetable juices and spices as the package claims. I was really disappointed after reading the ingredients and realizing they still contain chemicals I was trying to avoid. I really wanted to like these.

👤Polysorbate 80 is one of the ingredients that can make you claim to be natural.

👤Natural colors! I was able to do a rainbow cake with those great colors.

👤The red coloring has sugar in it. My son has a very restricted diet and he cannot have sugar. He was excited to be able to make things red. The green was so thick it wouldn't drain out of the tube and the lid popped off, dumping half of the bottle into the frosting I was making. The colors are lovely and I appreciate having a natural alternative. I wish I'd read the ingredients before ordering. This is not what I was hoping for. If you buy them, be aware of the viscosity and remove the lid if they get thick.

👤Other reviewers have noted that the red comes out more purple. The blue and green are lovely shades of calm. I had an issue with one bottle being blocked with a strand but it was removed and the bottle worked fine. If you don't expect these to be like artificial dyes, you'll enjoy them. I used them to color. I tried to combine yellow and red to make orange, but ended up with brown. After sitting in the fridge overnight, that became muddy yellow. Not sure if you could make orange with this set. I made a purple with red and blue.

👤I needed a small bottle to get a green color in the dough for my Christmas cookies, but I bought this to make them. I baked the first batches and low and behold the cookies are pale in color and the kids like them, but the rest had to be decorated with red and green sprinkles. I have never had a problem with the products I have bought before. I think it's a good idea to say on the label that it's all natural and juices and veg are used in the manufacture, but if it's not going to hold a color in baking I think it's a bad idea.

5. McCormick Culinary Imitation Vanilla Flavor

McCormick Culinary Imitation Vanilla Flavor

A rich, dark coloring is provided by the flavor of the vanilla. It is better at retaining its flavor at high temperatures and in baking over Pure Vanilla Extract. The flip top can easily be removed to add larger amounts to any bulk recipe, and their 32 ounce size is perfect for individual drops at a time. The perfect ingredient in everything from baked goods and frostings to custards and desserts, is the perfect ingredient in the flavor of the sweet foods.

Brand: Mccormick Culinary

👤There isn't a lot of variety in imitation vanilla extract. The playing field is pretty level if you aren't using real beans. The brand checks all the boxes you would want from an imitation extract. Is it flavor? It tastes like a similar brand to that of the imitation brands. I haven't tried baking with it yet because I mostly use it for flavoring homemade syrup for lattes. The syrup has a good flavor. I was impressed by the two things. The value is what it is. This is a great price, at just over $13 for 32 ounces. 2. Overall quality is good. A big bottle of extract. It was in a padded envelope with no damage to the bottle. I could see how there might be problems with shipping, but it wasn't my experience. The flip top of the bottle has a small hole for pouring controlled amounts, but the entire lid could be removed for a faster pour if you prefer.

👤I was very disappointed after purchasing this. I thought it would be good. It has very little flavor. It takes at least a quarter of a cup to do what 1 tbl does, and even then it doesn't taste great. Save your money and buy real mexican coffee. I bought 2 bottles for $18.00 and it was better than this one.

👤I bought this because of the recent sell out of vanilla at my store. This stuff is not good. It doesn't have the same taste as a vanilla extract. It was bland and offensive. I got a refund after requesting one. I was surprised by the reviews. I thought it would be okay to buy and use it. I don't know if I got an expired bottle or not, as there was no expiration date on the bottle.

👤It has a very rich flavor that doesn't taste off. It doesn't contain any propylene glycol, which is used by some manufacturers of imitation vanilla flavoring. I am one of the people who suffer from migraines because of the propylene glycol. This imitation vanilla is perfect for making home made cream soda. If you add one and a half ounces of your favorite liquid sweetener to a 16 ounce bottle of sparkling water, you'll get a fantastic zero calories cream soda. It's a good thing.

👤I have been eating yogurt since I had surgery. I add a frozen tire berry mix to my yogurt and then add my own imitation vanilla flavor to it. I usually have it twice a day. I was shopping at the grocery store and found a lot of small bottles. I'm getting ready to start on my second bottle from Amazon because this large bottle has lasted me a long time.

👤I have found that high temperature and oil bring out the scent. If you cook it at high temperature and have something to make it taste better, it will give it a vanilla scent. It was probably not worth it to avoid alcohol content. The dry bitterness in the flavor is similar to the taste of cherry medicine and makes it unpleasant. Only the gross parts of the book. It doesn't have a scent that is similar to that of vanilla, except when you take a large amount and place it next to your nose, which doesn't really smell like it. I'm sure a pro cook would know what to do with that dry bitter flavor and aftertaste. The product seems to be like a bitter flavoring that is supposed to be imitation.

6. Watkins Natural Extract Almond Packaging

Watkins Natural Extract Almond Packaging

Pure extract is a great choice for flavoring drinks and baking. 100% Pure is made from natural oils. Artificial colors or flavors are not allowed. Corn Syrup is Kosher.

Brand: Watkins

👤Watkins Pure Almond Extract is a product. This product is quite possibly the worst thing I have ever used in terms of baking ingredients. I don't think you should buy this. The smell is similar to the real thing. Practically does not have any flavor. I used double the amount for a recipe that requires 5 ounces of almond extract. The original recipe called for 3 units of syrup, 2 units of icing and 1 unit of cake. I doubled that when I tasted the icing. I put 6 in the syrup, 4 in the icing, and 2 in the cake. That's 12 ounces. 12! I thought the flavor would come out after I bake the cake and give the frosting some time to mellow out. Everyone's reaction was that there was almost no almond flavor at all in the cake that was icing it. Absolutely terrible. It is unfortunate that the cake I baked for my birthday had no flavor. I end my rant by telling you not to spend time and money on this product and to get the same product that I used on the cake last time, and it was fantastic. I get this for trying to spend less on a product. Don't recommend. Avoid at all costs.

👤I couldn't use it because it had no safety seal on it. I'm suspicious that something was done to it because it didn't smell like Watkins extract.

👤The product is just an empty bottle with the lid removed and the foil seal pulled back. There was nothing else in the box. There was no almond smell on the box. It's like the sender intended to send a used bottle. I would post a picture if I could.

👤The Watkins Pure Almond Extract is reviewed. Watkins products are more expensive in the local area than I am used to, so I bought them on Amazon. The almond is great in butter cookies, my main use for it. It has an inner seal. The small bottles are easy to use and have a nice screw on cap. It is very fragrant, it isn't bitter, and it doesn't taste off.

👤My family and I have been away from sugar for several years. We all love chocolate. I use Monkfruit instead of sugar and Cocoa to make candy and have purchased many Silicone and Poly molds on Amazon. One of the chocolate candies I make is with almonds and I use oil to flavor it, it gives an excellent flavor to the chocolate. Never use a LIQUID extract in chocolate. Chocolate will ruin itself if any liquid is used for baking. Always use oil. Amazon sells many types of food grade oil Additives. If you are making chocolate, I recommend this oil.

👤This is added to my frosting and chocolate chip cookies. People can't quite put their finger on what makes it better, but this stuff adds that little bit. Watkins has excellent quality and flavor, along with a very reasonable price.

👤Watkins almond extract is the best. This is the lowest price I have ever seen. It is a huge bottle that will last a long time. The extract adds a great flavor to my baked goods. I had no issues with the delivery.

7. LorAnn Cotton Candy Flavor Bottle

LorAnn Cotton Candy Flavor Bottle

It's perfect for making macaroons. The county fair is fun in your kitchen. Adding cotton candy flavor to cookies, cupcakes, cakes, frostings, drinks, and ice cream will make it sweeter. The lighter-than-air flavor takes you back to a time when care-free days were filled with sunshine, laughter, and treats made of spun sugar. A little goes a long way. LorAnn's flavors are four times stronger than typical baking extracts. Poke cake, Pinwheel Cookies, Candy Apples, Rainbow Dust, Milkshake are included in one flavor five ways. A small bottle of Dr Tackam is the perfect size for a small amount of homemade Hard Candy. Most of the flavors are available in larger sizes. A bottle has approximately 6 ounces. 16 ounce and gallon are also available. Hard candy, general candy making, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking and confectionery applications are typical uses. Made in the USA.

Brand: Lorann

👤I wanted to flavor a cake. The cotton candy smell doesn't scream. The flavor was also disappointing. I used both bottles in 1 cake mix and couldn't taste the faintest hint of flavor, even though the label claimed the formula was "super concentrated". This was a flop for me.

👤The 3 stars I gave were for quick shipping and great packaging. After buying two of these on Amazon, a local grocery store started selling them. I bought 2 more Lorann's Cotton Candy oils from the local grocery store because I thought I'd gotten a bad batches. I bought 4 of them, which turned out to be a waste of money, because I wanted a true Cotton Candy scent. There is a All 4 bottles were the same. It's not the fault of my local grocery store. These do not smell, taste or resemble cotton candy. It's a sweet scent, but it's not close to cotton candy. Those pink and blue clouds of cotton candy that you get from a fair, circus, amusement park, etc., should immediately come to mind. Not even close! There is a In my view, it was a big disappointment. All of the bottles were tightly sealed and had expired dates. My conclusion is that the scent and flavoring is too far away from Cotton Candy for me to buy it again, or recommend it to anyone. I usually like Lorann's oils, but this one was a failure.

👤I used this in my cake and frosting and it didn't add anything to the flavor. There was no cotton candy taste. I put a whole bottle into the cake after adding more drops. There is no cotton candy flavor. Some of the other flavors might be better. This is not the fault of the company I bought it from. I ordered from a company that was fine. It was packaged well so the bottles wouldn't break, and it was on time.

👤The cotton candy flavor was disappointing. It didn't have a strong smell or taste. I was looking forward to something different and it was a huge disappointment. The product is a huge disappointment. It has a mild taste of cough syrup but not a candy flavor. Will not be buying this flavor again. This flavor is a huge waste of money.

👤The cotton candy oil tasted amazing on my cake. Although the reviews were mixed, I thought I would just head and order. I used both of the amount you get and the one I got for a cake with cotton candy icing. The recipe I used called for more but with this oil it was enough. I think I could have used less. The price is not very good for what you get but for two bottles. Couldn't find it anywhere else but Amazon.

👤I didn't like these. Most of the flavors of Lorann oils have the same smell, so I use them to scent my lipglosses. The one I smelled was very sweetly scented and didn't smell like cotton candy at all. I did not add any kind of sweetener to them, so you may want to use something else for the smell.

8. Nielsen Massey Rose Water Gift Ounces

Nielsen Massey Rose Water Gift Ounces

Rose water is steam distilled from the purest rose petals. It's floral notes are perfect in Middle Eastern, Indian and Greek cuisine. Only a few drops are needed. All-natural, Allergen-Free, Non-GMO Project verified and Kosher andGluten-Free. Natural Flavors: Alcohol, Rose Oil, and Propylene Glycol.

Brand: Nielsen-massey

👤When you look at quantity requirements in a recipe, be careful with this product. The consistency of this product is thicker than water. As opposed to some other rose water. The flavor was perfect when I used a small amount.

👤There are pros and cons to the invention of super patent! A drop is all it takes. This is a real value for money. It's very true to theRose as a scent. It doesn't fade away after hours. My cupcakes were very much "rose" colored for the entire 3 days. The alcohol-iness of the essence is overpowering at first. You get used to it. It seems more suited to be a base for perfumes/fragrances than for food items. A small con, not a deal breaker except for sensitive noses. It's a good thing.

👤It is a high quality flavoring. The flavor of Rose Water is very concentrated. If you are unfamiliar with this flavor, try less to start. You can always add more. The Rice Pudding recipe was included in the box with the rose water. I am not familiar with rose water. I replaced my own version of it with the one suggested. It was creamy, delicious, intriguing and worthy of a special occasion. The rice pudding was topped with chopped pistachios. It was good. I will be using it again in a recipe.

👤The product was well-packaged. I opened the bottle and it was fragrant. I will eventually attempt to make my own lychee and rose macarons, and I cannot wait to use them. If you're interested in using this product in cooking or baking, you should highly recommend this seller.

👤I used rosewater for the first time and made a baklava, but it didn't fit the bill on the surface. The smell of the baklava was wonderful, but biting into it was a different story. It tasted like a rose. Completely inedible. The author would have advised against using this brand, but her publisher did not warn against it in the introduction to the recipe. I gave similar remarks on the cookbook's page. I was not happy with this product, the cookbook, or the author.

👤I use this to flavor drinks. It doesn't take much to make a difference. It lasts a long time if you love it.

👤The first rosewater that I bought had a shelf life. When you open rosewater, it smells great, but it degrades quickly. We use it once a year. I ordered a new bottle because I was certain it wouldn't be good. It was still perfect.

👤I have a lot of recipes that call for rose water. I was able to make a bread pudding that had 2 T of rose water. It was strong and smelled lovely. The spices tasted better as a result. I still give it 5 stars because it isn't weak. I will simply adjust my recipes.

👤This product is great to make kefir.

9. McCormick Almond Extract Fluid Ounce

McCormick Almond Extract Fluid Ounce

The perfect balance of fruity and nutty is found in the extract from the Almonds. USAGE tip: This extract is great for coffee and smoothie. No corn syrup. Add it to your favorite baked goods.

Brand: Mccormick

👤Went to the store to buy ingredients for the cookies. They did not have Almond, but they did have a extract of vanilla. I searched on prime from low to high. The second cheapest option was this one. I knew the brand name and picked this one. For a few cents more, it was worth it. It turned out amazing when I arrived the next day. If you're interested in making cookies, you'll find the ingredients below. I also bought the strawberry and raspberry jam from Amazon. I preferred the strawberry. Dough: 2 sticks softened butter, 2 cups sugar, 1tsp almond extract, 2 cups flour, 14 tsp salt, jam. Marky's. MARKY's OrganicRaspberry Jam Spread has 85% fruit reduced sugar.

👤I use almond extract in my coffee and baking to make it taste better. It is by far the best. I have tried many brands. Some of them have the same strength of almond taste, but others are just bitter. I've discarded a lot of less expensive options.

👤The scent and flavor are wonderful. I drink it into my coffee. It gets overpowering fast if you use more than a spoon in a cup.

👤A big bottle. There is little money. It's great for baking.

👤I realize that I am writing a review, but I have always been a fan of the extracts. Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Birthdays and all celebrations have been with us. The flavor and quality are exceptional. It was tried and true. It's a pantry staple! Never Without!

👤Adding flavor to cakes provides a professional touch. It is recommended.

👤The Almond extract tastes great.

👤Great taste. The price is great. Would purchase again.

Brand: Simply Organic

👤This extract is one of my favorites. The extract of the fruit or nut and the alcohol are used as the flavor carriers in almost all flavor recipes. There is a The Simply Organic brand's recipe is different in two ways. It uses orange oil instead of orange extract, and it uses sunflower oil instead of alcohol. This is the reason their flavor is so full and intense. I'm sticking with it because I've tasted and used the difference. If I can get my lazy self motivated, I'll have to check out other flavors from Simply Organic.

👤I had to switch to a low sugar diet, but I still like a good drink. I went to Amazon to find a recipe that called for orange flavor. The low-sugar margaritas are delicious.

👤This is the best orange flavor. It's fresh and natural. The others have a lot of alcohol in them and it tastes fake. It tastes like you just added fresh orange juice to your recipes. I use it to make an orange chocolate ganache. It is amazing. Nothing else holds a candle to it.

👤The extract was disappointing. The smell of orange is strong, but it gets lost in baking. I tried to double the amount but it still didn't have a nice orange smell. I keep my baking extracts in the fridge to keep them from going flat, but that didn't work with this one. It works great for orange icing. It makes a great glaze and frosting by mixing butter and powdered sugar. I think it's not stable when it's in the oven. I would have liked to give it five stars, but a flavoring that has no flavor in the finished product earns only two. It can be used for frostings.

👤My wife tried a recipe for an orange cake and it tasted good, but the texture was too wet and moist and didn't have any texture to it other than mush. We sat down to figure out how to fix it. I remember that orange extract is made and that cake is a favorite in the house. It doesn't last more than a day.

👤I used this to make a recipe. The dough was added with 1 tsp. To the glaze. It works great and I can't wait to use it for holiday baking. It is appropriate for kids and AA guests as well.

👤This product has a delicious orange flavor. The bottles are not sealed. The smell of orange was all over when I received it. The bottle was wrapped in bubble foil and had a piece of sellotape around it. See the photo. After removing the mtal cap, there was no safety seal as usual. I can't be sure that this is not tampered with or something else in that bottle. Please make this better.

👤I was told at a young age that this was the best orange extract on the market. I've tried a lot of different orange extracts to see if I can find one that's even better, but I haven't been able to find one that's even better. I end up using less and getting better flavor when I use Simply Organic's extract.

11. OliveNation Banana Emulsion 8 Ounce

OliveNation Banana Emulsion 8 Ounce

The banana emulsion gives baked goods a better flavor and aroma. Almond Paste can be mixed, rolled, or molded and is easy to work with. A quarter of a banana extract is equivalent to 1 quarter of a banana emulsion. Banana Emulsion by OliveNation can be used to flavor cakes, muffins, pies, fondants, frostings, and more.

Brand: Olivenation

👤The description didn't warn that it required cooking or baking. I saw that the label had a warning added, but I didn't know that the food had to be heated to a high temperature. It was mentioned in the description that it was used in baked goods. I usually make icings with no heat, but this time it was optional. It was used to make yogurt. The process involved heating the milk mixture and holding it at a warm temperature for a long time. The application of heat seemed to be cooking. We thought that was enough. It wasn't. The yogurt mix didn't solidify as it should in a jar. It was obvious that the lower part of the contents had not gelled when the liquid floated on top. We thought it was worth trying and creating a mix with a consistency similar to a melted milkshake. There was a smell of banana. The result was very bad. The chemical flavor was almost like that of kerosene. The flavor of anti-freeze might be similar to that of propylene glycol. I am not going to try anti-freeze in baked goods. The banana flavor was overwhelming. At least one review called this "organic;" that is way off. I almost gave this product 2 stars because it might be good in foods that have been heated. The failure to make this clear in the listing is unacceptable. The statement on the label is too vague to tell what needs to be done to transform this from a vile, possibly poisonous substance into a pleasing flavor. I have discarded the rest of the product because of the uncertainty.

👤This wasn't packaged well and some of it leaked out. It contains an anti-freeze ingredient called Propylene Glycol. Even though it is safe in food, we thought it was a pure product. It is an artificial banana flavor. This product is not returnable. Do not buy it.

👤Natural and artificial flavors, gum acacia, and xanthan gum are all artificial flavors. The second ingredient is listed after water. It went into the trash. Don't get extract, it's better.

👤Banana extract was used to enhance the flavor of muffins. Was disappointed. The Banana Emulsion was amazing. It is what I wanted. Excellent in smoothie. The flavor is all delicious without the calories. Will be buying again.

👤The taste is great and organic. I made banana muffins with cheese frosting and it tasted like my mom used to make banana cream pies. I like it.

👤The emulsion looks like rubber cement. Good banana flavor. I used it in a dessert. It would be good for pudding or cupcakes.

👤No refunds are allowed and the product is listed on the website. Caution to those with allERGIES!

👤This stuff is awesome and added to any cake batter. I couldn't stop eating it.

👤This isn't even worth a penny. This was bought to advertise that it is natural and usable in liquids and solid objects. It is not. It is artificial flavour. See the picture! I would ask for a refund but they don't offer refunds or exchanges. Don't spend a dime on this company. Stay away.
