👤This is a good product, but disappointing when it comes to the lemon part. I was looking for a lemon pepper with no salt and Watkins was the only company that could do it. I wanted to get a lemon flavor for my grilled chicken and fish. There was no lemon and lots of pepper. Amazon doesn't allow food returns, so you have to pay $25 for ground pepper.

When I saw the organic version, I was so excited that they had found a way to make the best pepper even better. The 3 pack was a good deal. I thought differently. The original Watkins ground black pepper is far inferior to this pepper. The black pepper cans are better than this product. The taste is ok, but the texture is fluffy and bland. You know what I mean. When you buy a cheap salt and pepper combo because you need a new salt and pepper, you end up randomly using the pepper half and realize how cheap it is. How it could blow away if you opened the microwave door too quickly. It is fluffy. The pepper is gross. If I am buying pepper, I either want a coarse chunk from a peppercorn grinder or I want it to flow like sand from a shaker and cling to anything moist that it touches. I just emptied the container from the pencil sharpener over my food. That is what this pepper does. I have three jars of it.

The new label is because the rep confirmed that they were changing the name. She said that there is still a mix of old and new labels out there, but that my item is the new label and completely safe and real. I told her that I thought the new label should be in the stock ad on Amazon, or at least advise potential customers of the change with a caveat. I thought I was getting a fake product. I think so. The strength is what I love about this product. This product doesn't bake your baked goods. The taste is very strong. I always use a minimum of 1 capful per recipe, even though they say you can use very little. This is the best I have ever used. No comparison! My adult children use this brand of products. I paid full price for this item. My thoughts are my own and I don't pay for them. My opinions are based on what I have experienced.

👤I opened the package and there was no lid on the product. It wasn't hard to miss that it wasn't included since it was just that and some hot chocolate and an air bag. I'm not sure how someone can pack a bottle with no lid and not be able to close it when they use it. I saw a wet spot on the box when I turned the flavoring upside down, and since I won't use something that I don't know what was done to it, I have to throw it out. I'm not sure if it's an issue with the seal or if it's a hole. Since there was no lid, you have to wonder if someone did something to it. They still shipped it to me. I had to call to get another one. Customer service sent out another one and they decided to hold up another order of mine and ship them both. I sat here waiting for nothing to happen. When I called on Sunday, I was told that it was held up in transit and that I had no answer for why they were shipped together. I wanted to know why I had to have an item replaced every time. I didn't get a response. So called on Monday. I got a rude rep who kept asking if I was calling about the vanilla even after I told her why I was calling. Since they shoved them together, I'm calling about 2 items. She called logistics after getting annoyed with me. I want to speak to a manager because I don't know when it's going to happen. She didn't want to have to tell me or get a manager because she didn't want to ask them about the lost package. I had to go through it all over again after calling back. I got a new bottle with an actual lid after a manager apologized and sent me one. She gave me a $10 credit and gave me a refund because the tips were not in stock until the 20th, and she said she found a set for 11.93. I got off the phone and followed her link and didn't get any of the tips I wanted. I spent $12 on 2 tips, but they were advertised at $3 for 3, even though I couldn't find them anywhere. We will see if I get my other 2 tips by friday since the whole order was a mess.

I have never used another brand of cinnamon, but I love this one and will never use another brand. I don't use it all the time. I've had cinnamon for five years. It still tastes great! 👤This was not well packaged. The plastic top wasn't attached to the tin properly, and cinnamon was all over it. No safety seal, what so ever! Don't purchase. I threw mine away because it wasn't worth coming back to. The company should be aware that they should reimburse me. Don't waste your money.

👤The Watkins SilentFlo 5000 series of circulation pumps are a great replacement for this pump. The first unit arrived with obvious quality problems. There was an O-ring section in the back of the case, where the rear motor cover and motor housing were located. I tried to test the pump with some tubing and water, but it did not work. An open circuit was shown when I tested the hot and neutral leads. Credit was given after the pump was returned. I ordered a replacement pump from another online supplier. I used a 5 gallon bucket of water and some vinyl tubing to test the pump. The pump needs to be primed or it won't work at all, but when it's done right, it works like a champ. The flow rate and output pressure were both very high. I had some concerns about the pump's ability to pull water from the filter, the heater, and the ozone venturi tube, but they were put to rest by this little pump. I was able to make it spray water like a garden hose by putting my thumb over the output tube. The pressure and flow rate were very impressive. The motor has a smaller size and all-plastic housing. It's more resistant to rust and corrosion because of its 100% Noryl housing. This motor is made by the same Hungarian firm that made the original pump in my spa and it's clear that they continue to improve their engineering of these pumps for their main customer. The wet end of the pump doesn't have a shaft or seal, so there won't be leaks from the pump's "volute" over time. A great feature for a pump that's running 24/7. I'm very happy with this pump. One picture shows the o-ring sticking out of the DOA pump I had to return, and another shows the comparative size to the old pump it is replacing.

👤The Caldera Martinique hot tub circ pump stopped working. All roads lead to the circ pump after a lot of research on the web. I ordered this baby. It was installed without a hitch, but didn't work. There must be a bad controller. I didn't know what the thingamabob was, but the wire to the pump connected to it indirectly. Wouldn't you know? It was a link with the board. Popped it out and looked at it. It was wide open and bouncy. I found the ceramic fuse at Amazon and got it on the way. The circ pump started to work after the fuse was installed. I have a spare circ pump and a spare fuses. There's an onboard fuse link that may need to be checked before a new circ pump is ordered. Things that make you want to go. I've been looking for any information about the mystery fuse, but nothing has come up. Someone that is checking the price on this pump because there's been a problem will see this and check for the fuse link. It would have saved me money. The pump works as advertised and is a good price if you need one. The price of the pump was a little high, but I only needed a $2 fuse. Good luck with your hot tub repairs!

👤I love the lemon scent of the company's products. Any product from this company that has a pump mechanism has a 100% break-rate for me. The hand soaps, body lotion, and all the pumps are hard to open. If the whole top of the pump breaks off, it doesn't prevent spills in shipping. I had to transfer all the product from the bottle to an empty container to use it. This issue cannot be justified until it is fixed.
