1. OliveNation Fold Extract Vanilla Ounce

OliveNation Fold Extract Vanilla Ounce

It is certified Kosher. None of the major food allergens are present. The amount of beans used in the extract is set by the FDA. Two fold vanilla extract is twice as strong as one fold. Their extract contains 67.5 ounces of beans per 1 gallon of liquid, giving it a strong flavor and aroma. Premium Bourbon Madagascar vanilla extract is a concentrated form of Olive Nation pure 5.5 fold vanilla extract.

Brand: Olivenation

👤Do not believe the description on this vanilla or if you do you will be deceived by real vanilla, which does not contain glycerin. This stuff is clear and has flavors that are similar to vanillan. The ingredients on the bottle give no ratio. 's. There is aWARNINGFLAG. Don't buy a fake vanillan, spend the extra money and get a good quality one, you will be glad you did. I wanted to let you all know that I went to the garbage. There is a If the price is good to be true, then buy the way I have been a baker and chef for 45 years. Never again! I should have known better.

👤This is water clear and contains no vanilla. It is a synthetic product that has a sad resemblance to the smell of vanilla. I would be okay with that, if it was sold as a parody of the real thing. They chose to sell it as a more expensive product instead of deceiving their customers.

👤Normally I get Beanilla Double Fold Madagascar from Beanilla, but due to an unusual shortage, there was a period that this best vanilla you can get was not available. I decided to try the Olivenation. It sounded too good to be true, but it was not. I wouldn't have bought it if I'd investigated more thoroughly. The double fold is in Madagascar. I get a much more powerful aroma and flavor from Beanilla. This Olivenation product does not look like a real product, but rather a simulation. I don't know what it is, but it has a hint of vanilla. The dark brown color of the bean makes the extract brown, as well as the essence. The material is clear. The alcohol flavor is stronger than the flavor of the food. It doesn't have the strength of single fold, which is a blessing, since it doesn't taste like real vanilla in the first place, although it is a little reminiscent of that. I don't think anyone should use this for any productions that are important. It could be used to make a scented candle. I could not use it for my food needs. I had to buy a small bottle of Nielson-Massey Madagascar to hold me over until Beanilla Double Fold was back in stock. I don't consider it to be the best. If you only have one choice, go for the Nielson-Massey. If you can get Beanilla, get that. You could get the Beanilla on Amazon Prime. I have to get mine directly from Beanilla, which doesn't have as good of a shipping deal as Amazon Prime. I don't understand how Amazon can sell Olivenation as a liquid. Do they have any quality control? I don't understand the claims made about this product. This product will confuse you if you know the difference between real and fake extract. It doesn't have the same flavor as real single fold vanilla extract and it doesn't have the strength of real single fold. I use only the type of Bourbon that I need, and that's the flavor and smell. It is clear, which makes no sense. I will not be buying this again and anyone who is as fanatical about vanilla as I am should steer clear of this Olivenation product. Amazon should not have allowed this to be sold. It doesn't seem like it's from the book.

2. McCormick Natural Vanilla Extract Gluten Free

McCormick Natural Vanilla Extract Gluten Free

Premium pure vanilla bean extract has a deep, rich taste and color. Every bottle has a consistent flavor. A baker's best friend cooks meat and seafood. There is no corn syrup or non-GMO. It's a great addition to cakes, cookies, pies and other baked goods. The pour spout is easy to use.

Brand: Mccormick

👤I ran out of the bottle I bought at the grocery store several years ago. It smelled better and said something on the bottle that was 42% alcohol. The bottle I bought in January of last year has different ingredients and doesn't state the alcohol content. Maybe there was a change in the labeling, but it also has less kick when I lick it. I don't think it's the same. The ingredients in my bottle are not the same as those on Amazon. I'm willing to pay a lot more for good vanilla beans and not cheapen their product, even though the price of them has gone up a lot. Disappointed.

👤The extract is more dense than other brands. The taste is artificial and not the same. The picture shows the difference in concentration between the two products. This product is lighter than other brands.

👤I bought five bottles of this and they are not authentic. I bought a small bottle of pure vanilla extract at the grocery store and it tasted very similar to the ones I smelled. This stuff is not real. The bad reviews are correct, and whoever is selling this is putting fakes on Amazon. I poured the small grocery store bottle at the top of the plate in the photo I took. The Amazon bought ones are on the bottom of the plate. You can see that the grocery store is darker than the Amazon store.

👤Unless it is from a known source, don't buy it. I make my own syrups for coffee and use a lot of the stuff, so I know what to expect from it. This product is not as good as the small bottle of genuine McCormick vanilla I bought from the grocery store and the same size bottle I bought from the store before they stopped carrying it. Those were complex and rich. The product smells and tastes like artificial vanilla with a strong alcohol smell and a lighter color. The quality of this vanilla has declined or it is not an authentic product. I think it's the latter. I am stuck with a cheap vodka because I didn't finish my old bottle before the return period ended.

👤I can't believe this is a product from a company. I will never do it again. It has to be different. There was no smell or taste. The color is a bit lighter than my last bottle. Rip off! Very dissatisfied! It's terrible!

👤The product is great. The description read a much larger bottle when I purchased it. The description was changed to read 16 ounces. After my order, there was no notification. Very dishonest in my opinion.

👤This is false advertising and it is banking on the good name of the company. The ingredients and description say that it's pure vanilla extract, but you can see on the bottle that it's avanilla bean extract. I bought water with flavors. It is almost tasteless. Do not recommend.

👤The product tasted a little watered down compared to my smaller bottle. I gave it a good shake, but it still tasted a bit weak. No one seems to notice.

3. McCormick Culinary Imitation Vanilla Flavor

McCormick Culinary Imitation Vanilla Flavor

The clear vanilla flavor is made from high-quality ingredients. The bottle has a 32 fluid ounce capacity and is perfect for large or small applications. Great for beverages, baked goods and desserts. The perfect ingredient for everything from custards to frostings to desserts is Kosher, clear imitation vanilla. Clear vanilla extract is better at maintaining its flavor in baked goods and at high temperatures than pure vanilla extract.

Brand: Mccormick Culinary

👤If you are a baker, this is a great deal on CLEAR vanilla for those types of products where you're looking for a particular flavor. There is anHINT. This is what you want if you are looking for clear vanilla in the Birthday Cake line of goodies. You would end up spending a lot more to get clear vanilla at your local store. If you're in the market for liquid varietals, you're not going to want clear vanilla, but an imitation of it or a pure one.

👤There is no way to recreate the taste of a nostalgic food item like a butter cake or pound cake without this kind of clear imitation vanilla extract. I don't like the taste of the higher quality stuff or real extract. It's hard to describe but both real and vanilla are used in the bake world. I prefer the vanilla for non-nostalgia items. The extract can be used to mix into flours. The paste is good for ice cream.

👤Yuk! It ruined my smoothie. Not the imitation of my youth! It's surprising that a major brand is McCormick. The alcohol and citric acid in the ingredients list are what it tastes like. What are the "other artificial flavorings"? I poured the flavor out in the garden and it was so bad that I wanted a different flavor. If your local store has a brand of imitation vanilla that is brown, it's a good idea to buy an 8oz Weis brand. Gold Medal also makes an imitation of a popular beverage, and both are very affordable and storable. It's a good thing. The smell is one of the great things about the flavor. The item was missing. I sample the Gold Medal brand at Weis and it also gets a "YUK"! There is no flavor or aroma here, more "ingredients", and 14 of a cup burned my mouth! I'll stick with the Weis product if they still carry it.

👤This product was cheap and similar to a low quality candy. The product was versatile for the price. This imitation does a pretty good job of replicating the rich flavor of real vanilla, even though it's cheaper. I would use it for baked goods. I just added some of this flavor to my hot chocolate and it was quite pleasant. The lack of chemicals in this product is what I love the most. If you're looking for something simple and cheap, I would recommend this imitation. This is a great bang for your buck and it's real.

👤As a child, you dream about the extract. You don't see the thick, gourmet, thick vanilla in specialty stores. The cake has funfetti and you can taste the vanilla. I thought the high quality stuff was better for you. You have to buy this when you want a nostalgic taste. I wanted to make a funfetti cake for my boyfriend's birthday. It calls for this particular flavor. I couldn't find it even though I lived in the same state as McCornmic. It took over a week to get here, but I got it after I found it on Amazon. There is a huge difference between the cake I made and the one I made before. I don't want to make things with this all the time, but it was necessary for this cake. It made you think about childhood. This was one of the most impressive cakes that I've ever made and it got great reviews, I think due to this vanilla.

4. Bakto Flavors Natural Collection Tropical

Bakto Flavors Natural Collection Tropical

6 of over 50 natural flavors and extracts. Banana, Coconut, Lime, Mango, Pineapple, and Rum are included. It's delicious in drink mixes, cookies, cakes, tea and coffee.

Brand: Bakto Flavors

👤These were purchased to flavor home-made ice-cream. In my opinion, a single drop could be overpowering in my drinks. After a few weeks of trial and error, I decided to use a spoon to dip and stir into my recipes to get the measure right with less fuss. I would prefer if the bottle lids had a round-headed dropper stick. Only one bottle, the Coconut, came with an air-tight seal. The bottle lid can slip when screwed down. The air-tight lid design appears to have a better build quality than the bottle, though it holds the same amount.

👤I use him as a flavor for my baked goods. I didn't find coconut and pineapple flavors that I liked. The coconut in the crust and pinapple in the filling were delicious. Excited to try the other flavors.

👤Isagenix is the company that I am using these flavorings for. I haven't used them for baking. I am too afraid to try the rum flavor. It smells like acetone. I don't think there is a trace of rum smell in me. The others smell closer to their intentions. The banana is great, the coconut is great, and I used the pineapple and mangoes together. Lime does smell like lime juice, but I haven't tried it.

👤These have been fun to use. I'm a baker so I'm being used a lot. They are all real. The alcohol is strong and outshines the flavor so it's perfect for baking not for topping. At least for me.

👤It was delicious! The extracts give ice water a nice flavor. I like to mix them up with pineapple, coconut, lime, mango, banana, and strawberry.

👤I use them to make my own booze. They give me an e-liquid. They add great smell in baked goods.

👤It was purchased for the soda stream. The coconut and pineapple are both delicious, but weak. The rum may be useful in a baked product. The mango and banana are both good for cooking. I haven't tried the mint yet, but it smells good.

👤I am a baker and it is hard to find some of these flavors. I use them to jazz up coffee, as well as baking and making ice cream. You will love it if you try it.

5. Frontier Flavor Organic Non Alcoholic Bottle

Frontier Flavor Organic Non Alcoholic Bottle

Adding pucker to cookies, cakes, sauces, and beverages with a fresh, organic lemon flavor. Kosher, certified organic.

Brand: Simply Organic

👤We have a machine that makes sparkling water. I wanted to flavor the water. The sparkling water does not have the flavoring in it. It sits on top of the water. It leaves a film in the bottle and the glass used for drinking.

👤It's probably my favorite brand to use. I've tried the lemon and the peppermint, and I love them all. I ordered more flavors because I am so impressed with how little this product can do. I use them in my cake batter as well as in my buttercreams. I like to make a lemon buttercream for a lemon cupcake, and make a ganache for it, and then add a lemon to it. I love trying new products and brands, and baking is my greatest passion. It's nauseating to know how much money I've invested in trying new products when I have so many baking supplies in my arsenal. Enough with that. I think this brand is a good one and can be stretched out in comparison to other products. The bottles are labeled beautifully and add to the appeal of the product. If you found my product helpful, please click the button to say yes. Any questions? Just ask!

👤This is a must if you are making lemon water kefir soda. It gives a clean lemon scent. This also involves homemade lemonade, sauces and dressing. I try to get a clean lemon flavor with a little lemon juice but this is so much better and easier to use. I need a new must have in my kitchen. I have used the Frontier Herbs brand for 15 years.

👤The bottle was bubblewrap around in a padded envelope. I smelled the lemon when I opened it. The product was put on the bottle. The plastic seal around the lid was stretched. I won't order this again. Sending a glass bottle in an envelope was not a good idea. The seal is broken and I can't be sure it hasn't been tampered with, so I'll trash it. I used the lemon flavor with the oil and it was good. I will not be tasting this one.

👤This item is a wonderful replacement for regular extract. I can't use or consume alcohol for medical reasons. It has been a pleasure to discover that a brand of food that does not contain alcohol has been found. You can't tell a difference in taste or flavor.

👤Not happy with the lemon flavor. It made my recipes smell bad, even though it smelled great in the bottle. It ruined two different recipes which were quite expensive to make and was not a good taste. The first time I used it, I added another flavor so I couldn't figure out the problem. The taste was the same after using it a second time. It wasn't even heated up or cooked when it was used. First time for ice cream without dairy and second time for fat bombs. Huge disappointment! I think I received part of a bad batches, but it smells good in the bottle.

6. OliveNation Pure Key Lime Extract

OliveNation Pure Key Lime Extract

The Pure Key Lime Extract has a unique flavor. You can add their extract to salad dressings. The lime flavor is intense. The Pure Key Lime flavor is good in baking.

Brand: Olivenation

👤It's great in my sodastream. It tastes better than LeCroix water. I carbonate it by putting two teardroppers full in the bottle. Everyone I have made something for has bought a sodastream.

👤This isn't an extract. It doesn't smell or taste like lime extract. It tastes like a descaling agent. It's horrible to consume as a beverage flavor Additive, even if it's better when cooked or pre-treated. It tastes like a cleaning product and is bitter, but not like lime extract. It took about 5 ounces of syrup to overcome the bitterness of the "lime" flavor, and even with that, it was just terrible. The kind of taste that makes you vomit. If you want to taste the extract straight from the bottle, you should keep a pair of scissors handy. It's so funny to drop some in a friend's drink while they are unaware.

👤The only thing in the box was the package. The bottomless had a leak in the box. If the smell is any indication of the quality of flavor, it would be A-Mazing! I am definitely not using it because it leaked and had no sign of being sealed. I don't know if it's safe to use it.

👤I bought this after buying many other flavors of OliveNation. I like them all for my cooking needs. I put the Key Lime on the shelf after I received it. It was only 1/3 full with the seal on it. I had to open it. I'm not asking for anything. The bottle was not full, but there were no signs of leaking. It is wonderful. Making dessert with lime jello.

👤I saw some reviews that said this was good for soda stream water. It isn't. If you want to flavor water, don't use this oil. It doesn't mix well with water and the flavor is weak. The rubber top of my water bottle popped off when I tried to squeeze it into it. I'm giving this 5 stars because I think it's great at what it's supposed to be used for.

👤After reading a few reviews, I bought it. It is obvious that it is artificial. I can't tell if it has an extract mixed in. The smell is almost soapy and the flavor is similar to artificial concentrated essence, which I grew up with in Australia. Would not buy again. I also bought maple from the same brand. At least it tastes like maple. It's lime hair wash.

👤I asked for a refund because there was no protevtion covering on the bottle and anyone could see what was in it. I poured it down the drain. Do not know what rhis is supposed to be. There is no food safety in this item, so they have to be laws against this.

👤I think it brings extra flavor to my key lime pie because it smells like it. If you make cakes, pies or dessert with key lime, you will be very satisfied. It's an excellent price. I would definitely buy this product.

7. McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract

McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract

Premium pure vanilla bean extract has a deep, rich taste and color. Every bottle has a consistent flavor. A baker's best friend cooks meat and seafood. There is no corn syrup or non-GMO. It's a great addition to cakes, cookies, pies and other baked goods. The pour spout is easy to use.

8. LorAnn Oils Flavorings Essential Pistachio

LorAnn Oils Flavorings Essential Pistachio

Mediterranean baked goods have a mild nutty flavor. Think of Spumoni or Baklava. Adding pistachioschio flavor to desserts will give them a nutty flavor. Substitute Pistachio flavor in any recipe that calls for a nut flavor. The manufacturer will make improvements to this flavor in 2019. A little goes a long way. LorAnn's flavors are four times stronger than typical baking extracts. When substituting extracts for super strength flavors, use 14 to 12 teaspoon. Hard candy, general candy making, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream and a wide variety of other baking and confectionery applications are typical uses. Made in the USA.

Brand: Lorann

👤This flavor was not nutty or rich like pistachios should be. It went to the trash after one use. Watkins flavor was discontinued because it was deep, complex and smelled like pistachios.

👤I had to guess how much to use. It has an artificial flavor.

👤I have to find something else to use this for. It is strong on the positive side. A little goes a long way. The scent they got was correct. It smells like it should. It is artificial and the chemical aftertaste is terrible. I thought it was because I was using too much, but I was able to get to a point where it tasted like pistachios. It had a weird chemical taste to it. If it can be masked better, it might work in some other use, but for buttercream it was not a good idea.

👤The worst product in Amazon. How can I use this chemical to bake cakes? I need a money back. I can't use a single drop of this. Please remove this product from Amazon.

👤This was not like the flavor of pistachios. It is not made from any other vegetable. A very strong almond. It was a waste of money.

👤The reviews were correct about the smell and chemical flavor. I tried a drop in various volumes of liquids and it didn't work. What feedback do you have from the seller?

👤The result was terrible after I added 2 more scoops to my homemade ice cream. It has a very strong taste and smell of glycol and very little scent of pistachios. The ice cream was ruined. I only had a small amount of the ice cream. It is going to be thrown out.

👤I ruined a lot of ice cream when I added half of the alcohol. It tastes like alcohol and chemical.

👤It is very strong and you have to small amount.

👤Terrible tests and a very bad product.

👤Not impressed at all. It was very artificial and chemical. Looking for a good one.

9. Pure Banana Extract 4 Ounce

Pure Banana Extract 4 Ounce

OliveNation's banana extract is free of sugar. The banana extract is made from pure bananas. It has alcohol, water, and natural flavors. If you like the taste of a ripe banana, you should keep a bottle of their banana extract in your pantry. Add a small amount of banana flavor enhancer to your banana bread recipe. Adding banana extract to your recipes can be done.

Brand: Olivenation

👤I can't make banana bread because I have bad candida. I used blanched almond flour and zucchini to make a bread and then added banana extract, chopped nuts, and wow! We used a lot of both of them. It turned out great. It was the best bread I've ever made. My wife ate my banana nut bread muffins. I made strawberry muffins after getting the strawberry extract. This stuff is serious and I was skeptical. I couldn't tell the difference between real bananas and fake ones. 2 large eggs, 1 cup olive oil, oravoc oil, 12 cup salt, or whatever you like, 12 cup baking powder, or ground ginger, add liquid mixture to the recipe. Cook 350F for 70 minutes and mix almond flour with chopped almonds or any nut. I hope this helps someone.

👤This stuff is great. I missed bananas when I was following the way of life of the Keto way of life. I add banana extract along with a dash of vanilla to my waffle batter and then add some sugar free maple syrup and some pecans to finish it off. The banana flavor is nice. I'll be trying low-fat banana nut muffins/bread next.

👤I'm a chef and baker trying to live a low sugar lifestyle. This is the best banana pure extract I've found. If you can't afford it, buy pure extracts. I recommend.

👤This stuff is great. It tastes like banana and not a fake one. I wish it included a dropper or application wand. I had to buy an eyedropper to use it because it pours too fast and is too much. I am on a chocolate shake to lose weight. I add a few drops of this to make it taste better. It's very good. If you want pure banana flavour without the aftertaste of fake banana, you will love this.

👤So good! Just like a fresh banana! I make mug bread with this. The bomb is here! A mug with butter in it. Add 1 egg, heavy cream, banana extract, and brown sugar sub. Microwave for 1 min 20 seconds or until firm, and then eat the almond flour, ground flaxseed, and baking powder.

👤I found a few recipes that called for banana extract and that is what brought me here. No real bananas are allowed. They are all possible with this extract. I had tried another popular brand before but it wasn't as good. My household loves this one. I recommend this product to everyone. To explain the flavor of the dessert with the Nilla wafers and sliced bananas. That is what this tastes like. It was delicious!

👤It's not possible to find a product like this in retail stores or specialty markets. There are lots of imitation banana extract out there, but the real thing has been out of my grasp for a long time. I was thrilled to discover this product on Amazon. A large bottle with a screw on top. It tastes just as good as a fresh banana, and it smells just as good. The extract doesn't have the same taste as a real banana. A little goes a long way, so less is more until you find the right dose for the amount of liquid or batter being used. I use a large eye dropper instead of pouring directly from a bottle. It makes life simpler and neater.

10. OliveNation Pure Cinnamon Extract Tastes

OliveNation Pure Cinnamon Extract Tastes

It is a high quality extract. It's used in beverages, baked goods, ice cream, syrups and more. This extract is kosher and sugar-free. Natural extract in sauces for pork. Alcohol, natural cinnamon oil, and water are ingredients. OliveNation's cinnamon extract is very sweet and tastes like cinnamon.

Brand: Olivenation

👤This is okay in coffee but not Watkins.

👤I use it to refill my smaller bottles of coffee.

👤Good size for money. Good quality.

👤Our second bottle works great.

👤The cinnamon taste and scent of the product is good. It was great in my coffee.

11. Watkins Original Gourmet Vanilla Packaging

Watkins Original Gourmet Vanilla Packaging

All naturally derived ingredients were used in this recipe. It is ideal for baking. There are no artificial colors or flavors. There is a note that contains Sulfites. Corn Syrup is Kosher.

Brand: Watkins

👤Water is the first ingredient. The second substance is sugar. There are three things that are third is propylene glycol. I should have checked more carefully.

👤I was convinced after seeing the reviews and price. One could not help but be attracted to the cheap price of vanilla extract when it is available. Ah ha! Don't click immediately if you're looking for pure vanilla extract. We had a chance to look a little more closely at this product after we received it, as it is not a pure vanilla extract, but aBakingVanilla extract. It does perform well, but it does give non-baked items a slightly minty flavor, which is different to the rounded and warm flavor of baked goods. During this crisis, a replacement for vanilla was not terrible.

👤It was a complete waste of money, but it also cost me money for my other ingredients and time. I made 1 batches of cookies with this, and it added no flavor at all. When you search for it, it is listed under pure vanilla extract. I'm not sure if there's any extract at all. It's not right when I search for pure vanilla extract on Amazon. The cost of dumping out this bottle and throwing out my batches leaves me angry at Watkins and Amazon. I have had better results with artificial extracts. The only thing I can say is that it smelled nice after I dumped the entire bottle into my sink.

👤Watkins was a brand name that we used in our household. I bought that brand when I was looking for a reasonable price. I guess you get what you pay for. This is the worst I have ever tried. It has a strong smell. It doesn't taste like it's from a movie.

👤This is not a pure extract. There are artificial flavors, alcohol, and water in this picture. There is Sulfides. I can't use this product because of my family members. I will try to find a use for the bottle, but it will be sitting around for a while.

👤I really like Watkins products, but this one missed the mark. It's awful. I bought it in September of last year because the price was right and it smelled cheap, and I thought the bad reviews were because it was expensive. I've never smelled imitation vanilla before, but this is what I thought it would smell like. I use it in baked goods and it makes the food taste different, even though I cut it in half. I've used it about 15 times, but I can't seem to like it anymore. It's not real tasting. I wouldn't recommend this.

👤It is not pure. That is one of the ingredients. The ingredient is listed as more than the one that's called vanilla. This is not acceptable and does not taste like other vanillas. Several of my family wanted to know why my desserts tasted different during the Thanksgiving dinner.

👤If you receive a different label than the double strength one, don't be alarmed, it's called baking vanilla and it's a new label. I have been using Watkin's products for a long time. This product is used by my Grandmother, Mother and I. I used to sell Watkin's products. I ordered the 11oz version because my personal rep retired and I didn't have a local one. The seller is also Watkins, and the price was fair. I was shocked when I saw a different name and label for this product. I immediately called Watkins to get clarification. The new label is because the rep confirmed that they were changing the name. She said that there is still a mix of old and new labels out there, but that my item is the new label and completely safe and real. I told her that I thought the new label should be in the stock ad on Amazon, or at least advise potential customers of the change with a caveat. I thought I was getting a fake product. I think so. The strength is what I love about this product. This product doesn't bake your baked goods. The taste is very strong. I always use a minimum of 1 capful per recipe, even though they say you can use very little. This is the best I have ever used. No comparison! My adult children use this brand of products. I paid full price for this item. My thoughts are my own and I don't pay for them. My opinions are based on what I have experienced.
