Their blend of whole wheat is nut-free and offers an alternative to common keto flours like almond or coconut. King Arthur Baking Company is a founding B Corporation. They are a baking company. 👤Love, love, love. I don't care if the police tell ypu that it's not keto because this has wheat. I eat low-fat as a way to manage my diabetes. The wheat flavor is good. I've made biscuits, pancakes, and the bread recipe on the bag, and all have turned out well. The yeasted dough doesn't rise as well as standard flour, but it might be my yeast. The baked goods are very good. I'm excited to try bagels.
👤I was hopeful that there would be an option for our household. This isn't it. The price should be put aside. Specialty products are going to cost more. A lot more. I tried a few of the standard recipes. The exchange is for regular all purpose flour. No knead sour dough bread was the first to be popular. I have made this for years and preferred King Arthur flour. I could tell the difference in the dough. It was more soft. It didn't rise as well. I baked it up a little differently. The bread is so popular because it doesn't have a nice hard crust. The crumb was different. None of the large holes I expected. It had a lot of small holes. There is a And. The taste? My wife spit it out after taking one bite. I tried a bit longer. Is it a good idea to toast with butte? Nope. The taste is unpleasant. Not sour dough sour. It was just bad. It was almost like it was rancid. We are good if you check the date of the product. Not expired. The rest of the loaf was thrown out. I tried some biscuits. The dough had a bolder texture. They baked a little faster than usual. There is a They tasted terrible. No amount of butter or jam could mask the taste. I will just write this off as another experiment. I give KA credit for trying. I am afraid that it is an A for effort but an F for execution.
👤I made my first pizza with this flour and it tasted weird. Since it claims to be a substitute for AP flour, I decided to use a similar recipe to what I normally do with AP flour, but season it to mask any funky taste people mentioned in other reviews, and cover the dough as close to the edge as possible. I use an olive oiled cast iron skillet and cook the stove top for 3 minutes to help get a head start. I use 1/3 cup flour, 1/2 cup instant yeast, 1/2 cup salt and 6 ounces of very warm water to make my pizza crust, which is super thin. The pizza is microwaved for 30 seconds to 1 minute and then put in a paper towel so it doesn't get soggy. I added garlic and seasoning to make it taste better. I added 1 pad of butter and a small amount of white vinegar to the hot water because KA mentioned a couple of additional ingredients. I let the dough sit for a couple of hours so it wouldn't bubble up like AP Flour. I rolled it out with a rolling pin which I don't normally do. I pushed it further out to the edge of my skillet as I was putting it on. I made my own sauce to make sure it was free of sugar. My preferred spices and organic tomato paste. I was impressed with this pizza. It was better than the cauliflower pizza that I had, the crust was good, the seasonings did a good job masking the odd flavor of the flour, and it was much better than other reviewers said. The pizza was better than most frozen pizzas I have had, but not as good as AP Flour.
This flour mix is perfect for creating baked goods with great taste and texture, no additional specialty ingredients or custom recipes are required. They built a separate facility and a test in their quality control laboratory to assure the integrity of their products. This special blend of flours and starches includes xanthan gum and is ideal for food like cookies, cakes, brownies, muffins, pancakes and more. This special blend can be used to make fresh pasta, sauces andgravies. Bob's Red Mill is the idea that keeps their stone mills grinding to fill every bag with wholesome goodness.
👤I'm new to the scene. My daughter is not happy. I'm trying to find something that tastes good. I'm surprised by the reviews. I couldn't cut a muffin with a butter knife because it tasted like sand. I don't think purchasing this is a good idea.
👤I've been using red mills flours, but no mixes. Baking anything but bread is successful. I am using this flour for the first time and it is not good for cookies. It's hard as rock. The dough was not wet.
👤This is my go-to flour mix. It can be used for baking or thickening sauces. Bob's doesn't have that texture that many gf foods have. It's not the best for cooking. A blend of rice flour and Bob's gf oats ground down works well for that. You can have fried chicken again.
👤The wrong product was delivered to my house. It is easy to see how a mistake could be made but when I tried to remedy the situation by clicking "Return or Replace" it was non-returnable. This is not the product I ordered, so I would appreciate some help with this.
👤I make a lot of muffins and waffles with this flour. My family likes waffles better when I use all purpose flour. I add more baking powder to lighten the muffins.
👤I must follow a strict diet because I have a disease. It's not easy to find a good alternative to wheat flour. This is not like the other ones I have tried. It is a one to one conversion. I don't have to change my recipe a lot. It's a little pricey, but this kind of stuff always is.
👤I'm not sure if my standards are too high for this, but it was disgusting in the bread. I used a tiny bit in a cookie recipe that doesn't call for much flour, and it was fine. If you eat the raw dough, it will still be a little grainy.
👤I made cookies for a party. We made quite a few and the flavor was worth it, even though they were delicate. The dough that was rolled and cut was very hard to cut. The tricky part was getting them off of the cookie sheet.
👤Excellent in baking. It is expensive.
The flour is light. The favorite of Southern cooks for a long time. It makes biscuits and cakes that are light and fluffy. biscuits, cakes, pastries and quick breads are best used. You can use self-rising flour for pancakes, muffins, waffles, coffee cakes and quick loaves. The product is not available in the North and West.
👤Please note. I wrote a review about the White Lily Flour I've used to bake myself into a legend. When I opened the bags to start my Christmas baking, I found the flour was hard crUNCHY LUMPS that wouldn't sieve. I had to make it work with a food processor. I baked it with it because it's a gift which must be frozen/then shipped. White isn't sold in the NE where I live, so I have to order it. I was angry and shocked that my Biscuits, which I've been baking with White Lily for close to 20 years, came out like BRICKS hardly rose at all. I noticed the flour's expired date after checking everything to make sure I hadn't made a mistake. I bought the flour in November. I've never worried about the expiration date on WhiteLily, so this was a huge shock. It's not the company that mills WhiteLily but the avaricious seller who bought it and didn't mind selling past expiration date food on Amazon. I'm so angry that I'm grinding my teeth. I have 4 dozen hockey pucks here, no one could call a biscuit. I don't have time to get more flour, bake more biscuits, freeze them, or ship them. Don't buy it from this seller. I wrote a review before opening the bags of flour that I felt was unfair to White Lily for one greedy, careless seller to give this flour a bad name. All-purpose or Self-Rising versions are great for baking. I like the Self-Rising for my 'Best Damn Biscuits Ever', which I sell online to select clients and of course, make for my family and friends. Whitelily is made from a soft winter wheat that has a lowgluten structure and is very different from most flours you buy in a grocery store. It bakes light-as-air baked goods. I use many types of flour, but this one is my gold standard. You can't mess it up. I've used sweet butter, lard, heavy cream, and flour and all come out tender,cotton-candy light, big rise, and amazing. I have a friend in another state who sends me 20 lbs of flour each year, which I bake up quickly! I will make her biscuits when she comes. It's a good thing. When I finally get around to writing a cookbook, this flour will have a starring role, because it has helped make me something of a legend in my family and friends. Try it! I promise that you will love baking with effusive praise and adulation. It's a good thing.
👤I read an article about how good this flour is for biscuits. The difference between standard northern flour, northern self rising flour, and this (southern self rising flour) was amazing. I have never made biscuits that were close to what I got from this flour, and I made all 3 batches at the same time with the same ingredients. The cost of getting amazing biscuits is worth it if you like bread or pie. (). It is spectacular for biscuits, but it is more expensive than what you can find at the grocery store.

👤This product is amazing. I like to bake for people who are in my life and I am not free of the wheat allergy. I've tried a lot of different flour replacements and weird recipes over the years, but this stuff takes the cake. I think it tastes better than flour in baking recipes. Everything is moist. You can use your same recipes, that's the best part. This might be the best product that has ever existed. I have 80 million stars and 2 thumbs up.
👤We were sad that our son can't have the allergy. There are no "gluten free" lines for easy-made snacks and foods here in the developing world. Everything is made from scratch. When we stumbled upon this gem of a product, I realized that my baking life just got better and I had to bring a year's supply of this stuff in my suitcases since we can't get mail. The luggage space and weight were worth it. I have used it in all of my favorite recipes and it tastes great, but I prefer it in my normal cake recipes. It's moist and tasty. Bob's Mills made better baking for people with wheat. A+ product! Well done, Bob's Mills!
👤I was diagnosed with gluten sensitivities about 2 years ago. I make everything myself. The flour is amazing. I don't cook with flour. I replaced the AP flour with this one. It always comes out perfect. It had a little learning curve when using flour that is free of wheat. If I let the dough or batter sit for a while before baking, the texture is moister. Maybe it has to do with how this flour mixes with other ingredients. This flour is a life saver for me. I make sure I have several bags on hand, and Amazon has the best price I have found.
👤This is the best replacement for wheat flour I have found. It has turned out well for everything I have used it for. My diet has been free of wheat for 10 years and the products have improved in that time. I've tried all of them, but the smell and flavor of the flour mixture is something I can't get used to. This is the best for baked goods. It's not something you have to fiddle with to get right. I used to mix my own non-wheat flour and stabilizers, and I can't believe I did that before. It's always a little different when you try something. Not quite getting it right. I'm happy! For Bob's Red Mill!
👤I bought a single bag of Bob Reds Mills to see if I liked it. It worked great, I did better than another brand. It was good. 5 stars for food. Needing flour. I ordered a package of 4. The money has a value of 4. It is easy to use. I gave it a 3-star rating because of the open box it was delivered in. The delivery date was changed 3 times because of the COVID issues, but I was okay with it because I ordered early. The box was delivered to my house. I was home and door open when it was thrown on the porch. I went to get it. When I picked it up, the top was partially open. The flour was sealed and made a tight bag for each package, but it was still concerning because nothing had been tampered with. It appears that the glue that was supposed to hold the flaps was barely there and that someone threw the box to get it out. I'm using it because it's a hassle to return it and the bags are completely sealed, and I really need it right now because the stores are empty. I'm concerned that the box was open. The review won't allow me to post a photo.
There are 6 to 20 ounce bags of flour. Certified USDA organic, non-gmo project verified. 100% commitment to quality. Cup for cup substitute with white flour. You can find the recipe for Oatmeal Raisin Cookies on the package.
👤I read reviews and decided to give it a try even though there were some pro and con comments. My addition is here. The box with the 6 packages was larger than the other items in it. You should be aware of what you order with it. I received an order from Amazon and it was loose in the box, but I was able to use the clear covers to insert typed covers into the binder. Imagine how much fun it would be to try to get the low grade fine mist from the larger Amazon box out of the clear covers. Be careful what you put in the same order. I am sure that the flour will be fine. I weighed each bag. The bag weighed 1.2 pounds. There were two people weighing in at 1.1 pounds. There were two that weighed in at.8 pounds. I paid 7.2 pounds for my box, but the actual usable flour was only 6.2. I had a pound of flour loose in either the larger Amazon box or the smaller Arrowhead Mills box in my package. I paid $4.85 per pound instead of $4.17 per pound. There are four The mist from the top of the bags is leaking flour. They should look into the bag's top seal to see if it can be improved. The bags should be placed in a heavy plastic bag that is tightly sealed inside their box of 6 bags. There are suggestions for cleaning the flour. Use a vacuum hose. Then wipe the bags with a dry Swiffer sheet.
👤The item was ordered on May 10. May 13 was the date of the rec'd. I wanted to make bread on May 14 and noticed the packages that said "best if used by May 15, 2021." I am very disappointed that this item would be sent with a very close use by date, but I know that "used by" is not the same as "expire date". I put the rest in the freezer after opening one package. I ordered this flour because it is not available in local markets. I was hoping to order other hard to find flours, but now I hesitate.
👤There were only 5 bags of flour in the first box I got, and there was a large box inside. I let Amazon know and they just sent me a box of 6 bags, the correct number of bags. I made sourdough with it and it smells like honey as it ferments. You have to be careful with the percentage used in bread doughs because it messes with the structure of the gluten. I like the taste. I have also tried to remove the bran and that seems to help. I sense a higher level of activity in doughs with a high percentage of this flour. You have to watch the rise carefully.
👤I was fed up with my local grocery store not having rye flour on the shelf or it being outrageously overpriced. I've paid $3 a pound for non-organic at Kroger, but Amazon has ORGANIC rye for less than that. I baked my first batches of Sour Rye today and the results were very good to excellent, the flavor was close enough to bakery quality to satisfy these tastebuds. The texture was very satisfying to eat. If you like your bread dark, you may want to use strong coffee instead of light flour, as this flour is a bit on the light side. I don't think you'll be disappointed if you try the place. You can't complain about the price.
In New York, Presto cake flour is used to make many delicious sweets including apple fritters and doughnuts. Baking powder and salt are already added. There is 1 - 5 Lb of flour.
👤My daughter got into baking from scratch and used all purpose flour. She decided to use my presto because she ran out of other flour. She makes the best bakery style cookies. I didn't think of using it as such. I was a child in the 70's and saw my parents use Presto for their cakes. After moving to Buffalo from NYC in 2004, I couldn't find Presto in any store. We got the Presto thanks to Amazon and the seller.
👤Will use it for Puerto Rican desserts.
👤This product is for people who like cake and want to self-rise. It is easy to use and will make a delicious cake. You will be happy. There is a If you don't make a lot of cakes, you may want to order a smaller package.
👤I'm a beaker. I bake different kinds of baking. I recommend the unsalted one since Presto also have salt on it. The pastries look great and the flavor is great. I still use the regular flour, but it's just perfect.
👤No tienes buenos, pero no tienes a subido considerablemente en estos ltimos meses.
👤This is my cake made out of presto, it's my first Puerto Rico birthday cake I have ever made, and the texture that's this flour gives it's amazing, I recommend getting this for your baking cakes, I just other 2 more because it's so good.
👤I have used it for a long time. The cook used it and was very pleased with it. Overhead space is needed for your shelf because the box is tall. You should have a sifter for most cake recipes. The results are the same.
👤I am upset because I received a chemical for my lawn in the same box as that flour. The logic and the brain are used. Is logical. Excellent customer service, they send me and change the flour, I am happy.

👤My daughter is allergic to wheat. This stuff has changed the game. I've been able to make more tortillas than I can count in a short period of time. I'm going to make a cake for our birthday and I'm going to use it. It has the same taste and feel as wheat. I ordered 10#s. I'm looking forward to trying it out more. The tortilla recipe on the bag is very easy to make. I just dump flour into a bowl, add salt and oil, and then add water until it feels right. They do it the same way as fresh flour ones. Update... I made a chocolate cake with mud. It is amazing. Everyone loved it. Even the people who don't have the allergy!
👤The product and price were great. I use this to stay on my Paleo life style without sacrificing the normal white flour taste and feel when making bread, pancakes, cookies, etc. The consistency of this flour is very close to white flour, which makes me feel bloated when I eat regular bread. I tried to use coconut flour or almond flour, but they made the bread and pancakes very dry and the taste was very strong. The flour doesn't have that nutty flavor. I usually use this with a 1:1 substitute for white flour, but there are a number of online recipes for making bread, cookies, or even using this flour in soup for a thicker and more delicious taste. The ingredients for a pancake are 1 C of cassava flour, 12 of grain free baking powder, and 14 of baking powder. Baking soda is used for baking. sea salt is used for cooking. 2 large eggs 1' C + 1 Tbsp. Non-dairy milk is 1 part milk. White vinegar is distilled into 3 cups. Coconut oil can be used for frying. Put the coconut oil aside. The non-dairy milk should be put in a small bowl. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. If you want the coconut oil to not solidify, whisk together all of the wet ingredients in another bowl. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry. Batter will be thick. Add about 12 grams. Pour coconut oil around the pan. Put 14 C of batter into the skillet and spread it out on the coconut flour pancakes so it's not too thick. Cook until the edges are dry. The coconut flour pancakes will take a bit longer to cook. Cook until the other side is golden brown. Continue with the remaining pancakes.
👤I love this product. I'm so excited to try it out. Grain-free and gluten-free, it is a similar flavor to whole wheat pastry flour. If you let your baked good cool, then it becomes a health food, as it contains resistant starch and is good for your gut. Excellent for colon health. It's because of the elasticity of sava flour that many people make Paleo tortillas with it. I made some muffins with the flour.
👤Otto's flour is very easy to use. I put a quarter of a cup of flour into a measuring cup. When I reach the consistency I want, I add warm water, olive oil, and sea salt, stir, and pour onto a lightly greased small pan. I turn over once. I place onions, mushrooms, whatever I like, depending on what I feel like eating. It is satisfying and does not make me feel heavy in my stomach. At first, I was a leary. I am on my third bad. It is a small pan meal.
Every time, their organic flour works in any recipe that calls for "flour" or "all-purpose flour". It's ideal for brownies and cookies, pies, muffins and yeast bread. This jack-of-all-trades flour is made from 100% organic hard red winter and spring wheats, and is unenriched, and will strengthen breads, bake up lofty biscuits, and turn out delicately crumbed cakes. King Arthur 100% Organic All-Purpose Flour is approved by the USDA. King Arthur Baking Company is a founding B Corporation. They are a baking company. Their name and logo reflect who they are, bakers who are committed to spreading the simple joy of baking.
👤I would like to split my review into different categories, for example KA flour would get 5-stars, while Amazon would get 1-stars for flight ticket like price gouging. I give a weighed average of 4-stars in the end, but I can't because this is more of a product review place. The flour is the first thing. It is amazing. When my sourdough starter is fed organic flour, the culture just thrives, it's not like when it's fed store brand flour. I use this AP flour in the final dough to make up for some of the KA organic bread flour that is needed. The result is not as nice as using all bread flour, but still holds up well compared to other brands' organic AP flour. The cost for the final loaf is reduced by a good amount because of the $9 price for a 5lb-bag of KA organic BF. I live in a high cost of living area and have to watch what I spend my money on. I've made cakes with it. The cakes made out of cake flour are completely expected, but the outcome is not as delicate. They are really good when making heavier cakes. I thought it would be nice to buy flour in bulk. Isn't "wholesale" usually cheaper? When I first looked at the price, it was under $40 for the whole order. I pressed the subscribe&save button because I felt bad for the delivery guy. My flour would show up at my door step more and more. I will make up for the delivery guy with a gift. I was shocked by the price hike when the next delivery time came. The price has been all over the place, I found out when I looked at the price history. It's like buying flight tickets, they increase the price right around delivery time. I don't have an opinion on the practice of price-hiking on every day grocery items, but I think it's out of line. One would never expect to find the price of pantry items in a brick and mortar store. It takes detective skills and good memory to get a fair price. It's officially more expensive than my local organic store's price at $50 for 30lb of flour. It's no longer feasible for me to continue with this subscription.
👤The product was received on July 28th. I'm not surprised that they are able to sell a nearly expired product.
👤King Arthur Flour is a top brand. I was thankful that I was able to find the organic version online, as I didn't know that it was sold as an organic version. I have baked breads, made pizza dough and created several recipes with my recent shipment of organic and while the costs for the organic were the same to ship the regular King Arthur Flour that we have grown to know and love, I could not ascertain a difference in both the red or blue, organic Unless you are suffering from a form of ailment and were told you needed to use all organic, or unless you have a profound need to openly disclose that your recipe is all organic, I must recommend to use the regular King Arthur Flour normally found at your house. My breads aren't any better than the regular, non organic version of King Arthur Flour. I am.
Whole Foods Market's products give you that dance-down-the-aisles feeling. Their huge range of choices with premium ingredients at prices you can get down with makes grocery shopping so much more than tossing the basics in your cart.
👤Even though every brand has a different percentage, the differences are usually slight. I've used the all-purpose flour in baked goods from King Arthur to Gold Medal, and it's not noticeably different. It's made with hard red wheat, a grain that is usually high in nutrition and therefore high in reactivity, and no notice is given to mixing it with soft white wheat, the way many all-purpose flours do for a more delicate result. Soft white wheat is used for cakes and pastries. I think it will be called "all-purpose" if some mixing is done. I wouldn't find it comparable to other brands. Since flour is hard to find, I'm substituting this Whole Foods brand for the ones I usually use. Wesselmann was named after Deborah Lee Wesselmann.
👤I kept a bag of Whole Foods flour in my pantry during the summer. There were a lot of weevils on top of the bag when I opened it. I know these bugs can grow in a warm environment, but when I opened another bag of Hecklers in the same pantry, there were no bugs. I can only conclude that the bug problem happened during Whole Foods handling. I was disappointed.
👤The whole wheat flour that I bought had bugs in it.
👤As soon as I received it, I was able to bake a cake because the flour was full of insects. The same thing happened when I opened a second bag. Everything is in the garbage.
👤It is not the best flour I have purchased. King Arthur's is the best flour I've used. This flour is very fine and bitter, which is why it is enriched. The wheat plant has three parts. The healthy parts are removed and you are left with the endosperm. All of the vitamins and minerals have been stripped from the milling process to create a longer shelf life. enriched flour is not the healthiest choice because it doesn't contain those natural fibers and turns straight to sugar when you eat it. It is still pretty good, better than basic store brands and other brand names. It is on the top of my list.
👤I've never used a worse AP flour. The KitchenAid could have kneaded it for hours and there would still be clumps of flour. I know what I'm doing when it comes to bread, and this stuff just didn't cut it.
👤This flour is similar to others. This flour is lacking, compared to King Arthur brand. Sir Galahad flour is better. It's much harder to find.
👤The best. I have done in the years. I didn't think it was safe to use this flour, yet everything turned out perfect.
Same great taste. Their flour is perfect for any recipe that calls for regular flour. It is easy to replace conventional flour with a 1:1 ratio. There are no artificial flavors, colors or Preservatives. All of their mixes are certified by the organization. A pack of eight, 32-ounce bags with a shelf life of one year is included in every order of this flour mix. This 8 pack is great for buying an extra one to always have a Krusteaz mix on hand. Individual box best buy dates should be seen.
👤This snack cake is very easy to make. Water, oil and 4 eggs are all you need. I put a pat of butter on top of a single serving and microwave it for 30 seconds. I am free of the allergy and have tried many baking mixes. Most of the products I've tried have a "taste" that screams "gluten free". You would never know it was free of the allergy because of the taste. Even though my husband can eat anything he wants, he loves this snack cake. This is a snack that you will love if you like a moist, cinnamon-y snack. Don't buy it all, as I'm going to need to order more soon.
👤I was diagnosed with Celiac when I was 5 years old. I don't have a lot of memories eating baked treats, because there wasn't anything out there. Right. I went to Amazon because I couldn't find them in my mom's store. I received a pack of 8 taste buds that are going to be having a party. I like to add a little cream cheese frosting to my food. One more thing, I think Krusteaz pancake mix is one of the best tasting pancakes ever. I've been making and tasting pancakes that are free of wheat for a long time.
👤I've tried many different options as a person who has been diagnosed with celiac. My thing is brownies. I would choose brownies over any other dessert. These are the best free brownies I have ever found. They are rich and dense, but not overly dense and heavy like a flourless chocolate dessert. They taste like the real thing, but not usually. The price here is reasonable for a gf item, but I wish I could find them locally. I think it's unfair to ask other people to eat a different kind of food if they aren't sensitive to it. I've made brownies for many friends and family, and they love them. They would tell me if they didn't like them if I said it was an honest group. They can't tell the difference. The response is always "these are good", not the "these are good for you" that the crowd usually says of gf items. I can make a dessert that's popular with the added benefit of being able to eat it myself.
👤I make mini-cakes for my husband so that he can have a treat every day. They are frozen in snack bags. I pay upwards of $6.99 a box for several different mixes. When I found them, they were under $4.00 a box. The price of mixes that aren't free of wheat is almost the same. My husband commented on how good the cake was after I made 24 cakes. I was very happy because every cake came out whole, no mess or crumbled. I bought steel pans on Amazon. I used three eggs instead of two because the eggs seemed small, and my grandmother always added an extra egg. Extra-virgin olive oil was used for the vegetable oil and 2% milk. They came out perfect. I have set up a subscription and save for this item so I can use it whenever I want. I will try the yellow cake eventually. Happy baking!
This King Arthur is an equal substitute for conventional all-purpose flour in any recipe. Each serving of their paleo flour has 4 grams of fiber and 4 grams ofProtein. They are a baking company. Their name and logo reflect who they are, bakers who are committed to spreading the simple joy of baking.
👤I can't believe that I've made many paleo pancakes and baked goods and they were grain free. Baking paleo does not mean sacrificing flavor. The mistake of purchasing this product is too high. I made pancakes using this flour. I mean disgusting. The pancake texture was very coarse and lacking in flavor, and you could have used it as a paperweight. These pancakes were horrible even though they were using the recipe provided on the package. Save your money. There are a lot of paleo baking recipes that use tried and true paleo flours. I will not purchase this product again.
👤The taste of what we were making didn't seem to be affected by this one. My kids don't notice when I substitute it in for pancakes.
👤I like this flour because it doesn't have the funky coconut taste which makes it ideal for dishes with seasonings.
👤This is better than the brands I have always favored. I like to make my own bread occasionally. It makes the best bread. It is worth every penny above the other brands. I don't buy any other brands anymore. This is the best for bread making. I adore my King Arthur.
👤It's great for the grain free lifestyle.
👤My neighbor made me a Paleo baked good. I assumed it was something she did because it had a strong flavor that made it basically inedible. I wanted to try out the recipe myself because I felt like it would be a great recipe if there was no aftertaste. I only got through making the crust because I used the recommended flour. I tasted it and found it needed more maple syrup. The unpleasant taste is the Feast. It is a cross between vomit and sour milk. The smell of the flour was the same as the taste. I am shocked that this is a King Arthur product and I have no idea how this product is still being sold. It's not good. I will get a refund.
👤This product was mostly used for baking. It's easier to use than its competitors. The bag should have come in a larger size.
👤I'm surprised coconut flour is the last ingredient of the blend, as I think it carries the same properties as coconut flour. Compared to standard wheat flour, it adds more of a light and sweet flavor to baked goods. If you replace some of the butter and oil in your recipe with applesauce, banana, etc., you can cut down on the fat in your baked goods and they remain tender.
