I bake breads in traditional fashions, such as poolish, biga, straight doughs, and sour doughs. I wanted to make a bread for a friend's party. I chose to use 80 percent hydration, similar to my whole wheat recipes, because I have never worked with high percentage rye loaves. I would use 75 percent hydration with this flour and an hour long autolyse. The flour was fresh and easy to work with.

👤I'm not going to lie here. I make most of my own Almond Meal and Almond Flour. It's easier to buy ready made varieties. Almonds have to be blanched, dry, and then grind to a fine flour if you want to make your own Almond Flour. Almond Meal is easy to make. Almond Meal has a nuttier texture that I prefer when making bread and cookies. If you want to make cakes, pastries, sauces, etc., then Almond Flour is the way to go. It makes a lighter finished product, which is similar to traditional flours. Almond Meal has a heavier effect on you. When making cakes and most baked goods, I use Coconut Flour and Xanthum gum to help keep it stable. I usually make a mix of Almond Flour Baking mix and Coconut Flour. If called for, leave coconut flour and gum out of the recipe. You can make this recipe in a few minutes. If you want to make little Mug-Cakes, "double the Cocoa" is the way to go. 2 cups of almond flour baking mix are used for chocolate doughnuts. 1 cup of Stevia, 3 cups of Cocoa, and 1 cup of Cocoa. dark cocoa is similar to Hershey's powdered. Baking soda is 1/3 of a cup. Sea Salt is whisked above together. Add 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil. There is 1 tsps. Put 1 cup of water or nut milk in a container and place into 5 Ramekins or Mugs. Put the plate into the microwave. It should take about 3 to 5 minutes depending on the microwave's wattage. If they are not done, put them back in for 30 second intervals. They don't take very long. I like to mix up some Powdered Peanut Butter with a little nut milk and spread it on top of my icing. I would like to thank you for reading my review. 👤I find it sustainable because I make my favorite foods in a Keto friendly manner. Almond flour is an important ingredient. Almond flour is called for in many Keto recipes, but not all almond flour is the same. I have tried many different brands and they leave your food dense. Almond flour and Blue Diamond nuts are my favorites. It has a great taste. It is lighter in color and ground than many of its competitors. I have changed recipes that I didn't like and I liked almond flour. I don't mind paying a little more when the quality is better. I recommend this to anyone who needs almond flour.

👤I read reviews and decided to give it a try even though there were some pro and con comments. My addition is here. The box with the 6 packages was larger than the other items in it. You should be aware of what you order with it. I received an order from Amazon and it was loose in the box, but I was able to use the clear covers to insert typed covers into the binder. Imagine how much fun it would be to try to get the low grade fine mist from the larger Amazon box out of the clear covers. Be careful what you put in the same order. I am sure that the flour will be fine. I weighed each bag. The bag weighed 1.2 pounds. There were two people weighing in at 1.1 pounds. There were two that weighed in at.8 pounds. I paid 7.2 pounds for my box, but the actual usable flour was only 6.2. I had a pound of flour loose in either the larger Amazon box or the smaller Arrowhead Mills box in my package. I paid $4.85 per pound instead of $4.17 per pound. There are four The mist from the top of the bags is leaking flour. They should look into the bag's top seal to see if it can be improved. The bags should be placed in a heavy plastic bag that is tightly sealed inside their box of 6 bags. There are suggestions for cleaning the flour. Use a vacuum hose. Then wipe the bags with a dry Swiffer sheet.

The texture was very satisfying to eat. If you like your bread dark, you may want to use strong coffee instead of light flour, as this flour is a bit on the light side. I didn't bake early morning when I woke up that afternoon. I tasted a French Macaron. Each one tasted different. There are 10 dozen French Macarons in the bin. I gave it a 2 because I spoke to a supervisor at Amazon who returned the price of the ingredients and redelivered them the next day.

The best place to buy flour was from Hodgson's Mill. It is gone. First, the bread needs to be baked at a high temperature and caramelized due to specific sugars. It is sour and wet because of the high content of lactic acid. I do it from the beginning to keep the order. I did the same thing, but the bread has a lighter color, no taste of rye, more dried texture and not sour. Don't be deceived that it's pure.

The delivery date was changed 3 times because of the COVID issues, but I was okay with it because I ordered early. The box was delivered to my house. I was home and door open when it was thrown on the porch. I went to get it. When I picked it up, the top was partially open. The flour was sealed and made a tight bag for each package, but it was still concerning because nothing had been tampered with. It appears that the glue that was supposed to hold the flaps was barely there and that someone threw the box to get it out. I'm using it because it's a hassle to return it and the bags are completely sealed, and I really need it right now because the stores are empty. I'm concerned that the box was open. Bob's Red Mill Amond Flour is a good quality stuff.

👤It's great for making nut crackers. NUT CRACKERS. If chips are the most addictive snack then crackers are close behind. The nut crackers are rich in fat and have good health benefits. So have a snack! A dozen or so crackers with 2 cups of almond meal, baking soda, dried oregano, or Italian seasoning, and a cup or two of finely grating Parmesan or Romano cheese. The oven should be set to 350F. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to make a sticky dough. If needed, add more water or oil. Place the dough on the baking sheet using wet hands. Using your fingers, flatten the dough out into a small square. If you want, sprinkle a little sea salt on top. The dough should become golden in appearance after 15 minutes. Cool off on a wire baking rack. Once the dough is cooled, you can use a pizza cutter to make crackers. Store in an air-tight container if you don't consume immediately.

👤This is very good bread flour. Had a use by date late in the year. The small bags are easier to handle than the huge bags that have to be kept sealed. It's easier to store these. When taking flour out of a bag, it used to be messy. It is easy to store the bags in a large package and take them out at a time. I can give a friend a 2lb package if they need it. I am getting great results with this flour in my bread bakes.
