👤These pans are of good quality. The good part is that we filed a warranty claim after we returned the pan because it had two deep scratches. The replacement pan was sent by the company. They make you file a claim every time, so it's hard to contact them. It took a month to get the wrong pan, so I may return it.

Never use non stick spray. I have learned that it will ruin your pans. I needed new pans because of that. I'm happy I bought these. If I have any issues, I will update in the future.

I baked it for 2 hours, removed it, opened the foil, poured on the sticky glaze, re-wrapped it, and popped it back in the oven. As the ham was cooking, the glaze leaked out of the foil, all over the cookie pan, and burned onto the surface. I wish I had taken a picture of it to see how bad it was. I debated whether to clean the pan or just throw it away after removing the ham. I ran hot water over it to see if there was any hope, and to my astonishment, the burnt gunk began falling off and rinsing out! I put a couple of drops of Dawn in the pan, filled it with hot water, and let it sit overnight because there were a couple of spots that the water didn't work on. The rest of the burnt gunk fell out when I touched it with the sponge after rinsing the pan with more hot water. The pan is brand new, like it had never been through such a horrible experience. I have never had a pan that came clean without scrubbing, soaking, and more scrubbing. This one was so clean that I didn't even have to wash it with a sponge, it was just washed with a soft soapy sponge. It's worth the money. These seem to be an investment that will last for a long time. I can't wait to get the stove-top pots and other items.

👤I use a big bowl when I drink soup. This isn't a big bowl. In the muggle world, it is a small and sturdy cauldron. If I used it for that purpose, I would get at least 5 bites of soup. That shouldn't be its purpose. It's meant to be funky and decorative and will make all the fans laugh. You can scoop out every flavor of bertie bott's with the little spoon it comes with. It's so fun. It was very well made.

👤I received this today and upon opening it, I found a package of vomit inducing odor that violated my olfactory receptors. Since my 21st birthday, I haven't wanted to vomit. I've worked in kitchens where the grease traps are being cleaned, and that smell is worse than dead bodies, and I would be happy to inhale that just to clear my nostrils. The stench made me very eloquent. I can't stress how bad this product is. It took every ounce of my will to keep the contents of my stomach from coming out of my face and into the room. I hate wasting money so I opened every flavour and gave it a whiff. One of them didn't make my stomach contract like I did when I was hit. I was willing to try the tea that didn't cause a big reaction, even though I adore tea almost as much as Uncle Iroh. I wanted a cup of tea right now. I drank two sips. It was repulsive. I feel like I've been poisoned and I'm sick. I have never ordered tea online before. I ordered this because the local shop was closed due to the storm. The package was pretty.

There is a warning on the back of one of the packets that says not to consume it in excess if you have high blood pressure. Some chemicals in senna root can cause a serious decrease in the amount of potassium in the body, which can cause high blood pressure for some people. A person was hospitalized after drinking two glasses of tea a day and it caused high blood pressure. Since I have high blood pressure, I feel like I shouldn't drink the ones in the pack containing senna root. I think that the main product description should include that warning, rather than the back of the tea packets.

👤I have been drinking coffee every day since 1966 when I was in high school. I love my coffee but I want to switch to tea for health benefits. I'm not new to the tea culture. The only tea that has a flake of tea in it is the 20% green tea and 40% Turmeric variety. I don't want to break it to you, but it's not a tea. It tastes like dirt and smells like my vacuum cleaner bag. The only way to make the rice, soup or sauce more yellow is by dyeing it. It tastes bad. You can argue about health benefits. I want tea, not spices. I already have a lot of the herb. The garden clippings that make up the other varieties are composted. There are flowers and roots. There are some peelings and clippings of herbs, but no tea. If there was some tea here, infused with these other clippings for flavor, but not if you are selling flowers and roots, don't call it tea. They are all Organic so that is a plus. The packets are made from paper. When you open the box, it smells like dust because there is no foil or anything to keep the freshness. I don't smell tea. The box is purple, gold and green and I gave it 3 stars. It is made from a thick strong paper material and can be used for a display at a bank or a lawyer's waiting room. The gift box is down pat. You have something there if you add some fresh tea. I didn't like any of the varieties I tasted. It appears that a lot of people like them. I will donate them to my local food bank. I hope someone likes them. Looking for a great tasting tea.

The inside dimensions of the small pan are 15-3/4" x 9-13/16". The inside dimensions are 12-7/8"x9", and all of them fit my oven. The set of 8 have smaller outer dimensions and fit my oven. Thank you so much! If you have an oven with a 17 inch diameter, get the 8 set. And you will be happy! It's not clear if the description is still wrong, but it will fit an European oven.

This product included 4 glasses instead of 2, came with bar tools, and was quite a bit less expensive, but it was almost the same as their registry. I'm worried that in the future the stem at the base will break off and make the decanter unusable. The design made filling and decanting into a glass difficult. Again it's the stem at the base. A flat base would have raised my review to four or five.
