For convenient cleaning, the dishwasher is safe. Naturals bakeware is made of pure aluminum and will never rust. This is the pan you will reach for when baking cookies or dinners. Foods bake and brown evenly. The rim is reinforced with steel and adds strength. If you want, you can use Silicone baking mats or parchment paper. Hand wash recommended. The dimensions of the pan are 17.88 x 12.88 x 1.06 inches. Nordic Ware is made in the USA.
👤The large surface area of the pans made it possible to fit a lot of potatoes at one time. I am having health issues that lead me to look at things I have overlooked. This is a review of the Baking Sheets, not a health seminar, so I will simply say that I am eliminating anything that could be contributing to having heavy metals in my system. I am not saying these baking sheets are the cause of my issues, but I will show you why I will no longer be using them. I use these BS twice a day for about two months. When I washed them prior to using them, I noticed that the soap looked gray, because I washed off some of the aluminum. In a rush to use the BS, I noticed some sort of metallic debris on the paper towel, after wiping off excess water with a paper towel. This has been happening after each wash. I was able to fit so much on the tray that I overlooked it. I discovered recently that my body is showing signs of too much heavy metals and I am taking actions to limit them. It took about 3 paper towels to clean up the mess. I've been cooking with these BS since April of this year. I've thrown them away.
👤I ordered Nordicware pans and USA pans at the same time, and used them both for the first time, so there's no difference in age. I baked gingerbread cookies, which were cracked on the Nordicwear pans, and needed a spatula to remove them, but the USA Pan cookies came off without a spatula needed. I can't speak to the wear of either or anything other than these cookies, so take this review as you will.
👤You can roast vegetables under a broiler or at 450 degree F, and cooked-on oil doesn't affect the pan's stickiness. This is all aluminum with steel around the edges so it doesn't warp. The pan is very heavy. My mom gave me an aluminum sheet pan when I moved out on my own. I have been abusing this thing for a decade. My mom had it before me. I have a small family of my own and my husband likes roasted veggies, but I like to make my own food at night. I'm looking for a sturdy one to go with my old beat up one. They would twist or warp over 400 degrees. It didn't seem like the price made a difference. I had cheap and expensive ones. At 400, they went funny. I assumed all pans did that, but I found this one. Actually, two. I now have three pans. I use the old one and the new one for veggies, and the third for baking cookies, so it will stay cleaner and stick free. The metal is really smooth and these are not sticky. These are a good choice if you're afraid of chemicals in your food. To make it easier to remove food from the pan, use a fat.
The 446F temperature isSISTANCE. It was durably built. The bakeware set is suitable for a wide range of baking needs and can handle high-heat up to . 6mm thick with a rolled edge to keep metal from bending. The baked goods rise and bake evenly because of the superior heat conductivity of aluminum. Nonstick interior for easy clean up. The exterior dimensions of the pan are 17. The dimensions are 94 x 13 x 1 inches. 5 x 11 25 x 1 inches. Nordic Ware is made in the USA. Actual color may be different from what appears online. The item shape is rectangular.
👤I bought 2 of the half sheets and was happy with them. The coating works well. The non-stick coating is not on the bottom of the sheet, so it only gets damaged there. They are light-weight and cook evenly. These sheets were used to bake my scones. They held their shape and were perfectly brown on the bottom. I decided to buy 2 of the sheets. I had to send them back. Nordic Ware is putting a logo on the baking surface. This is not shown in the picture on Nordic Ware's site. Nordic Ware confirmed to me that they have added a logo. I'm not sure who thought this was a good idea, but it's a deal-breaker for me. I think a smooth baking surface would make it easy to lift things off with a spatula. The logo is large and long. The picture is for everyone to see. Nordic Ware has placed branding above function. The return was great for Amazon.
👤A lot of reviewers are picky. It is a baking sheet. I bought a half sheet. I bought two of them. They're fine! The finish seems to work. It's almost like a paper towel when it comes to clean-up. Some people are asking if these are dishwasher safe. Why would you put it in the dishwasher? Put it away by rinsing it off with hot water. Don't worry about it, use my paper towel method.
👤The sheet pan I ordered in February of last year was non-stick, easy to clean, and never stained. I ordered another one in November of last year. I'm not happy that they changed it. The Nordicware logo is imprinted in raised lettering on the surface. The pan is stained after one uses baking potatos.
👤These perform better than any of the cookie sheets you've been using from your mom or grandma. These will last for the rest of your life if you take care of them. Start with two, then get two more, and finally by the smaller size. All the pies come out perfect. You can cook fish, chicken, and roast other meats on the cookie drying rack. I like to line the pan with foil before putting the rack in the sheet. It's a great jelly-roll pan.
👤I have had a non-stick for six months. I don't put food directly on the pan. Even with overnight soaking and a lot of scrubbing, there are stains in the pan that will not come out even if you soak it. I read a review that said this has been happening with a new product. I don't know if that's a factor. I spent a long time researching for a pan that was made in the US.
👤I have a pair of Nordic Ware baking sheets, just like this one, but without the non-stick coating. Sometimes I would like to have a shallow roasting pan with a non-stick coating for chicken thighs. I never put aluminum in the dishwasher so the cleaning has to be done by hand. These are perfect for jobs like that. It's too early to tell how long the coating will last, but the pans have a good weight and the raised rolled edges keep them from warping. They are easy to store because they stack perfectly with the Nordic Ware pans. I think they are an excellent value if the coating holds up.
The bakeware is made of pure aluminum and will never rust. The baked goods rise and bake evenly because of the superior heat conductivity of aluminum. Hand wash only, easy clean up. The exterior and interior dimensions are 10.25 x 9.88 x 3.5 inches and 8.88 x 8.88 x 2.5 inches, respectively. Nordic Ware is made in the USA.
👤These pans are perfect for baking goodies that need a deep dish and I purchased two of them. My review was for both of these items. It is made of pure aluminum which has superior heat conductivity and allows cakes and brownies to rise and bake evenly. The pans are perfect for everyday use, and the lids make it easy to transport items like brownies for school bake sales or sports events. I mostly use my lids at home for storing brownies because they are fully intact. I simply wash my hands with hot soapy water. The deep pans allow you to make large quantities of food, especially for casseroles, when you don't feel like pulling out a ceramic dish. I've used it for ribs and roasting chicken. These pans are very good. They are made in the United States and perfect for everyday use. A+
👤Egg custard was baked in a water bath in the first pan. The pan is not touched by the custard. I poured boiling water around the cups. When I removed the pans from the oven, they were discolored on the inside and on the sides. They're ugly now. I will be returning the pans. There was a warning with the pans. I would have chosen another product if this was included on the Amazon listing. Glass would have been a better choice. I didn't have this problem with my pans.
👤I don't want pans without lids or non-stick chemicals. This pan serves perfectly and seems commercial quality in function and design, as I hand-wash and pick up a Brillo pad more than occasionally. If you are more into function than color or style, you will be happy with it.
👤I like the Nordicware brand. This pan was very good. It's sturdy, well made, and has a nice heft so it won't warp in the oven, even at high temperatures. The recommended method of cleaning in the dishwasher is against the recommendations of the manufacturer. They said to wash the lid in the dishwasher and hand wash the pan. I washed them both in the dishwasher, and there was some discoloration of the pan and some warping of the lid. I don't think either of these are a huge problem. The color of the pan is irrelevant to me, as the lid still has a tight seal when it's on the pan, which is all that matters to me. I am excited to have a pan with an accompanying lid and I think this is another fantastic product from Nordicware. I'm sure it will get many years of use.
👤The pans heat evenly. You don't have to worry about burning or adjusting bake times. Don't forget non-stick pans. These pans last forever because they are not dishwasher or lemon based soap and are regular use and clean.
👤You get what you pay for. I would buy a heavier weight next time. es. The product is lightweight and had scratches on the inside below the lip of the pan. I returned it as soon as possible. It is going to be hard to find pans that are long. I have used a better made pan before.
Have 2 beautiful mini bundts. Heavy cast aluminum is very durable. Nonstick coating makes it easy to release food. Mild detergent is used to wash the hand.
👤An excellent bundt cake pan! It is the perfect size. The pan is ten cups. I thought it would be too small, but after baking it a few times, I think it's right. There's a lot for everyone. I haven't had a cake break yet, but the presentation is beautiful. The best way to butter and flour the pan is with a silicone brush. The butter and flour technique seems to be the most consistent method of getting the cake out in one piece, even though I have sprayed with several oils. I use a plate to remove the cake.
👤These are simply gorgeous! I made a delicious cake from an old family recipe, and I was so happy I tried them out. I own a small mold that I own a recipe for, so I used it to make the molds. If you don't want leftover batter for another pan, you can use the pan's recipe for the exact amount of batter. I own several of the nordic ware's molds andpans and I love them. The cakes come out perfectly every time. I recommend this product to anyone who just wants to bake cakes for two.
👤This pan is great. I always get praise on the cakes I make. It makes you stand out from the crowd. The recommended cooling period is 10 minutes. I use a toothbrush and soapy water to clean up any crumbs.
👤I called Nordic Ware because I was concerned that this pan was not theirs. They get this question from Nordic Ware. Their Bavaria has been around for a long time. Over the years, their mold has been replaced several times. They don't have an explanation as to why this mold didn't have the Nordic Ware engraving. There is a Nordic Ware. This was sold as a pan. It was labeled with a Nordic Ware label. Nordic Ware engraves/brands their pans, and this pan has something in the USA.
👤The pan is sturdy and well made. It is a small pan, so be warned. I made a Rum cake using a normal size yellow cake mix and a box of instant pudding and 4 eggs. The pan did a nice job. You might want to rethink buying this pan if you make a bigger cake. For a normal size boxed cake, you will be fine.
👤I have used this pan twice and the cakes were beautiful. I have two more Nordicware pans. I like them. If the recipe recommends flour based oil spray, the best way to ensure a perfect cake release is to melt butter and use a silicone pastry brush to spread it all over the cake. Dust well with flour. Every time, my cakes slip out. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations to achieve longevity.
👤Clean. Not dusty with dents or defects. The weight is heavy. There are no handles per se. You can get a decent grip on the metal in the middle between the'molds', and lift it out of the oven that way, but it's not a true handle. The lack of handles doesn't make this pan off-putting. I like it. I baked 2 cakes and both stuck to the pan. I didn't make my usual recipe. I don't prepare the pan the same way I prepare my large Nordic Ware pan. I coated "Pam" with flour. I use butter on my pan. I don't have to worry about release when I use butter in my pan. I believe the preparation of the batter, ingredients, pan, etc. can make cakes do different things. I will use my usual recipe with my usual preparation. The recipe was included with the duet pan. It was delicious, but too much batter. This pan holds 5 cups. The total is not 6. Each side of the measuring cup holds 2 1/2 cups. If you bring it up to the very tip top of the pan, it will be fine. It was almost overflowing. You should put 2 cups in each side to make room for the expansion of the cakes. It really holds. 4 cups is correct. I made a mistake trying to get the batter into the pan. It overflowed at the top of the pan. I think I beat the batter. My mistakes all around. I still love the pan. I will re bake and update. My usual recipe was baked in this pan. I made two bakings. I filled to the top where I thought I would have enough space for the cake to expand. It puffed up and came out too high. You have to put less in this pan than you thought. I left a full inch at the top of the second batches. I stopped filling it up a full inch from the top rim. It came out fine. They are a little shorter than I wanted, but tasted great. It's a dense pound cake, even the small ones are filling. I had no problem with holding my batter in the refrigerator while the first batches were cooked. The batter didn't fall or rise while waiting, because they are so small and cook so quickly. It was perfect both times. I decided to make a different butter/flour pan preparation. I used the formula from the movie. A mixture of 1 1/2 cups AP flour and 2 cups Crisco was blended with a mixer. Spread it all over the pan. No sticking at all. The pan was dropped right out of it. I don't know if this is better than my method, or if I just got lucky. The cakes were delicious.
The baking set includes a half sheet, a mat and a grid. There is a mat with iconography from Frozen 2. The bakers mat releases baked goods with ease. The grid and pan are good for roasting veggies or crisping all kinds of food. For easy storage, all sized to nest together.
👤Nordic Ware should be embarrassed. Fie, Fie! Is thin stamped steel better than cast aluminum? What were you thinking?
👤The cake pan with lid was on sale. Great! I need a new pan, and it's not normal. It's time to score! Not quite. The package was lightweight when I opened it. Nordic Ware is nice and heavy. This? This is something I would expect to see on a grocery store shelf, a cheap pan that is made for emergencies. The cover is made of thin metal and the edges feel rough. I can see it being cleaned and cut. Not good! I'm keeping it because it wouldn't make sense to return it. I'm very sad.
👤I love this cake pan. I used it for a small cake mix instead of short bread. It is easy to cut perfectly even size slices from the detail and the geometric nature of the snowflake. It works well with the 6 cup mixes.
👤These are cheap and made to order. The handle tops have half circle tool marks. There is a chemical painted on the metal that makes it shiny in others. The metal is gross. Uneven around the sides. The wood is showing through the painted handles. Quality control was on vacation. These are not heirlooms. I wouldn't use them on my food. Terrible craftsmanship and a huge disappointment. Save your money. I could use recycled aluminum cans to make better cookie presses. I had to choose at least one star to let the people know that they could buy something else.
👤The cake pan is easy to wash. When an air bubble forms in the cake, the designs have a lot of details, but not all of them. The quality of the product was very good. When we tried it with chocolate, the designs were really lost, so you must make a light-colored cake. If you're interested, Nordic Ware has a recipe for honey vanilla that you can use with this pan.
👤The delicious recipe found on the box is something I love. It is the best gingerbread I have ever tried, soft on the inside with the perfect royal icing glaze on the outside. It was delicious!
Quality assurance is guaranteed. It's great for making bacon, jerky, dried fruits, and more. Hot air circulates underneath so there's no need to turn. A pan with a rack. Hand wash only, easy clean up. The rack is from China.
👤This is to be used in my new air fryer oven. It is large enough to do multiple items. I spray the tray with oil to prevent it from sticking and line the pan with foil to make it easier to clean. The clean-up was easy.
👤I like this so much that I may get a third. Large, very sturdy. The pan is covered with a wire grid that is non-stick. I use it to make jerky, to cook bacon, to roast veggies, and so on. The first unit's wire grid was sturdy enough, but the second unit's grid is a bit thicker. It could be that it was a different supplier. These are very well designed. They can't be beat for the money. When you're done cooking, put some dish soap in the pan, fill it with water, and let it soak for a few minutes. Don't soak the grid for hours, it's not good for its non-stick finish. Then rinse the pan and both sides of the grid with a soft brush and put it away.
👤This pan is great for cooking bacon. Our bacon is cooked in the oven and it comes out nice and crisp. I used a cooling rack for the bacon to keep it from melting in the oven, but sometimes I spilled grease in the oven because the cookie sheet wasn't deep enough. The pan is deep enough to capture grease and the coating on the rack makes it easy to clean than a cooling rack. After disposing of grease, the aluminum pan cleans easily. I use the pan for other things as well. It is the perfect size for holding two dozen sandwiches.
👤I washed it by hand after cooking because the dishwasher will make it look bad. I've never had a better loaf of bread. The fat and drippings on the pan keep your food greasy. It was perfect. 400 for 30 minutes.
👤I have been looking for a pan like this for a long time and they were outrageously expensive. I use it for baking chicken wings instead of frying them because it's great for making bacon in the oven. I lined the pan with aluminum foil and sprayed the rack with an oil spray to make it easy to clean. This is worth it. I'm glad I bought it.
👤The best bacon pan ever. It is easy to make 7 pieces of bacon at once. 10 minutes on each side at 400 degrees is perfect. The lower pan is easy to clean. The rack came out great after I sprayed it with cooking oil spray.
👤These pans are terrible. I have other brands of pans that aren't the same as the ones that are supposed to be put in the dishwasher, and they hold up well despite the fact. If you have time and gumption to wash this pan consistently, you can buy it. I washed this once in the dishwasher and it turned a brand new pan into something that looked aged 40 years. I'd steer clear due to their flimsiness.
The Embossed grid pattern enhances the look and performance of their baking pans. The grid provides easy release and improves air flow for crisping. Natural aluminum gives the best heat dispersion and the reinforced steel rim prevents warping.
👤The grooves make it hard to clean. After a few minutes in the oven, the flat bread released but the olive oil was cooked into the grooves. Gave up after washing with warm soapy water and various brushes and pads. I forgot to measure my cabinet for storage because the big sheet does not fit in my cabinets.
👤I can make large batches of cookie dough at once. I needed a large pan to bake them all. This pan is clean and good quality.
👤These are more expensive than other items, but they are easy to clean up. We have made cookies, fries, chicken nuggets, bacon in the oven, and these are all pretty much the same as before. This item is definitely recommended by me.
👤These plans are amazing. Even heat, easy to clean, don't warp. I have had one for a year and one for two months and both look new.
👤They advertise a grid pattern that is perfect for baking cookies. I opened the box to see the roasting sheets. Not very happy, no time to return them.
👤The sheet pan did not warp in the oven. These made waffle-prints on the bottom of cookies were baked with nieces. Did not start a fire. The way to go is Nordic Ware.
👤I bought this because the standard pan was too small to comfortably broil a package of bacon. The pan is large. It fits my oven and I don't have any problems with it. I put my overflow lasagna on the lower rack to catch it. I saved my oven from being a mess.
👤It's easy to clean and heats evenly.
👤The item is called thePrism Big Sheet and costs more than the non-prism big sheet. The box I received was filled with a traditional, non-textured aluminum sheet, which was marked as a PRISM big sheet. I wanted to order the same thing as before, but this non-textured sheet arrived instead.
👤This is a great sheet of cookies. You can watch the dimensions. The internal base dimensions are not the widest part. I put my wall oven in the rack slots because it was the only way to fit it. It should fit an oven. If you back in larger batches, it's awesome.
👤The item is called thePrism Big Sheet and costs more than the non-prism big sheet. The box I received was filled with a traditional, non-textured aluminum sheet, which was marked as a PRISM big sheet. I was disappointed because I bought 2 and they were the same item.
👤The material is de primera calidad. No la encuentras tienes.
👤Can make a lot of cookies at one time.
There is a 2-year warranty. They stand behind their products and services. Cook bacon evenly. Hot air circulates underneath so Grease doesn't need to be turned. It is easy to clean a pan. The exterior dimensions are 17. 1x12 3x1. The interior dimensions are 15. 6x11. 7x1. 5 inches. Imported non-stick rack made in the USA. It's also great for crisp fries, dried fruits, and more.
👤Even though I love to eat bacon, I have always hated to cook it. It's easier to bake it in the oven than it is to bake it on a sheet of aluminum foil. The pan left my bacon evenly cooked. You don't need to drain your bacon on paper towels anymore. I put aluminum foil on the bottom of the pan to make it easier to clean. When it comes to baking my bacon, no more complaints from me. 5 stars all the way!
👤The bacon can be cooked in the oven. If you like bacon, you can load up the tray with it and cook it for 24-28 minutes. All grease is in the bottom of the pan, bacon is not curled, but it does a great job. It is easy to clean up if you first spray it. I use it a lot.
👤I cleaned the pan after the bacon was cooked, but there were still spots on the pan where the grease had dripped down from the bacon, so I sprayed hot water on the pan and washed it by hand. The spots are going to be permanent. I can live with them. It should cost $37.00. I might send it back because of the spots that were left after one use after paying $37. It must be a very low-grade steel. The spots are a lot lighter than the pan. The pan worked well in cooking bacon. Didn't do any good on the apples. The update was made on 1/8/22. I decided to keep the pan. I put foil in the bottom today and it was suggested by the company. The taste of the bacon is wonderful. The oven seems to have no smell or grease. It's a small pan. I can have bacon again. The bacon that you buy in the store doesn't cut mustard. There is no need to turn the bacon because it is not sitting in grease.
👤The pan is intended for baked bacon. I use it for a variety of purposes. I like to cook bacon in the oven. I replace the rack with aluminum foil or a regular rack if I want to bake bacon, as the one that came with the pan has some sort of coating on it, so my use is not what the manufacturer recommends.
👤This is a good size. Remember that you are cleaning a non-abrasive surface. There is a well that collects bacon grease. I put a sheet of parchment on the inside to make it easier to discard grease in the trash, but I will probably use a nylon spatula or scraper to keep grease out of my drain.
👤This pan is perfect for cooking bacon in the oven to avoid the grease on the stove. NordicWare is made in America. Can't go wrong!
👤This pan is good for cooking bacon and other items that generate a lot of grease. The coating on the rack is soft and easy to scratch. Will I buy another one to keep for use on the gas grill?
The bakeware is made of pure aluminum and will never rust. The baked goods rise and bake evenly because of the superior heat conductivity of aluminum. Hand wash only, easy clean up. Nordic Ware is made in the USA.
👤The product is 6.9 x 2.1 x 3.6 inches and it says that on the package. I wanted a 7 inch pan, but they just arrived this afternoon, and when I took them out of the shipping envelope, it said they were just 3.5 inches x 2 inches. That's a big difference. I'm sure they're great pans, but they're not what I wanted and they're not what I expected. I'll most likely send them back.
👤I decided to get these mini loaf pans because I love the full size Nordic loaf pans. They are not going to be disappointed. They bake up recipes perfectly, they release baked good beautifully, and they clean up easily. I flour my pans after lightly coating them. After cooling the loafs for 15 minutes, I use a butter knife to flip them out. I like that these pans have small handles to make it easier to use a dish towel. I wash and dry these pans. I think aluminum pans are the best for baking. I made pumpkin bread to see if my mini loaf pans worked. I wouldn't take away a star for the pans having a blunt edge, it's something Nordic can improve on.
👤I thought the metal was a little thin, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I put them in the sink to wash, but the other two were stuck together. I was nervous because the metal was so thin, and I thought I could get hurt. The edge caught my finger even though I was careful. I was cut. I tried putting them under cold water in hopes of getting the pans apart, but it didn't work. I'm returning them the same way. I wish they made mini loaf pans. They're my favorite baking pans. If you're looking for a loaf pan that's small, then this is the one for you. It's the best pan I've ever purchased. The pan is made of pebble patterned aluminum, so loaves will slide out as long as you prepare it like normal. : https://smile.amazon.com/Doughmakers-10051-Cookie-Commercial-Aluminum/dp/B000QCKBII.
👤Yes! When it comes to baking pans, I have decided that aluminum is where it's at. I use some of my grandma's baking pans in my kitchen. These small loaf pans and a muffin pan are new ones that I have purchased. It's easy to clean, heats quickly and lasts forever. I will use aluminum when I need more pans. I agree with the reviewer who said the edges were sharp. These pans were cut out of the sheet metal and barely filed down on the edges. They're small and cute, and I have used them a few times, and everything I've made comes out great.
👤The baking pan is American made. Better than the others. They used to sell aluminum pans, but now they are all non-stick. These pans are really nice. They are convenient for small loaves so I don't have to worry about getting stuck with old bread or cake from a larger loaf. There were no baked areas in the loaf. Excellent construction. They don't have a lip to collect grease. The ledge is flat. There were no seams. There was no folding. The construction is amazing. They can't be washed in the dishwasher because they're aluminum, but they are easy to clean after a short soaking. The tip about storing paper towels in layers is a winner and I'm glad I read the other reviews. One of the pans fits into another very well. It creates a vacuum. Getting them apart can be difficult, but not with the paper towels between them. I am very happy with the purchase.
Less time over the sink and more time over the stove is needed for a dishwasher safe. Pop the baking sheets in the dishwasher when you're done using them. Baked goods rise and bake evenly. Premium gold non-stick interior is scratch resistant, easy to clean and wash. Rims are reinforced with galvanized steel. Nordic Ware is made in the USA. Actual color may be different from what appears online. There are two components: a quarter baking sheet and a component.
👤These are the best sheets for baking. It is superior to keep clean. I have a full size set that is at least five years old. These fit perfectly in my mini oven. My go to set up for family dinners is an off-brand crisper grid.
👤The coating is very easy to remove. After only using them once, each of them has several scratches. I am confused as to how the scratches got there, I use a plastic spatula and cloth dishcloth.
👤I opened the box from Amazon and found that the pans were scratched up. I needed the pans for bread baking. The pans appeared to have been used before. If not already used, the pan was damaged and scratched and sent to me.
👤These were a present for my mom who was in love with them after buying them for my aunt. Nordicware sent a new set of pans for my aunt and I took the one that was damaged. I've used it to cook biscuits and naked chicken tenders without any stick. I would 100% recommend.
👤So happy with these pans. Can not say enough about them. We use them all the time. They are easy to clean. I love em!
👤The Nordicware pans were sturdy and well made. It's easy to clean, and the heat distribution is great. I've baked sheet cake and cookies and they have great results.
👤The pan doesn't make my pizza bottomCrispy. I had to return them. They may be good for cookies, but not my pizza.
👤My wife loves them and they are easy to clean.
👤I ordered this pair from Amazon because I wanted more of them. The price was higher than I had paid before, but the most disappointing part was that they came all messed up and one was even damaged. Paying new prices for used items is something that Debating doesn't like.
👤These sheets are great. It's easy to clean and distribute heat, but I have hotter spots but it could be my oven. We use them every day because they fit our countertop Wolf oven. Great product. I'm an experienced home cook and baker and I would recommend these.
👤I've been using nordicware naturals and wanted to try the non-stick. One pan was perfect, but the other had non-stick near the logo.
👤They work well with a countertop oven. Even though they're small, they gave the maximum baking space. They came out perfectly even with baked cookies.
👤Se hornea perfecto.
The pan makes delicious biscuits, cornbread, or polenta. The heavy cast-aluminum surface makes it easy to heat. It can be used in the oven, on the stovetop, or under the broiler. The nonstick surface cleans easily.
👤This. This pan is a bomb. When I turn it over, it falls out of the pan. It was so easy. 1/3 cup of dough in each section is all it takes to cook the recipes. I bought this pan because I had a bad experience with the dough on the first try, so I tried again. I like my food easy. Everything was perfect in this pan. I gave a pan to my hero. Art imitates life.
👤I used to cut the scones into triangles and bake them on a sheet, but they would spread during cooking and I would interrupt the baking every 5 minutes to try and shape them with a spatula. Even though they're expensive, I decided to buy one. I love this pan. I bought a second one so I can make double batches of them, because they don't last long in our house, and they're perfectly shaped and cook evenly. I've made about a dozen batches and they're still non-stick. We prefer a slightly drier/denser recipe so my recipe doesn't yield a sticky dough; perhaps people who have issues with sticking are using a stickier dough... I don't know. I think the pans are great. I haven't made cornbread yet, but it would be interesting to try. I just use warm water and my fingers to clean up, then wipe it dry. It takes very little effort to clean them after use. Nordic Ware has a fan.
👤This was my first attempt at baking something. I used a mix of ingredients that I bought at the store. The pan was easy to use and clean, and had a nice heavy feel to it. There is a more complicated recipe now.
👤You should buy this pan with King Arthur Flour Scone Mix, Cranberry Orange. I had never made a dessert like this before. I took the advice of another reviewer and used this pan to make scones without any pan coating. I let the scones cool for 5 minutes after they came out of the oven, but I let them fall onto the cooling rack after flipping the pan over and letting them fall gently onto the rack. I didn't have to hit the pan. The pan is heavy and solid. The scones are done perfectly on the bottom. Wow! The temperature is 400 degrees, the middle rack. I have made them twice and they have been perfect. I put icing on them twice. Either way, a cup of coffee is great. Add "scones" to your baking routine with these two items.
👤I used the mix to start, to make sure my first batches turned out perfect. The pan is nice and heavy, conducted heat well, since these scones cook at 450 for only 12 minutes, and the batter was very soft and sticky, so without the wedges they would have no shape, too sticky to roll. After getting all the dough off, I wet my hands and was able to smooth down each scone and press it so it filled each section, then sprinkled the tops with sugar. They popped right out of the wedges after cooking and cooling.
