Best Baking Hand Mixer Machine

The mixer is light and compact, which makes it easier to manage and store. The first speed is slow, unlike most mixers I have used in my life. Imagine mixing liquids without splattering. It operates at half the noise level of my old one. I can't say enough good things about it.

It says you have to stop the mixer after 5 minutes. It won't work for me. Information about how long you can run the thing is not provided online. I'm on my second Kitchen Aid stand mixer after 40 years of baking, so I'll give their hand mixer a try even though it has those skinny little wire beaters. This one is leaving.

I usually bring the mixer over to my husband to help him pull the tongs out, because he likes to help. I would rather do it myself.

I disliked my battery powered drink mixer when I turned it on side by side. The Toogel mixer produced the same mediocre results as the battery powered unit, but it was obvious that the battery powered unit produced more RPMs. The whole unit vibrates and feels out of balance when the attachment is held because the attachment has an extreme wobble. I think I got one that quality control missed because I noticed that one other reviewer noticed the same problem. The Toogel mixer has a unique handle. The Toogel could be a top performer if it only produced less vibration, had more power, and increased RPMs.

The handle can twist into a 90 degree bend for certain tasks, such as mixing buttercream frosting. It works well in mixing different foods quickly and efficiently, which saves time and energy. When batter went everywhere, I was happy, but then I wasn't happy about cleaning up time.

Always follow directions and read the instructions when adding Condensed Milk. The no bake ice cream cake turned out great after my second try. Baking and making desserts will be easier with this, I did not have an electric mixer at the time. The electric mixer/whisk was easy to use when I first tried it, with one setting going slow and the other going quickly. It's easy to clean, you just need to clean the metal attachment that you use to whisk or mix.

I don't know if it's normal for a 400W mixer to slow down and show weakness when you push it down into the dough to get a good knead, but that's what happens to this mixer.

There is nothing you would need to do in order to bake at a faster speed than the first. A huge amount of recipes specify the desired outcome. I don't know why a mixer would start on high. For baking purposes, this is actually a 1 speed mixer. 2. The back of the mixer has the cord in it. It was almost impossible to keep the cord from getting in the bowl when I used both hands. Trying to switch to different bowls. Didn't help. 3. The front of the mixer has large vents for the fan and motor. After a single use, I had a lot of flour and cookie dough. There is no way to get it out of there. The mixer would be useless after a few more uses. I don't want a chunk of months old cookie dough to get knocked out of the mixer and into something I am making. That is gross. 4. I don't like beaters. The machine is so fast that it is really bad at mixing ingredients. The texture of the combined ingredients just wound up getting smooth no matter what I did, because it took way longer to mix than usual. This was the recipe for years and never had an issue with it. It was really weird. You have to be able to cream butter well in mixer 101. Come on! The lightest mixer I have tried is this one. I went for it because I wanted to be nicer to my hands. The mixer doesn't do the job. No matter how simple of a recipe you want it for, there are so many design flaws. I was making cookies that I've made a million times. Hope some people read this and it will save you time trying it on your own.

Have you ever tried to stir a jar of peanut butter with a butter knife, even though the oil was coming to the top? It was quite a mess if you were like me. With the dough hooks, you can place them straight down to the bottom of the jar, hold tight to the jar and turn it on, so you can blend your nut butter in seconds.

👤The material at the bottom of one of the dough hooks was removed after being washed with water and dish soap. The item had never been used. I took the items out of the box to clean with no rubbing and it seems that the material used is not as good as it could be, as the hook could cause food to be contaminated with metal. Whatever these particles are made of. I took pictures of the dough hook and would like to submit them.

I am very happy with the purchase and everything works great.

👤The measuring spoons and cups rusted during the first wash and I was hoping to purchase this to use in our travel trailer. It was very bad! It's very strange that they are supposed to be a type of steel. The bowls are large, however they leave a gray film on your hand and fingers when you handle them. I have washed them many times. I just wanted to have something on hand in case I needed it in the trailer, and the motor on the mixer is not a top end one, but I bought it with that in mind. The mixers rusted on the first wash and I have yet to figure out how to get them to clean up. I fear I will not be able to use it. The items were not put in a dishwasher or submerged in water. They were washed up immediately after being added to hot soapy water, and then dried on a towel.
