👤The containers are advertised as 7.8 x 7.6, but they are much smaller and too small to be of use to us.

👤It has been a long time since I wanted to get this kind of container and put everything in my kitchen. Every kitchen lacks this. If you cook, you know how much space all the boxes and food packaging occupies. I feel like buying more of these containers to rearrange my food storage because I am in love with my purchase. The plastic is thick and decent quality, the cap closes firmly. It is water and air proof. The best thing about them is that they keep the space in the kitchen to a minimum and everything looks neat and orderly. It's convenient and stylish to have stickers and marker. The contatiners are ideal for storing flour, sugar and oats. They were easily wased. This is exactly what I was looking for and I am very happy with my purchase. The price is very reasonable. Real deal!

👤I decided on these containers based on reviews, because I was trying to find a set of containers to replace my old Tupperware set. They are perfect. I thought they might not be large enough for a bag of flour. I was wrong. They fit nicely on my shelf without taking up a lot of room, because there is plenty of room left in the container for a good size scoop. I feel confident that my flour won't attract people because they are tight in closing. The pen and labels that came with the set are very striking. I know what is in 3 of the containers because they are filled with different kinds of flour. I am going to purchase more containers in different sizes and am very pleased with my first set.

👤I bought a set of these after years of using tall jars with bales to store flour and sugar. They hold a 5 pound bag of flour, and they come with labels so you don't have to cut off the label from the bag and insert it down the inside, although you certainly can. It's handy if you have more than one baker. I took off one star because I had trouble eating the top. It takes a few tries, but once you get used to how the top goes back on, it's easy to do. It's not a big deal, but worth noting when you get them. I wish I'd bought them a long time ago.

👤I bought another set because I loved these so much. They're the perfect size for storing all of my food. They stack and seal well. If you live in an area with a lot of pantry bugs, then these might not keep them out, but they do keep my coffee fresh. The little flaps that close the lids are stiff at first, but they are easier to open and close. The lid needs to be lined up properly in order to close it. These are a great option for kitchen storage.

I purchased this set along with several individual pieces for my different organic flours, sugars, baking soda, baking powder, chocolate chips and other baking ingredients in July of 2017, I am an avid baker and cook and purchased this set along with several individual pieces for my different organic flours, sugars I have never heard of pantry moths before, but I was horrified to discover that a bag of rice I bought from WalMart was contaminated with them, which has had a devastating effect on my pantry. I was horrified to find that the moths and their cocoons were inside of every canister I threw away. It's not like one seal failed; every one of them was upheld. The containers were thrown away with the contents. I don't think it's smart to waste money on containers and food by relying on their claims. I will test their claims this time, because I'm looking for airtight storage containers. This lesson was very expensive and I won't repeat it.

👤After washing the brown sugar prokeeper and letting the clay disc soak in water as directions stated, I tried to install it back into the lid where it goes for storage and one of the little prongs that holds it in. A representative of the company was supposed to call me back. The receptionist told me that the storage wasn't necessary because I could put the clay disc in the brown sugar. That may be fine, but why is it on there and I don't expect it to break before I get to put the brown sugar in it! They were not willing to compensate me in anyway, which I felt was unfair, and my only other option was return, which of course is a hassle for me, it didn't seem like Progressive International cared in the least! Their customer service is not good.

👤These are not bad. They are overpriced for what they are, and the photos are not accurate about the sizes. The largest one for flour is only wide enough to fit a 1C measuring cup inside. See the photo for the scale. They do what they say they will, but they are too expensive. I would really like to have more in my pantry, but it isn't worth the extra money.

👤I've been looking for kitchen canisters for a while and this is the first set that I've found that is sleek and modern. The canister was designed to hold what it was intended to hold. I have not had any issues with this container, it holds the average supermarket bag of flour and has a leveling bar. The brown sugar container has a terra cotta disc that is supposed to help keep the sugar soft, but it was hard to use the first time I used it, but the container is still great. The way the lid is made it hard to close the spout lid and make the top dirty. The container has a leveling bar and a spoon for dusting cakes. I haven't found a use for the 2 small containers yet, but they both have the same strength as the larger ones and they have a leveler insert.

👤I own many duralex bowls and cups and they are very good. I have never had a problem with broken things. The larger bowls are perfect for mixing. I usually buy them from either Williams-Sonoma or Duralex. I've ordered the 10-piece set from Amazon twice before, once years ago and again last week. The set that arrived today was a brown shipping box with 10 bowls, not the set that was sold from the manufacturer. They were not packaged as a set but as a collection of bowls. There were 4 different bottom imprints between the 10 bowls and a few different duralex branded stickers, which may be a thing depending on where you buy. I cannot be certain that some of these bowls are real, without the manufacturer's packaging, so I am returning them. This may be part of the issue for those with exploding bowls. If you order a new set, it should be packaged as a set. You could not be blamed for returning bowls that are not labeled in a box.

👤I was just using one of the medium bowls and my husband made me a beautiful salad and I decided to add some baby spinach on top and I took my knife. I was cutting the baby spinach into the rest of the salad, I was barely touching the bottom of the bowl at times, and suddenly it exploded and glass and a large salad everywhere. I stood at the counter without shoes. My husband ran into the kitchen and looked at me. Move. You have glass on your feet. Both of us now have it in our hands. The bowl shattered and flew onto the stove next to the counter, hitting me and dropping to the floor, and bounced over the tile in the kitchen. I am shocked. I only got rid of the multi-sized glass bowl I bought in Florida because I bought a new set. Over the decades with them, I never had a problem except for scratches and dull looking. I am angry and stunned. I have glass in my left palm and my husband tried to get it off my right foot. I am very upset. This should never have happened. What if I missed a batter with the electric mixer while using the bowl? If my small grandchildren had been standing at the counter looking up and seeing what I was doing, the glass would have gone into their eyes or mine. I am so angry and upset right now. What a waste of time. I'm afraid of the rest of the set. I have had these for a long time and this is not a bowl I would normally grab for, so it hasn't been used much at all. I am thankful that it wasn't worse. My husband is working on the entire kitchen after he got his shop vacuum. I can see that there are fragments in my left forearm. I don't want my money back. I'm afraid to use these bowls. I have not received the replacement Bowl that exploded in my hands. I sent all the requested pictures. These are not strong. Today is Nov 20th, 2021, and zero from this company. They told me to take a picture of the bottom of the bowls and send them, but they haven't sent a replacement yet. I was shocked, then disappointed, and now disgusted! Each time I get the remaining bowls out to use, I am afraid that one of them might explode on me, without warning. So disgusted. The buyer should be aware.

👤I've never used this product, but I'm willing to pay $9.99 for it because I think King Arthur products are good quality. I was surprised to find that the product described for baking was not specifically stated in the description that it was not to be used in an oven that was higher than 350 degrees. It should be mentioned in the details.

👤I like King Arthur products. I am surprised by this one. The description says it's made with monk fruit and stevia leaf extract. Erythritol is the main ingredient. Erythritol is usually avoided for people with irritative issues. People with serious GI issues will know what that is. If you have Irritable Bowel Syndrome, it will cause minor stomach upset. When I ordered this product through the vine program, I was not able to see the actual label because of my GI issues. I can't use it because of the deceptive description, so I have to give it one star. If you have no GI problems, this may be an excellent product for you.

👤I wanted to try out for a relative with diabetes. I have tried a number of sugar alcohol sweeteners and they all had a strange sensation. I can't detect the taste of the King Arthur product. I have used it to make apple pie, ice cream and carrot cake. It is definitely worth trying.

👤This is the only low carb sweetener I have used that has a mild aftertaste. Erythritol, stevia and monk fruit are terrible, but they taste good together. You can't tell I didn't use sugar when I baked a cake. You can tell with the frosting. I made cream cheese frosting and it was not as bad as erythritol. There was no upset in the stomach. The price is the only complaint I have. I used up the whole bag on the cake. I wonder if I can make this myself.

👤These are perfect for a container of oatmeal with four bags of sugar. I use them to store a standard batches of 3 or 4 dozen cookies. They are not hard to open. If you put 5 lbs of flour in a container, you can't lift them through the lid "wings" that snap down, or you could end up with flour everywhere. They are awesome if you grab the container and not lift it. The lid needs to be perfectly seated before you snap it shut. Someone with arthritis may find that it is a bit challenging to push down the wings. I like the lock down lid feature. These are large and do not nest so they take a lot of room to store. They had an odor when they arrived, but they did not have to wash their hands. They were fine. The included measuring cups are useless for measuring anything because the markings can't be read, but they work well for a quick scoop.

👤I have a growing collection of healthy flours. They keep the flour clean and air tight. They hold a ton of flour. The measuring cups are what I deducted a star over. They are useless except as scoops. It is difficult to even out the measurement. It is hard to read the cups when they are covered in flour. There are extras on the chalkboard labels. It is hard to read. Measure cup scoops were 3/10.

👤I have ordered these storage boxes before. I like them. Seal well and stack nicely. If you want to get them apart when they arrive, just sit them in a sink of hot water and slide them apart one at a time.

👤I have been looking for food containers like these. All of them are large. Most of the containers similar to these are too small to hold a bag of sugar or flour. It keeps bugs out of my stuff. We have a mountain home and this container protects it. Love the large size. The containers come with a measuring cup inside, which is a bonus. I put the lids on the top rack before using them. They went through the dishwasher and heated the drying process. These containers are very good.

👤The size of these and the fact that the lids snap on firmly make me not worry about them being ruined. They are strong. Two of the four of them are stuck inside each other so strongly that it is nearly impossible to break them apart. I had to order a new set. I don't know why it happens to two and not to the other two. I brought over a strong man after two people tried. Other than that, wonderful.

👤The boxes are made well. They are great. The device is cute. Unless you force it in on an account of flour quality, this container wouldn't fit a 5il bag of flour. The air between its grains is pre- sifted. It was disappointing. Maybe it will fit 5lb sugar. But not the flour. I regret not buying larger containers that are already in the market.

They look great from my picture. One of my orders was missing a bin. I contacted the company through Amazon and received a very quick response from the co- founder. Wow! Customer service is great.

👤I found pantry moths a couple months ago. I was horrified to read how to get rid of them. They like grains and were told to keep them in air tight containers. I read a lot of reviews before making a decision. Chef's Path seems to be a small company with dedication to making great products and providing excellent customer service. The reviews of the products were good. I washed all the pieces by hand. I needed pantry moths gone and wasn't willing to risk it. I am sure the dishwasher would work. I put water in the container, put the lid on, and turned the container over to see if it leaked. There was no drop out of the container. I was very happy. My pantry is clean and organized, and my baking goods are safely stored. There are no sugar bags or flours. I would love to get more for pasta and crackers. I have 2 sets of the containers that I love. Highly recommend both products.

👤I couldn't let this one go by. I initially ordered the set of 2 extra large bins. I ordered 2 more identical sets because I was so impressed by the quality of these bins. There are so many things to say about them, but I will limit it to the top four. #1 They are easy to open and close and air and water tight. I tested them. There are two things. The measuring cups that come with each set are better than anything I've gotten from Kitchen Aid or Tupperware. They are great for keeping in the bins. #3 They are so cheap that I was able to reorganize my pantry. They are a steal compared to the garbage on the market. There are four They are made in America by a family owned company. The company cares about their customers more than they do their quality products. I had an issue with a bin from a different set. I received a new bin, an additional larger bin, and a set of spoons as a thank you. I could go on and on. If you purchase anything from Chef's Path, you'll never be sorry.

👤These containers are great for a 5 pound bag of flour and sugar. I was a bit worried that the big ones wouldn't fit as much flour and sugar as my old ones, but they fit more than I thought, and a whole package of flour or sugar would fit in these. I like how they stack and organize everything. The chalk pen on the labels is an extra nice touch. I would recommend these and buy them again.

👤I bought these thinking they were natural, but after reading someone else's review, I realize they are not. I'm not sure how they can put 100% natural on the label. I could have bought the coloring at the store and gotten a better result. I used it to color the cake batter. The package doesn't say not to use in baking. The batter was vibrant and beautiful when I mixed it with the colors. The cake layers were baked in the oven. By the time the layers were done cooking, the colors were gone. The emerald green layer looked like a fuzzy mold. I don't recommend buying these. I will never do that again. They are not natural.

👤I have tried many natural food dyes to accommodate my customers. I liked these because they are less expensive than other brands and the colors work great in natural dyes. These are not made with 100% natural vegetable juices and spices as the package claims. I was really disappointed after reading the ingredients and realizing they still contain chemicals I was trying to avoid. I really wanted to like these.

👤The red coloring has sugar in it. My son has a very restricted diet and he cannot have sugar. He was excited to be able to make things red. The green was so thick it wouldn't drain out of the tube and the lid popped off, dumping half of the bottle into the frosting I was making. The colors are lovely and I appreciate having a natural alternative. I wish I'd read the ingredients before ordering. This is not what I was hoping for. If you buy them, be aware of the viscosity and remove the lid if they get thick.

👤Other reviewers have noted that the red comes out more purple. The blue and green are lovely shades of calm. I had an issue with one bottle being blocked with a strand but it was removed and the bottle worked fine. If you don't expect these to be like artificial dyes, you'll enjoy them. I used them to color. I tried to combine yellow and red to make orange, but ended up with brown. After sitting in the fridge overnight, that became muddy yellow. Not sure if you could make orange with this set. I made a purple with red and blue.

👤I needed a small bottle to get a green color in the dough for my Christmas cookies, but I bought this to make them. I baked the first batches and low and behold the cookies are pale in color and the kids like them, but the rest had to be decorated with red and green sprinkles. I have never had a problem with the products I have bought before. I think it's a good idea to say on the label that it's all natural and juices and veg are used in the manufacture, but if it's not going to hold a color in baking I think it's a bad idea.

👤My daughter had fun making this kit. I wouldn't buy it again. It is too expensive. The instructional video was helpful for kids. When you open the package, you only get a bag of Sweet Rice Flour, a bag of Potato Flour, and a pouch of flavoring. The ingredients/tools may cost $5-$10. The main ingredient is your own ice cream. If this kit was $20 it would be more appropriate and you would feel less taken advantage of, but it is way overpriced for 4 ingredients and a cookie cutter.

👤It was not bad, except for the obvious mistake I made when I bought it. An entire cup only has 8 ounces, not 2 ounces. The customer photo clearly shows this, even though the product image doesn't. Apparently, they have fixed this. The dry weights measures are useless because they don't take into account the difference between flour and salt. It only works for water.

👤I like the chart because I was raised without metric measurements. I can easily distinguish between grams and cups using the metric system. It is a great gift for both young and old. It's still a handy thing, but I wish it were a bit bigger.

The weights are dry. I'm good at what I do. What volumes of liquid? Not much. I didn't see the egg timer at the time I bought it, but I am happy to have theoven temp chart. I will be able to reference the numbers on my stove when I use my gas grill, because I have never known what the temperature was on my stove. This is a good tool to have in the kitchen.

👤I like the fact that it has all I need on it. I was expecting it to be bigger than it really is, but it is a good size for the frig. It's giftable, but looks smaller and cheaper than I would gift alone, so maybe adding a measuring cup and spoon set to it, with a liquid measuring cup to it will make a great gift indeed! 👤This is a huge change. It is easy to reference and it is magnetic. I put mine on my fridge so it's easy to reach. If anyone else bakes like I do, I don't like getting cups dirty and this will allow me to use the same cup for all my ingredients.

👤I ordered the Kitchen Conversion Chart Magnet - Imperial & Metric to Standard Conversion Chart after looking at hundreds being offered, most of them are a cute little card that is very limited to small quantities. There is too much space on the refrigerator door. The chart is perfect for our needs. The 5x9 text is organized in categories that are relevant and recognizable. If the need arises, purchase again.

👤The sourdough whisk mixer and cleaner brush were not included in the set I received. It had a multi use butter knife. I bought this set because I needed the items that were not in it. The items are great, but not what I ordered. I was very annoyed by this.

I got a basket sifter with a handle which will be fun for decorating my bread, but I could use the cleaning brush. Now is the time to put bread in the oven.
