I took her gift-wish from the Christmas wish-tree where I bank. I don't know about child size, I have no children and I don't live in a household with any. Evelyn wanted a set of pots and pans. Get it, check. I had fun on the toy side of Amazon. I also bought a dish set. I saw the chef's set and it was irresistible. I would like to thank you again for making a 5-year-old's Christmas wish come true.

👤I bought this as a Christmas gift. Santa left this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Most of the contents are ok for a 1.5-2y/o child, but you should know if your toddler is the type to play dress up. My daughter is the one who likes to wear an apron and chef hat, while my son is the one who doesn't. I got this for my daughter because she loves food. Not "like" but "literally". I don't have the time to explain what she has done to get her hands on a single Goldfish, but I do know that if you were on fire and had a bag of marshmallows nearby, she would sit and roast you. If you know what I mean, you can tell from looking at her how much she loves to eat. If you don't know what I mean. Her doctor put her on a diet. I don't want my baby girl to have a bad relationship with food. I thought it would be a good idea to put her in the kitchen and do some work around here. It's really amazing. I'm happy. The intent is to get her interested in preparing food, showing her that not all food comes from brightly colored bags and boxes, and ultimately helping to teach her to make healthy food choices. The apron has enough string length to fit her waist with room to spare if needed. The baker's hat is likely to fit most kids, even being a bit on the big side. I say this because it fits both of my kids heads, although a more snug fit on my daughter. Both of my children get their heads from their Daddy. I'm sure you all think that I'm exaggerating. They are both 99th percentiles. My daughter's head circumference is usually taken first by the nurse, and then by the doctor, who thinks it's a mistake if they measure it again once or twice. It will fit your kids. The other items are toddler sized. They are perfect for preparing pretend food, which is what we have not attempted to do. These can easily be weaponized. These are secretly instruments of toddler wars. Parental discretion is not advised. I feel the need to warn people not to touch the floor with the super tiny cookie cutter. They disappear or blend-in, and you will step on it with a bear or slipper foot, which will grant you the type of pain that will stay with you forever; labor and childbirth? Is it possible to put something to the head? Is it related to kidneys stones? Are Legos on the floor? Not even close. Who wants a cookie that's small? What are you? This comes with a little kids cookbook, which is one of the best things about it. There are some really cute ideas, like a kids "sushi" roll. I think all but one recipe does not require a stove oroven, and one or two uses the microwave. I liked that part the most because it reminded me of a book I had when I was a kid. It taught me how to make everything from scrambled eggs to pancakes, biscuits, and muffins in the microwave. It always tasted a bit off or horrible compared to the same thing cooked in the stove/oven. I wish I still had that book. There is a You should buy this for your child. They might form a coup and overthrow you if you let them keep the baking utensils.

👤The third series in the LOL Surprise Present Surprise line is a great addition. These dolls have always amazed me due to their attention to detail and creative designs. I was able to dress the dolls and add accessories, which was a wonderful experience. Each doll has its own fashions. The doll is wrapped in paper and easy to unwrap. I think this new series is great for both younger and older children.

If the apron straps had been made with Velcro, any child would have been able to put the apron on himself. They need someone to tie the apron on the child. Not the most satisfying purchase for me.

The packaging was ripped when I opened the box, but no pieces were damaged or missing. Some of the pictures were uploaded sideways. I don't know why the Amazon Photo Uploader does that.

This is a great choice for boys and girls who like to cook. The snap shut bin makes it easy for toddler hands to open by themselves. I would recommend this product to any child who is curious about food.

👤This set is adorable. My 9 year old daughter has never really been into Barbie, even though I loved Barbie as a kid and collected Barbie dolls as an adult. She likes playsets where the dolls can interact with their surroundings and have things to do. This set allows for creativity and open ended role play, which is something she likes more than most sets. The set is easy to assemble and comes with a standard Barbie, which is typical of modern play dolls. My daughter pretends to be twins when she plays with the kitchen Barbie that has a different pattern on her apron than the kitchen Barbie that we have. You can easily substitute your own Play Doh, Softee Dough or similar dough for the modeling dough in the playset. The cakes are easy to make. I'm not sure a child under the age of 6 could do it without being frustrated, but my 9 year old does it by herself. Unless you use your own air tight container, you can't save your creations without them drying out. These cakes are supposed to be created and disassembled so you can reuse the dough and make a new cake. My daughter wanted to save her cakes, so we may try to use some air-dry dough such as Crayola Modeling Compound. There are only a few decorations to decorate the cakes, but with a little imagination we found many existing small toy parts that made great extra cake decorations. The set is cute and can be used to decorate cakes, so encourage your child to use their existing toys to do it. We haven't experienced any issues with this set. I would recommend it for the age group of 10 to 16 years old, but more imaginative and child-like kids may enjoy it as well.

There are 15 different shapes of mini cookie cutter molds. The mini cutters help us make cute shapes with a gentle press on the dough. Some of the sellers only offered 4 or 5 cutters. It comes with a set of kitchen utensils that are realistic and will help my little girl bake away the day. We all love it. Not only is the quality excellent, but the price is too.

She has a more realistic form and looks beautiful. I love the way she has her hair straight up, and the way she has her outfit styled. I took a photo of the way that they made Barbies with bigger thighs. This feels like a pretty Barbie to play with, who is stylish and fun, but doesn't set up my daughter with ridiculous ideas of what women might look like, which is a shame. I have a chicken farmer Barbie, and a Barbie who runs a doggy daycare, and they are doing normal things like cleaning up dog messes and collecting eggs, and that goes so far in my book. The Ken doll is doing his own laundry in his own washing machine. Setting the expectation that Ken will enjoy doing his own self-care chores is an excellent one for young ladies, as my husband is a little flummoxed by my absolute flat out glee at seeing such a thing. Barbie has come a long way from when I thought I would never let my children play with her. Daisy has a great look and her accessories are cool.
