👤The product is not worth anything. I received one pan, but the picture shows 4. The pan is too shallow for baking. The measuring spoons? You can do better at a dollar store. I contacted the seller via Amazon because I received a pan instead of 4 as pictured, and I received a generic reply requesting I send photos of the "defect." I did that immediately, but it has been over two weeks without a response from the seller. Amazon will not help to make things worse. Amazon keeps telling me to contact the seller. The product is cheap and worthless, the seller is a scam, and Amazon is not helpful in trying to resolve the problem. Money was wasted.

👤I would recommend them. I researched before using the set of pans. If you want the cake to stick, use non-stick spray before pouring batter, use a hot rinse and clean, and remove the cake from the pans. I used a standard boxed cake. They rose over the mold, but it was easy to slice the tops off of the cake layers with a bread knife.

👤It's perfect for making a layer cake with just a box of cake mix. Prepare to pour your batter into these while they are on the cookie sheet. They are flexible and not stiff. They will need help in the oven.

👤If this review doesn't convince you to avoid NETGEAR, read the reviews from other customers. If you purchase a NETGEAR product after reading those, you will get what you deserve. I thought NETGEAR would be a good choice for an extender and was completely unprepared for the big scam attempt that happened. My goal is to warn people away from NETGEAR at all costs, so I will give 1 star for this device. After 30 years as a Database Specialist, I am tech literate enough to setup a simple device. The setup requires that the extender become aware of your router so that it can extend your signal. The booklet that comes in the box with the device has a page titled 'Connect with Web Browser Setup'. The photo is attached. Step 3 tells you to click on the New Extender Setup button on the page. You are on a page that looks like a NETGEAR page, but there is no new info on the extenders or a support chat. I am amused and surprised at how bad this support is, but not suspicious, until shady tech calls. He tries to trick me into giving him access to my computer by pretending to be a legit tech company. Is that true? He tried to defend his actions after I confronted him. The origin of this transaction was the NETGEAR Quick Start Booklet, so I was not on my guard. I am pretty sure lots of people get hooked on this and see The Sept 2018 1 star review telling the same story. NETGEAR is not a legit tech company as they do not know this is happening. Amazon is responsible for some things. Do you want to avoid NETGEAR products? I tried a number of ways to get in contact with someone at NETGEAR, but it was not possible. I went in circles for over an hour. If you still want to buy NETGEAR, read the 6-14-19 review by Chu, 9-23-18 by Miller, 6-11-19 Monteith, 2-21-19 Hughes or 10-5-18 with 'Beware' in title. One person says that SCAM tech support left them with a non-functional PC.

👤The 2.4g channel has stopped working on all devices after about 9 months of light use. After 90 days, they want you to pay for support, so they only offer complimentary support on this product. I found several posts with the same problem after researching this issue online. The settings are correct after a factory reset and a firmware update. A paid subscription is required to get a return authorization number, which can only be obtained through technical support. This doesn't seem right. I would not buy this product, but I will definitely consider other manufacturers for future purchases.

👤I bought this because I read that it could increase the speed of the internet up to 750 Mbps, and that it could increase the speed of the internet up to 100%. The gem on page 7 of the user manual is that data traffic routed through the extender is inherently slower than traffic routed directly from the network. The results of the speed test with internet service. 156M is down and 42M is up. 122M is down and 41M is up. The range extender is close to half the speed. Total waste of money.

👤I was an avid baker and loved my old Wilton stacking racks, but they had rusted and I replaced them with something else. I don't know why they did it, but the slats are too far apart. Smaller food items fall through as soft cookies weep. The quality is not as good because the metal is a smaller gauge. I'm looking for something else. This hurts.

👤I wanted the perfect cookie rack. They are dishwasher proof and easy to put together. What is wrong with them? They were not designed by a cookie baker. cookies fall through the gaps in the Racks. A real ache! Carefully place one cookie at a time. I make a lot of cookies. I'll keep looking!

👤We opened the package after we received it. This well known brand has decided to make this item cheaply. When opening the package, the rust was visible immediately. It was very let down. I will not purchase items from Wilton.

👤They seem to be making them differently. There are no double wires that run through it. It's now very hot! These are very bad with them. Place a loaf of banana bread on top of a pumpkin roll and they bow in the middle, the legs spread out and the rack collapses. All 3 are the same. It's horrible for wilton. Don't waste your money if you don't use them. It's great for baking. They're so handy that I have 4 sets left.

👤I ran into a problem with getting hot things out of pans to cool because I was doing a lot of baking. After using paper towels on the table to cool cookies and turning bread out onto the electric elements on the stove top, I decided to stop being cheap and get some cooling racks. I did a bit of research before buying these racks. I was happy to say that I was pleased with my purchase after trying them for the first time. The racks are easy to clean. I washed them before using and they dried quickly. It is ready to use in a few minutes. I decided to try the stacking feature because I have a large working surface. They stack easily and securely so you can be confident that your baked goods won't fall. I was able to store the cookies in a freezer bag after a few minutes of cooling. I was able to refill the rack several times, leaving enough time between trays for the cookies to cool and be bags. Every time, the cookies were released. I put the racks in the sink for a quick clean up after baking. It is very easy to clean and dry. I'll be making a few loaves of bread tomorrow. I am confident that the racks will be useful again. I bought the mixer and it's been the best investment I've made. If you are looking for a good quality cooling rack, you will be happy with this purchase.

I thought this was not good customer service. I went back to Amazon and told them that Rachel Ray had given me a full refund. I used the cupcake pan for the second time and it was the same bubbling and rusting as the first time. Don't buy a product that is inferior. Thank you Amazon for standing behind the product when the seller did not.

👤These pans are of good quality. The good part is that we filed a warranty claim after we returned the pan because it had two deep scratches. The replacement pan was sent by the company. They make you file a claim every time, so it's hard to contact them. It took a month to get the wrong pan, so I may return it.

👤It's amazing! When we renovated our kitchen, we got a new set of Rachel Ray pots and pans. My last set lasted us a long time. The blue part of the pan melted when it was in the oven. It melted! The product was terrible. I'm sad that I can't have all of the matching sets, but I'm scared to buy another set.

👤Yesterday I got these. Decided to make muffins. I debated if I should grease them. I didn't. I used them the same way as they are. My muffins popped out. There was nothing left in the pan. I'm happy. Don't put non stick pans in the dishwasher no matter what they say, I have learned this from owning dozens of non stick pans. It is a good idea to wash and dry under the rim. Never use non stick spray. I have learned that it will ruin your pans. I needed new pans because of that. I'm happy I bought these. If I have any issues, I will update in the future.

👤I received a new 10-piece bakeware from the company and I am loving it so far. They arrived quickly, were packaged nicely, and are a beautiful color. The metal is very strong and thick, which is something I have never experienced with any other pans or cookie sheets. I like that the pans have a good size handle on both sides, which makes it easier to remove the food from the oven. The handles are large enough to be picked up with my hand. The red silicone parts are thick enough that they help keep the pans from scratching each other when they are stored, but I don't know if that is their purpose or not. I accidentally tested out the non-stick surface last night and decided to write this review now. I have never made a spiral glazed ham before. I wrapped the ham in foil because I was afraid the juices would leak all over my oven and I would have trouble lifting an odd shaped ham. I put the cookie sheets under the ham. I baked it for 2 hours, removed it, opened the foil, poured on the sticky glaze, re-wrapped it, and popped it back in the oven. As the ham was cooking, the glaze leaked out of the foil, all over the cookie pan, and burned onto the surface. I wish I had taken a picture of it to see how bad it was. I debated whether to clean the pan or just throw it away after removing the ham. I ran hot water over it to see if there was any hope, and to my astonishment, the burnt gunk began falling off and rinsing out! I put a couple of drops of Dawn in the pan, filled it with hot water, and let it sit overnight because there were a couple of spots that the water didn't work on. The rest of the burnt gunk fell out when I touched it with the sponge after rinsing the pan with more hot water. The pan is brand new, like it had never been through such a horrible experience. I have never had a pan that came clean without scrubbing, soaking, and more scrubbing. This one was so clean that I didn't even have to wash it with a sponge, it was just washed with a soft soapy sponge. It's worth the money. These seem to be an investment that will last for a long time. I can't wait to get the stove-top pots and other items.

👤The only problem I had with this product was that the pans would warp out of shape/bend under heat when I didn't have enough cookware to hold it down. Yes, it's annoying. I dealt with it because they are easy to clean. The last time I used it was to cook pasta. Some of the pasta was burning on the bottom when I washed it. I soaked it and washed it. I noticed that the coating had already peeled off some of the portions we had eaten. You can imagine how dangerous it is, even though we have not gotten sick. I have not been able to find a way to contact the seller. If you're looking for a bakeware set that won't make you sick, I would recommend investing in a better set.

👤They make you think they are small round pans. I don't know what I would use them for. I don't feel like I'm the greatest in the kitchen, but I feel like a lot of these pieces are smaller than I'm used to. Some of them are useless because of their size. If you're wondering, there are no round cake pans in this set. I will probably return them.

👤The baking trays are nice. I have only tried the cupcake/muffin trays, but they are truly non-stick. I didn't need to use butter or oil spray on them. The trays have weights on them. I can't wait to bake more on these. It's convenient that most of them can fit on each other. If there is a problem with the trays later on, I will update my review. They held up well so far.

👤I was surprised to discover that the round pans are shallow to use for cakes. I got a small baking pan instead of a big cookie sheet because I have a large Luby countertop oven that is not compatible with a small cookie sheet. The pans will fit my oven just fine. They need to get someone who knows how to measure things, otherwise they won't work in my oven. The Baking set cost $60.

👤I bought these a year or so ago, and have been using them almost weekly for muffins - I loved the convenience and fun colors. They have a smell when baking and have a soapy taste. I was reading a cookbook over the weekend and it said that you can use Silicone baking cups, but be sure to choose 100% Silicone products, other products not only are less effective but also tend to smell. It's a bad word! I noticed that the "food grade Silicone" was not the same as " 100% food grade Silicone" when I looked at my order. There are other things in there. The discussions around the pinch test weren't in the reviews back then. I've ordered different ones that say they are 100% silicone because these will be going in the trash. I wonder what I've been eating for the past year. If you haven't bought them yet, why risk it?

👤I used these for making homemade lotion bars. The bars looked nice with the crinkled edges. A friend gave me a recipe for Body Butter Bars, which are made with cocoa butter and virgin coconut oil. Combine ingredients in a heat resistant jar or measuring cup and melt in a pan filled with a couple of inches of water on low/medium heat. Remove the molds when the melted lotion is set until hardened. They smell like coconut, honey and chocolate when rubbed on the skin.

👤I bought these for the non stick properties and was disappointed. You can see that even muffins leave a mess that needs to be cleaned. I wanted them to be able to cook eggs in the oven. They were super-stick, not non-stick. It took me 15 minutes to clean the cups after they had been in the water for an hour. If I had made a regular muffin tin and soaked it for an hour, it would only take me 5 minutes to clean them, so why would I ever use them? The ridges on the muffin tin make it easier to clean. I don't understand the rave reviews. These are bright and colorful, but I use a muffin tin because it is more eco-friendly and less frustrating.

I have come up with many more uses. They will be great for keeping junk in a drawer, keeping snacks separate in Tupperware, and holding the cup in a jeep wrangler for skinny cans. I think it would be great to put vitamins and pills in children and the elderly. Their bright color makes it easy to remember to take them, and their soft sides make it easy to grab pills. All in great value, but not in the way I was expecting.

👤I look at a lot of paper. I grab a box of these when I bake cookies, rolls, pizza or anything. They fit inside a half sheet pan and keep baked goods from sticking. They are worth their weight in gold. They keep your baking pans and sheets from sticking to each other. Continue after me. If you have these nifty little baking sheets, you can get off a pan with chocolate or cheese. Sometimes the huge rolls are hard to size to your pan. I always end up with a sheet that is too big or too small, and I thought I would have to live with it. I ordered them on Subscribe&Save. I was not sure if I would use them that much, but I am more than halfway through the first box. You just put it on your pan or sheet and pop it in the oven, it's all you have to do. I like not having to clean my pans. I ordered precut circles for cake pans because I love parchment so much. I have the baking sheets as well, but they are in storage, so I probably won't use them again, because they are slimy after you wash them, and they oxidize quickly. Use them and toss them. I wish I'd known about them sooner.

Not nearly as annoying as rolled parchment, but still a disappointment for someone who's been using fully flat sheets for at least a decade. The Reynolds paper is thicker and more grease resistant than the last pack of parchment I bought. I baked two pans of cookies with different types of paper.

This is a great alternative to tearing off a sheet from a roll of paper which can result in a mess. I have used Reynolds paper for many years. I would make cones out of it, dropping my tips into it, rather than washing the plastic cones all of the time. This product is perfect. I was excited to purchase these as an add-on item.

👤The reviewers expressed disappointment that these folded. If you scroll down, you'll see a photo that shows the crease. The box would have to be the size of a cookie sheet to be creased. The cookies are positioned on one side of the crease and the other side on the other side. The gridlines are easier to see. I've gone through several boxes and found no effect on the cookies. The performance of the sheets is something to watch. I stopped making the oatmeal raisin cookie recipe because they stuck to the cookie sheet so badly, even though I used different cookie sheets and how much I greased it. I tried to use these and they were not good. You don't need a spatula to slide the cookies. You can use the same sheet three times. I bought the brand they had at the local market because I ran out and needed some. They were not as good as these. One reviewer wrote that they were too small. I have nice sheets of cookies. These fit perfectly. Measure your cookie sheet and compare it to the dimensions on the box.

👤I bought these thinking they were natural, but after reading someone else's review, I realize they are not. I'm not sure how they can put 100% natural on the label. I could have bought the coloring at the store and gotten a better result. I used it to color the cake batter. The package doesn't say not to use in baking. The batter was vibrant and beautiful when I mixed it with the colors. The cake layers were baked in the oven. By the time the layers were done cooking, the colors were gone. The emerald green layer looked like a fuzzy mold. I don't recommend buying these. I will never do that again. They are not natural.

👤I have tried many natural food dyes to accommodate my customers. I liked these because they are less expensive than other brands and the colors work great in natural dyes. These are not made with 100% natural vegetable juices and spices as the package claims. I was really disappointed after reading the ingredients and realizing they still contain chemicals I was trying to avoid. I really wanted to like these.

👤The red coloring has sugar in it. My son has a very restricted diet and he cannot have sugar. He was excited to be able to make things red. The green was so thick it wouldn't drain out of the tube and the lid popped off, dumping half of the bottle into the frosting I was making. The colors are lovely and I appreciate having a natural alternative. I wish I'd read the ingredients before ordering. This is not what I was hoping for. If you buy them, be aware of the viscosity and remove the lid if they get thick.

👤Other reviewers have noted that the red comes out more purple. The blue and green are lovely shades of calm. I had an issue with one bottle being blocked with a strand but it was removed and the bottle worked fine. If you don't expect these to be like artificial dyes, you'll enjoy them. I used them to color. I tried to combine yellow and red to make orange, but ended up with brown. After sitting in the fridge overnight, that became muddy yellow. Not sure if you could make orange with this set. I made a purple with red and blue.

👤I needed a small bottle to get a green color in the dough for my Christmas cookies, but I bought this to make them. I baked the first batches and low and behold the cookies are pale in color and the kids like them, but the rest had to be decorated with red and green sprinkles. I have never had a problem with the products I have bought before. I think it's a good idea to say on the label that it's all natural and juices and veg are used in the manufacture, but if it's not going to hold a color in baking I think it's a bad idea.

👤When it comes to cooking utensils and equipment, my wife gets what she wants. I bought her these because she fell in love with the color and we needed another rubber whisk. The rubber spatula stained a brownish color after the first use, it did not stay blue for long. I would have rated them lower if there were other quality concerns, but since it seems tomato sauce stains anything it touches, I can't blame it on the product, it gets a solid 4 stars.

👤I liked this set initially. I bought it for the whisks as I needed to replace them in my house. The small spatula is my favorite thing from the set. The whisks have not been very durable. I found a piece of the small one in my cookie dough. That would have been bad. I have had parts of it come loose on both the big one and small one. I only have this set for six months so I will have to replace the whisks again.

👤This set is great. Don't use it to level out your cooking. My daughter has gotten into making confections for sale and pressed so hard on her product that she cracked the spatula. She can continue with the other set after I had her re- purchase the set. This isn't for daily use. Just occasional use. Hopefully the manufacturer will make products that are used daily. We will purchase if you do. Hopefully you'll have it in the movie.

👤The customer service is good. The customer service agent assured me that the odor would go away after a while, even though I took the star away because they had a strong odor. They said they are packaged for a long time after production. They reassured me that they are approved by the FDA. They were helpful, quick to respond and willing to accommodate. I will give them time to air out as they already have a lighter odor than they did days prior. They seem to be made well.

👤The color is very nice. I needed pink scrapers to match the pink Kitchen Aid stand mixer I bought. The Rorence Silicone scrapers, whisk, and pastry brush were found by me. It's easy to hold. Sturdy. There are two different shapes of scrapers. There are two different sizes of whisks. I haven't used the brush yet. I'm sure it will work. I like the Silicone coating. I love the color.

👤The baking mats are great. The quality is excellent and the price is good. I use them for everything in the oven. You name it, it's from oven pizzas. I love that they help protect my baking sheets by helping food slide off the non stick surface. It is also very convenient to just wipe them clean or put them in the top shelf of the dishwasher. You can cut off 1/3 of the paper towel roll to use as a holder, and just roll up the mats and slip inside the ring for easy storage of the mats in a drawer. I highly recommend them. We use these mats almost daily and I have had them for almost a year. They look brand new. I have not had any issues with mats becoming worn or staining. I use them to cook most items at up to 450 degrees but have not had any issues with them so far. I drape them over my cups in the top rack of the dishwasher and then when dry roll them up and slip a napkin ring or rings cut from and empty paper towel roll into a drawer so they fit easily into a drawer. These things are fantastic and have paid for themselves many times over in the superior non stick surface, ease of clean up and the cost of parchment paper and or aluminum foil I used prior to discovering them.

👤I spoke with an Amazon customer service representative and was told that they would escalate the issue to have it addressed and possibly amend the product review. I am surprised that they didn't offer a refund on the product, but I think the most important thing is to see if they address the fire and safety issue at its root. There is an update on 11/11/18. One reviewer stated that these are not good for use above 400 degrees F. The mat was smoking when I opened the oven after putting it in the oven. This was the mat itself, no oils or anything applied to it. I changed my review to one star and will be requesting a refund from Amazon. This is a danger. I've been trying to reduce my carbon footprint so I was looking for an eco-friendly alternative to aluminum foil to line my baking sheets. The mats were the ticket. They fit perfectly on my baking trays. These are even better than aluminum foil because I don't have to use oil to make them non-stick! I can cook even better. I will recommend this to my friends.
