Best Baking Mat Full Size

👤I don't think it's a good idea to use it for chocolate chip cookies. I was curious to see what would happen when I used up my mats with the other cookies. I thought I had my doubts when it washed out. It's great for tart rings, you can get the perforated ones with the mat. They are both dreamy.

If you are not sure of the review, you can try it in an empty oven at 375F.

I searched and read many reviews of Sheets that warp, lose their form, collect water, rust, and emit strange odors. Poor welds, rust, warp, or are just weak are some of the things that Racks can't support. I lost confidence in the ability to find something reliable on Amazon. New Star Foodservice showed up before I adjusted my search criteria. I decided to proceed with my purchase after reading the reviews. I put these with heavy duty rack from Hamilton Housewares. I rearranged the sheets for our oven to fit in the largest sheet set. My wife and I are happy. We now have these high quality sheets in all of these sizes. So far, so good! We don't see any of the issues reported by other reviewers because everything is clean.

👤My family has been using the original brand of baking sheet. I bought a couple quarter-pans and thought I would save money by using the Silicone pan liner. We're impressed with the quality of this product. The material is a little bit thicker than the name-brand and has the same feel. Clean-up is easy if nothing sticks to these. Even soaking them overnight did not stop them. They are great for baking cookies, but you will need to replace them when cooking meat for long periods. The fish does not leave a smell. Chicken quarters and wings are baked for an hour multiple times. The smaller ones I use for cookies have a bit of a problem, but they last perfectly.

It is the same as any other greasy dish. If there is a difference in how food cooks, I would say this spreads the heat more evenly than cooking directly on a sheet pan. The bottom of cookies don't get burned and meats retain more juice.

👤I received a recommendation to buy these from a cookie group. I used to bake both sugar cookies and drop cookies. I like them for my roll out cookies. I did not like them for my cookies. They worked well, but my drop cookie dough got stuck too many times as if it baked into the crevices or became too firm for my liking. My sugar cookies are roll out cookies. They have a beautiful design on the bottom. People think the cookies are professional. I just bought another set.

👤The baking mats are great. The quality is excellent and the price is good. I use them for everything in the oven. You name it, it's from oven pizzas. I love that they help protect my baking sheets by helping food slide off the non stick surface. It is also very convenient to just wipe them clean or put them in the top shelf of the dishwasher. You can cut off 1/3 of the paper towel roll to use as a holder, and just roll up the mats and slip inside the ring for easy storage of the mats in a drawer. I highly recommend them. We use these mats almost daily and I have had them for almost a year. They look brand new. I have not had any issues with mats becoming worn or staining. I use them to cook most items at up to 450 degrees but have not had any issues with them so far. I drape them over my cups in the top rack of the dishwasher and then when dry roll them up and slip a napkin ring or rings cut from and empty paper towel roll into a drawer so they fit easily into a drawer. These things are fantastic and have paid for themselves many times over in the superior non stick surface, ease of clean up and the cost of parchment paper and or aluminum foil I used prior to discovering them.

👤I spoke with an Amazon customer service representative and was told that they would escalate the issue to have it addressed and possibly amend the product review. I am surprised that they didn't offer a refund on the product, but I think the most important thing is to see if they address the fire and safety issue at its root. There is an update on 11/11/18. One reviewer stated that these are not good for use above 400 degrees F. The mat was smoking when I opened the oven after putting it in the oven. This was the mat itself, no oils or anything applied to it. I changed my review to one star and will be requesting a refund from Amazon. This is a danger. I've been trying to reduce my carbon footprint so I was looking for an eco-friendly alternative to aluminum foil to line my baking sheets. The mats were the ticket. They fit perfectly on my baking trays. These are even better than aluminum foil because I don't have to use oil to make them non-stick! I can cook even better. I will recommend this to my friends.

I am buying this mat for each of my daughters and future daughters-in-love as Christmas gifts this year, because I am so impressed by it and its high-quality. This mat is great for pastry bakers and could be used as a craft mat for both children and adults. The mat holds firmly in place and is great for protecting your table with little crafter. It is large enough to be used for finger-painting without the paints getting onto your table. I'm getting a second one for myself because I'm so impressed with this product. You can't go wrong with this product. Absolutely amazing. Five stars isn't enough. I would give it more stars. It was added to add a warning. I was very disappointed to see that the mat had begun to tear in the middle of the mat, after using it for 3 months. The mat was folded into this square, which I loved. I put it back on the top shelf of the under cabinet where I store my hand mixer, rolling pins, etc., but I always made sure that it was not sharp or that anything was on top of it. It could be placed on its side because it was so lightweight. I usually read through the lower rated reviews when I look at others pictures, but I didn't look at them. My second mistake was folding the mat up after each use, just like it was shipped to me, because I loved how convenient it was to store it like that. I feel like the chance of ripping it would have been less if I had rolled the mat up and stored it that way. My rating has been lowered to 4 stars because of this tear. I will most likely order a new mat in the very near future because this one is still amazing in my eyes. I hope that the manufacturer will find a way to make the tear even stronger so that it won't happen to other people. Please be aware of this design flaw.

👤I wanted to shape the dough on the mat. I used it twice and didn't cut it. There is a tear in the middle, even though it has never been in the oven or dishwasher. The mat is small but not durable. I wouldn't recommend it. Returning and exchanging it. I will update this review if the next one works well. Amazon sent me another one. The middle was split in two. I am going to try a different brand.

👤If this review doesn't convince you to avoid NETGEAR, read the reviews from other customers. If you purchase a NETGEAR product after reading those, you will get what you deserve. I thought NETGEAR would be a good choice for an extender and was completely unprepared for the big scam attempt that happened. My goal is to warn people away from NETGEAR at all costs, so I will give 1 star for this device. After 30 years as a Database Specialist, I am tech literate enough to setup a simple device. The setup requires that the extender become aware of your router so that it can extend your signal. The booklet that comes in the box with the device has a page titled 'Connect with Web Browser Setup'. The photo is attached. Step 3 tells you to click on the New Extender Setup button on the page. You are on a page that looks like a NETGEAR page, but there is no new info on the extenders or a support chat. I am amused and surprised at how bad this support is, but not suspicious, until shady tech calls. He tries to trick me into giving him access to my computer by pretending to be a legit tech company. Is that true? He tried to defend his actions after I confronted him. The origin of this transaction was the NETGEAR Quick Start Booklet, so I was not on my guard. I am pretty sure lots of people get hooked on this and see The Sept 2018 1 star review telling the same story. NETGEAR is not a legit tech company as they do not know this is happening. Amazon is responsible for some things. Do you want to avoid NETGEAR products? I tried a number of ways to get in contact with someone at NETGEAR, but it was not possible. I went in circles for over an hour. If you still want to buy NETGEAR, read the 6-14-19 review by Chu, 9-23-18 by Miller, 6-11-19 Monteith, 2-21-19 Hughes or 10-5-18 with 'Beware' in title. One person says that SCAM tech support left them with a non-functional PC.

👤The 2.4g channel has stopped working on all devices after about 9 months of light use. After 90 days, they want you to pay for support, so they only offer complimentary support on this product. I found several posts with the same problem after researching this issue online. The settings are correct after a factory reset and a firmware update. A paid subscription is required to get a return authorization number, which can only be obtained through technical support. This doesn't seem right. I would not buy this product, but I will definitely consider other manufacturers for future purchases.

👤I bought this because I read that it could increase the speed of the internet up to 750 Mbps, and that it could increase the speed of the internet up to 100%. The gem on page 7 of the user manual is that data traffic routed through the extender is inherently slower than traffic routed directly from the network. The results of the speed test with internet service. 156M is down and 42M is up. 122M is down and 41M is up. The range extender is close to half the speed. Total waste of money.

👤There were a couple of features I hadn't considered that turned out to be favorites, such as protecting my counter top and being handy for rolling out dough and kneading bread. This mat is very easy to clean and hang over the shower curtain rod to dry and it folds up to store in a small space unlike a board or other solid prep surface. You don't want to cut on it with a really sharp knife.

👤This is great. I have been using this to make bread, mix in my bowls and roll out pastry. I dump the bits in the bin. It's easy to wash. I hang over my oven door handle once it is mostly dry. It's easy to fold up. It takes a quick process to clean up.

My counter is white tile with white grout and this mat is the perfect protection from water color paints, play dough, crayons and color markers. It is not slippery. It feels a little tacky to the touch, but it stays in place. The design has all the measurements included. It's easy to clean. I used the tissue paper to roll up my mat before storing. Definitely recommend.

👤I have an electric oven. You can't put things on the bottom of the oven. Put this sheet on the lowest part of the oven. The rack is not used for cooking. The middle rack is the best for cooking. I can make another apple pie without ruining the oven.

👤I have had an oven liner for less than a month. I had a spill in the oven a couple of weeks ago and after it cooled, I pulled out the liner and cleaned the burned food. After the oven cooled, I pulled out the liner to see what caused the smoke in the kitchen. When I touched the liner, there were two spots that were white and a hole. I had a different brand oven liner in another house and it was still in perfect condition when I moved. This one is a joke.

👤One of my friends told me that I should get a Copper Non-Stick Oven Liner. I ordered one and absolutely love it. I had to clean my oven after a few uses because I was tired of drips and spills. Since I put my copper liner in, I just wipe it off and then put it back in. It's easy to keep my oven clean. Everyone should have this in the oven. You will love it!

👤It is toast after only 3 uses. I tried to wipe the roast down but it wasn't easy to clean. After cooking two pizzas, it got so smokey that when I went to wipe it, it made a hole. Next time, I will stick to good foil.

This is a review of the Baking Sheets, not a health seminar, so I will simply say that I am eliminating anything that could be contributing to having heavy metals in my system. I am not saying these baking sheets are the cause of my issues, but I will show you why I will no longer be using them. I use these BS twice a day for about two months. When I washed them prior to using them, I noticed that the soap looked gray, because I washed off some of the aluminum. In a rush to use the BS, I noticed some sort of metallic debris on the paper towel, after wiping off excess water with a paper towel. This has been happening after each wash. I was able to fit so much on the tray that I overlooked it. I discovered recently that my body is showing signs of too much heavy metals and I am taking actions to limit them. It took about 3 paper towels to clean up the mess. I've been cooking with these BS since April of this year. I've thrown them away.

👤I ordered Nordicware pans and USA pans at the same time, and used them both for the first time, so there's no difference in age. I baked gingerbread cookies, which were cracked on the Nordicwear pans, and needed a spatula to remove them, but the USA Pan cookies came off without a spatula needed. I can't speak to the wear of either or anything other than these cookies, so take this review as you will.

👤You can roast vegetables under a broiler or at 450 degree F, and cooked-on oil doesn't affect the pan's stickiness. This is all aluminum with steel around the edges so it doesn't warp. The pan is very heavy. My mom gave me an aluminum sheet pan when I moved out on my own. I have been abusing this thing for a decade. My mom had it before me. I have a small family of my own and my husband likes roasted veggies, but I like to make my own food at night. I'm looking for a sturdy one to go with my old beat up one. They would twist or warp over 400 degrees. It didn't seem like the price made a difference. I had cheap and expensive ones. At 400, they went funny. I assumed all pans did that, but I found this one. Actually, two. I now have three pans. I use the old one and the new one for veggies, and the third for baking cookies, so it will stay cleaner and stick free. The metal is really smooth and these are not sticky. These are a good choice if you're afraid of chemicals in your food. To make it easier to remove food from the pan, use a fat.

👤I'm Hi. I returned it because it was too big, but it slid all over the table like I do on ice. I don't want that, I have my grandmother's mat and it slides, the last time I made noodles, they almost got dumped on the floor. I wanted a mat that was sticky, stay put, and I like the way this one grab hold of the table and never move. Perfect! It's soft, flexible and easy to fold up, it stays where you put it! I'm happy! The price was great. This is the mat that you want if you don't want a mat that slides. It seems to be very durable. I took a chance. I wish I'd had that many years ago. There is fire.

👤I liked the big size of this mat. I bought a different brand of a smaller size for smaller projects. I like the large size. The counter isn't shifting all over the place because the mat grips it. It is easy to clean and can be put back into storage. I don't like that stuff sticks to it. I thought I would be able to roll out pie, biscuit, or cookie dough without using a lot of flour, but no such luck. The mat sticks more than my old Tupperware mat because there isn't enough flour under the dough.

👤I was looking for a mat that would hold up over time. I was very pleased with this mat. The mat is similar to my old one. It is large and has circle guides in the middle that are both inches and cm. I was able to roll out pastry without the mat sliding. It was easy to clean with soap and water. It is very similar to the Roulpat in every aspect.

👤I need a pizza mat that I can stretch a pizza on. The quality is very good and it has some thickness to it, so you don't have to be afraid of cutting on it. It stays on my granite countertop and doesn't move once it's down. I roll mine up when I store it. The conversion charts on the mat are nice.

My old mat had to be rolled and stored in a tube, which made it difficult to store, as the mat would not stay flat. I had to tape it to my counter because it had a tendency to move and it was non-stick. The mat came in a box and as soon as I shook it, it sprung out and made its way to my counter, which was completely flat and non-skid. The larger size and non-stick surface make it easier to handle dough. I'm looking forward to many years of enjoying my new mat.
