👤These mats are great for my cookies. They did not work well with drop cookies. Cookie dough sticks in the holes make it hard to get them off. They work great fir sugar cookies and other cookie dough recipes.
👤The mats worked well for making a texture on the cookies. They help bake the cookies evenly. They are similar to the baking mats that are out there. They fit perfectly on my baking pans and were easy to clean.
👤These mats are used to bake sugar cookies. They work well. My cookies don't spread when I use them because they clean up easily. I like the design that gets baked into the cookie. They don't fit a standard 1/2 size baking pan very well. They are too wide and too short. If you don't mind that the fit isn't perfect, these work better than I had thought. I would highly recommend them for any baking you may be doing.
👤These are good for cookie baking. The pattern it makes on the cookie bottoms is wonderful. Excellent quality.
👤The holes on the mat are correct. The dough will leak through if it is too soft. The comments about it leaking are a bit funny because the purpose of the holes is to distribute heat and airflow. If your dough is too soft, it will get into the holes. So adjust accordingly.
👤When these mats arrived, I was excited. I can't make them all the same size. The mats are perfect as they come with a template on them for eclairs and they are thick and excellent.
👤The mats are the perfect size for my pans. They come out evenly cooked and golden on the bottom when I bake them.
👤It's ok, not bad, not good, baked cookies and cookie dough stuck in the little holes making it very hard to clean.
There is a large and multi-purpose. The baking sheets are 16.5" x 11 5/8". The mat thickness is 0.75mm. It's perfect for baking, kneading, rolling, candy/macaron/pastry/cookie/bun/bread making as well as for freezing meat balls, dumplings, fruits and vegetables. Premium quality non-toxic materials passed strict food safety tests. Baking with no oil or fat reduces intake of cholesterol, saturated fat and cancerogenic substances produced by cooking oils. OVEN/MICROWAVE/DISHWASHER/FREEZER SAFE - DURABLE & LONG LASTING: It's flexible yet tear resistant, and designed to endure thousands of uses under extreme conditions of bitter cold and intense heat. No more scrubbing! It has burnt sugar and fat on it. The mat should be washed in warm soapy water. You can use the dishwasher to wash it. Non-stick properties of the mat are unaffected by repeated multiple uses and washing cycles. It will be new again after every use and clean up. The results were perfect. Silicone/fiberglass hybrid construction helps to distribute heat evenly along the entire baking surface so you always get perfect consistent results every time you bake. The pictures of the bread I made. It's perfect.
👤It works great when used correctly. I took off a star because it stains easily even with correct use. Do not use this with the broiler, as it will cause the temperature to go up. My husband started a fire in the oven because he didn't know how to use it. Oh! Keep the oven door closed if this happens. You don't want more oxygen in because it will feed the fire. Baking soda can be thrown over the flame to quench it. We had to do that.
👤I am so disappointed with these. I used to make chocolate chip cookies with these. I used them for the second time to make French Macarons for a party, and they kept sticking to the mat. If you want to use them for cookies, they are not for French macarons. I will need to make a new batches with parchment paper because of these mats. The red outline was starting to peel off.
👤I used a piece of paper. Not any more! I don't know how I didn't get this sooner. I have a fancy computerized gas oven, cheap sheet pans, and air bake sheet pans. I didn't get the premium results that I should have gotten. My biscuits and cookies turned out great when I used the Silicone Baking Mat. The biscuits are golden and fluffy. Sugar cookies are soft but not crisp. I recommend my baking mats to every baker. I was looking for a baking stone when I came across Silicone mats and decided to try them out. I am glad I bought the mats. The mats are about an inch wider than my cookie sheets, but that isn't a problem for me. The biscuits fit perfectly because they run about a dozen per dough batches. I don't place cookies on the curve where the mat goes over the edge of the pan because I end up with 2 -3 cookies too many. I have a few more cookies from my second baking batches. The fiberglass web in between the silicone layers discourages cutting the mats. Cutting mats isn't a good thing. The width of the mat is slightly wider than my cookie sheets, but don't cut it. It's easy to clean up. I rinse the mat under the hot water. I wiped the mat down with a damp cloth and a dry towel. Where to keep it? Hmm. The mats were so tightly fitted into the box that I tore the mat box up. I use an empty plastic bag box for my storage.
👤I hate having to wrestle with the curling on parchment paper. How do you keep it flat on a baking sheet if you uncurl it? I had to look for a silicone baking mat. This was my first time baking with Silicone products and I was a bit dubious. I am very happy with the product. I like how the corners are cut. The mats fit well within my pan, which is 11x17, and measures just over 16 feet wide. I thought the rounded corners on the mat would be more pleasing than the 45 degree cut, but I realized it was not. The corners would be elevated if the mat had rounded corners. It's not sure if it makes any difference to anyone. This was a pleasant surprise to me. The mat stays in place unlike the paper that slides around. The chocolate chip cookies were the first test. I cheated and used Pilsbury dough. The cookies can be easily slid off the pan. There was no discernable difference to me. The second test was using the oven's feature to bake French macaron shells. The batter spreads out more evenly on this mat. I had to leave the shells in the oven a bit longer. The longer bake time is due to the mat absorbing some of the heat. I don't have any evidence. It felt like the shells took longer to cool than before. I'm not sure if that's because I was stressed out. It is easy to clean. I use a soft sponge with the mat still in the pan. Nothing sticks.
The steel design is the ideal weight to press dough. Cut down on the clean up by replacing the paper with the OXO Good Grips Silicone Baking Mat. The non-stick baking and roasting surface is made from food-safe silicone. Silicone and fiberglass constructions provide structure. It's perfect for half-sheet pans. The dishwasher and oven are safe.
👤I like most of the OXO products, but this one is not up to par. I found rolling out pastry to be terrible, even with chilled pastry, well-made and well-flagged, the pastry still stuck when rolling out. I used a pastry knife to get it off. This product is worse than useless because it sticks to this worse than my plain counter top. Non-stick is what Silicon is for. I think it works well on advertisements. Good old fashioned pastry cloths will work infinitely better if you keep them.
👤I don't know if I can compare the 2, but these work great for cutout cookies. It's super easy to clean up. The reason I gave 4 stars is the size. The Nordicware cookie pans are in the bottom of the mat. Maybe it's the cooke pans fault, and they would be better in a different brand tray. They are a game change, I was struggling with some of the recipes that were still spreading more than desirable. I have not had an issue since I bought these.
👤I had to purchase a second pasty mat as I used a knife to cut my ball of dough in half on the mat. There was a slice in the middle of my mat. Learn from my mistake. I love the mat. I clean my dishes by hand, but if you have a dishwasher, it's a lot easier.
👤I love this mat. It was great for making noodles, pasta dough, and pies. The bench scraper is unnecessary for the purpose of scraper since the silicone does a good job at preventing the dough from sticking without you having to add additional flour or oil. I haven't put this in the oven yet, but the instructions for the temperatures and whatnot are printed on the sheet in case I ever want to. It's easy to clean, even with butter and dough crusted on it, it dries quickly, and the bottom sticks to any surface I've put it on. The length is perfect for large quantities. I bought the OXO version on Amazon because I wanted a quality sheet that was name brand and not something you could find wholesale from China. It has held up well so far, and I expect it to last for a while.
👤The board I used for pastries was getting old and difficult to clean so I bought a mat. The Good Grips Silicone Pastry Mat kept my dough from sticking to it. The size was perfect because I roll out long and narrow dough. It is easy to clean. My old board had a lot of space. The mat is in place while the person works on it.
👤The Folksy Super Kitchen pastry mat and the OXO one were compared. The OXO is easy to clean and does a better job of sticking to the table while being able to work with food. The OXO is a bit thinner than the Folksy Super Kitchen mat, which could make it more challenging to handle in general, but its performance outweighs that. I've only handled bread dough so far, so that's all I can say. The dough does a good job so far.
Good for products with low sugar content. The two-pack set of baking mats is made from food grade silicone that is oven safe to 230 degrees C and is convenient and healthy. Eliminate fat, grease, messy sprays, and expensive parchment paper by turning any half-sheet pan into a non-stick surface. The mats are designed for use in all types of ovens, and can be used with pans or sheets to improve the heat distribution and air circulation. 3HIGHLY VERSATILE-- The baking options are endless with these handy non-stick mats, including cookies, sticky caramels, gooey bread, or even baked fish. They are a baker's dream to prevent messes, catch drips and spill over from pies. Unlike other pans and baking sheets that are prone to scratches and wear, the mats are resistant to metal spatulas and utensils without damage. Eco-friendly mats can be used again and again, saving money on sprays, oils, and butter, and other standard pan and sheet preparation materials. Forget about scrubbing baked-on foods, and save time and effort with these mats that wipe clean with soap and water. Also dishwasher safe.
👤It's much easier to cut the paper than it is to cut it. My first baking mat was given to me several years ago by a professional chef. I wanted more so I could bake quickly. These fit perfectly, were easy to clean, and even survived an accidental trip under the broiler.
👤The mats work as they are described. I have used them to bake cookies many times and they do a good job. They are easy to clean and remain cool to the touch just after they leave the oven. They have a "sticky" feel that allows them to stick to whatever you put them in, and they will not move around. Great purchase for the money.
👤These are useful for baking rolls and other breads. The roasted vegetables didn't do as well. The sizes aren't right for our rating pans but they clean up well.
👤These Silicone Baking mats were great. They keep my cookie sheet clean and the cookies did not stick. I did not need to wash the cookie sheet because I cut the right size of paper. I would have liked to have had these for my Christmas cookies. Cookie bottoms were not burned.
👤The baking mats are easy to clean. I have never seen a food stick to the mats when I have used aluminum foil or parchment paper to line my baking pans.
👤It was very easy to clean. Use a soft cloth with dish soap to wash, not a brush or scratch pad. I just use hot water, a facecloth with a bit of Dawn and wash them, rinse and hang them from my clothesline. They have a greasy texture to them and have a small amount of bubbles in the mat, which are just slight defects. The cookies, scones, or whatever I'm baking are all gone. Absolutely love them. They are hot when they come out of the oven. They are still hot when they are out of the oven. Highly recommended.
👤I love them! They make it easier to clean. The corners are cut so that it is easy to get out of the pan. Fantastic! It is possible that anything that is on it finds this spot and causes more mess.
👤I bought these to replace some that I had been using for a long time, but I wasn't cleaning it up as well as I would have liked. I like the different sizes so that I can use them on full size baking sheets and smaller air fry ovens.
It's perfect for baking muffins, pizzas, and breads. They are great for occasions of birthday party, holiday party, or wedding. Angadona Baking mats are made of 100% food grade silicone and have a LEGB certificate. Baking slip mats are easy to clean, they are non-stick, and they are easy to clean by hand or the dishwasher. Silicone baking mats for baking sheets are oven safe and reusable. Silicone mats can be used in the oven and freezer to bake different foods. There is a table mat with pastry dough on it. There is a size 888-666-1846 The half sheet baking mat is for half size baking pan, the quarter sheet cooking mat is for quarter size pans, and the round pizza/cake pan mat is for quarter size pans.
👤I recently bought a mat for rolling out cinnamon rolls and I loved it. I wanted to try other mats for my pans and baking sheets. The package contained all the sizes. The round one was the first one I tried. I was making bread in my ceramic cast iron pot. I put the dough on the mat and let it rise. The pot was not greasing. It worked out perfect. I tried the small square one in my pan. It goes up the side a bit. I make a puffed pancake recipe that sticks to the bottom even if I grease the pan. It worked well. I am an example of "you can teach an old dog new tricks" because I have been cooking for over 50 years.
👤I don't know what happened. I like to use paper on everything. This is easy to use and reuse. There are so many different shapes and sizes of pans.
👤I have only used the two half sheet pan liners to make cookies. I don't know if it was the size of the pans or the size of the liners, but they were a tad big for my pans and didn't sit flat on the bottom, but I used them anyway. They did what they were supposed to do, keeping the cookies from sticking to the pan bottom and making it easy to remove them. I am happy with the purchase because they cleaned up well. I will update this review when I have time to use the round and square liners, but I have a feeling they will work out as well as the others did.
👤I like the way the cookies are made. I don't have to spray the sheets before then. The mats for my baking trays were too large. I used the smaller ones for my trays. It's still easier than cutting paper. The little square one was too large for my pan.
👤I have a second set of bake liners. I went with this brand because they have different shapes and sizes that I didn't get with my first set from another company. They work well. They fit my baking dishes and I am very happy with them.
👤It was great to finally have these in smaller sizes. Paper towels and steam are the best ways to clean.
👤Work well. I have used the rectangle ones to bake cookies with caramel and cinnamon rolls. You don't have to grease the pan. Can't wait to see how the round one does with cake and turtle brownies. I hope I won't have to clean caramel out of pans again.
👤A muddy, retro reddish brown is what the red is. Unappetizing. Even though I measured my pieces before ordering, it didn't fit right. If the color had been nice, I might have kept and dealt with it.
👤The mats were in great shape when they arrived. The sizes fit most of my baking pans and sheets. I only used one of the mats and was completely satisfied with its performance. I wash them. I am looking forward to many years of use.
Baking and pastry mat, placemat, counter top protectors, and Multipurpose Mat are perfect for crafting, jewelry, casting molds, and other projects. 👤The thickness of the mat is not as thick as other brands I have seen, but it is a fraction of the price and it works as advertised. It is easy to clean. I like the smaller size because it fits on smaller pans. The grooves are useful for beginner bakers. There are a few tips when using the mat. The batter will spread to fill the grooves when you tap the pan on the counter. 2. When using parchment paper, bake the macarons for 2 more minutes than usual. The cookies need a couple more minutes of cooking to avoid sticking 3. Allow the macarons to cool down before removing them. They are either completely cooled or undercooked if they are sticking to the mat.
👤I have tried free handing my food. I bought a metal pan, but it wasn't enough. I regret not buying these mats sooner. The batter is in a circle. After cooling, they came off easily. I have 2 mats, but I would love to have more. I had to add a few minutes to my baking time.
👤My macarons were ruined, every one stuck to the mat.
👤These are for making small macarons. Don't try and remove your macarons after they're out of the oven. Roll the mat away from the bottom of the cookie. The top of your cookie will rip off if you pull straight up. I was worried my macs wouldn't get feet with the mats, but that was not a problem.
👤We didn't work at it to make our own Macarons. We make Macarons. After four attempts, we went back to parchment and the MacaronsBatter stuck to the mats making it very difficult. Stop the silicone. At least ours turned out hard because they are so small.
👤I am very happy that I bought this mat. My first batches of macarons were a failure and turned into shapes that were not worthy of pictures. My second time using this mat, my macarons look like them! It helps with user error when filling circles. This is the mat that you will need if you are on the way to making perfect macarons.
👤My last resort was these mats, because my macaroons melted and stuck on other baking sheets. I'm happy that my problems are solved after trying these. There are bonus points for the uniformed look of my products. I would recommend it to a friend.
👤They tend to stick. I have tried many different adjustments. They usually stick at least a little. The circles on the mat are helpful. They hold the shape well.

👤I made caramelized, sweet, roasted pecans on these mats. The baked-on sugar and pecans lifted off the mats easily. It was very easy to clean up. I roasted the red beets. I was worried that the mats would get stained. The mats were easy to wipe off and the beets did not stain. Very impressed. I would recommend them to a friend. Some reviews smelled funny to me. I didn't smell anything when I got them. I washed them in soapy water. I put them in the oven for 15 minutes before using them. I didn't notice a funny smell. Baking mats are becoming one of my favorite kitchen necessities as I like to roast vegetables. I would buy them again.
👤These are easy to clean, but they become hard to clean. I have scrubbed until my fingers are completely dry, but there are still extremely sticky grease stains that won't come out no matter what I do. They are non stick, but I worry if I use them too often that they will be ruined. Let me know if anyone has ideas on how to clean.
👤I wanted to stop buying the paper. I put them through the dishwasher and made a bunch of cookies. The cookies were very strong in taste. It's really disgusting. The cookies were ruined and I threw them out.
👤These are too narrow for a standard 1/2 sheet pan. They work, though, and cutting them down wasn't a problem. Silpat is about a quarter the price, but they are not as sturdy. I missed the Silpat mats on Prime day, but am glad I did. I assumed the mats were junk, but they met with a furry, four-legged accident and I needed to replace them quickly. I would buy them again. I made 12 dozen cookies and a couple dozen bagels and they came through with flying colors.
👤The best baking mat I have yet. Fast delivery.
👤The size of a standard sheet pan is not what these are. They are shorter. They are easy to clean.
👤They are perfect for baking. The only downside is that they can't be used above 400 degrees. Most things I bake don't need high temperatures.
👤They popped up for a recommendation to buy something. Too many options can be frustrating. I finally bought some for my USA Pan cookie sheets. Preserve your people. The Zulay customer service is amazing and the big red Zulay juicer is awesome.
👤I have read some previous reviews. One person stated that their cookies smelled of soap after washing in a dishwasher. If you don't want the dishwasher to absorb a soapy smell, don't wash it in it. It's not surprising if it's in a hot, wet, soapy environment for 30 minutes. It gave off fumes and smoke. Before putting it in the oven, I recommend removing the plastic sleeve. What did you expect? I think it's a 7 out of 10. If I had the budget, I would have gone for a Silpat.
Their silicone baking mat is easy to clean and can reduce the intake of carcinogens from cholesterol, saturated fat and high-temperature cooking oil. It is easy to clean because of its non-stick and washable characteristics. The 9x14 mat is designed to fit in a KitchenAid baking sheet. Promotes even heat distribution for better baking. Use in place of foil. It is heat- resistant to 500F. It is safe for easy clean up.
👤It is what I wanted. I bought a kitchen aid baking pan and it fits perfectly. I didn't think I would like a baking mat. I really liked using them. They are easy to use and keep clean.
👤I didn't want to be wasteful by throwing away tinfoil and parchment paper all the time so I bought this. This is a great alternative. It's easy to clean. I have made cookies, chicken, veggies, and bars on this, and everything worked great. If you want to reduce waste and save money, this is the place to go.
👤This works well for my purpose, but I wish it was larger. I keep it on the unused side of my glass stove to rest hot pans. When I pulled it out of the box, I was a little disappointed that the measurements were in centimeters rather than inches. I turned it over. Had a good laugh. Maybe it deserves another star.
👤This was written a couple of weeks ago. It was perfect to fit my pan. I made some basic frozen items a couple of times, and made some sugar cookies. The potatoes were baked at 450 degrees and now they are discolored. This is what people mean when they say the mat burns easily. I am disappointed that the product discolored so quickly. It should only be used under 400 degrees.
👤I put this at the bottom of the oven.
👤This works the same as my regular Silipat, but it is so small. I was thinking about a cookie sheet when I read that it fit perfectly in a kitchen aid baking sheet, but it's only big enough to fit in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. It was not good for rolling out pastry.
👤It fits my sheet pan. It is no longer necessary to cut and fold the paper. I store it in a drawer after I clean it. It opens flat when I use it.
👤I love this mat. It's heat resistant and non stick so it makes cleaning easy. I have been baking for years and wish I had gotten one sooner. It is my new must-have.
👤They didn't get burned at 400 degree or roasting setting. I've cooked chicken with a tray and rack before. I haven't made any pastry yet. The mat is discolored by the heat. I bought a more expensive mat because I have 2 baking trays. The mat discolours lightly. The Silicon mat may be the cause of the discolouration.
👤No se le pega nada. Super facil de lavar. No guarda olores solo, no poco mas ancho. It is standard.
👤I bought a second one after I loved the first one.

👤This product is advertised as heat resistant up to 450, but the package says up to 400. See the pictures.
👤I think I have cracked the code. It was so confusing that it did not help clarify it. I couldn't tell what I was buying. I can now say with some confidence that 2.5 1/2 means 2 half sheets and 1 quarter sheet, while 1/3 means 3 quarter sized sheets. I used the quarter sheets in my solar oven and they fit perfectly on the rack that came with it. There is no more parchment paper. Thank you so much.
👤I used them twice over the weekend to prepare food for my son's birthday party. I made chocolate swirls on them. The 2nd experience was not the same as the first. I baked the rolls for the party. I noticed an odd odor when I sat at the table. The rolls were the source of the smell. They also tasted like it. The baking sheets had the same smell. They were cleaned prior to use. Unless you want a ruined birthday meal, I wouldn't recommend it. The rolls didn't stick to the mat on the upside.
👤The idea is great but the product is disappointing. I used my sheet for the first time tonight and it left a waffle pattern on the baking sheet and the mat melted a little to the pan, leaving plastic that had to be scrapped off.
👤I thought the title was misleading and I was ordering two half sheets. I got a half sheet and a quarter sheet. The Silicone Baking Mat Sheet Set is not what we received. The description says that the product is made from professional food grade silicone with a fibre glass core and is sized to fit all standard half sheets and quarter sheets.
👤They work well to prevent food from sticking to pans. Customer service was great, they responded to my confusion on cleaning. Baking soda and lemon juice can be used to remove excess oil or grease. Using a good grease cutting dish soap and wearing gloves will help. I haven't tried alcohol, but I read about it. It wouldn't hurt to use the vodka as a cleaning agent. I prefer using these mats instead of using a lot of foil and paper. I'm not opposed to saving money by not buying those things. My comment was edited since I learned that this is common for all Silicon mats. Their non stick function is unaffected by their appearance. I did not know about this before posting the original review. Please ignore this earlier comment, it is a type of criticism. This is what happens with any mat, so I am leaving a comment so that others won't consider it an issue. With limited use, they are getting some brown stains that I have been unable to clean off. Since this appears to be an issue not mentioned by others, I might have not gotten all the oil/grease off and baked it on the mat which could be causing brown stains. I read that boiling them in water will help remove oil and grease. I have learned that this is normal and that others don't mention it. There seems to be a general consensus that heat is important to thoroughly remove oil/grease. These are an indispensable kitchen helpers because of their effectiveness, environmentalfriendliness and money saving.

👤I received mine last night. They were a little thinner than Silpat and had a slightly less slimy feel. They couldn't stand the heat in my oven. I baked them for 5 minutes in 300F and saw a small smoke when I opened the oven. I baked them more to get rid of the oil. The smoke came out when you tried all of the above. The mats looked fine after being baked. I don't know if food will stick to them, but I don't want them to touch anything I eat.
👤The mats were being used to bake bread. They were hard to wash after the first use. I would use soap or a scraper, but they wouldn't work. There is a My bread sticks to the mat for the past 3 days. When the dough is rising. The dough is pulling the mat up. I had to use a spatula to break the mat. I have to throw them away because I missed the return period. There is a If you don't mind stained and sticky mat, then this product is for you. I'm going to use another brand or use a piece of paper.
👤I have used these in baking pans for everything from baking and roasting chicken thighs to asparagus and mixed vegetables. I've used them to freeze all of the above, plus things like ripe bananas, which peel right off without sticking, as a way to vacuum seal for long term storage. When chicken is roasted with a sauce and then frozen on a pan, the clean up is no harder than it would be if it was cooked. If you feel lazy and don't want to exert that much effort, they are dishwasher safe for top rack cleaning.
👤The silicone works well. It doesn't fit a quarter sheet pan like it's supposed to. It's not clear why they made this slightly larger all around. I had to return.
👤I needed a liner for both sheets. I bought this because it was a two pack and I had to cut the second to fit the sheet.
👤We use these in our Breville oven with sheet pans and cooling racks. We often use these instead of our full-size range oven because they work so well. Silicone baking mats stain when used for certain purposes, but the product is excellent. Chocolate chip cookies are easy to release.
👤I like these things. I use it with my pans all the time. I bought a new pan at the same time I bought these, and so far the pan still looks brand new because I always use these with it. I don't have to wash the pan after I'm done, just wash these and then rinse off the pan. Although this set works perfectly with my larger flat pan, it doesn't fit my smaller flat pan, so I'm looking to get a smaller set. It is hard to use with it being overhangs on the edges. I'm hoping that I won't have to replace my flat pans after buying these. I replace my flat pans every few years because they start to look bad. Hopefully that won't be a problem with these.

👤I like these. Someone was recommended on a channel. I had heard of this type of product before, but I was not impressed. I used aluminum foil to line baking sheets. Constantly using it and wasting money. These mats are a game-changer. I use them the same way I used foil. I roast vegetables on cookie sheets, make fries on cookie sheets, or cook anything else in the oven. You can rinse them or use a soft sponge. I mean quickly. I put them in a dish towel to dry and then they will be dry in the morning. It is a great thing to have. I recommend these to anyone that uses an oven.
👤When I moved in with my boyfriend and his friend, there was a lot of paper in the house. I wanted to get new mats because I've used them before and loved them. These are perfect! They are very easy to clean. I recommend them to anyone thinking about buying cooking sheets because they will help with the longevity of the sheets.
👤The smell of baking in the oven is terrible. I don't think this is good for you.
👤They do their job. They've started to oxidize even when sitting on top of a baking sheet inside a Breville with a max of 450 convection. Not from cooking. They are harder to clean than other silicone. They still feel greasy after a number of different cleaning methods. We have other sheets that are clean and dry, but not these.
👤This is amazing. I have not had a single issue with food stuck in my mouth. These would have helped me out in the past. I highly recommend them, they do as promised.
👤If you want to crisp something, I wouldn't recommend them. I only gave them four stars because I feel like they are never clean no matter how I clean them, but I am sure a dishwasher would solve this problem.
👤I've spent a lot of money to get my gear after I got into baking. I was looking for a mat that was easy to clean and non-stick. The mat worked well for me as I made cookies this weekend. It is easy to clean up with just water. I was very happy when my dough did not stick. This mat is very good.
👤I brought these mats to reduce the amount of paper I use in baking. The mats need to be cleaned and put in the oven before use so they don't give off a bad smell. The mats are not easy to clean. They don't want stuff to come off. I could throw out the paper after use.
