👤For those of you with a severe allergy to oats, you already know that there's no such thing as "gluten free oats." The makeup of the oat is almost exactly the same as wheat and affects many people with the disease or intolerance the same way. This is the first time I've seen oats in their products, and I've bought a lot of baking products from this brand before. I threw the box away because I had already poured it in a mixing bowl with eggs when my son noticed the ingredients on the box.
👤It is not easy to make bread that is free of wheat. This product is easy to make, and you can change it up to your liking by adding nuts, dried fruit and other spices. It is nice to have this product around during the fall season.
👤Even with vegan, healthy alternatives for eggs and butter, these are very sweet and can cause a sugar coma.
👤I like King Arthur products. If you don't want a strong pumpkin flavor, this is a good pumpkin bread. I wanted a little more pumpkin flavor.
👤It was good. The price was too high. I put a little extra oil in it. It was still very dry. Will not buy it again.
👤My son is a pastry chef. He thought the pumpkin bread was bland. The pumpkin flavor was not good. He put butter and cinnamon on each piece.
👤I found a pumpkin bread mix. It has been difficult to find. I found it. I usually get it at the store. I would recommend it. I can still eat what I want and not get sick. I would buy again.
👤I added an extra amount of pumpkin for moistness. It was good. Don't know what it would be like without it.
GLUTEN FREEDOM. It is easy to bake delicious sandwich bread, dinner rolls or hamburger buns with their homemade bread mix. They built a separate facility and a test in their quality control laboratory to assure the integrity of their products. It's best to mix by hand for bread machines. One package yields a loaf of bread. It's great for food sensitivities. Bob's Red Mill is the idea that keeps their stone mills grinding to fill every bag with wholesome goodness.
👤The old and new mixes were both good, but the new one was a bit smaller. I wrote to Bob's Red mill about changes to the ingredients. Thank you for contacting Bob's Red Mill. I'm sorry for any issues that you have had with our recent changes, but thank you for your feedback. Many of our customers request that we reformulate some of our mixes. Many of our customers were sensitive to ingredients like bean flours, which caused us to receive many complaints. The new bread mix is formulated to be more consistent and lighter in texture and flavor than the previous one. If you use the old recipe, it will not work as well because it has new directions and additions. If you are using a bread machine, the directions will be as follows: Order to place ingredients for most bread machines. In the bottom of the baking pan, combine the liquids in ingredients. 2. Put the dry mix on top of the wet ingredients. The yeast packet should be placed on top of the dry ingredients. 4. The bread cycle can be used for a loaf of bread. The bread machine instructions were removed because we found that the instructions on the package were not consistent with the settings and speeds of the bread machines we sold. Again, I apologize for any interruption that this may have caused, but we appreciate your feedback, and we thank you for being a Bob's Red Mill customer. Bob's Red Mill Customer Service is located at 13521 SE Pheasant Ct.
👤My granddaughter has a disease. I think Bob's Red Mill is the best product on the market. I hope Bob's reading the instructions on the bag. It is not possible to cook this in 90 minutes. If you do this, you will get a large hockey puck. The ingredients are not listed correctly. Eggs, water, oil, and yeast are the liquids that go into bread. Bob's instructions say to combine all ingredients. This is difficult to mix by hand as the dough is heavy and sticky. I use a bread maker for the first 10 minutes. I let the dough rise for 60 minutes. I use a muffin tin that is well oiled to make the rolls. I bake at a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. The rolls are delicious. My granddaughter and her father eat them. I found this mix. It would be cheaper to buy flour and make my own mix, but time is too precious to me. The outside of the roll is very soft. I also use 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites that are different from the directions.
👤I've tried many store bought breads that are either 1/2 loaves or taste like cardboard. I bought a bread machine and a box of this mix. I made 2 loaves. bread machine instructions are not included in the packaging. The 4 stars are the same as the 5. I followed the directions in the bread machine manual. I used the same amount of oil, water, and egg as the package called for, but I put it in my machine in the order my manual recommended. The yeast was added to the well by placing the liquid in it. I put the machine on a light loaf of bread and let it do its job. The bread is done and the house smells great. I chill it first in the fridge to get thinner slices. It includes a packet of yeast. It's much easier because of that. It's a great bread for sandwiches, toast and croutons. I prefer a bread that is not sweet like regular sandwich bread, but not a bread that is fluffy like bunny bread. It is a semi dense bread, you won't get super thin slices, it reminds me of a deli style fresh bread. My husband and kids love this bread. It makes a great sandwich with butter and jam or cream cheese. You can put it in the fridge or slice it and freeze it, but it lasts 5 days on the counter. I cut them into pieces that were 1/2 thick. It's easy to use and tastes better than store bought cardboard, it's a great mix, and fits our budget.
Finally, a pancake mix that tastes delicious. You can enjoy tender, fluffy pancakes (or waffles) at a moment's notice if you keep your pantry stocked with their gluten-free mix. This 15 ounce pancake mix can make sixteen pancakes and also contains instructions to make waffles and half a dozen pancakes. 21g of whole grains is included in each serving. Their pancakes are dressed up with fresh fruit or chocolate chips. The King Arthur mix is non-GMO, certified Kosher, and certified by The GFCO, a program of the GIG. King Arthur is a B Corporation and the nation's premier baking resource, offering everything from top-quality baking products to inspiring recipes. They are a baking company. Their name and logo reflect who they are, bakers who are committed to spreading the simple joy of baking.
👤If you're looking for a pancake option that's free of wheat, you've found it. I will use almond milk next time, instead of regular milk, because I used applesauce instead of oil. The pancakes are very delicious and my kids loved them. Almond milk applesauce is better than oil and egg whites. So good! Will definitely but again.
👤This is the best pancake mix. I make these free of dairy, soy, and wheat. Everyone loves them, especially my kids. To make them fluffy like regular pancakes, I separate the eggs, first whisk 1tsp of cream of tarter into the whites until frothy, then combine all ingredients as directed. The extra step takes 90 seconds, but is worth it.
👤My husband and children love pancakes so we eat lots of them at home and in restaurants. We are breakfast people. This is the best pancake mixes on the market. No one will know that it's a fluffy stack. The flavor is better than a diner pancake. I've recommended to at least one owner that they switch to this mix because it's better than any of the restaurants in my area that serve GF pancakes. A small army will be fed by a single box. I make two batches from each box for my family. I use a food scale to weigh the contents, and then I use half at a time. Milk, oil or butter, and eggs are required in the recipe. If you are also dairy-free, this is not the mix for you. If you are, you can always call the KAF Baker's Hotline and speak to a friendly baker who can advise you on whether you can modify the recipe. I call the hotline frequently, and all the bakers who work there are familiar withGF baking. They have great ideas and can help you. King Arthur uses high quality ingredients and has a good reputation in the baking world, if you're not familiar with the company. This is something I am grateful to find on subscribe and save. Each month I use a case.
👤I love pancake mix. I don't get a reaction when I eat. It isn't saying that anyone with Crohns will have the same positive experience. I dislike most of the alternatives toGluten free and soy free as they taste like cardboard. This mix is great. I can't tell from the pancakes made from scratch. Almond milk is a good substitute for milk. I add more milk if I feel like making a crepe. I make the whole thing, even though you can make half of it. I have kept the batter in my fridge for 48 hours, just adding a little milk to liven it up. I think the pancakes taste better if I chill the mix before cooking. It's a good thing. Happy Pancake eating!
👤This is a science of substitution that has not yet been mastered. Far from it! I had never heard of the world of GF pancakes. I used two cups of almond milk because I didn't have regular milk in the house. The package says you can substitute almond or soy milk, so I assumed this would be fine. The added twist would be the flavor of the vanilla. The batter was tough after I mixed it up. I thought that this would be just like the bread from the movie, "GF bread". I poured them on the griddle after the batter was the right consistency. They were just like regular pancakes. Eating them was not as bad as I had thought. They were slightly rubbery, the batter had lost its texture, but they are not going to fool anyone into thinking they are the real article. I doctored my pancakes with butter and real maple syrup, and they were surprisingly palatable, and I was satisfied, but I still think there is a long way to go.
One, 12 ounces. The bag is 0.75 lbs. Kosher Pareve; vegan; vegetarian; Paleo Friendly. R5-ELISA was tested for gluten free. It's great for vegan baking. Just add water is easy to use.
👤Substitutes were sought after I developed an egg allergy. After a day, the ground flaxseed becomes gummy. Applesauce, bananas, yogurt, and vinegar all do a good job, but there is something missing in the flavor that makes the 'egg' taste different. Bob's Red Mill egg substitute was the next choice. It produces a good finished product that will last the next day. There is a loss of flavor for me. This is a good substitute when eggs are not on the table.
👤Eggs-CELLENT! I didn't think I'd ever have my own revenue of brownies again. All because of egg allergies. The product made my brownies soft and gooey on the inside, and it worked great. Better than before! Thanks for the creation of this product. I use it a lot. I've shared it with my sister and she's so impressed with the product that she bought it for herself. Again, thank you. Kristina is a very happy pastry chef.
👤I use this in muffins, cupcakes, and chocolate chip cookies. All have been perfect. The product doesn't have any flavor so it doesn't interfere with the recipe. It is wonderful.
👤I have used this product for many baked goods, and they have always turned out well. You wouldn't know that eggs weren't used. I was surprised by the one star reviews, they must follow instructions to get the desired results. I have never had a problem with this egg replacement, so I can't imagine what went wrong.
👤I assumed the label said "Egg Replacer" and that it had a similar profile to an egg. It doesn't. The label says zero. I didn't think it was possible. White bread has some calories. How does a product that has zero calories replace a food that is a good source of calories?
👤Being a vegetarian, we were looking for an egg substitute. We use other products from Red Mill and we like them. Our transition from egg to egg free was very easy because of this egg substitute. We use it to make pancakes and kids love them.
👤This works well for egg substitute in baking cookies, bread and pancakes. I will try more recipes with it and see if I need to make changes. Sometimes a bit of thickner like Xanthm is needed. I will buy again.
👤If you like rubber cement and boogers, this is the product for you. I cooked it on medium at first with butter then low when I realized it was like rubber cement, so I wanted to give you a better idea of what it does. I thought the thickening agent was setting too fast, so there it is, like eating gum and salt. Please see the attached video, I hope this review helped. Bob redmill products are the best in most other products, and this was just a massive disappointment.
👤The cake collapses in the oven when I make it using the egg replacer. It is very disappointing.
👤Had not used this brand. It is good. We used to use a product called egg replace, but we stopped being able to find it. This is just as good if not better.
There is information about the dairy allergy.
👤These are a great gift. Certified Organic is the only thing I could ask for. My child cannot have any of that. I have spent so much time cooking baked goods that have to be dairy free and as simply created as possible - no gmo's, no preservatives, no dyes etc - and have only found a few. The good ones take a lot of time. I can get these from box to hand in 25 minutes. I will use the cupcake mix for cupcakes at my bday party, but I'm not sure yet. We add a little more cinnamon and a few frozen blueberries and they both taste great, even though they sink to the bottom. It's worth the purchase if you need a sweet that's healthy. Someone who doesn't like baking. Silicone muffin cups turn out perfect every time we use them. Silicone that doesn't turn white when you pinch it is a good choice.
👤My 3yr old is very picky, he is dairy, egg, peanut, and lentil sensitive. I have been trying to practice because I am so nervous about his birthday. We replaced the eggs with 2oz of apple sauce and the cupcakes were great. I think they are even better than the real thing. I'm sure chochalte will be as good as the vanilla. This is probably the cleanest ingredients you will find for a boxed cake mix, it is moist and has lots of flavor. Will be ordering again for my sons.
👤My son finally got a birthday cake. My son is not allergic to cake mix and I have been searching for it for the last 3 years. My son was so happy that it worked. This will be the treat cake for all the desserts that he can't have. I will buy again.
👤The cakes were great at baking for my daughter's first birthday, but it tasted terrible and was very grainy. I didn't want her to have a lot of sugar so I was okay with it not tasting great. If I had bought this to make for other people at the party, I would have been very upset with the texture and taste of it.
👤cupcakes for work I was in charge of the dessert. I made cupcakes for the staff that were free of gluten. I filled the center with apple pie filling after cutting a hole in the top. I precooked the filling and added it after the cakes baked and cooled. They were frosted with cinnamon butter cream. They were called apple pie surprise cupcakes. They were a big hit. The batter is not very sweet. I think it's worth trying. I bought some stuff. Ready for another gathering.
👤Man! Normally I make my own cake from scratch but decided to try this out. I baked this for my birthday and it was delicious. It's moist and has a nice texture. I took a bite. It was loaded with salt. What the hell? I threw away my birthday cake. It's a pity. That's 2020 for you. I contacted the company and gave them the lot number and they said they would look into it. They are sending me replacement products that I trust. I hope the reviewers fix the saltiness because otherwise this would be a great cake mix.
There are 3 boxes of organic cookie mix. Their amazing cookie mix is made from scratch and has the most amazing taste. It's made with the best ingredients to give it the best taste. All of their products are made from sustainable ingredients in tree nut and peanut-free facilities. Artificial colors, trans fats, and flavors are not allowed.
👤These are the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever eaten, that includes any homemade cookies I've ever had and they are organic, get out of here. When I need to indulge my sweet tooth, I only trust Miss Jones. If you ever have an overwhelming craving for wedding cake like I do, Miss Jones cake mix and frosting is the only substitute I have ever found organic or otherwise. It is great to find a company that takes the time to perfect things. Thanks for your excellence!
👤These are amazing! Miss Jones organic cookie mix will be in my Amazon subscription box until the day I die, I have had to accept that. They are better than my homemade. I like them that way, but they aren't as sweet as store-bought cookies. Even though they are made with whole wheat, they are not heavy. The chips are not as sweet as some. I can add the butter and eggs I want. The dough seems too wet, but bake it up. Just perfect. It's just magic. There is a The Miss Jones organic confetti cookies are equally delicious.
👤These cookies are delicious. Miss Jones' erratic supply makes me a little crazy, as they have become an addiction. I've found that these cookies are even better frozen than fresh. I put them in a package of two and then in the freezer, so I can have them whenever I want them. I think they're even better if they're out of the freezer for a few minutes. Miss Jones needs to make sure there's a steady supply of these. I tried another brand and they were terrible despite the great reviews. They are in the freezer waiting for someone who wants a cookie to come and get them.
👤This is my favorite brand of cookie mix. I don't often write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for these because they are so much better than tollhouse, pillsbury, or generic market brand. The organic market ran out of them after I tried them. I bought the three pack on Amazon and opened it the day it was delivered, making a pack.
👤I would take a picture of the cookies, but we ate them all in a second. Cookie mix would make great cake pops. The confetti is vegetable based. If you haven't already checked out the Miss Jones frostings, you should. It's amazing! I can allow my daughter to have it without guilt because it's made without oils and fake stuff. I've tried all three flavors and they were great.
👤We tasted one from the 3 pack one. It was nice, but not so sweet. It's easy to find directions. It should add how thick the cookies should be.
👤The dough couldn't mix in with the unsalted butter and egg that I used to make these cookies. It was hard to work with because it kept balling up. I'm not sure if this is because of the actual product or that it was an older batches that caused this, but I continued to mix it and finally formed it into balls to bake. The end product reminded me of a salted caramel chocolate chip cookie. Very disappointed.
It is certified as being free ofgluten It is possible to be Soy Free, Nut Free, Dairy Free and Wheat Free. It works great with egg replacer. The project is not a genetically modified one. It was made in a facility that was free of allergens. Artificial colors or flavors are not allowed.
👤The reviews I read were different. People don't understand directions. For cake-like brownies, use two eggs and for fudge-like brownies, use one. Don't add more water when it dries out baked goods. My sisters and nephew love these brownies. I am excited to have a chocolate brownie that is free of dairy and soy. It can be put in a ziploc bag for plane rides. It is possible that novice bakers should not make gf mixes as they need other knowledge about baking. It's a science to cook. I hope you replenish.
👤I purchased 12 of these last year for nine cents and one dollar, and they were priced at $1.99. The product was good. I will be crazy to buy this product at such Mark ups.
👤These are amazing as a baker and a huge brownie lover. Very delicious and creamy! Before you cut a large piece, know that they are decadent. I have tried many brands over the years and I can say that the best one for brown hair is Namaste. I loved brownies when I was a child. The brownie mix is definitely the best when it comes to goodies when it comes to Namaste.
👤I have a sensitivity to chocolate so I am very careful about the products I choose. I ordered this thinking it would be the same as the one I got locally. I was mistaken. I was in pain for two days. The quality of chocolate is the only thing that can cause this. So buyer beware. It isn't good quality if it is billed as organic.
👤It was a sad day when I found out I had to stop eating wheat. I ordered a few things to help me deal with the withdrawal of my favorite foods. I baked these brownies and cut them up and froze them so I could grab one whenever I wanted. Even after being frozen, they are still as good as regular brownies. 10 out of 10 is very good.
👤Great brownies! I used my new ceramic deep dish pan because it didn't specify what type of pan to use. It was a great job. These were very good and not too sweet. Anything that is too sweet is thrown in the garbage. The products of Namaste foods are less sweet than other companies. I wish they still made the organic version of the chocolate cake. Will definitely buy more brownies.
👤I am new to the way of life and I am looking for ways to enjoy my favorite foods. The brownie mix is delicious. I used 2 eggs for the brownies and a little more butter than required. They came out great! They are like brownies.
👤I use the "more cake like" recipe to make these. They taste amazing. I have tried many different brands of brownie mix and this is the best. They are not all sticky and rich. They are so delicious and satisfying. They should be recommended to any person with a genetic condition.
There is a pack of three bags. It is made with non-GMO ingredients. The manufacturer added two food grade pin holes to the bags to prevent damage during delivery. The product is from the USA. No added sugar.
👤I am angry and grossed out. I opened a sealed bag and found bugs and webs. I looked at my third bag that was still sealed and saw bugs. I am out of 8 pounds of expensive flour because the return window has passed. The flour doesn't expire until 2019.
👤We have been using this brand for many years and have not had a problem, so when we found the first bag of moths, we assumed they came from somewhere else. We threw out everything that was washed. We saw some in the second bag and thought we didn't get all the moths the first time. The third bad was full of moths and we realized it was from this shipment. We have to take care of the pantry moths that were caused by it, because now we are out of the expensive mix. Would like to get a refund.
👤There is an update. My review appears on a different product than I did. I wouldn't recommend this rice flour product. The product I reviewed was made with a variety of flours. I wouldn't eat this rice flour product. These are delightful, fragrant, wholesome, filling, tasty and grain-free. I'm on our 3rd box and they cook up great. I like to cook in advance. I just made a bunch and froze it. A wonderful and filling breakfast with lots of protein and no sugar-carb crash. The 'cakier recipe' modification is a good way to make a fluffier pancake. We like to have some organic fruit in our house. I think I'm going to get one out of the freezer.
👤I've been using Pamela's Baking Mix for a long time, but the last shipment had worms or some sort of larvae crawling all over the bags. Yuck.
👤They move more product than this. I ordered in bulk. They last for 7 months. We don't eat a lot of food to be able to use it all up by Feb. 2020. I will keep it. I will put it in a freezer that is frost free and wrap it in more plastic. I will keep the bag in the fridge. I am canceling my subscription and saving for this product because I won't be ordering in bulk again. Disappointed. This would have gotten 5 stars if the date had another year on it. Like the product. There is an update 6.17.19: The bag did not smell fresh when opened. Amazon will give you a refund. Will not be buying in bulk again.
👤This mix was reformulated recently and I loved it. I know it's not necessary to combine nut flour with 2 kinds of starches, as a baker for 15 years now. We didn't cook through because this formula contains too much tapioca starch. Bring the old container back.
👤I know what you think when you see it. It's too expensive. "It's weird food". It does cost a bit, but wheat flour is cheap. If you can't eat wheat or don't want the CARBS, this is a good way to avoid them. Is it weird? If you think a great taste is strange. The pancakes made with this mix are very bad. A small amount of Maple syrup is needed to enjoy a short stack. My wife and I discovered this.
This mix is ideal for everything from pancakes at breakfast to your favorite casserole at dinner to shortcake for dessert. There's no aftertaste or grittiness on top of that. 20 grams of whole grams are included in this baking mix. It's good to use it for your best recipes. This mix makes it convenient for bakers to make gluten-free recipes. The King Arthur Baking Mix is certified Kosher and Non-Dairy by The GFCO. King Arthur is a B Corporation and the nation's premier baking resource, offering everything from top-quality baking products to inspiring recipes. They are a baking company. Their name and logo reflect who they are, bakers who are committed to spreading the simple joy of baking.
👤I have purchased this product from the manufacturer before and it is outstanding. The flour was loose in the box and not in a sealed bag. How would you feel if you had to purchase a baking mix that was free of wheat and was a major health risk? This is an excellent product and I recommend anyone wanting to buy directly from the manufacturer to do so. The company that sold this to me should face legal action for misrepresenting a product. King Arthur Flour confirmed to me that the product is sold in a sealed bag.
👤This baking mix is the best one I have tried so far and I use it for everything I bake or cook that requires a flour free alternative. I bake waffles, pancakes, muffins, biscuits and cookies. Most people can't tell if a food is free of the allergy when using a good recipe and using this flour. I'm happy I can still eat amazing food even though I'm not eating wheat. I have never noticed any difference in the texture of the food that I have prepared with this mix, however, the one thing that I always do when preparing anything with this mix is to let the flour absorb the water and then bake it, which I believe is the most important thing. I buy this in bulk from Amazon since it will cost me almost $8 at the store. This is the cheapest price I have found online and I will continue to order as long as the quality stays consistent!
👤I stay with KAF products because they have a proven record for taste, quality, and freshness, and I can count on them for offering true gluten free products to protect my health. I justified the purchase by assuming I could store some for use throughout the year, even though the minimum order was more than I wanted. I received my order of 6 boxes on January 25th, which would require me to use all 6 boxes over the next 4 months, about 3 times the amount I can optimistically assume I would use. When I need to dispose of 4 boxes at the time they are expired, my precious benefits will be wasted. Unless you are baking for a group of people, you should not take this offer. I apologize to the taxpayers who expect the recipients of SNAP benefits to spend wisely because this purchase has failed to measure up.
👤I used to use King Arthur flour before I was diagnosed with Celiac disease. They got a line of flours. I've been to their store several times and they have good products. I was happy to see this on Amazon. I was very disappointed when I opened my Amazon box, it had six boxes of the KAGF Baking Mix with an expired date of 2 months from now. If I am going to get old stock, I might cancel my autoship. I wouldn't see a way to contact King Arthur. Where in the description does it say the stock is nearing an expiration date?
Their Award Winning Whole Wheat Flour Replacement is made with their Award Winning All Purpose Flour. Whole Grains and Omega 3's are 6g per serving. Product of the USA. 100% Natural, Kosher, noPreservatives, not genetically engineered.
👤This mix has some of the worst directions I have ever seen. I bought this early in the Pandemic because I was having trouble getting products that weren't made with wheat. I didn't use it all the time because it appeared that you had to make the whole package at one time and it would make too much for one person. I wanted to get it out of the cabinet. Where to start with the bad directions? "What you will need" is the first thing on the package. Shake bag to wake up ingredients. Huh? Do they mean to shake it? I've never heard of waking up ingredients. There are ingredients at room temperature after a large space and directly under the oil amount. AnotherHuh. These are not angel food cakes. I have never had to do that for anything other than leavening-sensitive baking. You need ingredients that aren't listed. Next, beat egg with an electric mixer. Is there an electric mixer for one egg? I used a fork to do all the mixing and it worked well. Adding milk, oil, and vanilla is the next step. I only realized that the recipe was for one cup of the mix. I looked at the amount of milk. It's not in proportion to the 1 cup of the mix. It requires 1-3/4 cups of milk. That would be too much for a single cup of mix. I only added 1 cup of milk because it was the right consistency. I added more milk for the last pan of pancakes because it was getting thicker. Rice flour absorbs liquid as it sits. I looked at the package after I finished. It requires 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of Bisquick. I was vindicated that my years of cooking led me to question the amount of milk. Is it a type of ice cream? The package doesn't say how much to add or where it is listed as an ingredient. I added a bit more. I'm not sure if the taste of the mix is different because it contains all flours with flavor. Next is a lightly oil pan. I used a non-stick skillet. I used about 1/2 cup. Butter is a lot of sticking. You need to re-oil the pan between batches, which is very, very necessary. The oil/butter is not listed as an ingredient. The directions call for a batter of 1/3 cup. This made a 6-inch pancake. It took a long time to cook the center of the pancake. I used about 1/3 of a cup to make the 4-inch pancakes. This worked well. The package doesn't tell you how many pancakes it makes. It made 10 pancakes. The pancakes turned out fine, which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 or the zero it deserves, but I wouldn't buy this again. The package contains a recipe for berry sauce that I did not make. I used maple syrup. The directions say it takes 6 minutes. It's hard to believe that 2 cups of frozen berries would cook in that time. The amount of liquid in frozen berry varies. For example, frozen raspberries have a lot of liquid, while frozen blueberries have almost nothing. I suggest that you make it before you make the pancakes so that you can adjust the recipe to make it your own.
There are 3 boxes of organic brownies. For an amazing taste, bake up this organic brownie cake mix. It's made with the best ingredients to give it the best taste. All of their products are made from sustainable ingredients in tree nut and peanut-free facilities. Artificial colors, trans fats, and flavors are not allowed.
👤I used to eat regular brownies from the store, we usually bought Ghirardelli's, but one day I looked at the box and saw the words Genetically engineered and that was the end of it. The quest for non-GMO brownies began. I didn't see a lot but I did see some that were free. I didn't try to go organic for my brownies because I wasn't allergic. Miss Jones was the only one that was non-everything under the sun. I just wanted a good time. I got a 6 pack order and it took me 3 tries to get it right, but I really like them. I used to buy brownies like that. I would give this 5 stars, except for one thing, they are too small. I don't mind that they are expensive, but they are thinner than other brownies, so you could eat them twice as fast. I guess, flatter. If I didn't have the will to eat a small piece, they would go too fast and be too expensive. The brownies were more satisfying. We will be spending a small fortune on brownies if I don't cut them down. I think it's better to eat less brownies. They should put more product in the box. We will buy again. It's one thing to have a treat, sugar, etc, but at least it's plain sugar, not junk, and not genetically modified organisms. Miss Jones, thank you! You have a new customer in our family.
👤Our local store stopped carrying single serve cups because my husband and I had to buy them. They are still expensive at 2.50 a pop. I wondered why not use these. They work well. A little modification. I use about 1/3 mug of brownie mix to stir up self-rising flour. I add a bit of oil and water to make a pancake batter. If you want your own time, nuke it for 55 seconds. The microwave is 1200w. The best product we have found to make easy edibles. The oil was homemade and the base was peanut oil. Each box contains about 8 mug brownies.
👤These brownies are the best box mix brownies I have ever made, as a self proclaimed brownie enthusiast. The chocolate flavor is great. I made a small change to make sure that the oil was divided into 1/2 C and melted butter was added.
👤Every year I bake brownies for a Memorial Day charity. Definitely not my forte. Four years ago, I found an organic mix on Amazon that was simple and quite good, even though it didn't sound like a chemistry lab. It was discontinued the following year, and my next two attempts, with mixes bought on Amazon, were quite dismal. After trying to shift to the slaw table, I found this organic mix. I used fresh eggs from a local farm and substitute European butter for the vegetable oil on the box, but the brownies were actually excellent, fudge, not too sweet, slightly salty, and I did substitute European butter for the vegetable oil on the box. I hope this mix is available next year.
