👤I was looking at the KitchenAid mixers for a long time but stumbled upon these killer dupe mixers. The cost savings were obvious after comparing technical specifications. It's flawless and I've been using it for 2 months. Don't hesitate on this purchase. It's a great quality, powerful mixer that doesn't heat up on challenging mixes, and has a shield so you don't get hit with flour bombs while mixing. A number.
👤I like the product. It's easy to set up, work with and clean. The video has flour for bread. It took almost 30 days to get to me.
👤The mixer is easy to use. I use it to stir cake and flour. It is said that it can stir the meat, but I have not used it. It has three mixing heads that need to be replaced. It gave us a lot of strength and time.
👤The kitchenaid was too heavy and awkward for me. I gave my daughter my kitchenaid because this was the better one for me. I live in this cusimax. For simple jobs it is perfect, and it fits my kitchen much better. I love how everything comes on and off. It was difficult to remove the heavy equipment.
👤I bought this mixer because I love baking. My co-workers love me because I use it so much. The attachments are easy to clean. It mixes well even in the bottom and sides. It's not that expensive. It gets the job done.
👤We use it every day since we got it a year ago and it works as we expected.
👤The mixer is a great value. It is easy to use, and seems to be durable. There are cups on the bottom to keep it upright. The controls are easy to use. There is a button on the top of the mixer that can be unlocked to take the bowl out. I have beaten eggs and mixer dough. I think this is a good idea.
👤I have been using this product for a while. It is a better mixer than the one I bought before. The design is great. It is easy to install and clean. Also, user-friendly! My mother is also able to use this. I am very satisfied with this product.
👤The machine works well, but the finish on the paddle doesn't stay on it. My mom noticed silver particles in the cookies after making them all day. The paddle left grey stuff all over our hands after it came off. I think all the cookies need to be thrown away. The picture attached shows the paddle is almost black or dark gray after being used. It was a long day of work down the drain. It's great to get a return for both machines, but be aware.
👤The mixer has all the features of a stand mixer in red. If you did it by hand, it would take 20 minutes to prepare sandwich bread dough. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a heavy duty mixer.

👤I am running out of space in my kitchen and I have three separate appliances, a mixer, blender and a large manual meat grinder, and I was looking to replace all of them with one appliance. I looked at a lot, but I found this one, which was exactly what I was looking for, and I could not believe my eyes. I have never seen a mixer with a blender attached to it. Everything about this mixer is high end. The mixer has a large motor and a bowl that is large. The mixer attachment are easy to push on and push off, and they stay on even through the most rugged mixing. The splash plate seals well when it comes down, where my other one always had gaps. I was amazed at how well this one kept everything in the mixing bowl. Everything here uses the motor speed dial, and all of them have an incremented increase in speed. The blender is made of glass. It can blend down my fruit into liquid when it's on speed six. The other thing about the blender is that the top pops off, the bottom screws off, and that is something that my other blender does not do. The meat grinder is a big upgrade for me. This one grinds meat quickly. I do a lot of veal and lamp. It is fun to use this one, where it works so well that I don't want to stop. The meat grinder is easy to clean. The plate, blade, and gear all come out with a screw on the front knob, and I just throw them into the dishwasher, without any harm done. This is the best multiple appliance I have ever seen and I am very happy with the purchase.
👤Last month, the KitchenAid decided to go to the great kitchen in the sky. I didn't want to buy another one at that price because it was a wedding gift. I think that's correct. The all-in-one mixer takes the cake. I was impressed by how easy it was to do. I didn't have to look at the booklet to figure out where everything went. I thought the lock/unlock made the mixer stronger. It's very user friendly. The splash guard is useful when you're working with flour, and the cups on the bottom make sure this thing never budges, whether I'm making a margarita in the back or processing some deer steak in the front. The mixer is a boss. It has handled my sourdough loaf, chocolate chip pumpkin cookies, and homemade meringue. The motor is not loud and it doesn't feel like an airplane is taking off in the kitchen with you. It's easy to take everything apart and clean it up. It's a good thing that there's a tilt head feature that can remove the bowl. That's right.
👤I wanted to use all the attachments before I posted a review. The base has cups that work well. I have made bread that didn't move even though it was heavy. The mixer is a lot less messy with the lid on. The dough hook isn't stick to a point, and hasn't caused me any issues getting it clean again. The large whisk is shaped to reach the bottom of the bowl for evenly mixing and incorporating air into the ingredients. The paddle is non stick and can reach the bottom of the bowl. The sides need to be removed like any stand mixer, but I won't hold that against the mixer as it's a normal issue. I expected the blender to be light in weight. It's made of thick glass. The bottom doesn't come apart for cleaning. I put ice cubes in it and it handles them well. If you want a Vitamix style blender, this one isn't that powerful, but it still does a great job. The meat grinder was my favorite part. The parts are heavy duty metal and come apart for easy cleaning, that pressed me as I was unpacking it. I'm trying to eat healthier, and recently discovered I love the flavor of ground chicken, and have mostly replaced ground beef with it. The meat grinder allows me to control what is in my meat and to season it however I want. I can make ham, chicken, or bologna salad in less time than it takes me to do it by hand. I am very impressed with what it costs. I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to spend a lot of money on a KitchenAid mixer.

👤I don't like to review things until we own them for a long time. We purchased this gift as a present and it ended up being duplicated. We already own a KitchenAid so I held on to it thinking it would be a good Christmas gift, but was surprised when I opened it a few weeks later. I tell people that if they need a KitchenAid, they already know it, and if they don't, I'd buy one of these. It's smaller, easier to store, and a bit quieter, probably due to being smaller. It has the same action as a KitchenAid. It costs less. It has been able to handle the stiffest of doughs and stickiest of batters. The KitchenAid bowl is narrow and tall, which means you have to stop the mixer and tilt the head to get to the sides of the bowl, but this is only mildly annoying. The KitchenAid paddle mixer is metal while the plastic one hasn't presented any problems. I've had no trouble making dough in the Hamilton Beach, even though the KitchenAid dough hook seems more substantial. Attachments don't support it. If I just need to mix something, 80% of the time, I'm getting out the Hamilton Beach mixer and not the KitchenAid. The KitchenAid doesn't offer any advantages for basic mixing duty. I'll pull out the KitchenAid if I need to grind meat. If I want to make pasta, I prefer the Hamilton Beach. The reason I compare it to KitchenAid is because they seem to be the standard when it comes to stand mixers, but if you're just mixing cakes, cookies, bread, etc., give this model a serious look, it's been great so far.
👤I don't want to invest in a stand mixer. They are very expensive. My son spent a fortune on one for his girlfriend. I need to make my own things if I want to be a gluten free person. I can't make decent breads without a mixer. After a lot of looking at different brands. I chose this one. I am very happy with this mixer. It works well. I have to use a lot of stiff recipes. The mixer can do the job. I rely on reviews to make purchases. If you find my work helpful to you, please click yes for me. Thank you! Feel free to ask any question.
👤Black soot is coming off the dough blade. We would have eaten it mixed into the dough if we had not noticed. Don't buy this product.
👤This is the third mixer that I've purchased from Amazon. The first Bodum stand mixer worked well until it broke. The second model, a two beater model, has survived, but as much as I wanted to like it, I found that it just didn't mix well and required me to move the bowl manually and otherwise fiddle with it constantly. I knew it was time to replace the Sunbeam when I found myself reverting to using an ancient hand mixer. The Hamilton Beach was put through its paces today. I made a bunch of bread dough with 5 cups of flour. The upper limit of the mixers capacity was definitely reached here. The motor overheated when the dough was finished. I thought I had broken it. The mixer recovered in the time it took me to wash the dishes. I made half a dozen reverse-creamed cup cakes. The mixer performed well and didn't need a lot of bowl scrapers. I made half a bunch of ermine frosting and it was the same as before. The last thing I made was yeast rolls. I used the dough hook instead of the flat beater and the dough came together quickly. So far, so good. I'm not too worried about how long this mixer will last because of the low price and the four- year product protection that I bought for it. It was inexpensive and I wish it had a bigger capacity. I have used a friend's Kitchen Aid on a number of occasions, and I would say that the Hamilton Beach is a bit better at this price point.

👤I liked the option that came with other things, I wanted a handheld cake mixer. My favorite items were the additional ones. It comes with 7 mixing bowls and I have many different sizes. There is a I had a Betty Crocker, but it is made out of plastic, so I could not measure hot liquids. There are 2 types of mixing parts and 10 different speed speeds.
👤The bowls have held up well. The mixer is missing a few settings, but it works fine. I would recommend it for the right price. The product is pretty good upon inspection. I have no comments on longevity because it just arrived. There is a The measuring cups, bowls, and spoons are very sturdy and I expect them to live. The mixer seems to not work on the first few settings. I'm pretty pleased with what we got.
👤The hand mixer is difficult to use. The low speed is almost as fast as the highest speed. The flour and dry ingredients are everywhere. I wish I hadn't bought this.
👤The only reason I gave this product 4 stars is because the motor on the mixer burnt out. I was not happy with this because it happened when I was making a cake for my daughter. Bowls, measuring cups, and measuring spoons are great. The product was great.
👤You would think that the lowest speed would be slower than it is, because it is 7 speeds. I wouldn't buy it again. The metal bowls, measuring cups and spoons are what make this set worth the price. The mixer has 7 speeds, but they are all the same speed. The metal bowls and measuring cups and spoons are the only things worth anything. The mixer is not sanitary.
👤I have to update my review. I tried using the bowls for a fourth time after washing them and they still left a black oily mess on my hands. I don't know what is happening but I don't want to buy it. When I found this set, I was looking for a mixer. I thought this was a good deal because I could use the bowls. The bowls are sturdy. Even though I washed the bowls before use, I found an oily black substance under the lip of all the bowls and it was MzE I had to wash them again. I'm not sure if it was normal for bowls to be oiled. Have no idea. The mixer is terrible. It's small and hard to mix anything. It is loud. I used it to mix cake batter and it slowed down considerably even on the highest speed. The mixer emitted a terrible smokey smell after two uses. I'm not sure if I should use it again or just chalk it up to a loss. If you are looking for nice bowls and measuring cups, this is an ok set. If you only need the mixer, I would pick a different one.

👤I teach cooking and knife skills and am a professional home chef. I take all of my kitchen items very seriously. I am very careful in evaluating and rating the items I test and review. My reviews are not biased. Good is bad. KitchenAid's classic but very expensive models are an excellent low-cost alternative to the KICHOT Stand Mixer. It has many functions that work well. * Everything you need for whipping, kneading, and mixing is included in the system. * The mixer is lightweight and easy to lift for easy shelf or cabinet storage. The splash guard cover connects to the mixer instead of the bowl, which makes it easier to use. * Most components are dishwasher safe and easy to clean. For general mixing use, the included attachments are sufficient, even though you can't use accessories made for other mixers like KitchenAid. The operation is easy to do. The mixer does the job and does it well. There is a The box has an egg separator and a spatula. This is a great option for a low cost in comparison to the more expensive ones. It has a two-year warranty as well. This is a five-star rated stand mixer and it's at the top of the low-priced ones. I recommend it for anything other than a need for hard-core daily use, and when other functions like pasta-making or grinding accessories are required. Bon Appetit! 👤Kids can use a mixer easily, so we needed another one. The splash guard on this is better than the kitchen aid, so I chose this one. It is easy to set up. We added noise canceling headphones because it is loud for sensory kids. Highly recommend and no complaints.
👤I had this for two weeks and I am happy with it. It is very easy to put together a good quality building. I've tried many recipes with it. The mixer makes it easy to whip egg whites andKneading cookies doughs.
👤The bread dough was being mixed by the mixer. The bread ingredients were difficult to mix. Kitchen Aid quality is definitely not involved. Due to its size and weight, it won't be used for bread dough.
👤The mixer is a great value. Even on high settings, the cups keep it stable. An extra benefit is the unique pulse setting. It is easy to use and clean.
👤I have nerve damage in my hands, but I love baking. I wanted to buy a stand up mixer. I wouldn't have to hold on to the mixer. I spent a lot of time researching and decided on this one. It does a wonderful job and I have already used it. It did well on yeast bread. If you're looking for a mixer that's affordable, I would recommend this one. Good product.
👤I bought this electric mixer a week ago and I'm loving it. The bottom of the counter has pads on it. I don't have to worry about it falling. It's kind of noisy, but hands down beats having to hold a hand mixer to make whipping cream. The splash guard makes it easier to clean my walls and saves me a lot of time in the kitchen while I make deserts. I haven't tried out the dough attachment yet. I'm going to make some delicious sour cream and chive bread soon.

Also included: The 150 watt 3 Speed Hand mixer is dishwasher safe and comes with a recipe book and database access.
👤I received this product on August 14th. It was small and pretty. This is what happens now. The rusty iron parts are disgusting. If you want to buy it, look for a better product.
👤The mixer stinks. Thec attachments don't hit the bottom of my bowls. I only used it for the second time today and the attachments were difficult to remove with the button. I wasted money on this.
👤When this product went on sale, I was so excited. I had doubts about being a good item. I used it to make cookies. It did a great job. It is easy to use and light. A lot of people are complaining about the rust. The instructions state not to leave beaters submerged in water overnight. If you did that, you have to wash them with a small brush, because they have rust on them.
👤My old hand mixer stopped working about 40 years ago. The mixer is easy to store and does what I need it to do. I mostly use it to whip cream. The problem with getting the beaters out is that it takes some light to pull them out. When the button is pushed, I expected them to come out. I miss my old mixer. Nothing as made as well anymore, so this will do.
👤I have had it for 6 weeks. The beater has come apart.
👤I don't have to sacrifice anything with this compact mixer, because the room is small, and I don't have to worry about what I bring in. The tool is small, but works well.
👤It's difficult to set the mixer down while you're baking because the electrical cord comes out of the unit. It has a good amount of storage for the blades.
👤The first Christmas cookie recipe broke halfway through it. I had high hopes for this after reading all of the reviews, but I had to run to the store to get a new one. I got a Hamilton Beach mixer for a few dollars more and it was worth the extra ten bucks. The lowest speed of the dash one is still quite fast, even during the first few minutes of use, as some reviewers wrote, and does not really differ from the two higher speeds.
👤The reviews say it was good, but only used once. It was made with good materials, solid construction and was quieter than my old one. Plug in with the whisk bits if it is switched off. This is a good purchase for occasional use and does not feel cheap.
👤The hand mixer is thin enough to fit in a kitchen drawer and I liked the idea of it. The different speeds were great when we did some baking last weekend. I got a really fluffy cake. Just what I needed. My 3yo could help me mix the cake batter.
👤This is a very small mixer that can fit in a small storage room. After 18 months the clips on the beaters snapped off and the cable is stiff and won't let the mixer sit up properly.
The "Series" consists of SM 70, SM 70BC, SM 70BK, SM 55, SM-55BC, and SM-55BK. The stand mixer has a 304 steel bowl that is comfortable to operate. It is possible to choose from six speed options ranging from low to high, with precise control and planetary mixing action at each setting, which can meet all your food preparation needs. The tilt-head design makes it easy to install and remove the mixing attachment. The splash guard with access port helps add ingredients more quickly and prevents batter from spattering. The compact fuselage design saves space and keeps your counter organized. The perfect shape design is easy to clean. Professional electric stand mixer is FDA listed. Life-time customer service, one-year free warranty, and 3-month money-back guarantee are included.
👤The mixer is very good. I paid 250 for a KitchenAid mixer. My mom kept mine when I moved. I needed a new mixer for the holidays. This was perfect. It has high quality attachments, excellent speed and precision, and the compact size is perfect. This is a great choice for someone who doesn't want to spend a lot of money on a mixer. I can't recommend it enough.
👤The worst mixer we have ever owned. We do a lot of baking and needed a mixer that could handle all of the different types of dough. There is no slow and steady speed for the kneading of dough or working with icing with a large amount of powdered sugar. The instant you turn on the mixer to speed it, you can see that it makes everything fly out of the bowl and all over the room and the mixer, even with the included plastic cover. The speed goes from zero to mach one, then to mach two, and so on until there is no slower speed at all. The machine shakes like it is going to fall apart when mixing, which is why it has to have strong cups on the bottom. When making dough, it doesn't matter what type of dough you are making, it still ends up above the dough hook, wrapped around where the dough hook connects to the mixer, and into the crevices which results in black machine grease getting onto, and in, your dough. The pattern of the spin does not work well when working with dough, as it only spins around and does not adequately knead all parts of the dough, which also contributes to the dough immediately "climbing" the dough hook and blocking the space between the dough hook and the mixer itself. If the dough is too dense, it can't handle it and will start to smoke and turn off, so you have to leave it for a while. This has happened twice in a week when trying to use the mixer. This is incredibly inconvenient and the mixer is supposed to be more powerful. The attachment began to tarnish after being washed. When we received the attachment, it was nickel silver. It has been washed twice, yet it is dull and looks like a piece of silver. Don't waste your money on this mixer. We are not happy customers so we need to return asap.
👤I didn't open the box. I needed a second stand mixer for a project that would require the use 3-4 times in a week. I didn't think the mixers would allow use for longer than that. The drive unit was probably plastic and the moter was too light when I received it. The entire unit would weigh more than a 1000 watt motor alone. The motor is rated at 1000 watt but only if the drive shaft is attached. If I brased the body down and held the shaft by the dough hook, the motor wouldn't spin. I would have done this to prove my point. I bet I wouldn't be allowed to return it. The hand mixer from 1995 was made of plastic, but this device was lighter. The people who are just starting to cook are the ones who give the 5 star reviews. The unit will mix a cake if it's not very dense, but it will burn out in a short time. If you bought a pancake cake mix, I think it will do what you need for at least a little while. It might do the job for you if you are looking for a desposible mer. If you want a unit that will last a long time, you should buy a unit from one of the big 4 makers, even the low end units that are $200 or so will last you a decade of regular use.
Quality products and friendly lifelong support are what they provide 24/7. They can offer a full five-year quality guarantee if they are confident in the quality of COOKLEE cook mixers. There is a local maintenance point in California. The classically designed milkshake Maker can be used to relive the days of diners. Use the milkshake maker to mix drinks. It takes under 2 minutes to enjoy Thick milkshakes. You can choose between low and high speeds. Highly durable and food safe, the Spindle is made from STAINLESS steel.
👤Unless you want a thing that vibrates your countertop, don't buy this. Doesn't mix your ingredients. It doesn't come anywhere near the bottom of the cup.
👤The container shows a picture that makes you think it has standered paddles. It is a little round thing. The picture makes the mixer look bigger than it is. The only thing we like about it is its color, that's why we gave it a one.
👤There is a reason why it is so cheap. It doesn't mix well at all. Returned it. If you are a serious milkshake maker, spend the extra money and get a Hamilton Beach. My kids use peanut butter and cookie pieces, but it didn't mix well.
👤I was unsure if it would do the job after reading some reviews. I was happy to see that the mixing disk is made of metal, and the motor has plenty of power. It works well and looks good.
👤I had an old Farberware that I wanted to replace. The new one is easier to use than the old one. The cup would come off if you didn't get it right. You can move it up and down by pressing a button. It's very easy to clean by wiping it off or putting water in the glass. It makes a good thick shake for my diet shake.
👤This is great! It was simple to use and made a great shake. It is mostly made from plastic, but not a problem for me. It's not the best if you make a lot of shakes at once, but it's great for a small family or couple. The back has a switch that controls the speed. Then you put the cup in and it turns on. I had to wiggle my cup for a short time to get it smooth, but I think that is normal. It is great for what it is.
👤It does what it's supposed to do. There is no way to remove the mixing blade for cleaning. The button to raise and lower the head is not where I would expect it to be. That's just me. I find that it makes nice shakes when I use it frequently. I believe that thick shakes have more ice cream. It makes nice shakes if you put enough ice cream in the cup. One thing. It would be great to have a second cup to clean the mixer.
👤The mixer plate came off when I used it. It was very cheap. Very light. The color is beautiful.
👤This is like a child's machine. The spinning thing is too small to mix ice cream. We end up with a lot of milk. I can't ship back as I don't have the packaging.
👤If you want to make a milkshake with milk and ice cream, you need a cheap weak motor. If you only do syrup and milk, it will work because ice cream can't handle it. My blender is 10 times better than it was a few years ago, and can make ice cream, frozen fruit, and shakes, if you want to, because it's a cheap weak motor inside.
Kitchen sieves are suitable for cooking, whisking, beating and stirring. You can adjust the kitchen mixer to fit any baking recipe with 6 speeds. The hand mixer has 250 watt peak power. The bowl rest feature allows you to rest the hand mixer over the bowl, so drips don't get all over your countertop. Attachments that are versatile: The traditional beaters and whisk are included in the kitchen mixer. The hand mixer has a snap-on storage case.
👤This is not a smart purchase. I read reviews when I make purchases on Amazon, but rarely write them myself. You can see that the coating on the two blender heads is coming off in the close up photo I have uploaded. I noticed something shiny inside the cookie when I was eating it. I traced my steps to figure out what it was, and this hand mixer was the culprit. I'm pretty sure eating metal coating isn't good for you. The mixer attachment should be made out of steel, not chrome, as it's a kitchen appliance that's coming in contact with food and liquids. The whisker that comes with this is made of STAINLESS, and I'll continue to use that without any problems, because the manufacturer just tried to save some money by making it out to be made of STAINLESS. I only used the mixer once and used cookie dough inside a bowl. The chrome coating on the bowl came off because of the rubbing of the heads against it. It's not cool and should be taken off the market by Amazon.
👤The little mixer from Hamilton Beach exceeds my expectations. I like it because it serves my baking needs and doesn't take up a lot of space in my kitchen cabinet. I mix the ingredients to make cakes, brownies, muffins, waffles, pancakes, cookies, and dough for different breads. It works like a charm. It has 6 speeds and a burst button that adds a speed boost. It's easy to clean, and the best part is that the cord store makes it look neat and easy to use. The attachment and bin clicks on to the mixer itself for storage. It has a design at the end that makes it easier to put the mixer on the bowl. I thought it was pretty neat, and it keeps the bowl from tipping over and spilling everything. The tetris battle that I always lose is the reason for the attachment and cord to store together. You have to apply pressure to close the container. I haven't. I'm afraid I might break it, but for now the order that seems to do the trick is beater and whisk together then other beater across, pushed all the way down, cord and click. This hand mixer is a no-brainer for the price and function. It has been 6 months since I got my mixer and it is still working. Practice makes perfect, and now I don't have to keep all the cords. I have mixed batter for many things. The little mixer goes the extra mile. I am happy to use it.
👤The mixer had a broken case. No big deal. The product stopped working after 5 months. Hamilton Beach was contacted to replace a mixer. They said they would replace for free, but first they had to pay $11.49 for shipping and handling. The replacement of the mixer is not free because they are asking the consumer to pay for a new one, and that's why I wouldn't pay them. The first one only lasted 5 months, so why would I pay for another one? Don't buy from this manufacturer and go with another that will stand behind their products, they will last more than 5 mos.
It's a super function. Their stand mixer has a 500- watt motor, die-cast metal construction, and 12-speeds that allow for excellence in performing a variety of preparation tasks. Must-have features. There is a tilt-back head and one power outlet for optional attachments. Included: The chef's whisk, dough hook, flat mixing paddle, and splash guard with pour spout are included. Options and colors are available. All colors are available in Robin's Egg and Silver Lining. Refer to the user manual for questions surrounding warranty policies and the product is free.
👤There were a lot of mixed reviews. I was nervous when I bought this but I didn't want to pay more than my competitor. I have been making bagels and bread loaves for at least a month. The mixer is great. I saw a lot of reviews that said it didn't rub the edge or get all of the ingredients. You don't want it to happen. Over time the motor wears out and the bowl is damaged. I have made 15 batches of bagels and 10 loaves of bread and have not had to stop the machine to mix the ingredients. Dough is very difficult to mix and this one has no issues. It is large. For those wondering, this is a full size mixer. People said that the materials are cheap and the pivot snapped. Incorrect use. The thing is made of metal. This isn't a cheap mixer. I can see how some have snapped this if you rock the head back and let it slam open and shut. It is not fragile either. I am pretty sure it is from people carelessly opening it and closing it. The bowl is large enough for full and double batches and the mixing attachment is coated so they are easy to clean. Don't let the negative reviews scare you. This has been one of the better mixers I have purchased in the past.
👤I had this machine for two weeks and I loved it. I have owned several brands of stand mixers and always follow the manufacturer's recommended settings. I take care of my equipment. I called Cuisinart to get a shipping label for the repair of the motor after it started whining and the head became stiff. They said I would get my mixer back working in 3-6 weeks. I was fine with a refurbished unit if it worked. The package was dropped off after 4 weeks. I didn't get a call or email saying something had been shipped. I was home. It was not stolen. I would have never known that the package was taken if I hadn't been home. The item I received after 4 weeks of waiting was damaged so badly that it couldn't hold speed on a 1 and was making a loud grinding noise. I was told to send the unit in again and wait 3-6 weeks. The agent warned me that they couldn't guarantee the next one would be any better and that they wouldn't send a new one. The agent said they were sorry, but they don't have contact with the warehouse, so they assume the refurbished unit sent would have worked fine. They can't say why it's not and how the next unit will operate. Conair, the company that owns Cuisinart, has a strict company policy against sending out new stand mixers. Stand mixers are not allowed to be replaced with new ones under warranty. I was told by several agents that even if I had multiple broken mixers shipped, they wouldn't send a new one to make sure I got a working mixer. I was told that the warranty is deducted every 3-6 weeks. Depending on the shipment time, a second send in would take up to 12 weeks. They had a mixer, but it's still against my coverage. It is assumed that other replacement worked. It will take another 3-6 weeks to rinse and repeat. The only other option I was given was a line of credit at Cuisinart for the amount I paid with Amazon to purchase one over the phone at Cuisinart for full price. I would have to pay the price difference plus taxes and the shortened warranty period would still apply. Currently, Cuisinart charges $199. I paid for it on Amazon. In a call with an Amazon agent, Cuisinart confirmed this. They wouldn't budge on price or send a new mixer under warranty. I bought the Asurion protection with this item. Even if they weren't cooperating, Asurion couldn't step in until the entire warranty had expired. The protection plan is 2 years and the warranty is 3 years. I didn't know Asurion had a policy. I called Cuisinart many times. I had one of their agents laugh at me multiple times when I called about a broken replacement, and when I wanted an update during the 4 week period. I was hung up on. The agents were more interested in playing with each other than paying attention to their job. I waited on the phone for 45 minutes and was told to email their customer service because they couldn't help me over the phone. It was worse to email Cuisinart. It took over a week for a badly written response to be sent, and I am positive it was a bot. Each representative said they couldn't help me because they couldn't see my history. I had to repeat what I had said the first time I called. I reached out to Amazon Customer Service in desperation. They were able to resolve the issue within a day. It's going to be returned without a fee. My normal return period had ended because I had this mixer for so long. Amazon was very kind to back me up after I spoke with Cuisinart. They helped me get my Asurion protection refunded. I'm not sure if they did this because I bought it through them or because I used my Amazon credit card, but I'm very grateful. Thank you for your AMAZON customer service! You went above the call of duty to help. Thank you so much! If anyone got to the bottom of the long review and is still looking for a mixer, try Bosch. It's more money, but what a wonderful mixer. Their customer service is top notch. It's also made in Europe and here in the U.S.

👤Poor quality product. It was loud and didn't mix flour well. It's hard to clean. I decided to return the product immediately after using it for the first time. It was done twice before purchasing. I got what I paid for, that's a lesson I learned. Poor product. Do not recommend.
👤The little mixer has been useful. It works well and is not noisy. The bowl can be easily removed by turning it. The beaters and bowl are dishwasher safe. It has a switch on the base that can change the position of the bowl so that it can blend in the center or blend along the sides of the bowl. It is easy to remove bowl or beaters. I drag a silicone batter spatula along the sides to help remove any ingredients stuck to the side of the bowl. It looks great sitting on my counter top. I have always wanted a Kitchen Aid stand mixer, but until we win the lottery. This is a great alternative for a budget that is effective and cute.
👤This was the second time I used this. The blades have been difficult to insert. It worked the first time. The blade broke making mashed potatoes. You could see where the hinges were rusted. I just bought this. I have to make a new dish. I have to clean it up. Very disappointed.
👤I bought this even though I was told to save up for the 300$ brand. I've used this for 4 different cakes and it's worked great. All the reviews said it was not heavy enough to kill a man. The weight has not made it perform badly. It is starting to feel like all the reviews that said to just buy kitchen aid are lying. The brand looks cute.
👤This product was disappointing. I was surprised by how light it felt. It was very loud. I was hoping for something better than a handheld mixer, but I decided against it. Baking more than simple box recipes that don't require low or medium speeds is not recommended. This seems to have high speeds only. It was a big disappointment and I hate to be so negative.
👤The price of other stand mixers is much higher. Several batches of Oatmeal Scotchie cookies have already been made as well as several cakes with homemade frosting, which is a good thing, but the head tilt is a little awkward to manage, and the beaters are hard to remove, only one bowl. I would recommend this to a person with limited funds who needs a stand mixer. It does its job.
👤I just saw the price and it makes me angry. I paid a lot for this. It just stopped working after 6 months. How is it going for $37 now?
👤I love it! It works well, is easy to clean, and looks great in my kitchen. The lowest speed is still pretty high.
👤I was not sure if the mixer would work. It is light and flimsy, which was not surprising considering the price. I have used it a few times now and my initial impressions have been disproved. I've used it to make mashed potatoes, 2 very dense cookie batters, and a few other recipes. I wanted to know if it would be good for people with limited strength. It's light and easy to fit the bowl underneath, so it would be good for this purpose. I plan to buy one for my sister. She will be able to use the mixer easily. It's worth the low cost.
