Best Baking Molds Aluminum

👤I bought these because they were fair. When I baked the pies, I put the baking holders in the dough. The molds were difficult to remove after they had cooled. It was difficult to get the tarts out of the molds. My tarts were broken and distorted. These were not good. They got into the garbage. You get what you pay for. It's better to buy pre- nonstick molds.

👤This item is not good since it comes in contact with food. If you wash it and leave it in the dish washer for a day, it will rust on the edges and transfer the rust to other things.

If you make a light cake/cupcake recipe, it will not come out of the pan, no matter what you do or how much you clean it. I used the same greasing technique to make mini bundt cakes and they slid out in perfect form. Heavy cakes like bundts and teacakes are good for this pan. For people who can't figure out how to grease this pan, you can spray it with a spray and then lightly flour or cocoa powder it. The cakes should slide out.

👤The pan turns out to be a lovely little petit four. I used a denser pound cake type recipe after spraying baking spray with flour. The details were not lost when they came out. It was easy to clean the toothbrush I use.

Every single person got stuck in the pan. It was difficult to dig them all out and the pan never got fully clean. I don't think you should waste your money on this.

The top edge has a rolled-over treatment for strength. I've noticed no warp or deformity after weeks of use on top of my raw- burner propane heater. It was perfect for its purpose. Adapt, improvise, and overcome. My skin is happy. It would make a nice cake.

👤I used the pan to make flan because I wanted it for that purpose. I took the flan from the pan at the event and put it on the serving platter without any problems. It came out perfect. I sprayed the side with cooking spray and didn't need to run a knife around the edge. The flan was already loose and came out with no broken pieces as it was made in a different kind of pan. The quality of this pan is very good. I know I won't need another.

👤The pan is great for cheesecakes. The importance of using a water tight pan to keep the water out is not important to those of us that bain-Marie. I am not happy with using foil and other contraptions to keep the water out of the pan, and I have yet to find the perfect one. That is the reason I bought this pan. Every time, my cheesecakes come out perfect. I line the inside of the pan with wax paper and spray it with a spray of non-stick and the cheesecake comes out perfect every single time. The key is to let your cheesecake cool overnight in the fridge and then flip it on its base after you pull the parchment lining. You can dress your cheesecake however you please. It will increase your cheesecake skills to 1000.

👤I ordered it for Japanese Jiggly cheesecake. I have baked at least 10 jiggly cake with this pan. Doesn't stick or anything. I bake clean and no mistake. Didn't make me disappointed. I ordered a second one for my couisin. I believe it can be used for any kind of sponge cake. I highly recommend it. I can say the size is small to medium. I can have 8 slice cheese cake.

I baked this lemon and berry pound cake yesterday after receiving this pan. Although a pound cake is dense, you want it to be tender. Will not return to a standard pan. Pan was easy to use and deliver on its advertising. The cake tasted divine and was not burned.

👤There are no directions on the website. So here you go. The box holds 5 cups of batter. For 80 minutes, bake at 325. The heating rod is sold separately. The middle is done evenly. The cake stuck when I buttered the pan. The pan and heating rod were sprayed with cooking spray. That worked. It takes a long time to cool because it's so thick, so put it in the fridge for a few hours. The inside will fall out if you don't cool it completely and dump it out. Use a narrow bendable spatula to run along the cake and pan to make sure no spots are stuck. Wrap the cake in foil and freeze it. The cake is firm so it will be easier to decorate it. There are two cake halves in the pictures. If you want a perfect sphere, you have to put icing in the middle.

👤This pan is amazing. If you bake it correctly, you'll save yourself a lot of time and effort, because it is so large. Thank me later, first, prepare your pan with Wilton's cake release. I baked at 300 and dropped it to 300 again. The equivalent of 11 cups or 2 boxes of cake mix was a good amount. I prepared 15 cups but they were too much. I rested my pan inside a 6inch round and put it in the oven. It worked well. Fat Daddio has an awesome website that you should check out. Overall, I'm really impressed. I'm very excited to have this product in my collection. I bought a smaller hemi pan to make a pig for my daughter. I'm equally happy. The pans are professional and easy to clean. I'll probably never use another brand again.

👤I bake cakes for my kids birthdays. My son asked for a cake. I was thinking of a round cake and a Ninjago Ninja top. I decided to make a ninja head after finding so many better ideas. I had never used a pan with a dome. I didn't know how to look one. It was easy to clean, prepare, bake, and clean. I learned after my first try that you have to lower the temperature of the oven so that it doesn't get too hot. It took longer to bake but the results were better. I got a perfect hemisphere for the third time. I feel inspired to make more hemispheric cakes like a globe, sports balls, or even more ninjas after making Kai. I highly recommend this one for it's excellent quality, no scratches, no rust, no dents, and great even baking.
