There are 9. bake as usual, no need to change your batter or temperature The cons are 1. You can't use sharp tools with it. You have to remove cake from a pan before cutting it. I would recommend this set to anyone who likes to bake.

👤We just bought this set and we love it. I have used the loaf pan to make banana chocolate chip bread and the cake pan to make almond joy and they both work well. The almond joys are very sticky so it's great that I can just put it in the pan, put it in the freezer to set, and then store it in the fridge without having to treat the pan. The handles are very sturdy and make a great platform to hang onto. If you don't want to have to oil everything, this is a great set, it's not necessary to have these on a flat surface to fill them, there is no balancing them on a burner if you are short on space.

I was worried about the pans being stable like the traditional aluminum baking pans, but at first I was okay with that. I was surprised to see that the pans are not the same as the traditional pans. I was able to pop the cupcakes out without worry. It was very easy to wash. There was no need to "polish" the pans. I would recommend this product to others. In the second post you learned that you can only post 1 video at a time.

👤I bought this for the 8” pan to bake a birthday cake because I am an avid cook and baker. I have used it twice, and I regret buying it. There was a slight leak during the first use. The cake came out great. I dried it by hand and let it air dry. I put it away and it was fine. I noticed the pan was rusted after I baked another cake that called for the 8” pan. I was shocked that my baking/cooking pans had developed rust after only using it once, because I always take special care in the cleaning of my baking/cooking pans to make them last longer. I thought it couldn't be rust. Maybe it is leftover chocolate from a cake I made. I used it to bake my next cake after I cleaned it and scrubbed the areas with rust. There was more leaking this time. More than what I remembered from the first time, but nothing crazy. I put foil around the base to stop it from leaking and baked my cake. It baked well. I took extra precautions in cleaning and drying the pan to make sure it didn't have any leftover cake or rust. I left it to air dry after towel drying it. I checked it a couple weeks later after putting it away. And guess what? There was rust. The base of the pan doesn't fit in the round. There are gaps in the pictures and they don't fit together anymore. I can't use this again in the future. I paid a lot of money for pre-cut parchment because I won't be using the pans anymore. Great. I regret buying this because I thought it was a steal for the price and was influenced to get it by the large number of positive reviews. I will have to buy new pans. The brand names are slightly more expensive. Don't buy this product and spend your money.

👤I tried to bake a cake. The pan leaked and the cake came out mostly OK. The cake is difficult to release from the bottom plate. I think using a different batter type and using a different paper in the future will help. The offset spatula and icing smoother are in this set. I think I might be able to use these again for other things. Overall, I don't recommend this set.

👤I wanted a set of pans to bake cakes in when I started baking as a hobby. I didn't know that the pans were better for thicker batter, but it wasn't an issue. I put it in the water to see if there were any leaks. I put my cakes in the tin with some foil/parchment paper and it came out perfect. It was easy to remove the cake from the unlocked tin and make my life better. I used these tins to bake 3 cakes for my daughter's birthday and they all came out great. My next goal is to bake a cheesecake in these boys.

👤The pics don't show that "Chicago Metallic" is on the bottom of the pan. Everything you bake will have their logo on it. It's a pain to clean because you can't just wipe the bottom out, food gets stuck in that stupid logo! I would return them if I didn't need them for my daughter's birthday. Very upset!

👤These pans are not the same as a standard pan. The pans are on the left compared to the right in the pic. The ones on the left are very narrow and the one on the top has a lip. Not the standard depth, in my opinion. I did not remove them from the packaging. They were very sturdy. I will be back.

👤Do not purchase. The pans were completely useless for cakes. They were supposed to be round, but have now been damaged. My item was damaged when it was 3 days late. I thought these would be perfect, I needed new pans and thought they would be perfect. How will someone who bakes frequently hold up for weekly use if they can't hold up through shipping? I can't send out an order with these pans because I make and sell cakes. It's a complete and total waste of time and money. I don't like the pleasure of sending these pans back, and I don't like losing time and money. Do not waste your time.

👤I asked for a replacement because my first one was faulty. I think it was hit very hard. The middle sized one has too many scratches and the package was ripped, which was holding 3 pans. I think there is a chance that you get damaged ones, and that it can be difficult to return it.

I had no idea that the pan's lip was not bent all the way under until I opened it and saw my finger open. There was blood on my cake and counter top. If this is a random manufacturer error, check your pans when they arrive. I have been happy with the pans.

👤I have been using the baker for a long time and it works well, producing crisp loaves each time, and without the sticky-ness problem that others have reported. I have adapted Mark Bittman's "no knead" recipe, which uses 3 C flour, 1/2 tsp instant yeast, and 1/2 C water. In a large bowl combine flour/yeast/salt. Dough will be sticky. Put the bowl in a tight place. I let the dough rest for 14-16 hours at room temp. Liberally flour a large cutting board, place dough on it, sprinkle with a little more flour, and fold it over. Divide it into 3 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a shape. Allow to rise for about 2 hours. 30 minutes before dough is ready, put an empty pan on the center rack of the oven and bake it. After 30 minutes, lightly sprinkle some flour in the pan. It may look messy, but that's okay. For about 25 minutes, cover with a lid. Remove the lid and bake another 12 minutes. Or until it's gorgeously brown. It was cool on the rack. I don't need to put flour in the pan anymore. Clean-up is easy because they won't stick. I think the difference is the preheating of the pan in the oven.

👤This is a great baguette maker and the only one I've found that can make a good one is this one. It's impossible to stop these from sticking, so just tear a small piece for each baguette, and you can save yourself a lot of headaches. I marked it down to 4 starts because they could do more to prevent it from sticking, but also because it's hard to hold with oven mitts, and one day I'm going to drop it. I used the King Author French style baguette recipe. You don't need to be scared of wet dough, use oil and water to prevent it from sticking to your hands, and see the pics. I toast them before I eat even after they have cooled.

The sourdough Baguettes are 9 ounces and 70% hydration. The 15-minute time was followed by 12 minutes. The heat goes up to 500. I line each well with a strip of paper to facilitate higher hydration. The family is so happy that they always have Baguette with them. I can't say I'm to blame.

👤"WILL NOT STICK" is promoted. It is the most sticky thing I have ever seen in my life. The cheap pans for $10 are not sticky initially. It is a special sticky wonder. I was unable to peel the baguettes, so I sent them back. We guarantee it will not stick, so let them clean it themselves.

👤Excellent product! If you use the strips of paper, you'll be able to pry your baguettes out with pliers. There is a warning I burned my hand very badly when I removed the cover for the last five minutes of baking the bread. I was stupid for not using full oven mitts. I used pot holders to lift the lid. I didn't expect that much steam to still be present with the vent holes on top. My mistake. The hand was badly burnt. The bread and product is good, just use with care.

👤Absolutely amazing. The size and description of the molds are what the seller describes. The opening is exactly 6 inches long and 1.75 inches wide. They seem to have been made of quality steel. The best way to use them is to wrap Reynolds non-stick aluminum foil around them, which will make it easy to remove the cream horns and eliminate the need for washing them.

👤It was an experiment that took some practice but I got it. I used the recipe for the cheese biscuit. I stored the horns in a bag and used them as needed. I filled a few with a mixture of tuna and scrambled eggs. You can roll the dough into long strips. I stopped the dough from going up from the pointed bottom when I started wrapping it. Also, note: When releasing the baked horn, these cone molds are very flexible, which is helpful.

👤It's perfect for making Cuban pastries. I knew it required folded parchment paper. Excellent price and seems to last a long time. This is not a defect and is easy to clean. The rack I bought to hold them isn't tall enough and is flimsy, but I adapted it to work. They aren't really used for their intended purpose, but anyone making Capuchinos won't be disappointed.
