👤Very nice molds. It was my first time making cream cheese mints, and I am very happy with the result. I let some of them get a little warm before I popped them from the molds, so they lost some detail, but they worked very well! Everyone loved them! I'm sure they will work well for chocolate. I stopped using my molds for ice a long time ago because our water tends to leave deposits in them, but I'm sure they would work well for that as well. The molds are very soft. They are a bit floppy while carrying to and fro. May want a cookie sheet underneath for stability.

They are not big enough for a chocolate bomb. A good chocolate bomb needs at least 2.75” of width. I don't have what I need and I have wasted time and money. Maybe this will help someone else.

👤These were too small for hot cocoa bombs. For an 8oz cup of hot cocoa, you should use 4 cups of cocoa mix. The most you can fit in these molds is a little more than a quarter of a cup of hot cocoa. Adding 8oz of hot milk wasn't enough to add flavor. I needed more hot cocoa mix. These molds are well suited to make chocolate items. I wanted to give them a star because they are still good quality, but not what I needed. I added a picture of the mold with marshmallows inside to give you an idea of the size.

👤I have a very expensive baking pan. I bought it. I wasn't sure after opening it. It feels different than the expensive one. The expensive one is slippery. This did not. Nothing sticks to my expensive one. I used this muffin pan to make egg muffins. They are egg whites, salsa, and baked. Low calories. I was able to get them out with a knife but they left behind tons of egg which was very difficult to get out. I tried regular cornbread muffins. They left behind a lot of muffin and I had to scrub it out. I cooked both of the above recipes in a pan that didn't stick, and they popped out. This blue muffin pan feels porous, which is why stuff is sticking to it. You can save money by buying expensive silicone. The good stuff is very different in my testing.

Be sure to read their instructions. It can be too much. The pan can fit in your refrigerator. The chocolate can be disturbed if you handle alone. You can transport the refrigerator without messing up your work. When you spoon the chocolate into the molds, make sure to tap lightly on the surface to remove air bubbles and make sure it has spread thoroughly. To remove excess chocolate, use the straight side of a long knife. When it sets, any remaining chocolate around the mold will stick to it. It's easier to clean it off before setting than it is to trim it. I like setting in the refrigerator. The freezer can be used. I don't have enough flat surface there. Most chocolate can be kept in a sealed container for up to 3 weeks in a refrigerator. It depends on what you add to the chocolate. I have never known chocolates to last in my house for more than a few days. Try different flavors. Keep it simple if you are making these for gift bags. Go for the fun at the party. Lots to try, bacon, chili powder, almond extract, orange peel. A little goes a long way.

👤I really wanted to like these, but they don't like making pupsicles. If they are used for thicker liquid, they are okay, but they are so thin and flimsy. I am trying to get in the freezer and the liquid spills all over. If you make pupsicles for a frenchie, be careful because the paw mold can be fatal. If you have a tray that can fit in your freezer, this would be fine. The pupsicles are very cute and can be removed from the mold.
