1. Americolor Paste Color 4 5 Ounce Super

Americolor Paste Color 4 5 Ounce Super

The colors are made in the USA with high quality ingredients and are certified Kosher. Soft gel paste is kosher and made in the U.S.A., which makes it an effective coloring system. It has coloring strength that is superior to any other food color. The base ingredients allow the color to be dispersed quickly. The bottle has a flip-top lid. It will color the non-dairy whipped icings without breaking them down. You can achieve precise easy-to-repeat colors by mixing and measuring.

Brand: Americolor

👤I didn't find this earlier. I get true black after only 2 big drops. Not an entire bottle.

👤Americolor is my goto for a red color. I own a home based bakery that is always stocked. I don't want to run out. It's a good thing.

👤It's weird. It doesn't color all forms of buttercream in the same way. I made a cream cheese icing. After finishing the mix, it was a very bright red. I colored a swiss meringue buttercream and it was a red color. The red color of the cream cheese icing is the same as the red color of the meringue buttercream. It was very strange. The color is the same after a while for some buttercream methods and immediately for others. I don't want to start a project until I know how long it will take to get to the right color. Adding more gel won't change the color. You don't need a lot to get a bright red. It doesn't change the taste of the icing. I prefer the wilton color right method over a variety of colorants I've worked with. Americolor is too expensive to get the whole range.

👤The red was perfect for my cupcakes.

👤Americolor gel colors are very popular. They produce a bright color without using much. The fire engine red color is Super Red. Allow the red to develop overnight or at least 10 hours by adding enough to make a red. You don't have to add a lot of color to get a bright red. This product has no taste. It's also great for coloring.

👤I still use other brands, but I prefer americolor for its bright red and black colors. When you use this red, let it sit overnight. Time is needed to develop the color. Adding a lot of color to your frosting will make it taste bad if you try to get immediate results. It's important to let this sit overnight and rest.

👤Liquid food color is used for fake blood. A friend told me about using a concentrate and I bought it. It is amazing. A quart of clear corn syrup can only be made with a few squeezes. I have added black to make it look more realistic. If it works well for fake blood, it will dye food in any color you need.

👤The product received a perfect 5 stars. This stuff is very concentrated. I don't need a whole bottle to color red velvet. Customer service received 2 stars. Americolor has an issue with customer service. I called because I was having issues with my cupcakes burning after I only changed the dye paste, and they were very front-faced at the time, saying "Our product is not at fault." It has no burning point according to the MSDS. Our paste could not have caused your cupcakes to burn. Are you sure that you aren't just baking them for a long time? Goodness, that may be about not having a burning point. No attempt to help with anything. Immediate defense. I had to double pan to resolve the issue with burnt bottoms, I finally was able to find a solution. The only thing that was changed was the dye paste.

2. AmeriColor Dusty Rose Paste Color

AmeriColor Dusty Rose Paste Color

You can achieve precise easy-to-repeat colors by mixing and measuring. The gel food colour is formulated with the necessary die concentration. The bottle is.75 ounces. The colour is Dusty rose.

Brand: Americolor

👤The color can be used for any dessert. It's easier to measure how much coloring you're using with the dropper bottle. It's great for making anything that you can control how much gel goes in. I used this to make the cake in the picture. You can see the range of colors. You can make it a darker rose color than I tried.

👤This is a color that I love. If you throw a party with blush pink and rose gold, you should use this color. I used it to make a gorgeous ombré rosette cake.

👤This color was perfect for what I needed.

👤I was looking for a bright color to frost the cake. It's easy to use and not strange. Would definitely recommend!

👤Es un chiquito, pero el color is perfect.

👤I didn't have to miss colors to come up with the perfect rose gold. The cake turned out great.

👤I like the color gel coloring. It's pretty and has been used many times for decorating.

3. Wilton Performance Coloring Achieve Consistent

Wilton Performance Coloring Achieve Consistent

Everyone, everywhere, every day, has innovative products. There is a lot of inspiration. There is fun in the kitchen. This has been at the center of what they do for nearly 90 years. Whether you need to bring a special treat or host a party, they have it covered. Baking supplies come with 8 concentrated liquid food coloring with built-in droppers. Food coloring liquid gives vibrant colors and won't change the consistency of batter, icing, or frosting. The perfect color combinations can be found with the QuickCount chart. It creates bright colors or pretty pastels with royal icing, cake batter, fondant, and more. The food coloring is made in the USA.

Brand: Wilton

👤We made a cake with different colors. After tasting it for the first time, it was terrible but not horrible. We narrowed it down to the bites. This kit does not include the red coloring. Why would a food product have a bad option? They sell the non-terrible tasting red coloring separately. I was expecting better for a $20 kit of food coloring. I'm tempted to return the entire kit in case the other colors don't go well. Selling the "no taste" red coloring separate is clearly greed and has ruined my cake and left a foul taste in my mouth.

👤The colors that were supposed to be in the box were not sent to me. I bought the set to make a rainbow cake, but I am missing 3 colors. I have two bottles of pink, yellow, and brown. It was too late for me to come back. I am very unhappy with my purchase. I did what I could with the colors I was given. I'm not sure if I would buy this again.

👤Excellent color system! The idea is that you can change any color by keeping up with your drops. Okay. Get a system down first. It's liquid and according to how you squeeze it can affect the outcome. It's not a normal concern if it's a paying customer. Well. Some customers can be. I gave the bottle a hard shake and hoped it would be close to the same drop each time. The family liked them. That and friends are all that matters to me. I didn't follow the recipe exactly because it was working with 2 cups. Don't be harsh, I just started trying to make roses with tips. It's a good thing.

👤These colors are amazing. I use them to make my bath bombs brilliant. The colors work like magic from the deepest, darkest times to the richest, most vibrant ones. When making bath bombs, spray your ingredients with either 70% rubbing alcohol or a mixture of alcohol and witch hazel to get the dry ingredients to pop with color. Rub the mixture between your hands. It releases the color that is trapped in the dry mixture.

👤The bottles were not the right colors. We got two black, two brown, but no yellow, blue, green, or pink. There is a sticker on the box that says it has been inspected. Is it for what?

👤I needed a red dye that would turn my cake red instead of the red dyes that you use to get pink in the end. This worked well. I used more than 40 drops as the package recommended. I used a little red color along with a lot of red drops. I will buy again in the future because it gave me what I needed. My buttercream still turned out perfectly despite the added water from the food coloring. My daughter's 2nd birthday cake was a hit.

👤Unfortunately these dyes your mouth, especially the black and dark colors. The color chart is very good.

Brand: How To Look Pretty

👤I was assured that they were all natural, safe, and that they had propylene glycol in them. I know it is aPreservative used in many things. It is a carcinogen.

👤There is a stain. Do they stain? My skin will be pink for at least a week and my counter top stains are not even budging with orange peels. There is a lot of pink.

👤The food coloring we've used is very good. There is a It is odorless and tasteless. Great packaging. If you do a lot of baking then you will most likely use food coloring and this is a great set. Blending my own colors is usually easy but some of them are not. The first specialty cake making experience was dominated by this dye. The colors look great. Add a little color to your fondant with a toothpick and add a little at a time until you reach your desired color. These will last you a while as they come very bright. It is flavorless and can be used in cake mix, frosting or even fondant. My kids are playing with dough and playing with slime. There are so many ways to use.

👤These were used to color the frosting for cupcakes. This was my first time using food coloring and I am new to baking. It's hard to mix basic colors with the bright ones. The liquid was concentrated. It doesn't taste bitter and you don't need much. The collection of digital recipes is amazing. After filling the baking cups with the cupcake batter, I mixed it with a toothpick. This set is going to last me a long time and will be nice for coloring icings for cookies I make for different holidays through the year. I was using them for different crafting projects with my kids. Highly recommended!

👤I think the product has a high value compared to the food coloring sold in grocery stores, and also to comparable products online. This one is 10 liters. The color is vibrant, so far I've tried making a small batches of sugar scrub with only 1 drop of kiwi, it mix well in this oil based medium, I'm looking forward to making more home and kids project with these beautiful colors!

👤The minimal ingredients made me happy. Don't care for one of them. I needed something quick before holidays, but I didn't have anything in local stores. There is an aftertaste to the colors that I got, but they were great. I'm not fond of it. I have a dairy allergy so I made a vegan buttercream frosting. Didn't see any other reviews that mentioned a bitter aftertaste. I will use the rest for craft projects.

👤I was worried that they wouldn't be as good as the reviews said, but it worked out for our first cake. The labels could be adjusted to match better. I like the names of the colors. Went off of that.

👤I used it to color spaghetti with children. The children's hands were stained from the bright colors. If you don't use vegetable oil on your hands, you will have a hard time getting it off your hands.

5. Chefmaster Cake Supply 2 Ounce Liquid

Chefmaster Cake Supply 2 Ounce Liquid

It is made in the U.S.A. and used to color chocolate, candy centers, or hard candy. Slowly add more color, one drop at a time, until desired shade is reached. You can achieve the shade you want without watering down your product by adding just a small amount of this concentrated formula.

Brand: U.s. Cake Supply

👤I bought this set to color candy. I needed it for a project and it was a fairly expensive purchase, but I needed it for it. The bottles are larger than standard food coloring and it colored my chocolate and candy melt like a dream with no seizing and did not affect the flavor. My box arrived with a mess and a spilled color. When I returned the item for a replacement, Amazon said it was not a returnable item and I couldn't go further. I was angry and took photos, but I found a toll-free number and called them directly, even though I had left a negative review. They were very nice and sent a replacement. I only mention this because the lids in my box were loose and I can see how this could be a problem for others.

👤Two of my colors spilled. They don't color what they are supposed to. I got purple after adding blue to my chocolate. I added black. I got brown. I got a white spec on my cake pop. It's expensive and not worth it. This is the first time I have ever reviewed something because it's not fair. Don't buy.

👤Absolutely loved it! I almost didn't buy them because of the reviews I saw. They were completely sealed. It has a little color wheel. I use these for melting chocolate and they don't change the flavor or texture of the chocolate. Love it.

👤It is cheaper to buy them individually. These colors are great. I am not sure if other reviewers just got a bad chocolate or if they just got a bad chocolate. The colors are vibrant and they didn't break. I love them. Will return!

👤The colors won't come out right if you don't know how to use them. It is necessary that chocolate is at a neutral temp. It will change the look if it is too hot. If the candy is too hot, you may notice white specs after it dries. Black and white will make gray, so they put it in white chocolate. You only mix black with dark or milk chocolate because of that. They give you a color wheel for a reason. You don't need a lot, I can control the shades by dropping a lot or a little.

👤Don't buy this! It seizes up your chocolate and doesn't turn it into a color you want. I don't know if this is a real Chefmaster candy color or a fake. I wasted my money because it did not work properly, so beware, you cannot return this item.

👤I bought this brand because it has lots of chocolate strawberry. I was surprised to see that the website for chef master doesn't have a big pack of all the colors, but Yuen's does, and they have a set. It is cheaper to buy 2 ounce colors on the website. My package did not come with spills. There were no weird flavors in the chocolate. I only tried purple for now. It was kind of. I like the purple of the Wilton. Consistency of my chocolate was not affected. It is a great investment for my chocolate covered business as many people want the fun colors. I have a normal food coloring that comes with a color wheel, but the color wheel isn't right for me. It works better if you figure the colors out on your own.

6. Wilton Icing Colors 8 Count

Wilton Icing Colors 8 Count

A great travel container for camping, hiking, picnicking, and home. The consistency of your cake batter or icing won't be changed by the formula. There are leaf green, lemon yellow, christmas red, sky blue, brown, orange, pink and violet. There are eight ounces. There are 28.3 g of jars. Milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and shellfish are all processed on equipment that is certified Kosher.

Brand: Wilton

👤I needed royal blue icing for a cake I was making, so when I clicked on the product, I immediately bought it. Come to find out that is not the picture you are looking at. You get a different box of colors with the set. I should have read the description to make sure I was getting what I needed, but why would the first picture on the product be incorrect? They need to remove the photos that depict different colors.

👤I wanted something affordable for coloring home made frosting and cakes. I decided to buy this after careful consideration because I was worried about getting repeating colors. Everything worked well and the cakes were perfect. The red doesn't have a lot of color. I had to add a lot of gel dye to get it to red in the picture and you could taste the color. Everything else is great.

👤The food coloring is intense. Why is the meh rating so low? I had to use a sharp knife point to get the foil off the suckers, there was no edge to grab, so I had to open the foil lid. Guess what? You end up with food coloring all over your fingers, and it's hard to get it off. The product is great if the packaging is designed by someone who doesn't use it.

👤I was very excited about this set. I needed a variety of gel colors at a low cost because I make all of our sensory and play stuff at home with a toddler all day. I knew I might have an issue with the red, because of all the other reviews. It's supposed to be Christmas red, so you would expect a deeper shade. I only got the bright pink color after using half of the container on just one cup of pasta. The other colors that I've tried are yellow, blue and green. The blue and green are not as bright as you might think.

👤The classic pots stink because they came out with the Wilton Color Perfect kit. It took 30 minutes for each color to be created. It is not that much more expensive in retrospect if you just spring for the color perfect system. The Color did not taste bad, but neither does it. You end up using 3 times as much to get vivid colors with the pots as you do with buttercream frosting. Maybe these are for royal icing. Don't expect these to color your buttercream with an efficiency.

👤I received an 8-pack of color gels a couple of days ago. I decided to open the package even though I didn't need them yet. The box they came in was in perfect shape. I removed the tops of the individual jars and saw no open or damaged seals. The jars were perfectly sealed and the tops were a tiny bit loose, but I realized if the lids had been tightened the pressure could have cracked. I didn't want to break the seals since I wasn't going to use them yet. I will make another review if there is anything wrong when I open them. At this point, they are all perfect. I plan on opening them before my window closes.

7. Cake Coloring Liqua Gel Decorating Primary

Cake Coloring Liqua Gel Decorating Primary

The Liqua-Gel colors are made in the USA and are used in cake decorating. It is easy to mix and distribute colors. You can add "drops" for easy-to-repeat colors whenever you want, because the gels come in flip-top bottles. Gels are resistant to bleed and will not break down. For use with buttercreme icings, cake batter, cookie dough and more. The colors are made in the USA with high quality ingredients and are certified Kosher.

Brand: Us Cake Supply

👤I used this to make Mint Chocolate fudge, and the green was melted white chocolate. Did not cause my fudge to break up. I'm going to use white chocolate bark for strawberries and cherries in a couple of weeks. Will be using it for treats. Will post photos regardless of how they turn out. I don't have anything bad to say about this product. It's more liquified than a paste, so I give it 4 stars. The mint and chocolate P-nut butter and oatmeal were in the container and were being used for my grandsons.

👤Wow. All other reviews talk about how to use this food dye. I wanted to make a rainbow cake for my son's birthday party. It was very cute. I will purchase this product again. Would definitely recommend!

👤I just received my package. Food coloring was all over the box. My wife looks like she got into a fight with a rainbow because her hands are all stained. The whole thing had to be thrown away. Nothing was salvaged.

👤Even after shaking vigorously, these were more liquid than gel. The caps don't have a seal on the opening where the product comes out, which leads to them leaking. The colors aren't bad, but you have to use a lot if you want more than a light pastel, with the exception of yellow which is bright and lovely. I will not be buying these again.

👤We wanted to make an Elmo cake. It worked well. It didn't change the flavor of the frosting and it didn't require a lot of coloring. The colors were perfect. We used chocolate frosting for the black parts.

👤When I added this into my cake batter, I added in a few extra drops. The cake came out bright and colorful. Everyone was surprised to see how well the rainbow cake turned out. I would buy this food coloring again. You don't need as much.

👤If I was making a small amount of frosting or batter, they were nice colors. It took about 1/3 of a bottle to get close to what I wanted. If you wait a bit and let it sit, the color will change by itself. I tried everything but paste for large amounts. The colors are great.

👤6 colors is enough for a cake. I created a new color. The black is very dark. It is easy to fail if you add black color.

8. Wilton Candy Colors PkgPink Violet

Wilton Candy Colors PkgPink Violet

The Wilton Candy Melts brand coating is sold separately. There are jars of candy colors.

Brand: Wilton

👤I am very disappointed in this product. I bought it to color chocolate decorations my students were making for Easter, and I teach home ec. I opened the box and there was purple coloring everywhere. My hands look like they're from a movie. The end result was not worth the time I spent using the remaining colors. I think the black coloring took my white chocolate out of my temper. I spent a little more on a better product because I should have known better.

👤Had I seen the jars they are in, I wouldn't have ordered them. It's hard to pour the amount you need or put a spoon in it because the jar is small. It would be better if they were in bottles. If you don't pay attention to the size of the jars, the box is misleading.

👤We used them to paint chocolate from the cups. I don't think they would work well mixed into the chocolate to color everything, as it would be hard to get enough product to provide any kind of saturation, and it would take a lot of product to provide any kind of saturation. A great product for painting.

👤The colors are very bright and compliment the white chocolate candy melts. They come in jars with a foil seal that needs to be removed. It would be better if it was a squeeze bottle. We only needed 5 droplets to see the gorgeous color. To make an enlarged hole, we pierced the foil with a toothpick. This seemed to be the least messy.

👤I like the dyes. It's not a squeeze top, that's the only issue with it. I poked a tiny hole in the foiling lining to let the dye drop into my candy. The colors worked well with my white candy melts.

👤I love these! They work for any brand of chocolate. I used them on almond bark and Ghirardelli chocolate. The pink is hot and nice to use.

👤I looked at my colorants and they were all full, but the caps were not, and the inside seals looked like they had been pasted on.

👤It was awesome that product came in way before it was supposed to. I suggest that it be packaged in a box because it was smashed. The products were sealed and luckily did not leak out, but I think it's a bit foolish to just pop something like this in a bubble bag and ship it. I have a lot of color gels and sometimes they leak, so I might keep that in mind. Everything was great.

👤They certainly didn't miss a beat, and I've been looking for them for a long time. I was impressed by how far they traveled. I thought I wouldn't get much done with these, however I tried the pink and it didn't look like any was missing from the small tub, but I got an amazing beautiful pink. The rest of the colors were the same, apart from the black that seemed to take more to achieve black, it was more of a brownish muddy colour, but another tiny amount achieved black, but it was great value and I didn't think it would last as long as the other colors The violet is gorgeous, I added a touch more and got a deep purple, you can have lots of fun mixing and changing colors.

9. ChefMaster 13436 Craft Supplies Multi

ChefMaster 13436 Craft Supplies Multi

It's great for coloring cake batter, icings, eggs and more. Liqua-Gel is an effective food coloring. It is easy to mix vibrant colors and provide consistent tones without changing the texture of your product. Home users can easily use Liqua-Gel. There are bottles of gel food coloring in this package.

Brand: Chefmaster

👤I went to questions and found an answer to the question. When I received the product, it listed high fructose corn syrup, red dye and other harmful ingredients. I can't return the product. Really disappointed.

👤I used to be a professional cake designer so maybe my standards are a bit high, but these are just ok. Some of them exploded when they arrived, others were difficult to open, and I stained my hands trying to open them. I like that there is no taste in these. The colors are off from what is on the lid. You don't need a lot of these. It never gets to be black. It stays gray. I thought the pots of coloring would be easier than the bottles, but not sure they are as good. I like the color variety, but it doesn't have the options that Wilton's does.

👤My candy apples had amazing color added to them.

👤There was misrepresentation of the ingredients. The seller lies about the ingredients in the Q&A section. These aren't returnable. Don't be fooled. There is no beets for coloring or anything like that. Straight up Red 40 and the like. These aren't safe if you're looking for food coloring.

👤There are a couple of issues with these colors. The pic looks lovely, but the colors I wanted were not present. I spent too much time trying to fix them. The leaf green was a neon grinch colour with just one or two drops and the deep pink had an orangy undertone. The foil protection on the bottle is hard to get off, and they darkened considerably over time, more so than other brands I've used. I made a mess trying to open them. I was disappointed.

👤I have never had an issue with my chef master colors before, but this time when I ordered and opened the box, I found white chunks in my orange gel coloring. I have never seen any of them do this before, it is very stiff compared to the other colors. Doesn't look very appealing, but not sure if that's normal or not.

👤It worked well for coloring candy.

👤This coloring is very easy to color. The mix is very bright and evenly distributed, it is not too thick or messy. We met purple and pink to get the rosie color on my daughter's cake.

10. Watkins Food Coloring

Watkins Food Coloring

Derived from pure vegetable juices and spices.

Brand: Watkins

👤I bought these thinking they were natural, but after reading someone else's review, I realize they are not. I'm not sure how they can put 100% natural on the label. I could have bought the coloring at the store and gotten a better result. I used it to color the cake batter. The package doesn't say not to use in baking. The batter was vibrant and beautiful when I mixed it with the colors. The cake layers were baked in the oven. By the time the layers were done cooking, the colors were gone. The emerald green layer looked like a fuzzy mold. I don't recommend buying these. I will never do that again. They are not natural.

👤I have tried many natural food dyes to accommodate my customers. I liked these because they are less expensive than other brands and the colors work great in natural dyes. These are not made with 100% natural vegetable juices and spices as the package claims. I was really disappointed after reading the ingredients and realizing they still contain chemicals I was trying to avoid. I really wanted to like these.

👤Polysorbate 80 is one of the ingredients that can make you claim to be natural.

👤Natural colors! I was able to do a rainbow cake with those great colors.

👤The red coloring has sugar in it. My son has a very restricted diet and he cannot have sugar. He was excited to be able to make things red. The green was so thick it wouldn't drain out of the tube and the lid popped off, dumping half of the bottle into the frosting I was making. The colors are lovely and I appreciate having a natural alternative. I wish I'd read the ingredients before ordering. This is not what I was hoping for. If you buy them, be aware of the viscosity and remove the lid if they get thick.

👤Other reviewers have noted that the red comes out more purple. The blue and green are lovely shades of calm. I had an issue with one bottle being blocked with a strand but it was removed and the bottle worked fine. If you don't expect these to be like artificial dyes, you'll enjoy them. I used them to color. I tried to combine yellow and red to make orange, but ended up with brown. After sitting in the fridge overnight, that became muddy yellow. Not sure if you could make orange with this set. I made a purple with red and blue.

👤I needed a small bottle to get a green color in the dough for my Christmas cookies, but I bought this to make them. I baked the first batches and low and behold the cookies are pale in color and the kids like them, but the rest had to be decorated with red and green sprinkles. I have never had a problem with the products I have bought before. I think it's a good idea to say on the label that it's all natural and juices and veg are used in the manufacture, but if it's not going to hold a color in baking I think it's a bad idea.

11. Cake Supply Chefmaster Airbrush Pearlescent

Cake Supply Chefmaster Airbrush Pearlescent

The highest quality food colors can be found in the Airbrush Colors, which are the most concentrated and truest colors available. There are easy-to-use flip-top dispensers for the colors. These intermixable airbrush colors can be used to achieve an endless spectrum of magnificent colors. It's perfect for use on cakes, gum paste, fondant, pastries, sugar paste, icing, isomalt, and more. The colors are made in the USA with high quality ingredients and are certified Kosher.

Brand: U.s. Cake Supply

👤I bought these colors to use on strawberries and cake pops. It took a few coats to get the look I was looking for.

👤I use Americolor or Wilton gels for coloring icing and do not yet have an airbrush, but I knew I wanted a silver metallic look for a project I was doing. I began researching. The set offered a nice selection of colors. I got it even though it's intended for airbrushing. I thought I could paint with it. I mixed a few drops of the metallic silver and red with one or two drops of high-proof alcohol and painted over royal icing as shown in the photos of my Day of the Dead cake. I applied three coats of silver and red to her lips. The red looked dull until about the third coat. I was ready to stop decorating at the point where I was satisfied. I mixed the red and blue to get a deep purple for the spider on the side, but I couldn't get the color I wanted so I added Americolor Regal Purple and it turned out the way I wanted. I'm happy with the results and I got this set. The silver color on the filigree and daisies and the red color on her lips are shown in the photos. I cannot comment on the Chefmaster gold because I already have other products I wanted to use up. I tried the Chefmaster gold on a daisy. It was pretty, but it was yellow gold. I only applied one coat because I wanted to use up what I already had and save time. The gold would have produced the same results as the silver if I'd painted the same three coats.

👤I read through the description a number of times before I bought them, but I didn't see anything about the metallics needing to be washed. I found out where the metallics have to beDiluted after having to tear it down. I assumed that there would be something in the product box to tell me if they had to be changed. There is a Otherwise, they were pretty.

👤I like the colors. They are metallics. I have a cheap airbrush that isn't very strong, which is the only problem I ran into. It won't spray the color because it's too thick. I used a paintbrush. The colors of my machine are amazing.

👤I used the gold and silver colors to paint chocolate gears, cogs and screws to look like old medals, and then used them to decorate cupcakes for my son's birthday. They were a hit at the party and turned out better than I anticipated.

👤Great product. The colors are very bright. I used a paint brush to apply them to dried fondant. I would buy this paint again since it was my first time dealing with it.

👤I don't know if I used them wrong, but I didn't care for them. I was disappointed that they didn't work well on the chocolate that they were supposed to paint, because I wanted to make a tool box cake. I understand that this is not what they were made for, so that's probably my fault. The picture was attached to the cake. The nuts and bolts on the bottom were painted with silver and beaded up, and the tools on top were just colored candy melt. It looked like an old tool, but it wasn't what I was looking for. I made sugar cookies with royal icing and tried to use silver and blue to color it. It took a lot of coloring to get a light color into the icing, but I made a small amount in my mixer. The blue I used was a baby blue and didn't have the metallic sparkle that a lot of the pictures show. The silver was almost like a pearl color and not vibrant at all. I wonder if they changed the formula or if I just got a bad one. I wanted to use them again, but I was disappointed.
