👤The paper is helpful with many cooking tasks. I've tried many papers. The roll with the grid lines is the basic one. This roll is even better because it has a useful grid. The quality of the paper is good and it gets the job done. I mean a huge bonus when I say that using the grid lines to cut just the size I need is a huge bonus. Precut sheets have their own flaws, but they are almost as good as a precut sheets. The roll is not a five star item in my mind because it comes out of the box and is not easy to cut. This has happened many times so it isn't a random occurrence or I'm not gifted with parchment. I haven't found a perfect solution yet and I have tried a few. If I had to buy it again, it would be this one. The grid lines elevate it beyond most of its competitors.

👤Even though I care, I really want to hate a product called "If You Care." It was sanctimonious. This is the best paper out there. This is the only one of the many that I use in the kitchen that never fails me. It can be set on the stone or steel if I want, and it can stand up to a long oven. Great stuff.
👤I almost didn't buy this because there wasn't a cutter on the box. We need things to be simple in our house, but that was almost a deal-breaker. I'm glad I picked it up. It's really nice. We had previously bought the white stuff, so I was not sure how this would be different. I like that it seems a little thinner. It's easier to lay flat compared to my old stuff. I baked a sheet of turkey bacon and some fish. The turkey bacon was very good and did not leak through to the sheet pan underneath. I had more oil and liquid on the fish. This made it easy to clean up. I think I have found my new paper. The lack of a cutter was not an issue. Pull the paper out, press down on the lid, and you will be able to pull it to the place where a cutter is normally used. It tears very cleanly. There was no metal cutter needed.

👤Am I missing something? When folded in half, my sheets measure 12x16. I thought they were individual 12x16 sheets. It says 12x16 on the box. They seem to be fine. The seller contacted me immediately after my review and sent me the correct product for free, so I could keep the 16x 24 sheets. 👤These sheets are beautiful. It's easy to use. Nice and heavy. I am buying more for my daughter as well. The box was the only downside for me. One end needs to be sealed. When I picked up my box, the sheets slid out on the floor. I will close the end next time. Good product, small fix. I'm not sure if they come in half sheets, but I will buy them.

👤I use this for baking and it was disappointing. It's not close to what I've used before, but it's not heavy duty. I was able to make bread multiple times with those sheets. They can't be trusted to pull a loaf of bread out of a Dutch oven without it breaking. Maybe I got a bad one, but I am not very happy.

👤The quality of the paper is not as good as pre-cut paper. After using cookie dough with butter or oil, the paper is very thin and the grease that comes from it will soak into the paper and leave a greasy mess. I haven't used the paper since the grease can't be wiped away. I have not yet been able to reuse it under something that is less oily or wet. 👤Does it really need a review? I got a bargain when I bought this. The double pack for the price was a better deal than a single roll, because of the square footage. The prices are constantly changing so your mileage may be different. The pop ups are convenient as you don't have to worry about the roll. I prefer using foil in some instances. I use it to line a cookie sheet because it doesn't affect the temperature and it makes it easy to clean up. I like using it to line my counter tops when I prepare messy food. I can just throw out my mess if I take it to the trash or compost.
