Best Baking Organizer Storage Rack

👤This is great! I was able to squeeze it into a cabinet that had a smaller opening than the actual size, despite it being well constructed and sturdy. After it got past the narrow opening and into the cabinet which was slightly wider than this product, I popped it back into its regular shape. I wouldn't try to squeeze it into an opening that's less than the actual width. I appreciate that it is coated, so I don't have to worry about the metal rubbing onto the metal, which could cause scratches and rust.

👤This is a great item. It does what it is supposed to do and now my cabinets are less cluttered. I use it for my Pyrex pans and will be getting another one.

👤When I looked at the picture, I thought it was small. It's not worth it to pay for the return shipping. The space between the racks is large and I could fit a few wooden cutting boards between them. It takes up a lot of space on my counter, and all of my cutting boards fit into 2 slots, so most of it is empty space. I think I could use it for holding bakeware upright, but my cupboard is too small to hold cookie sheets. upright. If you have a lot of counter space or a lot of cutting boards, I would only recommend this.

👤This product was added to my kitchen. It holds my pan set, a circular metal pizza pan, two half-sheet baking pans, my baker's rack, and three thick cutting boards. When I'm digging out a pan, I don't have to clatter around. I don't have to curse because my cutting boards are falling onto the kitchen floor. I have to use my back to pull items out of a cabinet because nothing gets stuck in the deep crevices. There were no more scratches on my pans. This is not full between the slats. If you don't buy any other storage help for your kitchen, I recommend you buy this! It was worth every penny. I shift under the weight on it and it doesn't slip around. The white exterior is not split or scratched. I would not be able to organize kitchens that I design for others without this item.

👤The rack I did for my kitchen cabinets was one of the best I have ever done. I use it to hold my baking pans and cookie sheets, which makes it easier to use them. I use my pans and sheets more often now that they are easy to get around. I'll probably get a few more of these to organize my pots and cutting boards, so that I can keep track of them. It's coated so that it won't rust, and that's my favorite part. It's footprint is very small. I can put it almost anywhere and still be saving a lot of space.

👤I bought the shorter pan dividers. The top portion of the cabinet is not large enough for the 3 dirty pans in the sink. The model that I love is made of thin metal, but is very sturdy and heavy for the size. If you have different height pans, I highly recommend buying the set. The plastic feet keep it from sliding. No more clanging pan stacks. There is room for my pizza pan that is too high to fit in a slot. Massive improvement.

👤I have been fighting cookie sheets and cutting boards falling out of my cabinet for years. They were flopping around in the storage area until I bought the mdesign organizers. Why didn't I buy this thing a long time ago? The cabinet is clean and organized. No more having to pull out cookie sheets from the floor. This issue was taken care of by the organizers. It was quick and easy to install. A lot of baking sheets and cutting boards are held in this Sturdy and holds a lot of baking sheets and cutting boards. Even an older lady like me can install it. Measure and order. I have the best storage area for my baking sheets and cutting boards. I waited twenty years to get organized.

👤I bought two of them to use in the kitchen. They were mounted side-by-side for me. There is a space to fit two plastic cutting boards, but one is against the side of the cabinet. There is room on the side for my roasting pan. Look at the picture. They seem to be strong. I think they will last a long time. My husband had to use shorter screws since they were longer than the bottom board of our cabinets.

👤We purchased this to make it easier to find things rather than stacking them, so that our sheet pans, cooling racks, cutting boards could be stored in a cabinet above our oven. It works well for these types of things, but we can't use a muffin tin because our pans are too deep to fit. It's a better way to organize things and make them easy to find and put away, so we're using it for the rack.

👤I don't know why I didn't do this sooner. The baking pans are in a cabinet above the oven and no one wants to open it because it falls. We thought we would build something but never did. I thought I would try it. Love it!

👤I was happy that the rack could be used vertically or horizontally, that meant it was sturdy. I didn't know how to mount it on the side of my cabinet. The round frame was pre-drilled with 4 screw holes, 2 on each side, which is a plus. Presuming mounting in sheetrock or concrete, the plastic anchors and long screws were included. There were no screws to hold the cabinet together. I had screws. It was difficult to tighten the screws near the back of the cabinet. A rachet wrench, extensions, and aPhillips bit did the job.

👤These looked nice in the picture and indicated they were heavy duty enough to hold my cookware. Nope. The weight of the pans made them fall over. The shelves were not wide enough to hold my narrowest Le Creuset or Staub dutch ovens. It was either a skillet or a braisers. I got them for more than just skillets. The shelves weren't big enough to hold a 10 inch skillet.

👤The two storage units can be placed upright or flat, which is very convenient. They're made of heavy duty black iron metal, and are great for holding different sized fry pans. They were packed and undamaged when they arrived. Very pleased with the purchase!

👤I love this whole thing. It makes reaching things much easier. It's very sturdy and handy. I knocked off one star because it wasn't wide enough to hold my larger pieces. I am still happy with it.

👤This is for a large cupboard. I had to lean over and lift a heavy stack of cookware to get what I needed. I put these two in the corner so that I can easily slide out whichever pan I need. I wish I had done it sooner.

👤A cupboard organizer that works! When I realized I was avoiding certain baked goods because it was difficult to find the right pan, I set out to find an organization solution. I decided on these based on the reviews. Best decision ever. I ordered 3 more after they were filled up. They are great. The design is simple and stable, and the flexibility of spacing setup makes it super flexible for whatever you need. The setup requires the 'M' rod things to be placed into small holes on the sides. I squeezed the 'M' to get the other end in after placing one end in. It doesn't take much strength or pressure to get them all in, I have arthritis and had no issues with it. I left off the one end rod at the back end, but found the items were more stable with rods on both ends. The 50056 model is the one purchased. They worked great for everything I put in them. I gained easy access to my pans, even though I didn't gain any extra space. The days of emptying the cupboard to find a pan are over. The before and after photos are of me. The contents of the cupboard were the same, except for the pitcher and egg keeper.

👤I picked this up to hold my pans. I had to dig one out of the stack and put it back in because I was keeping them stacked on top of each other. I keep them in the lower cabinet. This rack is perfect for holding a mini frying pan, two small frying pans, and 2 large frying pans. I pull out the one I want. No more stacking them on top of each other. The product is easy to set up and I have no complaints about it.

👤I was hoping it would fit sideways, but it's too big. I put it that way because it fit longways. The problem is that the lids don't fit the way I want them to, so I had to put them into slots, skipping every other slot and limiting the slots to 5. It doesn't work at all because it's difficult to get the lids out and it's hard to get the cutting boards in the right place. I don't have as much space as before. I own a bag and lid organizers and feel they are overpriced. It needs to be Abt an inch smaller to fit into the lid slot in our kitchen cabinets. The shelves are pressed wood and have magnetic latches. The pic is collapsing. I wish they could make it reizable.

👤It was kind of disappointing. I like the product. I can use it now. I have a small cupboard. The handle needs to rest on the bottom in order for this to work. My top shelf is not deep enough and the handles hang down, which causes the pan to fall out. It raises the pans up so my large pans can hit the drawer above. I need to figure out a puzzle and I'm not giving up. Just need a bigger cupboard.

My partner loves this organizer. I don't have to worry about scratching up my non sticks because they have a perfect spot. It was easy to install. Highly recommended.

👤It was too light-weight to hold frying pans. It was not usable even if it was sturdy enough. There are pads on the bottom rails to prevent scratching the countertop. They give you 8 pads in a bag and tell you to put them on. The problem is that the rods are welded to the frame rails at both ends. Unless you break the welds, there's no way to slide them on. Don't waste your time on this trash. Returned worthless immediately.

👤I used this to prop up cutting boards. It works well, and cutting boards aren't light. There is a Leave it be once you assemble it. If you try to move it from one place to another, it will likely pop apart and require reassembly, as the uprights are only held in place by pressure. If you dropped it and exploded the whole thing, it would only take 2 minutes.

👤It was easy to put together, but it barely holds my pots and pans. The cast iron ones don't hold if you use it with the handle to the side, and the dividers pop out constantly.

👤I use this to store pots and skillets. My goal was to store the pots with the lids, but where the 2 sections overlap, it doesn't work out. Extra parts that aren't accounted for in the instructions and diagrams were received. I discovered that they forgot to finish parts of the instructions, such as naming the diagrams and saying which diagram goes with what piece of instruction. I wrote them in to include here.

👤I had a large cabinet with my pots and pans in it. I could not find what I needed because I was always pushed to the back or the bottom of the pile. That was ended by this organizer. I can find my stuff and my pans are not getting scratched.

👤It was very easy to put together. You can place the spacers wherever you want. It can be used in one row or separated for more flexibility. There is no more stacking and unstacking skillets.

👤My previous rack had brackets that were attached to the base with plastic clips. The plastic clips would break as the dividing brackets slid. This is much stronger. There are more brackets when the clip is in place. The bottom rack is 1 inch higher and I now have 3 frying pans that sit too high and hit the top of the cabinet drawer opening. The attachment of the racks may need this. The pans would sit lower if the rails were further apart. I had to remove the pan and brackets so that the 3 wider pans could lean back.

👤Exactly what I needed. These are the pots and pans that I put the lids in. The holders are straight so the lids don't fall into each other. They can be used for the storage of dishes, plasticware, and even books. It was packaged well and shipped on time.

👤I keep my cookie sheets and lid in a large drawer. The baking sheets were always on top of the lids. Before I received the organizers, I took everything out and put them in their places, with my lids standing up and leaning against one another. I was able to get two rows of lids with room left over for my baking sheets. I couldn't get the same amount of lids in a row because of the handles. I might be able to find an alternative use for them. If you don't have a lot of lids, these would work great but missed the boat for me.

👤My plan was to reorganize my kitchen. They aren't strong enough for dishes of any kind. They are better suited to hold things. The design is not good. They aren't heavy enough to handle the weight of the items listed. None of my pots would fit in the narrow spaces. There is a second bar up from the base that makes the plate unstable. There is no place to attach your own fasteners to secure this to the surface which would help with stability. I don't recommend kitchens.

👤I was looking for a way to charge my family's laptops. I saw a similar rack at a big box store, but it wasn't right for my needs. The item I came across was the perfect solution. This rack is very sturdy and can hold full size laptops, ultra books and tablets. I chose this one over the others because of the Silicon feet that come with it.

I thought my items would be on the counter. I'm happy that I was wrong. In the 8 slots, I fit 5 baking sheets, 2 silicone molds, a small flat, and 3 cutting boards. The days of them sliding, knocking things over, are over. I don't have to balance a cutting board precariously as a book ends in front of everything else. There is nothing that is bent in place. The purchase made my kitchen more presentable and made it easier to access. Don't buy this item if you want to store pot lids. The space between the sections isn't large enough for that purpose. I had a pot rack that I used to hold pots, casserole dishes, and pot lids.

👤I like the way this organizes. Due to a smaller kitchen, I had to create a way to keep my cutting boards out of the room. It's strong enough to hold up to a thicker board. Very functional. I docked a star because it can be difficult to load it with pot lids. You can use every slot if you use plates and flat objects. Pot lids end up taking up a lot of space. It ends up being less useful if it's your purpose.

👤This is a good rack for holding plates. There are a set of dinner plates and a set of bread and butter plates. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the bottom had sharp spots which would damage the wood finish on my cabinets. I was able to file them a bit more smoothly, and put some peel-and-stick "coasters" on the metal. The item is tall enough to keep the plates upright, but short enough not to interfere with lifting the plates out.

👤I have owned multilevel pan storage rack in the past, however this is by far the most solid and well made one I have ever seen. This one is over a quarter inch of solid steel and has a coating to protect your pans. The spacing between the levels is larger than average to accommodate a frying pan. It can be fastened down to the bottom of the cabinet so it doesn't move when you remove the pan. The bolts are included. This rack is not a fault of the product, but it is high and you need to be aware of that. You need 15 inches of vertical space in your cabinet to use the top level. I know that the cabinet I wanted to use has a fixed shelf. I only have 12 inches of space. It's nice that the rack can be used horizontally. I had to pull the drawers out of one cabinet so that I could have room for my five most used frying pans in the space that one pan would have taken, and they are all right next to my stove. This product is well-made and priced right, so it is highly recommended.

👤I bought this rack to hold my iron skillets in my cabinet, so that I can easily access them without having to pull them all out. It's very sturdy, and currently holds 5 skillets for me, including 2 deep walled skillets, 2 9-10" skillets, and a 9" round cast iron griddle. The rack can either sit horizontally to insert skillets vertically, which takes up a larger footprint in the cabinet, or it can sit vertically and strong enough so that skillets will sit directly on each rack shelf. I don't think the provided wall anchors would be strong enough to hold the rack in place when loaded with pans, since the rack is sitting in the bottom of my cabinet.

👤I have this to store heavy cast iron and carbon steel pans. I only had it for a week, but it seems to fit the bill. It's still stable despite the slight lean when all the pans are on. When it arrived, one of the inner rings was bent over. I was able to push it back in place.

👤With small cabinets, I have to pull out many items to get what I need, and with hand, I don't need to be doing that. I decided to try a countertop rack for the cast iron and daily use skillets. I called Cuisinel to inquire about the shelf's strength. The shelf should take the weight and if not return it. The top rack holds a 10.8 lbs Staub 4qt cast iron Dutch oven with no signs of bending. There are 4 non-cast iron skillets in the 2 remaining shelves and a Lodge 4qt combo cooker on the bottom rack.

👤It was too tall to fit in the cupboard space vertically, and the surface area was too small to balance any frying pan on it. I tried to put the non-stick frying pans on its side to keep them out of sight. The metal was scratching the non-stick surface around the pans. I tried to wrap the pans in a dishtowel to protect them before sliding them into their slot, but the dishtowel didn't stay put as I slid them in. I finally used packing material to make a sleeve for each pan, but it's still a pain. Can you please make a short set of shelves to hold non-stick frying pans that will fit on the bottom shelf of a standard kitchen cabinet? Stacking them directly one on top of the other damages the non-stick surface, layers dish towels or other protective materials in between makes it a hassle to get out or put away any pan that is not the top one on the pile.

👤The dividers don't need to be assembled. It takes up a lot of space when tins and baking sheets are tucked together, and the ease of keeping this system going helps maintain organization. I made another divider space by putting a gap between two of these.

👤I love these. I've bought a lot of them. They are sturdy and good quality. I use them to store my wet oil painting panel, my finished and dried unframed panels, and my supply of unused panels. I have panels that are as large as 20. Bigger panels would be fine in them. It's easy to see all the items and pull them out. I keep everything neat and safe in my studio.

👤I decided to try a rack after buying a new pot set. I was worried that there wasn't enough space for the handles, but they fit perfectly. It's much easier to get out a lid. I just slide a lid out because it's in a cabinet.
