Best Baking Pan with Rack Nonstick

👤I ordered the same brand and it held the same number of slices. I really liked the 12 inch pan and it kept the bacon out of the grease. I ordered the 18 slice pan because I wanted a bigger pan. The pan is too shallow, the bacon is in the grease, and the grease pops in the oven, which is enough to dirty it with several uses. I don't recommend the 18 slice. I used mine once, and I was so disappointed. I had high expectations for the 12 slice pan. The 18 slice pan was shallow in the bottom. It is too shallow and collects more grease. I don't think you will like it if you buy it. I am buying a 12 slice pan and returning my 18 slice pan. The pan depth is different for 18 inches to 12 inches slices.

👤This thing works. It doesn't work well. It takes a while to place the bacon slices in the slots. You have to flip the bacon slices about half way through cooking. You have to use the bacon slices because the one on the end cooks much faster. Cleaning isn't easy. Imagine cooking bacon in a pan and cleaning the pan.

👤I have been without this for 37 years. I have never had bacon that delicious. My daughter and husband like slightly softer. I love this pan because I can accomplish all types and it doesn't make bacon greasy as it runs off and cleans super easy. It's a great gift idea for people who love bacon. I think I will give one of these to everyone I know for Christmas next year. I don't want to live without this pan again. Love! Heaven! Must have! You will never want to eat bacon again.

👤I love the rack for the bacon, it fits around 18 slices, and the Gotham Steel makes it easy to clean. It doesn't come that clean in a dishwasher from doing a pound of bacon, that's the only complaint I have. Sometimes I prefer rinsing and throwing in the dishwasher because it's easy to clean. It makes a large backing sheet without the rack. When using the Gotham Steel coating for something other than bacon, it doesn't require any additional oil or cooking spray. If I flip the bacon halfway through the cooking process, I get better results.

👤These pans are wonderful. It's so easy to make bacon. I have two pans that I can use for both soft and crisp food. It's great. I have perfect bacon when I put them in the oven. I start doing my breakfast after 30 minutes. Everything is done the same way.

We had never had bacon like that before, and can't wait for the next chance to use it.

👤This pan is great for baking cookies. The texture on the bottom makes it stick to the pan. The obsidian black is a nice color. Nothing seems to stick yet for my baking, so it is easy to rinse clean. It is a nice quality baking sheet. I like the quality of it so much that I may buy more as it looks nice in my baking.

👤I'm going to review a USA Pan product. I am not impressed with this at all. I was surprised at how poorly it cleans up, I don't expect my bakeware to remain pristine and shiny looking, but still...) The pan seems to be a good weight in hand, but it doesn't stand up to higher temperatures than about 350. I was surprised by the fact that it has always flattened out. I am happy with the rack that comes with it. I haven't noticed any peeling of their special coating on the inside, but I have noticed no advantage to the coating as far as release of food or cleaning. Measure if this pan will fit in the oven. It fits in my kitchen with a half inch clearance on either side and slightly overhangs the depth of my oven rack, but not so much that the oven door can't be closed. I was aware that this is a large pan, but just to point it out to others.

👤Makes great bacon, it's easy to fit one pound of bacon on this rack. The results are awesome after trying it with chicken breasts.

👤It's a shame. The aluminum is thick and sturdy, and it would have been a great purchase. The coating is very thin. Without using any harsh scrubbers, without using excessive temperatures, and without any harsh scrubbing, the coating is gone. A full-size baking mat is used to cover the pan. Disappointed to a very high degree.

👤Great addition to my kitchen. The pan seems sturdy, but after 6 minutes in the oven, I heard the "warp pop", which shocked me. Once cooled, it straightened out. I didn't hear that happen while I was doing a sheet of bacon in the oven. The rack is great for cooling my home baked breads and muffins, and it did a great job with the bacon as well. The rack is not as strong as it could be. I tried to wash it after it arrived, but I'm not strong. I've taken care to be gentle since then. I thought it would be difficult to clean up after a bacon run. I wish I had an industrial sink for my pan. It's a good thing. The bacon grease that had pooled in the pan and subsequently burnt to the surface washed away with just the stream of water. It left a faint stain on the metal. I'm hoping that fades away quickly. I kept the rack in the pan, but have noticed small scratches if the rack is moved within it. They seem to rub off without effort. This set is still a great addition to my kitchen, even though it is not perfect.

👤I make beef jerky once a month. I was expecting a thinner gauge metal in the pan, but these are much heavier than I expected. The pans have a.25" down rack slot, which I like because it keeps my beef contained. The gauge of metal is included in the racks. The little rack touching area is just as hard to clean as any other rack in the oven. Overall surprised at the quality and in a good way!

👤The actual size of the pan is 12 3/8th X 9 3/8th. It is too short for my liking, but it does fit my oven air fryer. I would have kept my original pan, but it is under 10 so I am coming back. I didn't read the description dimensions that were located half way down the page, but I noticed they were more accurate.

👤I needed to move meat out of my electric smoker. I needed something that was dedicated to smoking meat. My wife didn't like the idea of me smoking up her baking pans. I will be able to remove the foil pan shown in the picture to free up another rack in the smoker, while still catching drips, because these fit perfectly. I can put them in the smoker and then put them in the dishwasher. It was perfect.

👤Good backing sheets. At least they are looking good. They are in the right size. I had similar ones before, and these are replacements. This package has a rack added to it.

👤I'm not going to repeat all of the other reviews. I want to address the complaints that this pan warps in the oven. The oven in my house can go up to 450 degrees F. It didn't warp at all. The wire rack and pan are very sturdy. This pan is not a broiler pan, so I didn't try it under the grill. My Breville came with a pan that was specifically made for broiling. Any product can have a slip through in manufacturing. I know a quality baking pan when I see one, it's obvious to me that pride and great care went into the manufacturing. The pan and rack exceeded my expectations. I can assure buyers that they will be pleased if this pan is used as intended. Excellent value and high quality.

👤I don't trust non-stick pans because the non-stick part always goes away. I bought this to go with my Breville smart oven. I love this more than the oven. Excellent quality and purchase!

👤Positive is made of heavy gauge steel, relatively non-stick, just right dimensions, and it leaves only an inch clearance on the sides and back for soft items. Overall a good deal for your oven. I think it's a good idea.

👤This pan and rack set is awesome. The rack is strong. The pan is very clean. Both are easy to clean. I was worried about that after I baked some tofu slices. I baked them until they were pretty crisp. There was a lot of carmelized on the pan and rack when I removed them. I felt bad for my husband because he cleans the dishes and pans, and I was sad that my shiny new baking pan was going to look "old" from being scrubbed hard. The baking pan that came with our oven became a carmelized mess after it was purchased. I was happy to see the new set back in the oven, it looked brand new. He said that after a little soaking, they cleaned up, still shiny. He has become an expert at cleaning my cooking messes and knows not to scrub anything too hard, and he only uses baking soda with a plastic scraper on the worst cases. Keeping the mirror finish on the pan easy to clean will be essential. It doesn't warp like our original plan did, and I've used it many times now. I am completely satisfied, but I wish it was an inch bigger.

👤I like to cook most things in the oven: fries, tater tots, bacon, oven fried anything, veggies, chicken breasts, even burgers and steaks. The bottom own isn't the best. I cover it in foil so it's not an issue for me. You can't expect Calphalon-level quality at this price point. I've done quesadillas in the rack and they came out great.

👤The size of the first product is not stated as 12 by 10 but 12 by 9 and 1/2. The cooling sheet is not coated. The cooling sheet is so badly put together that it cut me while I tried to wash it. The middle cross brace is not straight. The baking sheet might be useful for those last couple of cookies at the end of the recipe. There are some things made in China that are very good. This sadly is not. It is definitely not worth the cost.

👤I bought this product to use in a fifth wheel oven because traditional oven trays are too large. The pan warps in the oven. It comes up at least a 1/2 in on the opposite end corners, so good luck getting any even browning. It cleans up fine and it returns to its original flat shape once cool but don't bother putting anything circular on it because they are all going to run to the middle and not brown and crisp up. I wonder about the quality and thickness of the metal when it cools very quickly. It works alright but not what I wanted.

👤I am very impressed with the quality of the pans I received. I dropped a star because they are listed as 12x10 and the top of the sides are 9-3/4. It didn't fit in my oven because of this. The side tops were slightly bended by my husband.

👤These fit my TOA-65 Air Fryer perfectly. It's handy to have an extra set of pans. You can prepare your pans and swap them out when you cook one pan. If you want a second tray for the bottom rack to cook slower or keep it warm, it is handy.

The TOA-60's included frying rack is good quality and works perfectly with the drip pan, although it is surprisingly poor quality. The pans have a mirror finish. The quality of the sheets is similar to cookie sheets that we've had for decades.

👤I hate everything else so I usually use baking paper sheets. It burns from the bottom. The baking sheet is great. It is easy to clean after being in the oven. It's perfect for most use of food in the oven. Make sure you follow the instructions on the packaging regarding care, first use and continued use to preserve the cooking best. You can wash it in the washing machine.

👤This is to be used in my new air fryer oven. It is large enough to do multiple items. I spray the tray with oil to prevent it from sticking and line the pan with foil to make it easier to clean. The clean-up was easy.

👤I like this so much that I may get a third. Large, very sturdy. The pan is covered with a wire grid that is non-stick. I use it to make jerky, to cook bacon, to roast veggies, and so on. The first unit's wire grid was sturdy enough, but the second unit's grid is a bit thicker. It could be that it was a different supplier. These are very well designed. They can't be beat for the money. When you're done cooking, put some dish soap in the pan, fill it with water, and let it soak for a few minutes. Don't soak the grid for hours, it's not good for its non-stick finish. Then rinse the pan and both sides of the grid with a soft brush and put it away.

👤This pan is great for cooking bacon. Our bacon is cooked in the oven and it comes out nice and crisp. I used a cooling rack for the bacon to keep it from melting in the oven, but sometimes I spilled grease in the oven because the cookie sheet wasn't deep enough. The pan is deep enough to capture grease and the coating on the rack makes it easy to clean than a cooling rack. After disposing of grease, the aluminum pan cleans easily. I use the pan for other things as well. It is the perfect size for holding two dozen sandwiches.

I use it for baking chicken wings instead of frying them because it's great for making bacon in the oven. If you have time and gumption to wash this pan consistently, you can buy it. I washed this once in the dishwasher and it turned a brand new pan into something that looked aged 40 years. 👤I wanted to use this pan for a while before writing a review. It is my first non-stick bakeware from the USA. It's easy to clean, but usually you use foil underneath the rack to make it easier to clean. There was no pan warping when the vegetable was roasted at 450 degrees. The brand of bakeware is highly recommended.

👤I'm sad to say that the USA Pan products are not what they used to be. The left and right side of the cooling rack have non-stick coating that has worn or fallen off. This is my latest addition and the first to rust, so I think the quality has gone down. I wash them with warm soapy water and a plastic bristle brush. I thought the quality justified the price, but since the pan is foreign made, it is cheaper and more durable. I will no longer be endorsing your product.

👤I used the 2 size of the roll in my oven. It fits. I can fit two of these on a single rack in my regular kitchen oven. I like this because I often make breads or rolls that don't fit on a single pan and I don't like to put two pans on different shelves because of the browning issues. I can fit two on a single shelf with these. I would recommend this product.

👤I followed the instructions that came with the pans and washed them in the dishwasher. I washed them in the dishwasher and took them out to dry. After one wash in the dishwasher, the pans are all ruined. I'm going to try and return them.

👤I won't go into details about each item, but I will say that I'm glad I got this set. The "non-stick" is easy to clean. The pan assortment is very good. The only thing you can do is look at the pan rim and see if it is rolled over at the edge. I used to leave the pans in the dishwasher for the weekend. When I took them out, I noticed that the pan can rust if you leave it sitting too long, and if you wash it upside-down, it can collect in the rolled lip. Make sure you pull them out of the washer and drain the water out, and don't leave it in the sink under similar conditions. The set is great value.
