Best Baking Pan with Rack Small

👤This is to be used in my new air fryer oven. It is large enough to do multiple items. I spray the tray with oil to prevent it from sticking and line the pan with foil to make it easier to clean. The clean-up was easy.

👤I like this so much that I may get a third. Large, very sturdy. The pan is covered with a wire grid that is non-stick. I use it to make jerky, to cook bacon, to roast veggies, and so on. The first unit's wire grid was sturdy enough, but the second unit's grid is a bit thicker. It could be that it was a different supplier. These are very well designed. They can't be beat for the money. When you're done cooking, put some dish soap in the pan, fill it with water, and let it soak for a few minutes. Don't soak the grid for hours, it's not good for its non-stick finish. Then rinse the pan and both sides of the grid with a soft brush and put it away.

👤This pan is great for cooking bacon. Our bacon is cooked in the oven and it comes out nice and crisp. I used a cooling rack for the bacon to keep it from melting in the oven, but sometimes I spilled grease in the oven because the cookie sheet wasn't deep enough. The pan is deep enough to capture grease and the coating on the rack makes it easy to clean than a cooling rack. After disposing of grease, the aluminum pan cleans easily. I use the pan for other things as well. It is the perfect size for holding two dozen sandwiches.

👤I washed it by hand after cooking because the dishwasher will make it look bad. I've never had a better loaf of bread. The fat and drippings on the pan keep your food greasy. It was perfect. 400 for 30 minutes.

I use it for baking chicken wings instead of frying them because it's great for making bacon in the oven. 👤The best bacon pan ever. It is easy to make 7 pieces of bacon at once. 10 minutes on each side at 400 degrees is perfect. The lower pan is easy to clean. The rack came out great after I sprayed it with cooking oil spray.

👤These pans are terrible. I have other brands of pans that aren't the same as the ones that are supposed to be put in the dishwasher, and they hold up well despite the fact. If you have time and gumption to wash this pan consistently, you can buy it. I washed this once in the dishwasher and it turned a brand new pan into something that looked aged 40 years. I'd steer clear due to their flimsiness.

👤It isn't matching the description. They wrote in the description that it has not mixed with other things. Magnet sticks to it. When the magnet is sticking, how can it be steel? It is the steel polish on iron. I switch to these sheets because they don't get into food, but only after baking. I don't have a problem with iron, it's not dangerous, but the steel is ripping off and it can get into food.

👤The baking sheet and rack set looks promising, I received them and they looked great. I tried to bake a homemade quiche with the largest cookie sheet pan, but it warped and drained all over my oven. It's very disappointing that you spend so much money on cookie sheets that they warp.

👤I like this set. The first time I washed the middle sized rack, the wire soldering detached from one of the legs. I have a wobbly rack. The seller didn't reply to my message. This is a 3 for poor customer service.

👤I was tired of trying to scrub the baking sheets. I don't think cooking on aluminum is healthy. I like these sheets. Everything I've cooked has come off without sticking and I can go to the bathroom without having to scratch the surface. They're cheap too. I will buy another individual sheet in a larger size. 👤The largest pan was damaged and not very durable. We're fine but will be requesting a return. Customer satisfaction is what led to the removal of a star. Customers shouldn't have to return all 3 items if there is only a problem with 1.

👤It warps at high temperatures. The rack is awesome and I still use it. Silicone can't be used above 400, so the ones that don't warp are coated with it. It can still work, just be prepared for it to warp.

👤These were dishwasher safe, rust-free, and sturdy and I bought them for that. They made a popping sound after using the pan in the oven. I was able to pull out the baking sheet without spilling hot liquid, but the sheet continued to warp as I tried to pull it out of the oven. It is not strong. I put the pan in the dishwasher and it came out with rust on it, first use, second wash... I washed them before using. This product was very disappointing.

👤I love these pans! I have used all three and they come out clean and shiny, the best purchase I have ever made. The dishwasher came out great after we did the test. I was worried that they would lose their finish, but these did not. They arrived a couple days early. The wings were made and put in the dishwasher.

Everything sticks. There are 3 more When I go to dry it off, it leaks rust colored water from the dishwasher. It is very poor construction.

👤The bottom of the cookie sheet was burned in my oven at 400 degrees. Every time. time. Since they are so thin, they probably won't last well. They do stain, but they don't stain easily. The top will stay clean after use. This is not always an option. The cookie sheets are stained. I want better to replace these with. Would not recommend it.

👤Thank goodness, the weight is lighter than steel. Enchiladas slid off the pan. No scrubbing required, just a small amount of soap and a sponge. You're done with the clean up. Absolutely love this set. This is perfect because we were looking to get away from aluminum. The pans don't require oil, and are made of the same stuff as my cookware set. Nothing sticks! Enough good things about this product!

👤I followed the instructions that came with the pans and washed them in the dishwasher. I washed them in the dishwasher and took them out to dry. After one wash in the dishwasher, the pans are all ruined. I'm going to try and return them.

👤I won't go into details about each item, but I will say that I'm glad I got this set. The "non-stick" is easy to clean. The pan assortment is very good. The only thing you can do is look at the pan rim and see if it is rolled over at the edge. I used to leave the pans in the dishwasher for the weekend. When I took them out, I noticed that the pan can rust if you leave it sitting too long, and if you wash it upside-down, it can collect in the rolled lip. Make sure you pull them out of the washer and drain the water out, and don't leave it in the sink under similar conditions. The set is great value.

👤I didn't use all of the pans because my oven is a half oven. tiny apartment The 9x13" pan is easy to clean. The bees knees are non-stick and so far they are holding up well. I don't need to grease the pan for it to be non-stick as the coating works wonderfully.

👤I waited a long time to give a review. I only own half of the original set after about a year of basic use. The rest had to be thrown out because it was no longer safe to eat. I don't think you should buy this if you can't afford top quality products, but it does work if you do.

👤I felt I needed to write a review for this set. It is very heavy duty and very nice looking. I love the pan with the rack. The pan without the rack has a different look than the rest of the set. I have to wipe Brown water out of the corners of the pan for about 5 minutes until it all washes away. I worry that there arebacteria in there. It seems like a bad design to me. I would have given this set a five star rating. They should change the design of this pan. I have enclosed a picture. The rusty water can be seen in the corners after I had wiped it. I have only used this pan twice. It's a new pan. I think it will end up in the garbage. Disappointed in the design. The rest was great. If you want to know what you're getting, buy the pieces separately.

👤The muffin pan and cookie sheet seem to be ok, but the deeper pan was a total waste. The pan has a seam/fold on the interior, but the coating isn't applied until after the pan is formed. So! The pans are labeled as suitable for the dishwasher, but the deeper pan rusted in the seams/folds upon first wash, leaking rust into the pan. Absolutely useless. Cookie sheet seems to be ok so far, but I am a little concerned about the safety given the quality of the deeper pan.

👤The muffin pan does not fit in a standard oven. The muffin pan is not listed in the description. "The essential set to create any type of baked goods in a toaster oven" is the quote on the description page that would lead me to believe that all the pieces in this set would fit. I don't know how big a muffin is. They would probably make adjustments to get 6 to fit. From my mistake, learn. I will warn you of all that is good and pure.

👤This product is very cute. I'm loving them for most of the time. The cupcake pan does not fit in my oven. The rest of the pans fit. It's not quite finished... The pan would fit without the curved edges. My husband is a metalworker. I might have him cut the curves down and re-roll them. That's a lot of work for a set of pans.

👤The sheet pan warped when it reached 350 degree heat. It is the perfect size for a regular sized oven but small for me. The product does what it is intended for but with a slight twist.

I take good care of them, so I'm not sure how much abuse they would be able to endure. I don't have an oven. These are used a lot. Added pictures. After reading reviews with problems with the size of the pans, put the tape measure alongside them. The baking dish is my most used pan and I wanted to show that it scratches a bit, but not horrible.

👤I am very disappointed. Within 11 minutes of the oven, the pan warped and twisted. It never did completely change. I was expecting a better price for 34 dollars. This item will definitely be returned.

👤I bought two of these pans to use for Christmas cooking. I spent Christmas eve cooking and baking with these pans. There was a lot of build up in the pans. I baked fish on top of the rack. I loved them! But them. When it was time to clean them, I soaked them in warm water and let them sleep. This is what I woke up to today, as I do with all my pans. My pans are ruined. I have had my 40 dollar pans for 40 years. I loved these pans for 6 hours and then I had to clean them. I'm very disappointed. I wish you a Merry Christmas.

👤I will definitely order another one of these pans. Excellent quality, I love how sturdy this pans is. I checked the Amazon description and it said it was dishwasher safe, but I was hesitant to put it in the dishwasher. I should have washed them with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and dish soap, but they came out with dried spots. I tried and the spots came out. The pan's finish looked scratched. See the picture! Hand wash the pan. There is no clean up if the pan is lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.

👤The pan and rack are small. I like it. The material rusts because of the rolled in edges that retain water. It leaves brown rust water when I pick it up. I think I will have to return it. It's the perfect size and would be great for baking fish.

There is a heavy edge, but there is a gap between the side of the pan and the rim, so you can't really dry it well, so rust will build up over time. The top edge of the pan has rough spots that look like a knife was run over it. There is a spot on the rack edge that is stuck and can not be removed. I haven't cooked it yet, but I think it will be a great pan.

👤Within a month my pan is starting to rust in the crevices on the back side and is completely discolored from hot substances making contact with it. The pan is not holding up the way I expected, but the rack is fine. It works well for cooling and drying out food, but the fit and finish fell apart very quickly. I expected it to be a bit more durable, but maybe there's some user error here, I should have seasoned it or it's not for use with high temperature liquids or foods.

Excellent quality and weight. It's great for baking and other cooking tasks, if you use it on the small size, and I use it to bake a few sweet potatoes at a time. I would buy again in a heartbeat.

I will use more cooking spray on it. It came with a coupon for another identical rack and tray. I have 2 baking trays for the price of one. I already have a backup if the first one wears out. I would buy it again.

👤One pan in the set bubbled on the second use. I got a replacement set after returning the set. Pan's finish bubbled on the first use of the replacement set. I never used either pan above 350 degrees, which is below the max temp shown in the instructions for use. There is something wrong with the pans. I wash my cooking pans in hand, never use scratchy pads or the dishwasher, and always use at or below recommended temperatures. Before they sell more of these, Chicago Metallic needs to know what's going wrong in the manufacturing process.

👤I have had these for over a month and they are ruined. I put two layers of foil on top of the pan, 4.5 pounds of rib rack, and two layers of foil on top of the ribs to seal them in, after they were fine for the first couple of uses. I cooked them for 4 hours at 250 and 30 minutes at 450. None of them warrants any damage according to the product specifications. I guess I'm stuck with them now that it happened after my return period. I'm trying to get a hold of the company to see if I can return in another way.

👤It was a great price at the time of purchase. I used it for the first time to cook chicken wings. The chicken fat was cooking in the pan when I cleaned it. The baked on fat took the non-stick coating with it. The second pan has been fine since I put down wax paper to catch drippings. I use it all the time, but wax paper is your friend at higher temperatures. Non-stick spray oil on the grate is not easy to clean, but it is sturdy and helps clean immensely.

Perfect for French hooks. It looks very nice. Doesn't come with mounting hardware. If you have an earring problem, this is the use you should use.

👤I have been very impressed with the baking products from the NordocWear line. The exception has been the big sheet cooling rack. It arrived warped from the manufacturer. The cooking rack is not straight. They fit their big sheet pan perfectly and being convex is not a good thing. I thought I would keep it, but how big a deal could it be? A lot. The cooling rack is the same height as the lip. I was trying to cook the chicken strips in the pan and a few fell off. I will return this one and order another one, hoping that it was a mistake. The new one arrived with a slight curve to it that made it easier to eat. It's much happier with this one.

👤I have accepted that any product from Nordic Ware will be rejected by the company. I requested an additional discount for the Bundt pan, but let this grid slide since I knew the risk. It is something to consider if you are not getting much of a discount.

I'm excited to use it.

👤The 18/0 isferritic, not the more typical 18/10. The big stamp on the bottom seems to have not made it to any of the product pictures. I don't know about the rack. It's not the same alloy, but it could be a different grade. This is a heavy article of cookware.

I gave it a try after reading the awesome reviews. I'm very happy! It's much thicker than I expected, which was something I was worried about. A clean up is a good thing. It's seriously. The cooling rack addition allowed us to make bacon that was the best I have ever eaten. Yes, seriously. The pan went straight from sitting on a cold island counter to a 400 degree oven and that was a mistake. The times that I set my pan on the stove as it preheats the popping is never an issue. Would highly recommend this pan.

I have tried to put in the oven while preheating. I tried heating up in the oven, but when it pops to take out, I have to wait and re- install the oven. These are permanently scratched with even light pressure and soapy water on the scotch Brite side of a kitchen sponge. I think the reviewers that are happy with these have not owned any high quality cookware, or they would understand that the only aspect of these that could possibly be construed as worthy of 5 stars is the price.

👤The pans are great in many ways. They are a good size for my apartment oven, light and sturdy, and attractive in their finish. I have noticed that they are very cool very quickly. Within ten minutes, you can pick the pan up with no hands, it has cooled so fast. I only have one complaint, that they take about ten minutes to warp pans. The pan is no longer flat after two sides pop up. Pop grease splatters when making bacon. It affects cooking. Within a few minutes after leaving the oven, the pan is back to its previous state. I didn't bother myself much until I realized the grease broke because of the warping.

👤I found this to be a good deal on a cookie sheet. You get two pans and two cooling racks, which will help you bake bacon. You can see your reflection in the pan when you open this. I put some foil on the pan. I didn't have any issues. I used oil to make the surface non stick. The oil baked onto the sheet made it difficult to clean. It turned into a dull yellow. I used regular dish soap but it didn't help and I may need to clean it a few more times to get it back to its chrome shine. This is dishwasher safe. I haven't put mine in the dishwasher, but it wouldn't hurt. I would buy this despite how hard it is to keep it clean. I try to avoid cookware that is already coated with a non-stick surface. The cooling racks are an added bonus. I will use aluminum foil to make the clean up process easier. No brillo pads or steel wool are allowed on these pans. These can last with proper care, as I haven't warped in a long time.

I put some foil in the bottom of the larger pan, filled with veggies on sticks, and let her rip it, because it was very sturdy and well made, mirror polished, oven safe at 350 and also, surprise, I put some foil in the bottom of the larger pan After a cool down, the pan went back to normal shape, and when I cleaned it, all the burnt stuff was gone. I would purchase again and recommend it to my family and everyone else.
