👤I am changing this review to a 4-star because I was upset when the baking sheets warped in the oven. I scratched the mirror surface because they are super-shiny. I felt that they were not usable. The seller told me that the sheets were for cookies and that I was using them for french fries. They are made from a type of steel that is more prone to scratching. 👤I wrote a five star review. They can be washed in the dishwasher. The cooling rack and cookie sheets were washed in the dishwasher. The wires came off the cooking rack and the cookie sheets had rust stains and water marks. These aren't durable at all.

👤The came polished to a mirror finish which should make them non-stick. I've used these with a piece of paper over the inside to keep them from being scrubbed. I can't say if that would work because I don't have a baking sheet. When I saw a good price on these, I ordered them because I wanted a non-aluminum baking sheet/pan. They are of a thick metal and are difficult to lift if something delicate is on them. They're not as strong as my old one. WearEver aluminum pans are heavy enough to not "twitch" in a hot place. The oven is 232C. Oh my gosh! They are light enough to pick them up and keep hold of them, which is important if you're like me and experience those momentary losses of grip strength. I only use them with the top surface covered in paper, and I keep the bottom surface covered in paper for storage. I only have to wash them with a sponge, but that has kept them clean. I use one pan toshove the paper down into the other, so the sides are also covered. I am not an "avid baker". So, sorry. I don't have any relevant experience that would allow me to comment on how smooth they would be if they were sprayed with oil, rubbed with butter, or cooked directly on the metal. If I do that, I'll try to remember to write an additional statement about how easy it is to clean the grids if they're soaked for a while. Hooray! It's never a good idea to stand these pans after washing them at an angle that water can get trapped inside the "rolls". -
👤I like the fact that they are made of steel, but I don't like the fact that they show every scratch. They scratch and mar when stored next to other baking sheets. It might be better to have a matt finish. They popped, twisted and warped when they were in the oven. After they cooled down, they went back to normal. 👤I'm not the cook. I know how to use hardware and tools. My girls told me they didn't have good quality baking equipment so I got this cooling rack. I bought this rack based on positive comments about it from a friend. This thing can be used to beat a man to death. 👤The 12" pans are nice heavy pans, so they definitely get + for that! The price is reasonable and all items were included. As women are wont to do, let's talk about size. I ordered the pans knowing that there was room for air flow around the pan. I tried popping the pans into the oven to make sure they didn't fit in the oven. The pans' bottoms are actually 11.75 inches, but they flared out to 12.6 inches at the top, making them touch the sides of the oven. I could return the pans, but I got out my pliers and adjusted the sides of the pans, which was not optimal but I took the chance. I have adjusted them to 12 and they are non-returnable. If there are any problems with baking, I will make a change to this review.
👤I had high hopes for the pans in this set. I bought them because they looked strong. They were fine the first few times with cookies. The pans don't Buckle when you are baking at 400 or higher. I baked some oil from the fries in the pans, but I did not add any more oil. These are not sticks and do a good job. Something needs to be done to keep the fries from sticking. You can't use an abrasive cleaner in the shiny pans. I'm considering spraying aluminum foil with spray oil. The set comes with the correct size paper for cookies. There is also a mat. Good value for money. I wish I could find pans that did not break.

👤I bought two of these pans to use for Christmas cooking. I spent Christmas eve cooking and baking with these pans. There was a lot of build up in the pans. I baked fish on top of the rack. I loved them! But them. When it was time to clean them, I soaked them in warm water and let them sleep. This is what I woke up to today, as I do with all my pans. My pans are ruined. I have had my 40 dollar pans for 40 years. I loved these pans for 6 hours and then I had to clean them. I'm very disappointed. I wish you a Merry Christmas.
👤I will definitely order another one of these pans. Excellent quality, I love how sturdy this pans is. I checked the Amazon description and it said it was dishwasher safe, but I was hesitant to put it in the dishwasher. I should have washed them with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and dish soap, but they came out with dried spots. I tried and the spots came out. The pan's finish looked scratched. See the picture! Hand wash the pan. There is no clean up if the pan is lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
👤The pan and rack are small. I like it. The material rusts because of the rolled in edges that retain water. It leaves brown rust water when I pick it up. I think I will have to return it. It's the perfect size and would be great for baking fish.

There is a heavy edge, but there is a gap between the side of the pan and the rim, so you can't really dry it well, so rust will build up over time. The top edge of the pan has rough spots that look like a knife was run over it. There is a spot on the rack edge that is stuck and can not be removed. I haven't cooked it yet, but I think it will be a great pan.

👤I needed an inexpensive roaster pronto to hold a 14 lbs turkey so I could make Thanksgiving dinner with all my good cookware in my storage units. It was almost returned in favor of an aluminum one. The one checks the boxes just barely. The most important thing to know is that the dimensions listed are the total size, not the cooking space. Take 1.5 inches from the length and 1 inch from the width. The pan is light. There is no information on the box about the coating. The manufacturer doesn't think it could be safe. You have it. I wouldn't use this pan on a regular basis, but it's probably ok to cook in now and then. If it holds up. Happy Thanksgiving.
