Best Baking Pans for Oven Stainless Steel

👤The cake pan I ordered is not what this product will suffice for. I ordered the fat daddio cake pan. This is a substitute. I think I can work with it as well.

The molten steel is not homogeneity and technology has not been strictly followed. Different density results in different thermal expansion, which results in the attached photo being warped.

👤I use the small plastic crates in my bathroom to store stuff. A few years ago, I took the small tray from my oven and put it on top of the plastic crates to make my morning routine simpler. It was packed into my suitcase for use in the cramped hotel bathroom. Wanting to return my oven tray to its rightful owner, I purchased this one as my new tray. I used a dollar store shelving liner to hold everything in place. The tray is of an excellent heavy quality. It works great as an oven tray.

Team Far is a good pan, but I will only buy the better brand from now on.

👤The review is for the 16" model. A good sheet pan was made by "Zacfton". It's not too heavy, and gets a nicer brown on the bottom of the pan than thicker pans, so it's not a bad thing. Even when full, the rolled rim gives it a nice sturdiness. It's perfect for rolls, cookies, fish, sheet pan veggies, etc., but I wouldn't choose it for large poultry. The pan can pop loudly when it's heating and cooling. It's good to be aware of it, because I don't see it mentioned much here. The most delicate food should not be an issue, as it only moves about a quarter of a millimeter when it warps. Anything that sticks can be soaked off is easy to clean. I would probably buy this pan again if I needed another similar one. This review is not compensated in any way.

👤I own a mini-oven from Kitchen Aid. I just cook for two in a standard-size oven sheet-pan, so the round one that came with the Kitchen Aid is too small. It's easy to clean, it's large enough to handle food for two, and it's perfect for a mini-oven. The pan and rim are tall enough to prevent spills.

The seller has since offered a refund, which I will be following up with. I towel dried the pan after scrubbing it all with a brite pad and the seller said it was shiny silver. I washed it again this morning after I pulled it out of the rack. I washed it after cooking and it got black on my fingers. I have attached a picture. It takes a long time to get the stain out of your nails, and you can't see it, but you can wash them with a nail brush. I've scrubbed pots for 50 years and have never seen anything like this, and I'm afraid of what might be in our food, so I don't use the pan anymore.

👤I got one of both TeamFar and FoxRun because I wasn't sure which to choose. TeamFar was slightly larger, had a higher side, and had a mirror finish, so you could use it as a mirror! The cooking surface is flat and there is no channel around it. There is a rolled seam. The FoxRun sheet had an issue where the label was taped to the sheet and didn't come off. I soaked the spot with vegetable oil and used a suggestion from another user. I was able to scratch the tape off with my finger. It is important to get any remnants off before using because the tape can get stuck in the oil. The tape was gone after it was washed. The sheet seemed more flexible than the TeamFar. If that matters to anyone, it has a channel. The seam is tight. The video shows the comparison.

👤This is the cheapest type of steel. The quality is 18/0, which means 18% and zero nickel. The type of "stainless steel" is thought to be inferior and prone to stain. The benefit of this is that there is a low amount of metal in the food. The seller has been very responsive to my concerns and has updated the product description in a very short time. I was reassured that the item is stain and rust free. I'm willing to give it a try. The review will be updated after a few weeks of use on the grill. I would rather it look like junk. This product is completely different. It looks pretty and jazzed up. I noticed the panned had sprung up and warped when I used it. It was only 15 minutes into the oven. The large one was used a few days later. You just got 12 tons of manure and this product is more disappointing.

It's hard to wash because of the rough coating on the wire mesh. I used the rack today and it works well, the baked goods seem to get stuck to the wire mesh.

I only bought one rack as a trial. I am unlikely to buy more of these so my research is incomplete. It's the same thing. The owner of the Ultra Cuisine brand sent me a nice note apologizing for the problem along with a replacement rack. Thank you much! The replacement rack is very nice. 👤We've tried a lot of different racks in the past, even after seeing reviews that suggested they might not be good for baking, only cooling. I was very happy to find this one that can do both. It was suggested by a youtuber that focuses on Sous Vide. He uses it to hold vacuum sealed bags with food in the water bath. This has held up well under water and has been used for baking. This rack is for the price. When you bake something on it, spray some cooking spray on it and it will clean up.

👤This product was pretty good. I have baked a lot of things with this pan/rack, and everything has turned out great. I have been using this almost everyday for about two months now, and it has never warped in or out of the oven. The highest temperature I have used it at was 450 F. Very strong. The wire rack is sturdy and can fit inside the pan no matter the temperature. It will scratch. - It will be hard to keep it sparkling. It has brown grease spots. The pan's edges are brown, but I use tin foil in the bottom to catch the juices. It is almost pointless to try and keep it clean, even though there must be a way to get those stains out. I am satisfied with how it performs in cooking my food. Which has been great! In regards to cleaning, I put the wire rack upside down in the pan and pour soapy water in it so that it will soak for at least 30 minutes. I take the wire rack into the sink and use a brush to clean it up, not a sponge or rubber. If you use a sponge scrubber, you can catch it on the edge of the rack and tear it. The brush will reach more areas than the sponge. If you don't care about your pan looking pretty, I would recommend you to get a new one. Good luck!

I didn't have a lot of doubts about the quality, but more of the size I was concerned about, but it fits about a pound and a half of thick cut bacon on here with no problem, and the rack holes are perfect for the bacon not to fall through! I am very pleased with this rack and look forward to many more. When shopping, the empty bacon bag is included.

👤I really wanted to use this product. I was washing for the second time. I washed it when I received it, but didn't use it until I was ready to use it. I wiped the paper towel on the soap I used. The video shows something coming off the tray as I was drying the sheet. I don't think it's food safe to me. I threw away the package I was stuck with.

👤I used this to cook a turkey. The bird turned out well. I received this item and it appears to be bent/warped. The pan is in the middle. I kept it because I needed it to entertain my guests the next day. After the very first use, there were a lot of spots of discoloration that appeared after cleaning.

👤When I picked it up, I was surprised by its heft. It felt heavy so I got a magnet and verified it was aluminum. I think the heft is due to two things. The pan itself is a heavy gage aluminum with a nice robust beaded edge, and within the rolled edge bead my magnet detected what could be a heavy steel wire. A steel wire inside the edge is likely to help stiffen the pan. I'm very pleased with this pan so far. I'll adjust the review once I get used to it.

👤I bought this set because I wanted the rack with the silicone feet to use with my other half sheet tray or as a cooling rack. I was pleasantly surprised by the included half sheet pan since it turned out to be heavier duty than the Nordicware one that I already own. The Nordicware is about 3.5 ounces heavier than the KPKitchen pan. The set is nice and the rack is sturdy. Water gets inside the feet when washing the rack because they are not replaceable. To drain the water, be sure to remove them or dry the rack upside down. If the feet had just been dipped in silicone to prevent the water and possible mold, I would have been okay with that option.

👤This is aluminum, so expect both heating and marks on the sheet and sink from wherever it runs. This is the nature of aluminum, which is a very soft metal and scratches off most other materials, including ceramic. It can be easily discolored from a variety of foods. That is not real. The marks are easy to remove with water and a quick wipe. No aluminum pan will be able to avoid this. The edges are nicely curled. It is easy to use in the oven and for cooling, and the rack has not rusted. I have been using this for a year now and it has never bothered me. Looks good. I'm not thrilled about the price being over $30, but I'm not thrilled about reading about other pans which warp or start to rust, which can cause food and metal to be washed off. When washing or cooking, I have never had metal or other marks on this pan. When it rubs against my sink, does it leave marks? That is expected in the metal. Why use aluminum? It is the most evenly distributed of all metals. My pots and pans have a layer of aluminum sandwiched in the middle of them. I'm buying another one to add to my first one. I would love to buy a cheap half sheet pan with sharp edges. I would be happy to take care of them myself. I have not found a pan in lots smaller than six that does not leave marks in sponges or food, and that is because of the reviews that indicate that they both do not aarp.

👤I've purchased products from KPkitchen before and have been very satisfied with them. The baking pan is very strong. The pan is not dishwasher safe but I wash my pans. The cooling rack fits nicely inside the pan and the silicon feet are a plus because they won't scratch the pan. This set would make a nice gift.
