I like to line the bottom with foil and add a bit of water to it before broiling to avoid those nasty flare ups from the fat. I am very happy that I found this.

I received theaster oven pan and rack set just in time to grill some burgers. The small size fits the grill. The heavy metal parts were able to tame the flames on the grill. 👤It isn't matching the description. They wrote in the description that it has not mixed with other things. Magnet sticks to it. When the magnet is sticking, how can it be steel? It is the steel polish on iron. I switch to these sheets because they don't get into food, but only after baking. I don't have a problem with iron, it's not dangerous, but the steel is ripping off and it can get into food.

👤These are nice thick material. I have had them before and ordered new ones. The metal can get in the seam if you soak it in water, as it is 2 thins sheets of metal stuck together. They don't warp if you clean them without allowing water to get inside. If you don't put foil on the tins when cooking with oil, they will stain after a while, but I like the way the tray gets nice and hot, and this helps brown my vegetables. Definitely recommend them.

I am holding the pan with my bare hands. It was already cool and warped. It wont cause a problem for some things, but it will cause a big problem for other things if you twist that much in the oven. These pans were disappointing. I will be looking for a replacement. My review was changed to 3 stars because of good customer service. The USA pan is being replaced. I didn't have to prove where I bought them. New photos are on the way. I am disappointed that they warped, but new ones are on their way.
👤These are not easy to clean and get stains no matter what you do. I've tried every recommended cleaning process and nothing cleans them. They bake the bottoms of cookies, soft pretzels, pastries, and almost everything else I bake on them in a way that makes them barely cook. I had high hopes for these. I settled on these after reading a lot of reviews for cookie/baking sheets, and now I have to pay more for similar sheets from Walmart. The first pan in the picture has been used a few times. The 2nd pan has been used once. After cleaning them multiple times, and trying several online non abrasive cleaning solutions, this was the end result. I never used foil or a baking sheet on them. Not one time. There are still no changes. The first and second pictures of each pan have no flash.
