👤I used 2 of them the day they arrived. The pan is the same size but different. One was plain aluminum and the other was a stronger alum with grids on the bottom. Batter was poured into both. The bread on the plain aluminum had a problem because the batter merged into the paper. I liked the price of these and even if I have to use 2 sheets for the pan that stuck, the price is still excellent. They were smaller than 12x16 inches. On each side there is about a quarter inch. Most of the time, this isn't important for my baking. I put the sheet into 2 pans and allow the paper to be molded to the correct size and easily cut off the excess, if I want the sides to be paper. I use my fingernails to create a crease on the bottom when I remove the top pan. The paper won't crease. It's a challenge to keep the paper in place while pouring batter for my shallow pans. The paper is very slippery and the box it came in is convenient, but it has enough space to allow the paper to shift a bit. A few sheets were moved so they wouldn't be useful. I put the sheets in a plastic bag. It is an hour. These sheets have been used to add more thoughts. The nut bread I bake is affected by the sheets. The problem with sticking to the sheet is that the bread takes longer to bake and it has butter. I bought my previous brand for baking things that have butter. I use them to line casserole dishes. I have noticed that if the dish has butter, it will melt through the liner. This is not a problem with cheese. I roll between 2 sheets of wax paper when making cookies. I'm hoping these will be able to replace the wax paper.

It's too easy to tears and you don't want it to tear. It becomes translucent when it absorbs oil. The pan doesn't keep it clean because the oil and water go through it. The paper is the worst I have ever used. The box is terrible. I had to staple the whole box together because it all came apart. I'm stuck with a lot of crappy paper which will take forever to use up.

I got a heavy weight cardboard box, no interior flapped envelope, and 200 sheets of loose lightweight parchment. I will keep it, but don't cut the box open every time I need a sheet. These will not allow me to cut my crackers out in the paper and put them on the baking pan. They are too flimsy. I thought it was flimsy, but it was not. I have been able to make 8 batches of keto crackers, roll them out between 2 sheets, score them, and transfer them to a baking sheet. It works well, fits my half sheet pans perfectly, and so far it isn't too much of a p.i.a to store in my cabinet.

👤Am I missing something? When folded in half, my sheets measure 12x16. I thought they were individual 12x16 sheets. It says 12x16 on the box. They seem to be fine. The seller contacted me immediately after my review and sent me the correct product for free, so I could keep the 16x 24 sheets. I roasted potatoes on a sheet last night and was very pleased with the product. It was perfect in my pan. Customer service is excellent.

I didn't do my homework on this one. I'm always concerned about what they use in the preparation of food related products. How do they make this paper? It is almost impossible to get items that are not produced or contain materials made in china, so I have never trusted items made in china. I made peanut butter cookies using the paper.
👤I use this for baking and it was disappointing. It's not close to what I've used before, but it's not heavy duty. I was able to make bread multiple times with those sheets. They can't be trusted to pull a loaf of bread out of a Dutch oven without it breaking. Maybe I got a bad one, but I am not very happy.

After using cookie dough with butter or oil, the paper is very thin and the grease that comes from it will soak into the paper and leave a greasy mess.
