I don't show up for blood work, but I will tell you if I eat wheat/gluten. All my pain and ache will be tripled by three. That is really bad when you have joint diseases. All large joints have lost the cushion they used to have, and the pop and grind across what used to be a smooth motion. There are items in cooking that are free of wheat. You wouldn't believe that wheat showed up. It's in things you wouldn't expect. You think, "Oh is that the reason my hands didn't work the next morning?" My comb wouldn't stay in my hand. Anyone with celiac knows to check for wheat in weird places. I don't say to check everything, but I'm cooking supplies.

👤I was happy to find this baking powder. I try to use good, natural ingredients when baking and so I was happy that this one didn't have any bad ingredients. My favorite biscuit recipe is 2 cups organic Einkorn flour, powdered erythritol or monk fruit ext, ground chia seeds, baking powder, salt, and cold butter. Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and bake them in the oven. Add the butter that is very cold. I shred the butter with a cheese shredder to keep it from clumping and to make it easier to mix. I add the cold milk. The dough ball should be on the paper. Knead dough and fold flour. I fold dough over about 5 times. Then use a round object to cut out biscuits. Place the pan on the paper. I put them close together to help them rise. If you want, you can add butter on top of the biscuits. It takes about 15 minutes to bake. I use the baking powder for my homemade dumplings in Chicken Gnocchi Soup. If you would like to make your own dumplings, I've included the recipe below. It's the perfect soup to enjoy on a chilly evening. Next, add the butter and stir with a fork. The dough ball will form when the milk is added and kneaded. Dust the mixture with flour if it's too sticky. I scoop out the little balls with the measuring spoon. Drop each small dumpling into a bowl of soup. Don't stir the dumplings. After all the dumplings have been added into the soup, put the lid on and let it heat up for 15 minutes. Stir and serve after removing the lid. Enjoy! I make a larger bowl of soup when I double the portion. This review will help you.

👤I use this to help my sourdough breads. It's worked well. I use anywhere from 1 to 2 grams per loaf these days, and I think it helps the flavour and helps the process of making bread. I bake about two loaves of bread a week and have found that using more than 2 grams of flour can result in a gummy crust to your bread. If you're looking at this product with sourdough baking in mind, I recommend you look into some citric acid as well, it helps boost the sour zip in your breads as well! If you're interested, I use a small amount for each loaf.
👤I wanted to make pizza with this. I gave this a try because my crust was not turning out well. It made the crust crispier, worth every penny, a little goes a long way. There is an update. I have been able to make even better pizza's now that the old pictures have been removed. I've come a long way since then, the malt powder allows you to get a beautiful golden brown crust and great crust flavor. The bottom of the crust can get darker and crispier as a result. The photos do the product justice.

Four months after the expired date is how long that is. This item has a relatively long shelf life and should not be expired before 2020. I recommend this product, but don't buy it from this vendor because their stuff is old. It is a non returnable item, so you have to call customer service, speak to an actual person, and then use the automated system to get a refund.

It produces a good finished product that will last the next day. There is a loss of flavor for me. This is a good substitute when eggs are not on the table.
