The large one in my set is about 10.67 inches. I needed a rack to fit inside a pot that was just over 10 inches in diameter. The small rack in my set is less than 20 cm and the medium rack is less than 20 cm. All three of the measurements are parallel to the grid wires, and all of them are about 1 millimeter smaller than the grid wires. I don't blame the manufacturer for deviating from their specification, I knew it would be a close call. TeamFar contacted me to check on how I liked the rack, and they responded quickly to my reply. I would recommend this seller and product if you need a rack that is exactly the size they specify.

I could see how misfortune could happen when a rack is re-positioned and something hot on it slides off as the rack is lifted. 3 stars is not a criticism, but a recognition of the nature of the beast, and as far as " easy to clean" is concerned, there is no such thing.

All food items are removed from the rest of the rack parts when the brush gets into the small areas where the folding rack legs are attached. No rust or any other discoloration should be noted. Highly recommend.

Three layers hold all the pitas. When the cooking is done, I give 15 - 20 minutes more cooling, then all the pitas can go into a bag and into the freezer. It was perfect. The bag doesn't get a lot of ice, the pitas don't freeze up hard, and it's just right. If you make your own Pita, you'll know that it's not safe to eat for 2 days because it's been made with Preservatives. It is important that the pitas are dry before they are frozen. This is the right rack for this. If you want to increase the recipe to 24 pitas, you can do 12 on the rack and then replace the old ones with the new ones by the time you are ready to do 13 and 14. You can make as many pitas as you want without having to store more rack space. For most home makers, 12 is enough. I can use it as a single layer for pizza. It's perfect for anything that needs to be cooled down. Price was correct. It is made in China. Good luck finding anything like this. The U.S. manufacturers couldn't compete and so they set up Chinese factories. American labor is more expensive. If you want to let the Chinese take the extreme low wages for manufacturing jobs, think about getting an education and doing the smart work. I worked in manufacturing for a while. It makes you hate yourself. Let them do it.

👤I thought the racks would be worse than they are. I use them to cook meat in my oven about 7 nights a week. It is hard to clean the stove Broiler. Most of the previous racks I have gotten came with the oven rust, so you just soak them in to get rid of it. These have not. I am very impressed. I checked the Amazon description and it said it was dishwasher safe, but I was hesitant to put it in the dishwasher. I should have washed them with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and dish soap, but they came out with dried spots. I tried and the spots came out. The pan's finish looked scratched. See the picture! Hand wash the pan. There is no clean up if the pan is lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.

It is the steel polish on iron. I switch to these sheets because they don't get into food, but only after baking. I don't have a problem with iron, it's not dangerous, but the steel is ripping off and it can get into food.
