Best Baking Racks for Oven Use with Pan Round

👤This is not the same material as the one used in cookware. The seller is selling them as legitimate products. I cut one of the racks with a saw blade and both failed the test. Don't believe the seller.

👤I bought this because I saw an article about using a cooling rack as a drying rack for dishes over your sink. I don't intend to use this item for the purpose for which it was made, but it fits perfectly over the sink and leaves me with more counter space now that my dishes aren't taking up.

👤There is a slight slope from center to edges. If the rack was not inside the 1/2 sheet pan, cookies would slide off the floor. Not sure if they were bent in packaging or a design flaw. They fit perfectly inside the sheet pan and the clean up is easy, but not being flat throughout was a big disappointment.

The feet are placed too far inward from the edge of the cooling rack, which is my biggest issue with these. They are unstable because of their design and can easily be moved around when used as a steaming rack. Smaller items can easily fall through the wires.

👤This is to be used in my new air fryer oven. It is large enough to do multiple items. I spray the tray with oil to prevent it from sticking and line the pan with foil to make it easier to clean. The clean-up was easy.

👤I like this so much that I may get a third. Large, very sturdy. The pan is covered with a wire grid that is non-stick. I use it to make jerky, to cook bacon, to roast veggies, and so on. The first unit's wire grid was sturdy enough, but the second unit's grid is a bit thicker. It could be that it was a different supplier. These are very well designed. They can't be beat for the money. When you're done cooking, put some dish soap in the pan, fill it with water, and let it soak for a few minutes. Don't soak the grid for hours, it's not good for its non-stick finish. Then rinse the pan and both sides of the grid with a soft brush and put it away.

👤This pan is great for cooking bacon. Our bacon is cooked in the oven and it comes out nice and crisp. I used a cooling rack for the bacon to keep it from melting in the oven, but sometimes I spilled grease in the oven because the cookie sheet wasn't deep enough. The pan is deep enough to capture grease and the coating on the rack makes it easy to clean than a cooling rack. After disposing of grease, the aluminum pan cleans easily. I use the pan for other things as well. It is the perfect size for holding two dozen sandwiches.

I haven't had a chance to speak to their longevity yet, but they seem to be as good a quality as my intellectual property, and I feel like they will last a long time if maintained as they should be. Don't leave them sitting in water for a long time, don't bake food on them to eat away at the finish, and don't let them drink water for a long time.

👤I bought these for canning. I boil the jars in my large soup pot. The racks held up well. There isn't any rust on them so far. I only use them once in a large pot of water and once in a large Skillet of water to cook the lids. There is no rust on the surface of the wrecks and they fit well inside of a variety of Skillet and pot sizes. They work well and are lightweight, and of course Amazon ships fast. I have everything I need for the weekend.

I received theaster oven pan and rack set just in time to grill some burgers. The small size fits the grill. The heavy metal parts were able to tame the flames on the grill. 👤I ordered different sizes of pans. A full sheet pan, a 1/3 sheet pan, 3 half sheet pans, a 1/2 sheet pan, and a Jelly roll pan are included. Some of the pans had rack that fit in them. They aren't worth the money. They are not safe to use in the dishwasher. The pans have never been put in the dishwasher, but one of them accidentally got washed in the dishwasher within a couple of weeks after I got it, and the coating came off, and has gotten worse since then. After a couple of months, the coating on all of the others started peeling off and they are starting to get stained as well. It's getting harder and harder to tell which one was the one that went through the dishwasher. The coating on the pans is flaky because of the racks that came with them. I can't recommend them to anyone. I wish I had kept my cheaper ones. The reviews warn you that the coating will fall off. All of the positive reviews have to be paid for.

👤My family has decided that we are better off cooking at home after many disappointing meals in restaurants. Buffalo wings are one of those foods. I wanted to bake our wings before we put them in sauce. Baking them in a pan leaves one side wet. I wanted to get the wings off of the pan so they could crisp all the way around. The bottoms still get some steam from the drippings, but they are not dripping from fat. They fit a standard pan. It is still a win. Purchase a pair.

👤I was looking for an economical solution to the problem of a sink that is too small and shallow, which causes splashed water to leak underneath the countertop. The perfect size for under the coffeemaker or to set products at the kitchen sink is the 8.5" X 12. Water or coffee used to be underneath the coffeemaker. It made a small puddle in the warm environment. There is life in the water. I found this mess when I did the weekly deep- clean. Ewww! If there is a water spill, I don't have time to clean it, so it can evaporate. Problem solved! Stay well and take care.
