👤I'll let my secret out. These rings are great for making crab cakes. You can use a small amount of bread crumbs. They are not needed to hold the crab cakes together. You can mix your crab meat with your favorite seasonings and an egg. Put your four rings on the pan and add your crab meat mixture. Take the included presses and compress the mixture. There will be a small gap on top now. Cook on the other side. The crab meat mix should be flipped over by sliding a spatula under the ring. The mix should be pushed onto the pan by the presses. Take them off and put them on a serving plate using a thin metal spatula. Push out your crab cake with the included presses. I forgot to mention that the rings should be sprayed with olive oil to keep the mix from sticking. I use a cast iron insert for my grill. We grill all sorts of vegetables and fish. Enjoy your crab cakes with a mix of avocado and chunky style on the side. Two or more sets of these rings is what you should get if you want to entertain. Again, there is no need to use bread crumbs. These rings will keep your mixture together if you cut way back. Don't ruin the lump crab with bread crumbs.

Sausage patties are also possible. I haven't made a cheese cake in years because there are only two of us. I plan to make 4 individual size cheese cakes using my recipe down size.
