Best Baking Sheet Nonstick

👤I have a variety of Wilton pans and have never seen this problem. The pan started to twist less than 10 minutes into baking my bagels. What is happening to your quality?

👤If you didn't put it in the oven, it would be a great pan. I put in at 350 and within two minutes I hear a popping sound and the sheet is warped. I saw a review that said it was probably a flaw in one pan, and I thought it was a mistake. It happened. The oven is a mess after I used the pan to hold pumpkin pies.

👤This is a great sheet of cookies. I will only give one warning. Only bake cookies with this. Do not use it as a bait for catching sweet peppers. I like this. I used it under my pie pans to keep the spillover out of my stove bottom. It was a bad mistake. I couldn't clean it back to normal after it spilled over and the sugar was in the cookie sheet. The smooth surface did not absorb the black. I used a lot of things. Just use it for cookies. I will use my damaged one for spillovers.

👤The pan itself is of low quality, despite the fact that we bought a few for a baking class in school. The pan will warp in the oven and cause a burn to the arms of two of my students. The Nordic Ware pans don't do that. The return window is closed so maybe we will use them for something.

The company owes me a refund and should remove this item. It's a dangerous and dangerous product.

The manufacturer needs to know that the measurements of a cookie sheet are supposed to be the actual usable part of the sheet. The inside is not the outside. I could see the seam of the part that wasn't made of Teflon was a little different at the edges.

👤I don't think I would say much about baking pans. These pans are not worth what I paid for them. Silicone does not stay in the pans because of the rough finish and thin metal. I opened the box and found several of the silicone handles were loose, I tried to put them back in, but they fell out. If you had a heavy item on these pans, they would bend and you could burn yourself.

👤The idea of three different sized baking sheets is not executed well. The baking sheets are fastened even in the heat of an oven. The baking sheets are not "non-stick" and food may burn onto the surface of the baking sheet, making it difficult to clean off. The cute handles MELT are a big problem. Not worth the price.

👤They lost their sheen after my Dad lined them with foil to cook his chicken nuggets. They stack on top of each other nicely stored next to my Martha Stewart collection of pans. The warm glow under my cabinets made the colors blend nicely. I am confident that the pans will hold up over the redneck holiday dinner festivities. I can bake a can of frozen biscuits. I can cook a steak for two, and the mess just washes off. I would recommend these pans to my friends and family. I would trust their strength to knock out my family member at our Christmas dinner. They leave no marks. This is a bonus for me. Check them out!

👤I am not the most experienced when it comes to cooking sheets. I wanted to cook chicken, pork, beef, fries, and Appetizers with minimal mess and not cling to the pan. After a couple of weeks of use, I haven't found any issues and it's non stick surface was helpful during clean up and removal of my food. I was initially concerned that the food I prepared was cooked evenly. The product is a great pick up for yourself or a gift idea.

👤They are what they say they are, but they don't mention that they rust up. The water gets up under the pan so it will rust. I washed them the first time. The rusty water ran out of the edges on to the floor after an hour of sitting. It was shocked and amazed. I need to learn to shop local for certain items.

👤I'm a huge fan of non-stick baking items, they're easy to keep clean, and truly non-stick. I just finished my second batches of sugar cookies and it was easy. I lightly buttered the pans before the first batches came in, and that was the last time I did that. The batches were cooked to perfection and slid off with no sticking. And washing-up? The finish is as perfect as it was when it was fresh out of the box, because there was no trace of anything on either of the pans. I've never been a big fan of such things, but these deserve a rave, especially at the price. I went to Walmart and paid more for similar pans but only had a food stick and non-stick wash off. I washed it by hand.

👤I had to return them because they seem like they'd be great. The size listed is 9x13, but it's the bottom dimensions. The sides flare out a bit and the top edge is rolled so that the top dimensions are 9.75 x 13.75 These pans don't fit in the oven because of the sides flaring out, but I bought them to use in my Breville Toaster Oven to replace a 13" round pan.

👤The pans are only 1/3 " deep. I bought them to use as cookie sheets because they are the right length and width for my countertop oven. The cookie sheet will fall in the oven. The quality is not as good as $1 store cookie sheets. I didn't want to return them, but I did not want to put them in a wrapper. I don't have a good cookie sheet because I'm out $10. I will not buy a product from them again.

👤Do not recommend. There are many weird things. After washing, there is a weird color that drips. There is always a small amount of greyish water draining from the back lip of the tray. There was a lot of scratching from sitting against each other. The scratches are on the corners and edges of the tray, not from utensils. They are showing scratches from being placed against each other in a cabinet. The tray that's used for food does not hold up well.

👤These would be perfect if it wasn't for the brown liquid under the side folds. I washed it before using it. The clean sheet was leaking rust liquid quickly. Since they are bent over, you can't clean in the folds, so I didn't know if there was grease. The pans can work, but you can't stack them because of the brown liquid dripping. I haven't used them so I would like to return them. It is not eligible. These are non-refundable if you are going to purchase.

👤When they roll the edges they don't seal them, which is a fundamental design problem. The edges retain water. I put the pans in the dishwasher so they would tolerate it. When I took them out, the water in the underside of the edges was rusty. A non-stick pan that I just bought is already rusting. I wouldn't recommend buying this until they fix the problem.

It was one of the sheet pans that were warping. They warp at 350 degrees. I did two wellingtons and the pan snapped and curled, causing one thing to slide into the other. I'm very disappointed. I thought that the "Rolled edge" and "thick" metal would mean that they wouldn't warp like a cheap thin pan, because of the amount of money I spent on them. If you need a sheet tray that won't warp in the oven, it's not worth 25 or 30.00.

👤I like calphalon products. I wanted to buy some name brand pans for my wife. She showed me how they warp in the oven. After cooling, go back. The corners of the pan are lifted off the counter. Still moving. And now rust. Shouldn't have used cheap pans. It looks like the calphalons will be next. Buy thicker metal sheets.

👤I needed pans with a raised edge in order to grill asparagus, so I bought these baking sheets. I used them the other day with the oven set at 350 degrees, and I'm very disappointed in them. I turned the oven light on after hearing a popping sound and saw they were bent like a ship. Unless you want a very large sheet cake or brownies, it would be impossible to use this as bakeware. I used to trust the company, but it was disappointing.

👤I love Calphlon and have bought their products for years, but this is one of the worst that I have owned. The non-stick is ok, but when you put it in the dishwasher it will rust and stain my other dishes and my dishwasher itself. I can't remove the stains. I haven't been able to check into the "lifetime warranty" that these are supposed to have. I will post an update with the results.

👤When I do review items, I wait to see how the product fairs over time. My review will be similar to many others on here. I'm talking about pans that are even under 400 F. I got these to replace some pans that had lost their ability to cook, but they are made of sturdy stuff. I've used these pans with and without spray, and I think it's important to mention that mine seemed to stain from the cooking juices and oils. I scrubbed them after each use, but even with a spray it's still a pain. I was looking for a high quality purchase and they were not my favorite purchase.

👤The baking pans are very heavy and thick. The baking pans set comes with 3 piece sheet pans in different sizes. I have used each pan about 8 times so far and there are no issues, the non-stick surface is holding up well and there are no signs of rust. The coating on those oven pans makes it very easy to Chean up. I have only used hand washing and dried them immediately, I think hand washing is the best way to prevent the pans from rusting.

👤The chicken was cooked at 350 degrees in the oven. I could not get the pan to be clean after it cooled down. They are a good weight and came quickly. It was stated that they would clean up as easy as possible. It is harder to clean when put in the dishwasher because of the brownish gold water. Going to get better pans.

After each dishwasher cycle, there is a huge mess. After a few uses the bottom surface became very sticky with food and impossible to clean, only after a few bakings. The return window is only 1 month and you will need some time to really feel how inconvenient the product has become.

👤The quality of this baking pan set is very good. My daughter has already been recommended them by me. I replaced the oven pan with these, but they are much better. I put the pan in the oven with a cake and it didn't warp. The non-stick surface of the baking pans makes them look great, and the pan itself looks great too. 👤I received this set. It was washed and left to dry. It has been about two days without any problems. I went to grab the cupcake pan to bake and noticed it was rusty. Wtf? Did you just purchase this and one wash to rust? Whoever they are receiving their pans from should be reconsidered by Amazon.

👤The baking set is the worst I have ever purchased. The bakery goods are ruined because they tear in chunks, with much or most of the products still stuck to the pan. You can't serve rotten pans or give ruined bakery goods as gifts if you consider the purchase price and the loss of expensive ingredients. I used the bread loaf pan for the first time. I had to soak it for several hours and then change out the fresh soaking water because of the layers of gunk that had stuck and torn when I tried to get it out of the pan. The color of the pans looked stained when baking product had touched them. The pans were ruined the first time they were used, but I did not leave them damp or to air out.

Don't cut too hard on the pans, they're not meant for that. These are worth a lot of money. It is a steal. It is worth it to just buy them. 👤You can confirm this with other reviews as well: After a few minutes, the pan will pop loudly in the oven, and the pan will have bent out of shape, and you can either slide it out of the oven rack or make the content of it. When it cools, it will flatten back out straight. It happens on every use. The non-stick lasts 5 total uses and washes at the very most before it starts to rust. I wouldn't recommend it even for the price. Unless you want a disposable sheet.

👤I have used this pan 15 times. I make cookies, fish sticks, and chicken tenders on it. So far, so good. I have used it up to 475* F and there has been no distortion or anything. I am happy with the purchase. I'll come back and change this review when it becomes discolored or changes its appearance. I bought this and I am happy with it.

👤I bought several of the good cook baking sheets in different sizes after reading the reviews. They are made from a heavy material which makes it easy to clean up any type of food. The first time I used it in an oven at or above 400, the half sheet warped. The smaller size is a favorite for any use.

👤I bought a set of these pans 10 years ago at a TJ Maxx store and I have been so impressed with them, that I've gifted to friends and now searched them out for my daughter, as she sets up her first home. I expect my pans to last the rest of my life. I was worried that the new ones would be light and flimsy, but a heavy package arrived and my concern vanished. In this review, I'll explain how my pans have been used and my impressions of the brand new pans that I purchased in October of 2021. The weight of the new pan is 3 lbs 5 ounces, which is very heavy. It is beautiful. These are a nice gift for someone who appreciates good quality. Smooth rims! The edges were very firm and solid. You cannot twist this pan. It's good for sheet pans to have black on the bottom. Impressive. There is a lot of information on use that I think is helpful. The label isn't stuck to the pan. Hand washing can be used in the dishwasher. Lifetime. You should save the label and receipt in your warranty file. There is no need to register. It excludes a lot, but if the pan fails, you're covered. Recommends up to 450, but not to Broil! I have cooked in my older pans to char my veggies, melt some cheese, and cook my ribs in bbq sauce. When I did broil, my pans were lined with foil and the time was very short. The pans have a special formula that makes it easy to remove. They recommend you not use it on their regular stove-top non-stick surfaces. They recommend that you follow the instructions in the recipe for greasing, spraying, flouring, etc. You can find a replacement for the pan if you love it as much as I do. Soft Scrub and a nylon brush are recommended for cleaning stubborn spots. I might try the soft scrub to clean up my old ones. I will change this review if these pans don't hold up. They are great if you don't see an update. The 10 year old pans have been used and cared for in this manner, and I cook mostly savory food like slabs of ribs, roasted vegetables, sheet pan meals and bacon. They've never been used for cookies or biscuits. For a short time, broiling has been a thing. I am not reviewing the non-stick aspect. I prefer non-stick for "run over" events, but I also prefer not cooking directly on non-stick, and line my pans almost 100% of the time for easy clean up. My liners are usually lined with aluminum foil, non-stick aluminum foil, parchment paper or silicone liners. In order. Unless my lining allows for it, I don't use metal utensils on them. I don't cut on the pans. Have never been in a dishwasher and have rarely used a nylon brush. My 10 year old pans have no hot spots. It's still flat. They usually return to flat in the oven. The science of warping is shown below. There are 3 more After all these years, durable, still look nice and feel quality. There are four I am not a stickler, so my pans do have some stains from use, but the non-stick does not have a single warning spot on the top. It has not aged. I don't use them for ease of release. There are five There is no stick on the bottom. I don't wrap the bottoms in foil. I see people wearing thin lines in and out of the oven, but it's not impacting anything. It's easy to clean them up. There are no bubbles. The bottom is probably not the same as the top. The bottom is black. I have never seen rust. There are two more They are still used with confidence. There are 3 more They are still in their original shape. My pans stack perfectly flat and even now stack and nest perfectly with the brand new ones that we just ordered, but have not yet used. They do not warp at normal temperatures and if they do twist when placed in a hot oven with little in them, they return to their normal shape and sit flat. The important thing is that they don't get ruined from continued, basic use. If you're interested in what I've learned about why sheet pans warp in the oven, you can see below. I have studied the science of sheet pan warping and found that it has to do with the temperature of the pan, how evenly it is covered with food, and whether the food is heavy or light. It's a matter of science. A good pan can be damaged by warping events. The pans get mangled.

If you have the oven over 536-F, I can see that these pans are warped. Food was cooked evenly. I got the Noble Silver and it shows scratches very easily.

I have been using the USA pans for 3.5 years and have never had a problem with them, but if I cook it too much and it sticks to it, I will take everything off and use a water soak to clean it. I can make cheese crisps without a stick. Carmelized salmon. No problem! Everything will be baked perfectly. I have never had a pan warp on me, which is one of the reasons I use Rachel ray and Calphlon. I bought these for all the showers I go to and everyone I buy them for loves them, even though I accidentally set something on full foot high flames and it still has not warped or had the nonstick come off - decolored it. Will be hooked if you buy them! I have round cake pans, half sheet and quarter sheet. I have a rectangular pan that is perfect for birthday cakes. Happy cooking and baking!

👤It"s been about a year since I last used it as a drip pan under casseroles, cookie sheet, and the like. It was wonderful at first but lost its non-stick ability. The hand was washed with dawn and a dishrag, never in the dishwasher. There is a The first batches of chocolate chip cookies stained the coating so that they could see where the cookies sat. When it came time to clean, I was surprised. I had to use a plastic spatula to release the chicken thighs that were stuck to the bottom of the oven. I put dawn and water in a shallow layer on the countertop and let it soak in. It took a little scrubbing with a blue scrubber. I noticed that rust was forming under the edge. My theory is that the pan is sprayed with a non stick coating and left exposed to the elements of use. I think I got my money"s worth, for $21 bucks. A good solid sheet pan is not so non-stick anymore.

👤The large surface area of the pans made it possible to fit a lot of potatoes at one time. I am having health issues that lead me to look at things I have overlooked. This is a review of the Baking Sheets, not a health seminar, so I will simply say that I am eliminating anything that could be contributing to having heavy metals in my system. I am not saying these baking sheets are the cause of my issues, but I will show you why I will no longer be using them. I use these BS twice a day for about two months. When I washed them prior to using them, I noticed that the soap looked gray, because I washed off some of the aluminum. In a rush to use the BS, I noticed some sort of metallic debris on the paper towel, after wiping off excess water with a paper towel. This has been happening after each wash. I was able to fit so much on the tray that I overlooked it. I discovered recently that my body is showing signs of too much heavy metals and I am taking actions to limit them. It took about 3 paper towels to clean up the mess. I've been cooking with these BS since April of this year. I've thrown them away.

👤I ordered Nordicware pans and USA pans at the same time, and used them both for the first time, so there's no difference in age. I baked gingerbread cookies, which were cracked on the Nordicwear pans, and needed a spatula to remove them, but the USA Pan cookies came off without a spatula needed. 👤You can roast vegetables under a broiler or at 450 degree F, and cooked-on oil doesn't affect the pan's stickiness. This is all aluminum with steel around the edges so it doesn't warp. The pan is very heavy. My mom gave me an aluminum sheet pan when I moved out on my own. I have been abusing this thing for a decade. My mom had it before me. I have a small family of my own and my husband likes roasted veggies, but I like to make my own food at night. I'm looking for a sturdy one to go with my old beat up one. They would twist or warp over 400 degrees. It didn't seem like the price made a difference. I had cheap and expensive ones. At 400, they went funny. I assumed all pans did that, but I found this one. Actually, two. I now have three pans. I use the old one and the new one for veggies, and the third for baking cookies, so it will stay cleaner and stick free. The metal is really smooth and these are not sticky. These are a good choice if you're afraid of chemicals in your food. To make it easier to remove food from the pan, use a fat.
