Best Baking Sheet Paper

👤I have used different brands of paper before. All of them have no smell. This product smells like chemicals, just how it is made. It is also coated in silicone. Lots of chemicals. The regular, non-stick, compostable parchment is not coated with anything. This is a bad product.

👤Am I missing something? When folded in half, my sheets measure 12x16. I thought they were individual 12x16 sheets. It says 12x16 on the box. They seem to be fine. The seller contacted me immediately after my review and sent me the correct product for free, so I could keep the 16x 24 sheets. I roasted potatoes on a sheet last night and was very pleased with the product. It was perfect in my pan. Customer service is excellent.

👤These sheets are beautiful. It's easy to use. Nice and heavy. I am buying more for my daughter as well. The box was the only downside for me. One end needs to be sealed. When I picked up my box, the sheets slid out on the floor. I will close the end next time. Good product, small fix. I'm not sure if they come in half sheets, but I will buy them.

👤The package looks nice, but the paper is torn when I remove it. It had to be removed from the packaging. It is made in China. I don't try to buy direct exported goods. I didn't do my homework on this one. I'm always concerned about what they use in the preparation of food related products. How do they make this paper? It is almost impossible to get items that are not produced or contain materials made in china, so I have never trusted items made in china. I made peanut butter cookies using the paper.

👤I use this for baking and it was disappointing. It's not close to what I've used before, but it's not heavy duty. I was able to make bread multiple times with those sheets. They can't be trusted to pull a loaf of bread out of a Dutch oven without it breaking. Maybe I got a bad one, but I am not very happy.

👤I use them in my oven and countertop oven almost daily. It has worked well for me if I slip one out and put it under cookies, roasted veggies, bread, chicken, and potatoes. Caution is used at super high heats, only short cooking times. It saves you time in cleaning your pans. Will return.

👤The quality of the paper is not as good as pre-cut paper. After using cookie dough with butter or oil, the paper is very thin and the grease that comes from it will soak into the paper and leave a greasy mess. I haven't used the paper since the grease can't be wiped away. I have not yet been able to reuse it under something that is less oily or wet. The amount of butter, eggs and other wet ingredients that contribute to soaking the paper is what most cookie dough asks for. The 9" round pre-cut papers are perfect as dividers when stacking baked cookies in tins.

The sheets arrived in perfect condition and have been great. We were able to wipe down and air dry the first sheet we used and then reuse it 3 more times. Really nice sheets of paper. When the time is right, we will re-order from Baker's Signature.

👤These sheets are what I wanted. They have released everything perfectly and easily, including biscuits, pretzels, cookies, and egg wash. The dough is very sticky. When I took the pizzas out of the oven, they slid around on the parchment like air hockey. That would not happen on a bare pan, no matter how much you sprayed it. I repeat- they released everything. Even after use, they remain in good shape and I think I'll be able to use them twice in the future. The label is beautiful and the box is neat. The opening is a bit narrower than the sheets, which makes them rumples as they are pulled out. I think the narrow opening could tear sheets, especially when the box is still full. The star rating is not affected by this issue. I think I could cut the problem with a knife. The narrow opening helps retain the sheets in the box, and since they are slippery, that's probably a good thing. They are shorter than a standard half-sheet. The restaurant supply half-sheets leave a small opening at each narrow end. My pans are a bit wider. I like to fill my pans' surface area pretty full, but the shortness had not been an issue. The quarter inch isn't enough for me. I returned a package of parchment to another seller because the sheets were so thin and rumpled, they were stuck like crazy. I will re-order when mine run out.

👤These sheets are the best I have ever used. The cookies were baked to a golden brown. The sheets made a difference in the result. They were never curled and could be used again. I have always used King Arthur's paper. I ordered these because I could get them faster. I am sure I was glad to do it. I will definitely use them. 👤I use the paper all the time. King Arthur Flour has white parchment in 100 half-sheets. I have never ordered unbleached parchment before. Baker's Dream from Aliza Imports will be my go-to brand. Beautifully packaged, to remain flat during shipping and storage. I bake cookies, line cake pans, and roast vegetables using it. There's less clean-up for me because everything releases like magic. The unbleached parchment was 40% less expensive than the white half-sheet that I've previously bought from King Arthur Flour.

👤These sheets are not like the ones I've used before. The sheets are not non-stick as I expected. The point of keeping pan clean enough to just rinse between uses is lost because of the weeps through the sheets to pan. Since the sheets become soggy underneath the baked item, you can't reuse them. I am suspicious about the sheets that are made of parchment because they don't perform as well as I expected. Dodgy product. I'm sorry.

👤I liked the sheets, unbleached, good price, but I purchased a warehouse deal with a smashed box for a lower price, which I didn't mind. If it was a brand new box, it would be great to store sheets in so they don't slide down if you store them vertically. I used them more than once when I baked cookies, and they didn't seem to have any problems burning. I baked some veggies at 425 and they were fine. The clean up was easy. I have half sheet pans that fit the Parchment sheets just fine.

👤I love the quality and it makes baking easier. I took the paper out of the box and threw it away. Remove the small top from the box. The front of the box has a v. I now have the ability to put a sheet together at a time. The manufacturer should put a v in the front of the box. It would be easier to put the paper in the container.

👤I've used the bleached white paper from the supermarket for years. I had to fight the paper from curling on the baking sheet because I couldn't get the size right. Kitchen Geeks paper solved all of that. 200 sheets of unbleached paper! They come out of the box and lay on the pan. I'm never going back to the old stuff after I discovered this. Never!

👤I wish I had read the other reviews before buying this item. I thought how different the paper is. Answer is different! People need to know how this came together. I bought the 200 sheets offer. I've bought sheets of paper for a long time. I don't like using them on rolls. I like the way the sheets are cut. They come in packs of 100 sheets each, with a flat cardboard backing and plastic inside. Pull out what you need one flat sheet at a time by cutting the plastic at the top. The stuff was folded up and put in a plastic bag. There's no way to store it easily, and no way to keep the sheets straight so they don't fall on the cookie sheets, so they can't be used for a recipe. It is very thin. I would not use over 350 for higher temp recipes. I decided to keep it for tracing paper because I don't want to use it for food. Before you place your order, be aware of the packaging. The easy storage is gone. The ability to pull out a couple sheets is gone. I bought a source of irritation.

👤I rarely write negative reviews, but I felt it was necessary because this product has a 4 star rating. If I could, I would give it 0 stars. The positives end when you realize that the parchment is not a good size for standard baking sheets. My biggest complaint is that these are not sanitary. When an order is placed, a stack of sheets is grabbed and wrapped in whatever material they have close by that might look like a plastic bag, because it looks like these sheets have been stored on a shelf in a warehouse. In my case, it was a dirty, torn sheet of plastic that had been used to package something else. It was wrapped around and taped up. We have the sheets. They were all stacked in a way that had sheets bending around the rest, some folded and creased, and others dirty from wherever they were stored. I don't think I could bake with these if I was painting something, but I might be able to use them to protect a work surface. I've seen a lot of warehouses and know from experience that anything that will touch food without first being washed needs to be sealed in its own packaging. There is a good chance of a creature with more than two legs running over products in a dirty warehouse. This company thought this was an acceptable way to ship this item, and they didn't label it for food use. If you're going to use this to protect a work surface, then you've found a good product. Turn around and look for something else.

👤I should have paid more attention to the negatives. I tried these instead of the previously ordered item. I assumed they were the same. It was a big mistake. Huge. I knew they were not the same as soon as I saw them. I thought they worked the same. Wrong. The first time I used it, it was a crisp at just 425 degrees for 12 minutes. I didn't see any flames so I'm not using the word burned. That's what happened. I'm assuming they won't pay for return shipping, so I'm going to have to recycle these. Live and learn, but never again.

👤The paper sheets do their job. I have baked with them and used them for candy. They are difficult to get out of the dispensers. I removed the whole package, discarded the wrapping paper, and carefully slid the batches of paper back into the dispensers, being very careful. I secured the entire box with two huge rubberbands. I bought them on Amazon to make sure the papers can't fly out. I have not tried to reuse them. I grab a new one every time. I see that I'm not alone because of the comments of others here. Oh, that's right. Yes. I almost forgot. These things are made in China. I should have looked for the country of origin. I apologize. I might buy Reynolds brand paper sheets instead.

👤I purchased this paper because it works well above 400. I have had problems with other brands. The packaging is my only complaint. I had to rip the box open because the cardboard box that looked like it was supposed to open didn't work, so I assumed you were meant to keep the paper in the box. I bought extra large bags to hold the paper. It takes up a lot of space. I would like it to be rolled instead of in sheets. The product works well. Definitely recommend.

👤I bought these to fit my 10x15 OXO pan, but the sheets are too large to fit in that pan. It's easy to fold the corners to make it fit and I value convenience over a perfect fit. I was impressed with the quality of the sheets. The parchment is very smooth and thick. My household mostly uses these for easy clean up, and each sheet lasts for more than one use. The packaging is my main complaint. The idea of punching out a piece of the box to use as a parchment dispenser is a good one, but the opening is useless since you need a knife to remove the piece of cardboard. It was difficult to remove the box.

👤I use the paper to bake my clay and store it. I use it as a clean sheet when I do art work and paint. It comes packed in a way that is hard to open and easy to use. You have to open the bunch and try to fit back in the box. If I buy this again, I might just slice the inner package open from the top because they are slippery, and trying to fit back in is like herding cats. My husband loved it so much that he stole it for cooking. I am not sure if I want to store unbaked clay on these sheets for a long time because the sheets pick up more oil and the plasticizers in the clay are not good for long time storage. Baking goods might dry out more. You have to watch when you move the baking sheet around because it is more slippery than average. I still use them for a clean slate to work on and also use them to mix paint colors on, they seem great and I have price compared and at least at the price point I bought this it was the best deal. I do use them in my studio, but I'm not sure if I would purchase them again.

👤The liner was used for the air fryer. The main advantage is that it prevents food from sticking to the pan. The liner makes it easier to peel the food when you need to flip it. If you use a liner, it is recommended that most foods be shaken or flipped half way during cooking to make it easier to do that. Don't run your Air Fryer with a liner in the cooking area. It could get sucked into the fan. How do I know this? I put the pan back in with the liner still inside after I made some fries. I could hear the liner moving as the fryer came back on. If I had left the pan in for a while it could have caused a problem. This is just an update.

👤It's great for an air fryer that's on constant use. The "nonstick' basket needs a makeover" because we have a Power Air Fryer. It's not very resistant. It gets old very quickly. I use the air fryer for an entree after the appetizer and dinner entree. Every time a dish is done, I change the liners. It works well. There are no issues now.

👤Found out quickly that air frying chicken wings leads to a mess on the basket. Real scrubbing is needed to get everything off. I bought these papers to clean up. If you place these in the basket during preheat, the air flow can blow the paper up to the heating elements and it can catch fire. They help keep the basket clean, but still bits of food get stuck. After cooling, drain the basket holder of any liquids, wipe and return the frying basket inside. Cleanup is easy when you fill with warm soapy water. These work for things that save effort.

👤I looked for liners that had more holes than the typical ones on Amazon. I thought they were the ones that had fewer holes. The outer ring holes in the product listing picture are 22. The liner blocked most of the holes in the fryer basket when I put it in my 8qt Ninja Foodi.

👤They work like paper. You don't have to clean your air fryer after use if you have a magic fix. Purchase a wand. These papers are great for soaking up the extra grease that comes on frozen french fries and other foods. These work well with leaking pizza rolls. My daughter thought that the liner wouldn't need to be washed. This is not true. Clean up is quicker. These liners are recommended by me.

👤I crimp the sides of the sheets to make sure they fit into the roasting pan I use frequently. If you put a little water around the pan then place the sheet on top, it will create some bonding so that the sheet stays in place while roasting. I'll purchase again.

👤I liked it at first. It's non-stick and food slides off easily. It can handle the temperature up to 425. I have not used it beyond that temperature. It's easy to keep it flat on the tray since they are all flat. The box in which it comes is large. It is not too thick. Sometimes it's difficult to get the box and sheet out. A big neighbor. I gave it 2 stars because of the problem with the sheet. It absorbs the oil like a sponge. I put some extra oil in the veggies for roasting. The oil soaked through the paper and onto the tray after half an hour of baking at a high temperature. No point in using a paper that sticks to the tray if you want the oil to soak through. I will finish my back and go to the store.

👤I used to use aluminum foil before it became popular. I am throwing out paper instead of throwing out aluminum foil. The paper is easy to use. Load cookie dough with paper and put it in the over. Load a second sheet on the counter while it's baking. When the first batches are done, take the paper and the cookies will leave the hot sheet in one motion. Put the pre- loaded paper on the sheet and then return it to the oven for the second batches. And so on. Zero after-baking Cleanup too.

If you take one out of the box, unfold it, and put it on the half-sheet, it's a perfect fit. Remove your baked goods and throw away the used parchment. A quick rinse of the baking sheet is all you need. Roasting vegetables on a sheet pan will not stick. The same thing, bacon in the oven. These sheets are pre-cut. They are worth the price. Some. 👤I baked a lot of cookies for the holidays and they saved my life. I would bake the cookies on a pan and then take them out and let them sit. If I tried to get them off the pan, they would get warm or cooled off. I kept making dough while my husband worked in the oven. It was a great operation that was able to place the cookies on the grid. The cookies were put out to cool and the husband put a new paper on the pan. They say they are disposable. I bought 4 boxes and didn't reuse them.

👤I don't know how I lived for so long without these. I can never get foil or parchment paper to come out of the box and cut straight. If I am in a hurry and have other things in my hands, the tube of foil or paper is always coming out of the box instead of staying in there nicely for a clean cut. Forget about saran wrap. I do a lot of baking and these are absolutely gold to me. I use them for everything, from lining the cookie sheet to lining the pans for banana bread, instead of having to grease and flour them. I use them when I cook my leftovers in the oven because they don't stick to the foil like it would in the kitchen. You will be completely spoiled to use anything else if you get a box of these.
