Best Baking Sheets for Oven with Rack

👤I used these to cook in my Instant Vortex Air Fryer. They fit nicely on the rack, but are actually sheets so I can make stuff like bread sticks and focaccia. It's nice to be able to make something special for the two of us, even if we only have two of us in the house. The pans are perfect. The thickness is very thin and they heat very evenly. It was nice and nice.

👤The tray was used to hold food in my oven. The original tray was square. The replacement is rectangular. It is easy to clean. I wash my hands and dry them. Put it back in the oven and heat for a minute. No rust has been experienced so far.

👤The first one was too big. These are easy to clean. You loose the bottom of biscuits and cinnamon rolls if you use Pam. I like these better than the one that came with the oven. They don't stain from the spray because of the coating.

Good non stick pans should be able to be cleaned with hot water and a sponge or cloth. I apologize for wasting my money. It's $12.00 right now.

👤How did I make meals without these pans? I use many ways. Baking crescent rolls, cookies, roasted asparagus, string beans, and much more. I reach for one or both pans a lot.

👤Even though they have a no-stick coating, I put a piece of tin foil in them to cook fish or anything else. I don't need to clean the tin foil after the food is cooked. After they cool down, put them in the kitchen drawer. They never accumulate the grease spots.

👤I didn't measure the oven because I was surprised by the size. This was a good mistake. If I want a smaller serving size of french fries, I can only use one of the two pans inside the oven. Good quality so far.

They eventually self correct shape and get close to their original shape. They are easy to clean. The rubber handles were not affected by the heat. They feel good in your grip. It's like all things on longevity. It's a buy in the stock market.

👤I have had these for less than a year and they are not shiny. All across the bottom was under the lip. I assume the rust on the bottom is from the scratches on the over racks. The price should not happen. Product details show that they are easy to clean and sturdy, but they are rusting, which is a problem. I would not recommend these pans.

I ordered it because I thought it was a great price. I was able to compare the two after I was sick with Covid. The package had an odor that gave me a heads up on the product. I read the reviews and wished I hadn't gone by the overwhelming number of reviews. Don't be fooled... Don't waste your money. The product is genuine. These will never be used.

👤I cooked some frozen pizza and some chocolate chip cookies and they worked fine, but after it came out of the dishwasher, it held water in the edge folds, and that's not treated with the non-stick stuff. When I picked it up, the rust water poured out of the edge fold. I had to clean my dishwasher by hand, so I pulled it out and set it to dry so that the water wouldn't pool up in there.

I cooked a dinner that did not burn or overcook, and it did not bend or warp in the oven. I washed and dried it after dinner. They are not meant to be washed in the dishwasher. 👤I like this so much that I may get a third. Large, very sturdy. The pan is covered with a wire grid that is non-stick. I use it to make jerky, to cook bacon, to roast veggies, and so on. The first unit's wire grid was sturdy enough, but the second unit's grid is a bit thicker. It could be that it was a different supplier. These are very well designed. They can't be beat for the money. When you're done cooking, put some dish soap in the pan, fill it with water, and let it soak for a few minutes. Don't soak the grid for hours, it's not good for its non-stick finish. Then rinse the pan and both sides of the grid with a soft brush and put it away.

👤This pan is great for cooking bacon. Our bacon is cooked in the oven and it comes out nice and crisp. I used a cooling rack for the bacon to keep it from melting in the oven, but sometimes I spilled grease in the oven because the cookie sheet wasn't deep enough. The pan is deep enough to capture grease and the coating on the rack makes it easy to clean than a cooling rack. After disposing of grease, the aluminum pan cleans easily. I use the pan for other things as well. It is the perfect size for holding two dozen sandwiches.

👤I washed it by hand after cooking because the dishwasher will make it look bad. I've never had a better loaf of bread. The fat and drippings on the pan keep your food greasy. It was perfect. 400 for 30 minutes.

I use it for baking chicken wings instead of frying them because it's great for making bacon in the oven. If you have time and gumption to wash this pan consistently, you can buy it. I washed this once in the dishwasher and it turned a brand new pan into something that looked aged 40 years. I'd steer clear due to their flimsiness.

👤So... I needed something to hold my earrings in place. I spray painted them white after getting these for the size and the grid design. They were mounted on the sides of the closet. They work well. I think they'd be good baking racks.

👤These were great. I love the stackability of the cooling racks. The kids can easily grab whatever they want from the stacks on my table. When stacked, the cooling rack height is more than enough for cooling bread rolls and cakes. There is enough room for you to place or remove items without having to unstack again. 👤The sheets look nice and have a nice mirror finish, but they warp in higher temperatures. I baked around 400-450 and both pans warped. When cooking some salmon, once for baking potatoes, once for roasting carrots and once for brussel sprout. When you force them back as they cool, you don't want to worry that they will go back to the flat shape when you throw them in the oven. I had high hopes, but not the best sheet pans. Unless you don't like nice browning, I would go with another brand.

👤An extra pan with a rack works perfectly in my air fryer. The pan is the right size for two people. It seems to repel water with a shiny finish. I was surprised at how easy it is to clean this pan. I only use the pan with the rack for air frying and reheated leftovers, and I line the pan with paper to catch excess drippings. I am very pleased with this purchase and I would buy it again.

👤I've bought many pans over the years. In a short time, the racks start to lose their coating. You are eating it with whatever you cooked on it. Steel wool pads are used to clean the pans because of their baked-on appearance from oils/fats. I went back to basics with a pan. The pan and the rack are both heavy. If I soak them first, they will clean up easily. I think these will have a longer life than previous pans. Definitely recommend!

👤I really liked the look of the rack and tray, but when I tried it out with chicken drumsticks in an air fryer, the tray would warp in the heat, raising portions of the tray up. I put the second tray of the two-pack into the oven at 400 degrees to confirm. This tray twisted again. See the picture. It looks like they needed to make it a little bit heavier to resist the twist caused by the unevenly heating portion of the tray. I don't have a problem with a thin tray, it saves time in the oven by heating quickly, but you have to design the tray to cook under heat. It could be for some people's uses, but there are two main problems. The warp can lift food on the corner of the rack twice the height of the lift on the elevated corner, which is problematic for a low-clearance air fryer. The warp can happen suddenly, throwing juices or food.

👤I love these pans. The rating was 4 out of 5. They warp at high temperatures. Once they cool down, they come back into shape. I spray my food with olive oil baking spray when I'm cooking, and it stays on with a yellow, sticky mess, even though these pans are easy to clean for everything else. It comes off with some elbow grease. These pans are great.

👤It isn't matching the description. They wrote in the description that it has not mixed with other things. Magnet sticks to it. When the magnet is sticking, how can it be steel? It is the steel polish on iron. I switch to these sheets because they don't get into food, but only after baking. I don't have a problem with iron, it's not dangerous, but the steel is ripping off and it can get into food.

👤The baking sheet and rack set looks promising, I received them and they looked great. I tried to bake a homemade quiche with the largest cookie sheet pan, but it warped and drained all over my oven. It's very disappointing that you spend so much money on cookie sheets that they warp.

👤It warps at high temperatures. The rack is awesome and I still use it. Silicone can't be used above 400, so the ones that don't warp are coated with it. It can still work, just be prepared for it to warp.

👤These were dishwasher safe, rust-free, and sturdy and I bought them for that. They made a popping sound after using the pan in the oven. I was able to pull out the baking sheet without spilling hot liquid, but the sheet continued to warp as I tried to pull it out of the oven. It is not strong. I put the pan in the dishwasher and it came out with rust on it, first use, second wash... I washed them before using. This product was very disappointing.

👤I received a set of two, but both had broken welds. These are not high quality. A replacement set was shipped in hopes the broken welds were a mistake. There were two broken welds on one rack in the new set. It doesn't seem like a fair deal to me for a flimsy rack with broken welds. These will be returned. You can find another brand.

Customer service is live. I had a problem before. Unheard of this day and time. The racks are great. It fit perfectly in my pan and cookie sheet. It's perfect to have two racks. I can cook with one and use the other to cool things. Very strong. They had a bath in the dishwasher and did well. Highly recommend this product.

👤The metal didn't get smoothed out. I cut my hand when I took the package out. One doesn't want to end up with sharp metal in their food. Send them back immediately.

👤I don't like using metal rack for a recipe because they are hard to clean. I bought these racks because they are made up of tiny squares and are easier to get between. I tested them when I made bacon. All of the ingredients are cooked to a crisp. You couldn't find anything more sticky. The first rack and pan should be washed with soap. Everything had come off and the only thing required was a light. I let the pan and rack soak for a few minutes. The baked on crud came off with one or two small marks on the rougher side of the sponge. I was amazed. The baking sheet took a lot of grease to get clean. These rack fit my quarter size baking pans perfectly, are heavy enough for most foods, and were nicely priced. I am impressed with the durability so far.

👤Even though I love to eat bacon, I have always hated to cook it. It's easier to bake it in the oven than it is to bake it on a sheet of aluminum foil. The pan left my bacon evenly cooked. You don't need to drain your bacon on paper towels anymore. I put aluminum foil on the bottom of the pan to make it easier to clean. When it comes to baking my bacon, no more complaints from me. 5 stars all the way!

👤The bacon can be cooked in the oven. If you like bacon, you can load up the tray with it and cook it for 24-28 minutes. All grease is in the bottom of the pan, bacon is not curled, but it does a great job. It is easy to clean up if you first spray it. I use it a lot.

👤I cleaned the pan after the bacon was cooked, but there were still spots on the pan where the grease had dripped down from the bacon, so I sprayed hot water on the pan and washed it by hand. The spots are going to be permanent. I can live with them. It should cost $37.00. I might send it back because of the spots that were left after one use after paying $37. It must be a very low-grade steel. The spots are a lot lighter than the pan. The pan worked well in cooking bacon. Didn't do any good on the apples. The update was made on 1/8/22. I decided to keep the pan. I put foil in the bottom today and it was suggested by the company. The taste of the bacon is wonderful. The oven seems to have no smell or grease. It's a small pan. I can have bacon again. The bacon that you buy in the store doesn't cut mustard. There is no need to turn the bacon because it is not sitting in grease.

👤The pan is intended for baked bacon. I use it for a variety of purposes. I like to cook bacon in the oven. I replace the rack with aluminum foil or a regular rack if I want to bake bacon, as the one that came with the pan has some sort of coating on it, so my use is not what the manufacturer recommends.

👤This is a good size. Remember that you are cleaning a non-abrasive surface. There is a well that collects bacon grease. I put a sheet of parchment on the inside to make it easier to discard grease in the trash, but I will probably use a nylon spatula or scraper to keep grease out of my drain.
