👤The feel and thickness of the paper was disappointing. It is listed as extra heavy weight paper. This paper has a very thin film like feeling to it. When baking things, glossy and oil are present, leaving an oil Mark on the baking sheet. I don't have to wash the pan with heavier gauge paper, but I do have to do it now.

👤I use this for other uses. The dollar tree paper is usually used only once. I wanted to see if a different brand would be better. I can use this twice before it goes bad. This is good. The dollar tree stuff is thick. If it stays at this price, I will keep buying it.

👤This pan is great for baking cookies. The texture on the bottom makes it stick to the pan. The obsidian black is a nice color. Nothing seems to stick yet for my baking, so it is easy to rinse clean. It is a nice quality baking sheet. I like the quality of it so much that I may buy more as it looks nice in my baking.

👤A very thick pan that is durable. I put foil down to protect the finish, but this went through the dishwasher without any issues. I use trays a lot when I smoke food, to keep the grease from dripping into fire.

👤We bought the 6 Brianver Swiss Roll Cake Mat to replace the 6 Cosori Food Dehydrator Fruit Roll Sheets. The center of the Cosori sheets rose so that any liquids poured in ran to the sides. I took hours shopping around for something else to use because we don't see people giving away chicken eggs anymore, so we needed a way to dehydrate them for use during the winter. The cake mats are perfect and we are happy with them. The cake mats hold more eggs than the previous sheets, even with the low edges that are perfect for the dehydrator. They are perfect for dehydrating the liquids we've put in them.

👤I have too many mangoes to eat in a 3 week period, so I make a fruit roll from the mango puree I put in a blender, and spread it out on the mats, just to the level of the top. It's clear that it doesn't dry uniformly, so I "repair" the cracks by pouring some reserved mango pulp in, and that lets me get a uniform sheet of "mango leather" that I roll up with wax paper. The plastic containers that came with the dehydrator stuck to the mango. These are easy to clean.

👤I returned it because it was too flexible to make pumpkin rolls. It would be difficult to transfer from the oven to another place. You would have to put a pan under the batter to keep it from spilling. It was easier to use a metal pan.

👤I use this instead of aluminum foil to line my cookie sheet. I have been using it for a while. It's easy to wash and dry. I don't have to waste money on foil. It's good! Less carbon emissions. It's good to wash it with soap and water after I use it.

👤They were great for making fruit leather. The prickly pear liquid was too thick and would run off my paper. They came out when they were done. 4 stars is because they are not tall. This may not seem like much but when it's this thin it's a big difference.

If you have these nifty little baking sheets, you can get off a pan with chocolate or cheese. Sometimes the huge rolls are hard to size to your pan. I always end up with a sheet that is too big or too small, and I thought I would have to live with it. I ordered them on Subscribe&Save. I was not sure if I would use them that much, but I am more than halfway through the first box. You just put it on your pan or sheet and pop it in the oven, it's all you have to do. I like not having to clean my pans. I ordered precut circles for cake pans because I love parchment so much. I have the baking sheets as well, but they are in storage, so I probably won't use them again, because they are slimy after you wash them, and they oxidize quickly. Use them and toss them. I wish I'd known about them sooner.

👤They don't roll, but they aren't flat either. The product description doesn't mention that they are folded in quarters. I ordered the smallest amount.

👤I didn't know it was folded into quarters. It was annoying. Not nearly as annoying as rolled parchment, but still a disappointment for someone who's been using fully flat sheets for at least a decade. The Reynolds paper is thicker and more grease resistant than the last pack of parchment I bought. I baked two pans of cookies with different types of paper.

👤I should have realized that it was folded. Paper isn't heavy duty. The KAF precuts are clearly superior. Won't buy them again.

👤I didn't measure my cookie sheets before buying this item, but it is large enough to cover most of the cookie sheet. This is a great alternative to tearing off a sheet from a roll of paper which can result in a mess. I have used Reynolds paper for many years. I would make cones out of it, dropping my tips into it, rather than washing the plastic cones all of the time. This product is perfect. I was excited to purchase these as an add-on item.

👤The reviewers expressed disappointment that these folded. If you scroll down, you'll see a photo that shows the crease. The box would have to be the size of a cookie sheet to be creased. The cookies are positioned on one side of the crease and the other side on the other side. The gridlines are easier to see. I've gone through several boxes and found no effect on the cookies. The performance of the sheets is something to watch. I stopped making the oatmeal raisin cookie recipe because they stuck to the cookie sheet so badly, even though I used different cookie sheets and how much I greased it. I tried to use these and they were not good. You don't need a spatula to slide the cookies. You can use the same sheet three times. I bought the brand they had at the local market because I ran out and needed some. They were not as good as these. One reviewer wrote that they were too small. I have nice sheets of cookies. These fit perfectly. Measure your cookie sheet and compare it to the dimensions on the box.

👤It is not a stick. I have never used it before. There is a baked chicken breast on it. It won't come off because it's been soaking for hours.

👤I had high hopes for this pan as I've seen many designs on baking sheets. It had burn marks on the sheets but I could live with that as it might have been my fault, but after the third or fourth time I used them, the handles bubbled up and will probably fall. I will be sending them back.

👤These are not baking sheets. I had my oven set to 423 and the rack set at the second highest level. The grip was very hot. Very disappointed. The baking sheets are very strong. The coating is thick. The perfect size for small batches of cooking. I will have to keep looking for the perfect baking sheet.

👤These pans are much smaller than the pictures show. The smallest of the three pans can be used to bake cookies. A child's play cooking set would be more appropriate for the entire set. If you compare this set with a set you can buy in the store, the largest of the pans in this set would still be 2 or 3 inches smaller than the smallest pan in a set purchase in a store. You would need to use all 3 pans in this set to bake a small package of Pop and Fresh crescent rolls because they wouldn't fit on the tiny pans in this set. Is there a gorilla grip? Like a Spider Monkey grip.

👤I usually buy T-fal products, but decided to try these pans. Love them more than T-fal. They are non-stick, they don't leave a mark on the pans, and they are easy to clean. There are 3 different sizes. They are scratch proof. I will buy more pans from now on.

👤This set was purchased in July of 2021. Only the small size has the handle left. The curve started bubbling on the bottom and then fell off. A family of six growing kids baking is essential. The thickness of the metal and the extra depth of the pans walls are huge pluses. The young 10 and 11 year olds can cook with the pans and worry about sliding food hitting their hands. I give 5 stars to the pans. I don't give any stars on the handles.

👤These pans are very heavy. The ones we were trying to replace were about 20 years old. The set that I ordered comes in three different sizes, and I think it's called the Jelly Roll, 1/2 sheet and 1/3 sheet pan. They seem to be solid so far. There were no warping issues, and it was pretty shiny. I haven't used a lot of them, but they scratch very easily, and that's the only issue I have seen so far. I think they are made of aluminum with a non-stick coating. The coating scratches very easily. If you use metal with these sheets, be careful with how you use them, they can scratch this. I don't know what this will do to the cooking sheets, but I hope not much. Do not use these in the dishwasher, as stated on the packaging. They are easy to clean with a soft brush and soap. They should last a long time if they do as they say.

👤I was happy to get my new cookie sheets. There will be many uses for three sizes. It shouldn't warp. I like to put everything in the dishwasher, but I am a bit lazy when it comes to cleaning up. It's a good idea to hand wash these. We'll see how long that lasts. I'm pretty sure discolored cookie sheets will work.

👤I wanted to make a larger cake for the party without having to combine two 9 x 13 cakes. Some people say it takes 2 cake boxes. 16 cups of batter is said to be used in the directions. I tried a few cake boxes and it worked. See the first two photos. I make a vegan cake by substituting EggReplacr for eggs, so that might affect the height of the cake. The pan seemed to bake evenly. I was disappointed that the cake stuck to the pan quite a lot because of the brand new pan and use of the cake release. It was not better than my old beat up. It is light. As others have complained, Wilton puts a sticky goop on their pans to hold the paper with instructions. Even with an abrasive pad, it is nearly impossible to get off.

👤I have baked cakes for over 27 years and have always used Wilson. Many years ago. Wilson cake pans have never failed me. For those of you who are having problems with your cake sticking to the pan, you need to use spray and shortening. I was taught to use waX paper on the bottom of the pan and on the inside side of the cakes. I have never had a problem with my cakes being clean when I use WaX paper. I ordered this cake pan. I use the half sheet as much as I can. I am very happy with the size cake pan I received, as it met my needs, and I am very intimidated by it.

👤Very pleased with the pan. I was able to cook the cake on 320 and it cooked perfectly. If you want the cake to be higher, you may want to buy more gadgets. You can cook the cake evenly with no dry edges, but it won't be level. The pan needed three boxes of cake mix and lots of frosting.

👤There were no issues with cleaning but one pan was damaged. I ordered 2. The pans were not packaged in the same way. I was able to bend it back into shape. The pan is too soft. I was able to cut through the aluminum with a cheap knife. This was done again, but unintentionally. I trusted the name of the product. The product got the job done, but I will only use it for a few uses before I have to replace it.

👤I used the pan to make my first 12 x 18 cake. The pan is good, as expected. It arrived undamaged after being properly packaged. All my cakes have come out perfect when I have used it several times. I line the bottom of the pan with paper and greasing the sides and bottom of the pan with shortening or butter. I bake this size cake at 325 degrees for more even baking and less of a bubble in the middle since the pan is so large and it will take a while for everything to bake through. After cooking, the pan cleans up.

👤The product buckled in the first 5 minutes in the oven. If you don't use non-stick spray, everything sticks and it doesn't clean well. Not worth the price. Very disappointed.

👤The cookie sheets are in excellent condition, but they are smaller than I expected. They are in 9x13 and 10x15 pans. They will not be put into the dishwasher. I think it's worth mentioning because I usually do mine that way. I haven't tried baking on them yet, but they look like they will do great with the raised pattern on the bottom of the pans to let heat bake from underneath.

The thing they sent is not large enough to hold a full recipe of cake. Disappointed and sad.

👤A spatula would not slide smoothly under a cookie if it were to be removed from the corner of the cookie sheet. Chicago Metallic made a stupid and arrogant move. The people who made this baking sheet have never made cookies. Returned it and will not use other products from this company.

👤I needed a pan that was large enough to fit my oven. This was supposed to be a maximum of 15 feet by 10 feet, which would fit. This pan is 10.75" wide and 15.5" long. Does not fit!

👤The product felt sturdy, but it wasn't. The bottom of the oven was scratched when it was taken in and out. I roasted beef bones for stock. I couldn't completely remove the stains even after a lot of scrubbing. I used it to roast mushrooms and it was late so I stacked the dishes to do in the morning. The spot where the pot had rested was pit in the morning. It was not possible to polish it smooth again. That has never happened before with any of my bakeware. I have cookie sheets. I wanted a heavy duty job that could do more than just bake cookies. This isn't it. If it is lined with something to protect it, you have to baby it to protect the bottom.

👤These pans are not as good as baking sheets, but they are okay. I have a small baking sheet that is half the size of the larger one, yet it is about 1/3 the weight. These new sheets show small objects. I was disappointed that I wanted Chicago Metallic because I thought it would mean quality. 👤The pan is the best, so I wanted to publish this review. It's really good quality. It bakes evenly, it doesn't burn your food, and it's easy to use with a Silpat mat or simple paper. It's thick and sturdy, a full half-sheet size, and one of my very best kitchen friends. It is easy to grip and heavy enough to support a full pan of biscuits without wobbling or twisting. If you've ever had to cook Christmas breakfast for 16 hungry people and had to stuff a cookie sheet as full of biscuits as possible to feed everyone, you know how important this is. The listed'size' of the pan is one of the reasons I'm reviewing it. Over the years, I've ordered many of these for myself and as gifts. When I ordered this year, my old pan was no longer available. It was replaced with a larger one. What? Is it a smaller pan? I tried to ask the sellers if it was the same as the old 18x13. After reading a negative review about the size being wrong, I ordered the Silpats that were the same size as I've always ordered. I've always ordered the same pan. Why does the size change? I think it's because the measurements are now the 'inside' ones as opposed to the 'actual' ones, which is a little misleading. It's a great pan. It's a half-sheet size, but it's larger than the listed size. If you use this pan in anything less than a regular oven, take that into account.
