The ingredients list doesn't show any aluminum. I have Trader Joe's "Aluminum-Free" Baking Powder in my cupboard, and the ingredient list is the same as it is in the can. The manufacturer made a huge mistake by changing the label and not showing aluminum-free on the front. The ingredient list shows there is no aluminum. I've used Trader Joe's Baking Powder for a long time.

You may want to add a little more liquid to your pancake batter. Once it is blended together, resist the temptation to stir your batter more. This batter poofs up big time if you use a larger bowl. Our pancakes are about an inch thick and taste great. I am not supposed to eat pancakes anymore. It's great in biscuits.

My baked goods retain a fresh taste and it provides an excellent rise. When using aluminum based baking powders there is no sour taste. Bob's Red Mill Baking Powder is a must have for baking.

👤Arm & Hammer Pure Baking Soda can be used for a number of things. I use A&HPBS in the refrigerator and add it to the cat litter because it is often used with vinegar. I like this size because it fits in my space.

Cream of Tartar was in the cupboard but never used. I got it and it works. It adds no water or flavor, so I like it more than lemon juice or vinegar. It was too easy to over-dose the eggs with citric acid. With this Amazon product, we have a lot of cream of tartar to keep trying to keep our pneumatic pancakes and eggs from deflating.

👤I was making fudge when I burnt some chocolate. I tried to remove it with a brillo pad, but nothing worked. I was about to throw the pan away when I remembered that my mom used cream of tartar to clean the pan. The water that I poured into was above the burned section and I boiled it. I let it sit for a while and most of it fell off easily. I boiled it again and the rest came off. I'm glad I don't have to throw the pan away because I like it a lot.

I need a large container of cream of Tartar just to use 1 small amount in a recipe from time to time. 👤The Rumford Baking Powder is not aluminum free. The above picture is my actual Rumford Baking Powder. I kept it because I couldn't find a replacement for it. The ingredients on mine are different from those on the fake aluminum free. When a product's head is a lie, it should be allowed to be a reFUND. There are people who were misled and cheated.
