👤The multi-purpose pizza pan/ baking tray is a good size, has a good non-stick coating, and is great at conducting heat. I found that I had to reduce my cooking times for thin or delicate items, otherwise they burned, because I found that the same items were cooking on a regular baking pan or cookie sheet. In the photos, you can see a potato galette, consisting of thinly sliced potatoes, green onions, and leeks. I apologize for the asymmetrical nature of the mini 9 inch version that I made in a hurry. The bottom layer of potato slices burned in about 1/3 of the normal cooking time because the pizza pan was so good at conducting heat. I checked, and I would have been left with a pile of potato chips. The pan is so slippery that you have to worry about it sliding off as you remove it from the oven. If you move too quickly, you will throw your food off the pan. The lip around the edge is small. This is a completely flat platter. I had to use it as a serving plate, but it held up well to cutting utensils. Long term use of pizza cutter might degrade the coating. It becomes slightly floppier when hot. It is a rigid circle when it is room temperature. You can feel it flexing and bending when it comes out of the oven. If you're not prepared, you'll throw your food off the tray when it comes out of the oven. I wanted to come back to this review after a month because my suspicions about the durability issue were confirmed. The non-stick coating has scratches after a month of consistent use. Hot foods are still released from the surface. okay Pizza crusts, chicken wings, etc. You can clearly see that it does not handle cutting utensils. Well. I was forced to use it as a serving tray on only 2 occasions, but that was enough to mar the surface. If anyone cares, the underside of the tray has started to develop the beginnings of rust spots. This was after being in the dishwasher a few times, but not sitting in water or steam for long. It was an $8 purchase, so it's not surprising that the surface would become easily scratched or rusted.

👤These pans are great. We've purchased two of them. We eat a lot of frozen pizza so it's nice to always have one clean or in case you want to cook two at once. The pan is non-stick and does not have a high lip so the pizza can be easily slid off. This was one of the few pizza pans that did not have holes in them. Why is that important? If you don't want your crust to be super crisp then you need to avoid the pans with holes. I think this is the best pizza pan on Amazon. I was very pleased with my purchase.

It holds up to slicing a pizza with a wheel. Clean up is easy and no stains can be removed. Pizzas are usually baked on your wire oven rack. This pan would fit. I recommend this purchase to everyone.

👤I found these to be the best price for cookie sheets. There were no reviews to worry about. Money saving is important to me. The racks are more "mesh", instead of just one direction grids. I've used them twice. For half an hour, you can cook bacon. They didn't warp! I got a baragin on a quality product. They went into the dishwasher and got clean. I highly recommend.

👤This is something you need in your life. If you put frozen pizzas in the oven on the rack, you will have to clean the oven. It is much easier to clean than the oven. If you are making fresh pizzas, this is not for you.

👤The pan is large enough to fit in the oven. Pizza crusts come out fried. It is very easy to clean. I wish it was a bit more sturdy, because it does "flex" when cleaning, like a pop-in/pop-out wobble, and it is average in terms of sturdiness and won't really fold over if you carry it. 👤It barely fits in my oven, with some angling over the little rack provisions on the sides. It fit. There is only one way in and one way out. There is a I guess by definition it fits. If you move too fast, you're likely to take your pizza to the curb.

👤This is the first cooking rack that I've found that is not coated with a non-stick substance and that is so tight that food doesn't fall through. I've cooked with this before. It's heavy duty, doesn't warp, and washes up nicely. I almost gave up because I was tired of my chicken tenders falling through the wiring. I found this on Amazon. There is so much you can do with chicken. It turns out that it's better to put it on a cookie sheet. Chicken with Frenches Onions is the best. The other nice thing about it is that you would think the grid lines would make for sharp edges. I sent a rack back because I found silver metal splinters in my fingers and chicken. This one is very smooth. It seems to be very good. I've been using this at least once a week for five months. I put it in the dishwasher and it's held up great. I have the most useful tool in my kitchen.

👤I was replacing some old equipment. I ordered the small for use in the oven. I am glad I did. The Nordic Ware Baker's 1/2 sheet pans fit perfectly. The combination works well in our Breville oven. Excellent, very sturdy rack. The product description says that it can be used as a trivet for heavy items. I put cast iron pans on it, and it didn't move. It was nicely constructed. The welds are clean and neat. There were no broken welds. There were no signs of rust in the dishwasher. Smoothly finished around the edges with no wires hanging over. I think this will last for a long time. I am very happy with this rack. I paid the regular purchase price out of my own pocket, without any compensation for trying it out.

👤Excellent product. I am a graduate. I bought a set of two. I bought two quarter pans from Sam's Club for dirt cheap and immediately looked on Amazon for the grates. I had to buy them when I saw the DISHWASHER SAFE, which is rare because they are usually aluminum. I would love to find sheet pans made of smilanese steel. I didn't see that the manufacturer provided such items. These are easy to clean. I made a mess this week by putting two Instant Pot Cheesecakes on the rack. I left the rack in the sink. When I cleaned them the next night, I used a scrub Daddy and all of the sugar just fell off. I highly recommend this product. I will purchase the larger rack for my set of half sheet pams after this week.

👤I changed my rating to 5 stars because of the excellent customer service I received. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a new one. How great! The company has integrity and stands behind their products. I like the rack very much. It's great for roasting in and of itself, it's perfect for my sheet pan. Air circulation around meat is nice. It is coming apart after a month of use. The bars on the bottom are different from the rack grid. I have followed the manufacturer's instructions for care and cleaning after using this rack a few times.

👤Bosch is the top of the line oven that we use. The temperature never went above 400. The trays warp when we put them in the oven. The molten steel is not homogeneity and technology has not been strictly followed. Different density results in different thermal expansion, which results in the attached photo being warped.

They are easy to clean and can be used without hurting the metal. thinner pans flex like thinner pans when you pull them out of the oven, but they don't. I'm very happy with the product.

If anyone cares, take a paper towel and soak it in olive oil and wipe the screen. This helps keep the screen from getting stuck. After a while, your pizzas will slide off the screen. It's a plus to not have to clean it.

👤I have used the regular pizza pan for many years, so I bought this to include those with the small holes. I make pizza dough with almond and coconut flour. I like a crisp crust. It's almost impossible to follow a recipe with a pizza pan that blocks a lot of the heat needed to toast the dough so it's not the saggy pizza slice when you pick it up. I have to watch the pizza bake a bit closer to make sure it doesn't get burnt. The pizza screen is worth the money to me.

👤I love this pan. I got a smaller version from a shopping channel many years ago and it's still going strong. I wanted a bigger one. I made a garlic pizza the other night and it was delicious. The cheese got nice and brown because it was so thin. It's a good idea to spray the whole pan, edges and all before putting dough on it. The seller sent it in a padded envelope and I wouldn't have given it 5 stars. A box would have solved the problem of the padding being bent in the middle.

👤This screen is beautiful. I can brown the bottom of pizzas without burning cheese. Place it on a hot stone and coat it with olive oil. It is a trick to clean it. Small pieces get caught in the screen and should not be used as scrubbers. Use soap and cloth. That is great.

👤Garbage. I never trust Amazon reviews. There is no way that all of these positive reviews are legit. One of the pans was used for the first time. The only way to clean it was with the scrub side of a sponge, which isn't all that abrasive, but even after soaking this left the entire surface scratched like it was cleaned with a grinding disc. I attached a picture of the results after I tried to remove it. It looks like it has been abused for 30 years. This was after the first use. Not worth the money. They are terrible for cooking and scratch, so maybe they are fine as a serving tray. Look somewhere else.

👤I ordered two sets of sheet pans because I don't want to have aluminum in my food. I used to use the cushion air ones for my cookie sheets. I wanted to bake cookie faster and ordered two sets of these. I could put two of these sheets in the oven, and then work on preparing two more sheets to put in when the first set finished baking. I decided to order the Silicone Non Stick Baking Mat, 16” X 12” Orange Red, along with two sets of the same item, after reading all the reviews. Minimum washing was required for these sheet pans. The sheet pans and mats work well together. My cookies were great. When these pans are put in a hot oven, they will make a popping sound and turn up on one side, but this is not a deal breaker. When they get used to the temp in the oven, they begin to fall down. I just ordered another set of the sheet pans and mats to use on items like vegetable and meat that need to be roasted in a pan with sides that are short so that your meat can roast correctly, because I am so happy with the duo of the sheet pans and mats. I am sure that at some point, these types of food will cause the mat to become wet and reach the sheet pan. I will clean them as best as I can, and I am sure that the sheets that I keep for these types of food will not be discolored. The two new sheet pans will only be used for certain applications. I have good quality cookware and a well stocked kitchen, so I am very picky about what I use. The pans are great. Hope this helps someone make a decision.

👤We are trying to reduce our exposure to non-stick coating and aluminum by replacing old cookware. I knew I wanted 18/0 steel, but it's not beatable for the price. I was very happy with my purchase after using them for several weeks. They are easy to clean. I don't have to worry about how to wash them or what utensils I use. They will be sparkling clean again if they are put in the dishwasher. I have had experience with the pans warping, but this isn't a deal breaker for me. The seller has since offered a refund, which I will be following up with. I towel dried the pan after scrubbing it all with a brite pad and the seller said it was shiny silver. I washed it again this morning after I pulled it out of the rack. I washed it after cooking and it got black on my fingers. I have attached a picture. It takes a long time to get the stain out of your nails, and you can't see it, but you can wash them with a nail brush. I've scrubbed pots for 50 years and have never seen anything like this, and I'm afraid of what might be in our food, so I don't use the pan anymore.

👤I got one of both TeamFar and FoxRun because I wasn't sure which to choose. TeamFar was slightly larger, had a higher side, and had a mirror finish, so you could use it as a mirror! The cooking surface is flat and there is no channel around it. There is a rolled seam. The FoxRun sheet had an issue where the label was taped to the sheet and didn't come off. I soaked the spot with vegetable oil and used a suggestion from another user. I was able to scratch the tape off with my finger. It is important to get any remnants off before using because the tape can get stuck in the oil. The tape was gone after it was washed. The sheet seemed more flexible than the TeamFar. If that matters to anyone, it has a channel. The seam is tight. The video shows the comparison.

👤This is the cheapest type of steel. The quality is 18/0, which means 18% and zero nickel. The type of "stainless steel" is thought to be inferior and prone to stain. The benefit of this is that there is a low amount of metal in the food. The seller has been very responsive to my concerns and has updated the product description in a very short time. I was reassured that the item is stain and rust free. I'm willing to give it a try. The review will be updated after a few weeks of use on the grill. I am impressed with the seller's kindness and responsiveness.

👤I have been replacing all of my aluminum pans, frying pans, fit-all lids, and other products because I have had too many problems with aluminum products, and I want to be safe with my food. I had a problem with the other aluminum coated pans over cooking the food around the pan, it's the heat contraction that causes the pan to pop when it's in the oven.
